    Dislike: It’s awful here. There are roaches everywhere. We’ve spotted at least a dozen since we checked in. There’s a dead roach in the picture frame. Roach pods everywhere. Blood spots in bedding. Minimal towels, the ones that are here are full of hair. Used toiletries on the counter. Room smells like gas and it’s SO humid. Only 79 degrees outside. We’re here in an emergency and had a very limited budget, so we couldn’t rebook another location. Would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. Keep scrolling.

    Amenities listed were not in the room. No refrigerator no microwave no hair dryer. Lamp shades were not on the lamps they were in the corner of the room on top of a wardrobe. Free grab and go breakfast was not available. It was clean but I would never stay here again.

    I prepaid for a king room but when I arrived they didn’t have my room available so they stuck me with two double beds so my 6’4” boyfriend and 5’10” me had to sleep in separate beds which was terrible. The first room they assigned, the key didn’t work so I had to go back to lobby and get another room. That room only had two pillows for two beds. So my boyfriend got one pillow and I got one pillow. There were two refrigerators just randomly sitting in the room broken. No working fridge. We had juices and stuff with nowhere to store them so they went bad. The air conditioning didn’t put out cold air. I couldn’t cancel the room without going through hotels.com and I didn’t have time for all that at 10 pm at night when I’m just trying to get to my room to relax. But this situation has really made me rethink booking with a third party again. There is no recourse when things go wrong. I think I deserve my money back since I didn’t get what I paid for.

    The shower wouldn't work because the knob to turn it on was ripped off. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close. The door to the room had a hard time closing. I didn't feel safe.

    it started at check in,employee was on his phone in dining area took a few minutes for him to get behind counter,,all the while stretching and complaining about his back,got to the non smoking room stunk like weed,had to keep bathroom door shut because smell coming thruogh exhaust vent,bathtub had old bars of soap,on edges ,not cleaned,entire room filthy sheets dirty,worst motel stay ever!

    I didn’t stay they never open the door, nobody as there, I called a hunde of times nobody answered. I tried cancel it. But I I never get answer back. I want my money back. They such irresponsible it took me a lest 20 minute knocking the door, and calling to the phone. I had to move to another one was next to them.

The heating unit was so loud that i had to use ear plugs at night to be able to sleep. And this was all in the 2nd room they put us in. The first room was missing a toilet seat and the door to the bathroom was broken. Not loose on the hinges, the door was broken in half. Where i booked the room at had listed that there would be a coofee maker in the room, there was not. The "continental" breakfast was aweful. This stay has made me realize that I never want to stay at a days inn ever again. On top of all of this, they refuse to refund my deposit. I did nothing to the room to make it worse. I brought my own wipes to clean the surfaces when i first got there.

    Convenience to I-85. Refrigerator did not work. Smoking room did not have ashtray & none were available in office. Breakfast options were limited, which was a serious disappointment. Ice machine needed replacement. Facility is close to aging out.

    The staff was very kind and helpful to my kids and I. Our room was very clean and my kids and I were very comfortable. Fair pricing and I can't say enough about the staff there. Above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will most definitely stay here again thanks to the kindness the staff gave us after a horrible night at our previous hotel. Stains on the sheets and pillows. Toilet wasn't properly bolted and moves when sat on. I do not recommend even in the worse situation.

    There was nothing about the facility that would make me ever want to come back. The guy who checked us in was very unprofessional and was hard to understand. The 1st room we was assigned with the King bed I booked was not clean. Someone had been sleeping in the bed , trash in the room, dirty towels and the room reeked of marijuana. People were hanging out in the stairwell and balconies smoking pot and drinking. The 2nd room we were assigned was a little cleaner but the ceiling paint was coming off. The next morning we were woke up by a crackhead banging on our door and we looked out and someone had thrown a bicycle in the back of our truck. Someone setoff the fire alarm as well. Once the crackhead drugie left in front of the door we grabbed our things and ran out the door scared to death.

    Not much beyond the price, and the extremely helpful desk attendant. She was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The rooms were filthy. One room smelled heavily of cigarettes, to the point where my clothes smelled like smoke. The beds were terrible. And the area was rough. A lot of very obvious drug deals going on between the three motels.

    The flexibility, sense of urgency and professionalism of the Front Desk Representative. I am truly disappointed that I didn’t catch her name! She truly went above and beyond for me and my guest, even with the given circumstances that she obviously has to deal with, more than likely, on a daily basis! The cost of the room was approximately $115 versus Booking was able to give me an awesome discount for approximately $83. Huge discount for my already tight budget! Also, it would totally be helpful and convenient if you could take tap to pay. I understand the location of your Hotel but we’re approaching 2026 and the average tech savvy person uses those convenient options! Thanks in advance ?

    They gave me a room an entire family was staying in. Second room had stains all over the bottoms of the bed missing refrigerator and a bad smell. My key was deactivated mid stay and had no way to get in the room . Microwave didn’t work and people were constantly fighting above me. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

    The property was nasty. There were cockroaches. There was blood on the floor. It was a bad neighborhood and one of the kids I was with was threatened by someone staying in a room next to them saying he was going to shoot him.

    I didn’t like it. Thank God my stay was short and I didn’t have to sleep in the bed too long. It was dirty for the most part. Basic things weren’t present, i.e. refrigerator, iron.The young lady that checked me in was great, I wasn’t able to get her name, but I do remember she just moved here from Pennsylvania. The interaction with her is probably the most positive thing I have to say about my stay.

    Should fix your reservation system to reflect that you have no vacancies. Myself and multiple others found themselves without rooms despite having an initial reservation confirmation. The only explanation given was that the system wasn’t picking up on not having rooms available

    Super low-key. Laid back n chill vibes. Room was pretty clean. The place itself is a little older but it was remodeled n looks nice. Front desk staff is laid back n nice. Wifi worked decently, better on one side than the other. Housekeeping made sure I had fresh linens daily and didn't bug the crap out of you before 11. Definitely one of my favorite low-key motels in Charlotte.

    If you don’t mind having crummy floors, beds that were just remade with dirt in them and what ever crumbs were left behind from the previous occupants then this is the place is great. Walked in to trash on the floor and Made the egregious mistake of going barefoot for 2 minutes from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were black on the bottom by the time I got back to the bed. Slept on top of the covers because when I opened up I saw visible dirt in and on the sheets I guess they don’t clean after every guest? Staff was mildly friendly overall just a place to rest if you can lower your standards. Wanted to rate it 0/5 but I apparently can’t go as low as their cleaning quality.

    AWFUL, DIRTY, DANGEROUS. RUN - DON'T WALK IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! Check in clerk was fine, bed was (hopefully) clean and comfortable, and other than that this was the filthiest, most godawful motel I've ever stayed at. Sharp, broken tile on bathroom floor threshold, moldy soft spot above shower head, dead bolt did not work, 1/2" gap between door and floor, very dangerous outlets and light switches, and yep - the best yet - COCKROACHES, AND ANTS on the bathroom floor in the middle of the night, and big bugs crawling around on the window curtains. I mean, why wouldn't they come in to a nice, safe environment with a critter freeway right under the room door! The walkways outside are filthy, and the ceiling panels in the elevator were broken and almost falling out. Aesthetically - weird different colored paint spots on walls, and chipped bathtub. We were exhausted after a long day of travel so just grabbed a somewhat reasonably priced motel right off I-77 - and didn't read the reviews. HUGE mistake. If I can muster the energy I will report them to the health department.

    The police were there upon our arrival delaying our check in time till 4:00 not 3;00 as advertised. No explanation as to reason of their presence. Walls we’re dirty a foot or more high . Pubic hair on toilet lid. Feces spot on toilet lid seat. Air conditioner sounded like a train running through our room when running all night. Thank goodness there was a latch and deadbolt on door , as it didn’t close properly. My wife wanted to jam a chair under door handle to feel more secure. We arrived down for breakfast at 8:30 AM only to find one slice of bread !! No fruit, muffins, nothing. I asked the staff where danish anything other one slice of bread and he said he would get me another piece of bread and I could make a peanut butter sandwich!! He went and got me another slice of bread , that clearly had been in freezer. Coffee was ice cold . Elevator started it had not been inspected since 2020. Since we had to use it to get to our 3rd floor room , it was unnerving. Shouldn’t they have had yearly inspections?? We’ve stayed in Days Inn many times and have never been so disappointed in total experience.

    Amazing front desk staff very nice, helpful and knowledgeable as always! Travel frequently for work, and always a delight to stay here It may not be the newest property or swankiest, but functionality and a staff that actually makes the experience personable and enjoyable makes up for the difference and some! Even at 4am when I arrived in town, I was greeted with the same kindness that I would have been earlier in the evening, as this was after the night audit was done so i usually get attitude from most properties, not here! Had great customer service skills and he always strikes up a great conversation! Thanks again!

    Very worn down place. Check in is 3pm stated on website get their and he informs me their sign says 4pm. come back at 5 and told we dont take cash very rudely by a different associate, have to go 20 mins out of my way to deposit cash in bank to use card. Finally check in at last minute room is dreary and smells. Not in the best area unfortunately. Then all night all you can hear is others around and non stop sirens. Come to find out when I checked out the next morning they had trouble in the front office. Also when the phone was picked up to be moved over the line had been cut so NO PHONE! Thankful we didn't have an emergency during the night as we didn't know there was no working phone in room.

    The pool had bags of trash in it. There was windows with OSB board covering them the bath tub had a stain on the bottom of it like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were stains on the bedding and bugs crawling under the mattress. Pictures posted on hotels.com are no where near what this roach motel looks like. Definitely not a recommended stay.

    It was horrible. Very dirty and the door conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep and it was too hot to try to sleep without it. They offered to change rooms but the 2nd room was the same issue. Plus just outside or door was a disgusting used condom. Still never study there again.

    Only available hotel I could find on a terrible Charlotte airport travel weekend. A place to sleep and shower, that’s about it. Room was generally clean, but sheets had cigarette burns. Breakfast area is “under construction” but there’s trash and other junk that looks like its been in there for years. Breakfast is coffee, 2 kinds of cereal, and toast. Eating area is filthy. Any port in a storm. If my wife had been with me we would have been looking for another place. I got a few hours of sleep and moved in. Any port in a storm!

    We needed a cheap place to stay as out days changed and the place we were at before could not accommodate, with that said you usually get what you pay for. The room was average size the bathroom small, the issue was mostly with the bathroom, the toilet did not flush correctly and each time you flushed it would leak. There was also bugs discovered, called a silverfish, though it was a harmless bug still not something I'd like to wake up too. The staff was friendly no issues with check in, for some reason I was checked out a day early so that caused some issues but they sorted it out quickly.

    The guy working the front desk wasn’t that pleasant he was even sleeping on the job when I had to go back up there. My reservation said there was 4 guest 2 adults and 2 children so I was annoyed when there was only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and when I went to the front desk to get more they said they didn’t have any. My daughter left her phone and we didn’t realize it until a couple hours later and the lady that let us back in the room to look for it was nice. It was ok for the night

    discrepancies between two managers. night manager gave us a room key because our rooms AC was not working. Said there would be no charge…morning manager then continues to charge me for another room. complete mess and not friendly

    Disgusting hotel. Dead bugs by the desk, dirty floors, two towels for 5 people, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, bathroom was not very clean, door numbers were left of floor of the room. Staff was good. Absolutely nasty.

    This property was not worthy of the Days Inn name. It was a dump. Holes in the walls, and so much more. I would have rather slept in my car.

    First off, I booked this room from the internet photo which is FALSE! Property is in a questionable part of town. Rooms are disgusting and smell horrible. I slept on a throw on top of covers because I didn't trust (bedbugs) I couldn't rest because of my anxiety of where and who was around me and my vehicle outside. Very sketchy to say the least. Police drive through often. You better roll past this one...

    Can't really complain...I paid foe for what I got. Luckily i I was there less than 24 hrs. Nice staff, but it's time for a renovation. Places like this gives Wyndham a bad wrap.

    The property is under renovation but it should never have be able to get in to the poor condition it was in. The staff we met were great. The linen was clean and the bed comfortable.
