The receptionist, Naomi, was so helpful, kind, and informative. She was very nice explaining any complications with out booking and helping us work through them. She was very knowledgeable and even dealt with a very difficult guest with so much patience, even when it could have been a very dangerous situation for her. We appreciated her so much! No security for overnight staff and guests.

Staff was pleasant, I was able to check in early. The hotel was located near lots of attractions and the hotel was nice and clean and my room was more than I expected.

Hotel was good. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and maintenance came right up and fixed the problem. We had free breakfast at the hotel and it took a very long time , a very long time , they forgot about our order but they made up for it.

We were not able to adjust temperature on thermostat in room. Appeared to be pre-set and we were hot all night. If hotel is going to pre-set thermostat, this should be disclosed at registration or in room description. Also a $200.00 hold was put on credit card for incidentals, which is not acceptable, and they charge $5.00 per night for parking. Won't be staying here again.

Place was great for what I needed. Parking fee is ridiculous for a hotel so far outside of downtown.

When I first arrived at the property to check in, I was a little taken aback because the incidental charge had gone up astronomically from when I had last visited the property several months before. I chose this property because it is in a phenomenal location with lots of eateries an and across the street from a wonderful premium outlet and is close to the highway. However, due to the more than quadrupled increase in the deposit from less than a year ago, I will never stay at this property again. I have stayed at plenty Marriott properties that had better amenities, more spacious rooms and free breakfast, and the deposit was not that high.This is a Marriott property that offers no over the top amenities and to charge a $250 deposit is asinine. You do not get free breakfast and if my memory is correct, they only have an outdoor pool. They also now charge for parking. They charge $5 for parking and I think it’s $30 for breakfast. The overall condition of the property is great. It is a very nice property. For the most part, it is clean however, the rooms are not very spacious, and this time there was food that was left in the refrigerator. Housekeeping had not cleaned that out, but other than that, the room was clean. There really are no other complaints besides the fact that the deposit for the incidentals is ridiculous and nothing has been added to improve the quality of your stay. That being said, I will never stay at this property again.

Great Place For A Quivk Wknd. Very Quiet and Well Kept.

Terrible experience. I didn't realize I had lost my Gold Bonvoy status and the front desk would not bend on a late check out. They lied and said the hotel was fully booked even though there were rooms available online. I finally just paid for another night so my kids could swim in the pool for 2 hours before our flight. We were out by 2pm. HORRIBLE. I'm going to start building up my Hilton status after this.

One of the highlights was the outdoor area—it was a nice, relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The location was also very convenient, especially being close to the outlets, which made shopping easy. Parking was good as well, with plenty of space available. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

Booking.com was selling rooms in that hotel without getting a confirmation that the rooms were available. And the rooms were not available. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel was sold out many hours ago, way before we booked the room.

The staff was very hospitable, the location was very convenient. The was a front desk employee that told me that only rewards members where entitled to a late checkout. The employees who handled my checkout informed me that he was misinformed and they also informed me that i was a rewards member gave me my rewards # .

The Bistro needs two employees so the food can be prepared by the cook and not the cashier running from the register to cook. Since there is only one food employee at least let people call their orders in , so they don’t have to hang around the bistro for to go foods. It would be nice if smaller items on the breakfast menu were complimentary like milk, cereal, toast, boiled eggs , oatmeal, coffee , tea, that way ppl can self serve since it’s not enough employees to take orders and cook.

Overall the property is really nice! It’s clean, walking distance to the mall, and quiet. My only complaint is I, as well as other patrons waited around 15 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk the morning I checked out. There was no phone or bell or any way to contact whoever was supposed to be there. Staff member was nice and apologized for being absent.

The property was fine. The room was clean. The problem was no hot water in the bathtub so we could not get a shower. There was no hot water in the bathtub to get a shower. We had to wash up at the sink to have hot water! I went downstairs and I told the front staff, she said OK sorry, and that was it. She didn’t even ask our room number or write anything down I said don’t you need my room number and she said yes and she still didn’t write anything down. I just feel like I should’ve gotten something back on my room for not being able to take a hot shower.

Everything was clean and well kept.. just not enough towels and washcloths. Also, shower pressure wasn’t good at all.. the temperature of the hot water wasn’t either. Friendly staff tho..

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Front desk receptionist was just there to be there absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for refusing me my room once i arrived and after booking with booking.com i was told the card i used to reserve the room they dont accept nor would they accept anything other card for me to pay my deposit & receive a room i drove over 4 hours & was left in the cold with my luggage to find somewhere else to stay

Refused a late check out for a Bonvoy gold Member by even 15 mins- only because I had booked it by mistake with a 3rd party !! Saying there was no room !!!! I acknowledged my booking error and pleaded for an extension because of an important call / they would not budge . However thank to another staffer was kind enough and heard my plea and allowed me a 1230 check out !! I don’t deny the rules or unavailability - but when it was possible - they refused without empathy on a technicality !! Doesn’t help the brand !! member bye been

The staff we dealt with were great. At the restaurant, Madison, Anthony and Sheba were excellent. At the front desk Naomi was outstanding and in housekeeping Joyce was also outstanding. We enjoyed our stay.

The young woman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I believe her name was Choi or something like that. She was actually working over because the individual that should have been on duty didn’t come in. But she still had a beautiful smile and great hospitality.

Our stay was really nice we were pleasantly surprised with how nice this Marriot was. The only thing that was a bit annoying was you have to request to have your room cleaned. Other than that the hotel has ev chargers however, cars that weren’t ev parked there all night which was very inconvenient for us. I wish the hotel had been able to do something about that but they couldn’t.

Wonderful stay! I first stopped here as a layover during a road trip and enjoyed it so much that I stayed again on my return trip. I made sure to take full advantage of the amenities this time—modern and comfortable lounging areas, a great pool and poolside setup, a nice bar and restaurant for all meals, and lovely sleeping quarters. The hotel truly delivers on comfort and style. Plus, being right across from the outlet mall is such a bonus—you really can’t beat that!

Like every other service oriented business these days, you are charging for every little thing. I wonder how long it will be before there is a charge on your bill for cleaning your room or clean towels? I don't eat breakfast much and hotel breakfasts in general don't appeal to me but you can't even give your guests free coffee in the morning?! The hotel was nice and I have no complaints about the room or property but next time I would choose to stay somewhere else.

We stayed here on our way to Charleston. Was not very pleased with the room, a king bed with pull out sofa. Stayed here again on our way back home and was very much pleased. 2 queen beds, much larger room. The staff is great. The beds and pillows are comfortable. But I still don't like the soap and shampoo.

The extra fee for parking was off putting. I did not see that in the booking. However, the rooms were nice and clean.

The property was beautiful as always. The Hotel manager was rude and bias towards me and family from the very first encounter. She was completely rude and dismissive something I have never experienced from any previous manager.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times. This time they did charge me $5 a night for parking. Never done that in the past and they failed to tell me they now charge $5 a night. Other than the miscommunication everything else about this location was fine.

The room was a king bed with pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was stained so my son wouldn't sleep on it. The sofa itself was small and curved. Not comfortable. The room was tiny. But, the bed was fabulous!! Very comfortable. So were the pillows. The room set up was weird. It was very clean. The soap and shampoo was poor in my opinion. I would stay there again if i had too but would look elsewhere first.

Ok, my room was very comfortable, clean, modern, and quiet!! Amenities were plentiful (dinner/drink bar, fridge/microwave in room, super clean bathroom w/ lots of towels, soap, shampoo, and glass walk-in shower! Bed was plush and comfortable, room had AC (bonus), TV and desk space if u had a tablet or laptop for work, or media use! The hotel was convenient to theme park I was visiting (15 mins away, instead of hours), and close to food options, shopping, etc! Stay was great, and staff did a wonderful job to make sure my visit was comfortable and my needs were met and exceeded with value, comfort, and quality in mind!!

Do not stay here! My truck windows were busted out along with several other vehicles. I was really surprised that the hotel did not notify or alert customers. I walked out to find a business card on window from police and when I told the front desk attendant she showed no sympathy. This must be a reoccurring problem at this hotel.

The property was very convenient to the outlets across the street. The property, lobby and seating areas were very clean. The room was very clean but the carpet needed shampooing. We were told that the water would be turned off in the hotel on our last day when we checked in it was going to be off the entire day. We weren’t given any advance notice and had to shorten our trip. We had to call Expedia to get a refund for our final day When we were under the impression that the front desk would be refunding our money.

The property did not have water at check in but said that it would be back on between 3-4pm, whichseemedok because i was going out until 9pm. The hot water in my room never cleared up, after running for 30 minutes it was sputtering and running brown. The front desk said they would move me to another room, after waiting an hour, i called and found out that the other room was doing the same thing and I was told to see the manager in the morning. At almost 11pm I decided just to go to sleep and in the morning the front desk offered me breakfast for the inconvenience. Really!!!

The stay itself was absolutely everything that I would expect from the Marriot brand. But...not even a complimentary cup of coffee?? I'm not a big breakfast eater, but a cup of coffee and a banana would have been perfect.
