My kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. It was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. It smelled amazing! They need to make a one-way in one way out line for breakfast. I did get a little bit chaotic down there. They need more luggage carts. With the amount of people they have staying there, I think they only have two.

Only complaint was about the noisy neighbors, but the staff were kind and were able to resolve the matter. Beautiful hotel close to lots of restaurants and Uptown Charlotte. We came in late, but the staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms are large and well appointed. Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable too. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, with omelettes made to order, pancakes, waffles, bacon, fruit, et cetera. Everyone and everything was amazing!

I book through expedia. On check-in I was told card declined. Front desk was not hospitable about that. They called expedia only to be told I booked with a third party. Which I did not as I used the expedia app. I stood there almost two hrs before I could be checked in

The room was very clean and the front desk staff was wonderful. The restaurant staff wasn’t quite as helpful. The cleaning crew found one of our phones left behind and called us while we were on the way home. The front desk agreed to hold it for us until we could get someone to pick it up. The biggest issue was with other guests…there was a ball tournament in town and there were kids running up and down the hallways until much later than we would have liked..no fault of the hotel.

Everything was above average except for the shower. The floor drainage was inadequate, causing the entire floor to flood. This caused a definite slipping safety hazard. Also, the placement of the shower head was poorly positioned. This only contributed to the accumulation of water throughout the bathroom.

The breakfast was great! You have a lot of options to choose from. The omelettes were delicious and made to order. The service workers were constantly working on moving making sure you had everything you needed. Top tier service. Great experience.

A/C was down. We laid there sweating and sweating trying to figure out how to get it to work. We called the front desk and the manager said that it was out on the entire floor but they thought we were not home so no one went to tell us. We packed up and moved to the other floor only to have a dead key card. Went down to the front desk again and she tried to blame us for the issue saying that we probably put it next to our cellphone and blanked it out. Gorgeous property and great food. But not getting notified of a facility issue is ridiculous

Embassy Suites Charlotte Ayrsley was a great stay! We were in town for our family reunion and it was a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the complimentary evening reception but we wished there were better snack options for it.

The hotel stay was very good, I would like to see a dress policy for breakfast, no pajamas, no night wear. This is a public restaurant not your home or bedroom, if someone wants to eat in their pajamas they should do it in the privacy of their room, the other patrons should not be subjected to seeing one who are inappropriately dressed. Also people need to be responsible and clean up after themselves and not leave breakfast dishes all over the happy hour tables.

It’s a nice hotel great breakfast and drinks only thing is parking was horrible not enough spaces for guests.

Reservation was prepaid. When we arrived we were required to provide a credit card for incidentals. They submitted a $50 pending charge. No biggie. After we left we’ve received notice from our card company that there’s an actual supplemental charge submitted now for $55. We charged nothing supplemental!! Bad experience!!

Lovely hotel nice presentation of everything, courteous and friendly staff, great breakfast. Only complaint was the TV in the bedroom didn't work and I had been looking forward to being lazy and lying in bed and watching TV. And, I guess this is a Hotels.com thing but the room view was of the roof and the A/C units. Not the first time this has happened so they must assign rooms with subpar views to the consolidators.

First of all, i was greeted by name when i walked in the door and my party was handed complimentary beverage tickets. I have never stayed anywhere that treated me so well. Transportation (Uber) was not a problem. I highly recommend staying here. I know i will, if if travel back to the area.

Check-in was quick and easy. We booked a two queen two room option, but we were in one room with two queen beds. The hotel told us that Hotels.com mislabeled the room, they don’t have any two room options. The A/C would not come on when we arrived, but maintenance quickly resolves the issue within an hour.

Nice hotel. Spacious suite. Only thing I would complain about is that the bartender ignores you when you try to get your two complimentary drinks. Happy hour is suppose to be 5-7 I got one drink at 5:15 and had to beg for another at 6:59 when I was sitting at the bar the entire time.

Met Mr. Justin whom was extremely professional and personal. Check went well, black female forgot her name was but I appreciate how accomatating she was to a special request of mine. I am a Embassy Suite hopper and this has been the best this year out of four others.

The room was ok. The TVs didn't work and were replaced twice and still didn't work. The pool was out of order and the ice machine on our floor didn't work. We were never offered another room with working TVs.

The hotel stay was great. I had a problem with checking in. Even though I had my confirmation number and a receipt for my reservation. They didn’t have a room reserved for me because it wasn’t showing where I booked the room in their computer. I had to re-request a room when I got there.

Only stayed one night. The hotel is very nice & is located in a nice area with a movie theater within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Our room was very clean & the front desk receptionist was very friendly.

The entire hotel did not have bottled water the entire time we stayed there for three nights. It was amazing to me that such a big hotel chain did not have bottled water anywhere in the hotel.

The only problem I had is the managers reception I remember when they had real hot food meatballs chicken of some sort salads and pasta salad quesadillas guacamole and nachos fruit and veggies but now they just have chips and they don't refill the snack area so if you don't get there before or by 5:00 they don't replenish one thing I can say I enjoyed what's the black girl that made the omelets she has glasses and I can't remember her name but baby if you read these I love you to the Moon and back you made my morning so complete with that awesome breakfast not only was The Omelette he ain't that was tasty seasoned well she put everything in there you ask for a saute your veggies and stuff and it's just was a beautiful thing a nice melody in my mouth I really enjoyed breakfast pool was nice but for the drinks seems like bottom shelf could do name brand as much money as they make. My overall experience was great though I would go back hopefully they can work on not being so cheap for God's sake they are the embassy suites.

I checked in about 4pm for a Valentine weekend. We went out for dinner and drinks and returned about 9pm. After settling down to shower we realized there was no hot water to shower. I called the front desk and they advised we move from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor. We then packed up everything and moved to the 5th floor about 10pm. Once settling in on the 5th floor I called the front desk again related to an issue with the heat. The young lady came and said maintenance was gone for the evening and she was not sure if they had another room and if they did she would help me move this was about 11:30pm now. She tried to reset the heat with the maintenance guy instructions from the cell phone. I asked if they had an electric heat until the morning. She called back and I was upset by now and I told we will just rap up in the blankets until the next morning. About 3am I heard the heat coming on. I always stay at Embassy Suites because they are the best. This was very disappointing and I feel this one night stay should be refunded because we paid TOP dollars because it was a Valentines weekend.

The gym was under construction. The staff advised that I had to buy water for night #2 instead of providing a couple bottle of water? Is $.25 worth of water going to hurt the financials. Breakfast does not open until 6:30 AM. Those of us that work, just need a cup of coffee and a banana for the road. Working individuals cannot wait around for simple items like that. Other hotels in this area have these amenities and provide a clean room.

I dont like the fact that they allow pets in the rooms. What if someone is allergic to the pet dander and its all in the carpets. Please don't say they clean the carpets because the rooms still reeks of an animal. I come here often but to see animals in the same vicinty is gross, they are cute but my family is allergic to them and its not fair.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. There were a few hiccups but I would stay here again, when I visit Charlotte. My friend and I had been traveling all morning and just wanted to be able to check in and rest up before we got our night started. There was a lot of mix up and confusion with hotels.com but Ms. Julia assisted and accommodated us right away! She went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I were in a spacious room, although the correct room I booked for, was no longer available to us. I’m not sure if Ryan was the property manager, but he handled us with the best of care. All of the staff on site are super sweet and make your stay feel very welcoming! The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping stopped by almost everyday to check on us and bring fresh towels and rags. All in all, Charlotte was a great place to visit but the hotel stay made it even better! Thank you Julia for all of your help during my stay.

Terrible shower

Had a great stay at Embassy. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were amazing and welcoming.

There was a hiccup with my check-in but it was remedied quickly. My bathroom shower was not cleaned well; thankfully I had my own sanitation kit to wipe things down. I found a hair on one of the towels and on a pillow. The dinner at the restaurant was sub-par for the entire table. I understand that they were understaffed but there were only patrons at 2 other tables. The free breakfast was far better than the dinner that we paid for. The location was convenient and seemed safe.

Parking sucked. I'm disabled and had to park at the far end of the building and try to walk all the way to the elevator. Of the 5 or 6 handicap parking spots I noted at least two vehicles that did not display a plackard or tags. Out of 1200 residents there will be more than 6 needed spots
