Nice property. Great Room and balcony. We really enjoyed the suite. The breakfast is somewhat limited and quite pricey, but other than that, the facilty was great.

Clean, comfortable rooms Did early check out due to a death in the family and wasn’t refunded the days left when I’ve only stayed ONE night(booked for four). Booked through booking.com and they’ve reached out SEVERAL times via email and phone calls to Courtyard to resolve the issue and it’s fallen on deaf ears. I just wish I could be refunded. I’ve paid for days I’m not there.

My daughter and I were traveling by ourselves and checked in very late. We felt very safe parking and unloading our car. The breakfast bistro closes at 9:30. This wasn’t an issue for us, but others did come up after closing and were turned away. It should at least stay open till 10. 9:30 seems so early.

I like the bathroom. Very clean and the shower was amazing. I didn’t like that our balcony door wouldn’t open.

Loved the cozy fireplace outside. Bed was comfortable and like having a balcony. Loved divided shower/toilet area from the sink/mirror are which was very convenient for four women getting dressed. Only the small elevator and it was shaky.

I felt cheated and deceived. The breakfast experience was not good because they say breakfast is included, but they charge fees for absolutely everything without informing the customer. I complained on Booking.com and am awaiting a resolution and a refund of the money that was deducted from my card without prior notice. In short, I do not recommend hotels that are not transparent with their customers. The bed was comfortable, the room clean. The hotel carpet was so dirty, the room was so loud cannot sleep there at night, when I took my kids to swim to the pool people were smoking there, I had a really bad experience I had to check out after 1 night styed and pay more with different hotel. I'm very disappointed.

Everything was amazing. I stayed for 5 nights and the only issue I had was on the 5th night my room had an ant problem. The ants were only an issue on the last night. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Mrs. Keshia although still new was of great help in rebooking for the night

It was pretty average. The “Bistro” restaurant in lobby was pretty limited (though still pretty pricey for a glorified snack bar.). But service was friendly, polite, competent. Room was clean, got a good night’s sleep. Nice shower. All fine, nothing to complain about. But I can’t really say it’s above average.

I’ll never complain about paying $50 or so for valet service at future places ever again! I know it’s not the hotels fault but I’m super annoyed since it’s not even worth doing a claim. Does this happen a lot? I parked right near the police tower and it should be recorded.

Alex the front desk was amazing at helping me out with a handicap accessible tub. The hotel was surprisingly very well kept and well done rooms. I would definitely stop again and recommend to friends and families.

Then to top it off, the staff at the cafe omg. I was getting clarification on the adult and kid option for breakfast. The female staff person was unpleased by my questions and started to get annoyed. After we clarified everything, I proceeded over to the front desk to complain about the water. The cafe lady decided to rush herself over to the counter and goes to speak to the manager herself. Mind you, she had no clue as to why I went to the front desk. She asssumed I went to complain about her so she tried to jump the gun by getting to the manager before me. The manager comes out and starts talking about breakfast food and all. I quickly stopped her because she never once asked how could she help me she assumed that’s what I needed her for because the other lady proceeded to intervene before me. I was very unhappy with the way customer service went all together is was trash. I felt bothered by the fact that she went to basically tell on me to the manager before I could even speak to her and the entire time I wanted the manager to speak on the leaking water in our room. Not the breakfast.

So we could not file report with them and only with the police . This place did not seem sketchy upon arrival . However, they didn’t seem Concerned about the break in and showed no sense of urgency or compassion . I would not recommend or be back. The room was nice and cleaned overall but we will not be back for security reasons and safety.

This Courtyard was easy to find for my first visit to Charlotte and offered a wonderful bistro inside with apps, wine, beer, etc in the evening as well as good coffee in the morning (for purchase) which meant I could relax and have all I need in this site. Charlotte also exceeded my expectations, offering many local restaurants and great nightlife adventures.

The property was well maintained. The room appeared to be clean and I felt safe staying there.

The room was as described on the website. The water pressure for the shower was weak. The noise level from slamming doors and hearing our neighbors at 3am was very disturbing!

After we got in the room went to take a shower. They have the bottles in the shower but both shower gel and shampoo were empty. They obviously have housekeeping problems.

For a Marriott property walls were paper thin the people in suite 217 were opening and closing dresser drawers all night. Not very restful listening to this the whole time I was in my suite.
