The room was large, but there was not sugar and creamer with coffee. Neither tea. The reception send them promptly, together with a working remote. In summary, it's the bare minimum to spend a night between two flights.

The airport shuttle didn't arrive until 40 minutes after calling. Thew lobby cafe has limited offerings but the food they do have is very good and well prepared. Rooms are very basic but clean and a little larger than usual. Quick check in and check off.

Location was convenient to airport - that’s how I selected it. The person at the Bistro needed assistance. More shuttles to airport. I came down early - only having to wait for my original time.

Na We had a booking number as well as a reservation number. Got there. She told us our room wasn’t ready then heard someone else was having an issue so I asked about our reservation and then she said she could not find it because it was done through booking and they closed reservations down after we had made it so it didn’t save it supposedly and then we got charged for the room as well.

This place has gone down! The room smelled like a dog was still on the room! This is not Marriott

Nothing No elevator, broken curtain, both tub broken, overall rundown establishment. Shower soaps, conditioners too high. My wife could not reach them. 24-7 Bristro not open.

We left before breakfast to catch our flight They could not find my reservation, so I paid for one night with a credit card. About 10:30 pm the front desk called me and said they found my reservation and would take the charge off my card. I have not received confirmation that the charge has been removed from my credit card.

Room smelled ever so slightly like cigarettes, but that is to be expected in a smoking hotel. The room was clean, though, and the staff were so friendly. Really great hotel/airport shuttle.

Also the hours of the food in the lobby are ridiculous for an airport hotel. By definition people won’t be following a strict schedule and having no breakfast not even coffee for sale after 10 am is ridiculous as is no bar after 10 pm.

Charlotte is a halfway point for us to visit our grandkids in Atlanta. We had tried several Comfort Inn’s in the area and well, let’s just say we weren’t impressed. This Marriott however was significantly better at a similar price and we will use them from now on. Very comfortable room and bed, thick towels, water was hot and plentiful, quiet.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting the area and never had a problem with my room until this visit. My room had a smell like mold and it seemed like every door stuck so if people left early in the morning or late at night there was always a slamming of a door even mine! The staff was helpful and wonderful wouldn’t change them but their rooms need work.

My only feedback piece was rhe smell of the room..was very sour smelling. Couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from, but it was only in the room. Honestly we only stayed in the hotel for 5 hours before we had to go back to the airport, but overall great location and staff.

Very clean. Shower in bad need of repair. Apparent mold in the junction of wall and tile floor. Shower and shampoo dispenser was torn off the wall. Shower was kind of icky; it needs attention. But… it was clean, other than that. The whole room was clean, other than that.

I booked my room through Expedia and when I got to the property they did not have any rooms. the front desk guy ASSURED me he would cancel the reservation and I wouldn't get charged, but Expedia charged me. Just stayed overnight. Flew in and was picked up by shuttle quickly. Very close to airport. Left in am and shuttle left on time for airport. Would definitely stay again .

There are four huge drawbacks to this hotel. 1. You’re like 15/20 minutes from downtown Charlotte. The traffic as we got closer to Panther (Bank Of America) Stadium was horrendous. I’d hire staying here to attend a concert or game-spend the extra and stay closest to the stadium. 2. Breakfast is “available” but you have to pay for it, and it’s overpriced for what it is. 3. The food/dining options around the hotel are ZERO If you want food of ANY KIND, you have to drive closest to downtown or. Eat at or close to the stadium. 4. It was a one night stay. They were nice at check in. The restuarant was closed. They would make more money for closing later. Room was nice. Shuttles were awesome.

Terrible experience, I separated 2 rooms 219 and 221, one for me and the other for my children. We left the suitcases inside both rooms and then when we returned, the 219 did not open the door, I started to claim at 9pm and it was solved at 2am. The family could not sleep waiting for the technician who was out of the state as we were told and our departure time from the hotel was at 4:30am to be able to take the return flight. Regrettable experience and human treatment. They charged the room that I could never use with the excuse that I made my reservation through hotels.com. really disappointed.

Location was great for the conference Center and staff were friendly. Had cold water in room both night. I am sure it was just an isolated incident but felt staff could have offered something for the inconvenience rather than just a sorry.

Hotel is dated, and is very noisy.

Clean. Safe. Cozy cortyard. Great gym.Too much chlorine in the pool. Comfortable beds. Very close to the airport so you hear the planes flying over but if noise doesnt bother you, great option to stay at.

Sorry but the property is very tired/dated. Pillows were mismatch and some lumpy. Wifi didn’t work which was problematic as I didn't any cell service. Asked for help at reception but they were unable to help.

The room was warm and humid even with the AC on. The towels are very thin. A seeingly small thing, but the tissues and toilet paper are ridiculously thin and tear. I understand that the price is for the convenience to the airport, but it wouldn't kill Marriott's bottom line to improve the quality of these items just a little.

Well priced, polite staff, clean room, free shuttle bus to and from airport. Unfortunately there was no internet connection from my room and despite a call to the front desk, nothing was done. I would have asked for a room change had I been staying longer but this was just an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight out. I was able to connect from the lobby area however. The little bistro was adequate for a bite to eat..open till 10pm and service was friendly.

This hotel does the job for a quick layover overnight stay but I'd prefer a hotel that includes breakfast for this price.

Son was only 20 so they wouldn’t let him check in. He slept in his car at the airport.

Stood in cold at airport pickup spot for 40 minutes for hotel’s shuttle van. Saw every other hotel shuttle van come and go repeatedly. Called Courtyard Marriott 3 times and was repeatedly told driver was on his way. Hotel is only 5 minutes away. Driver never showed. When got to hotel, I was told the cost of the cab ride would be reimbursed. Was not. Terrible travel experience. Recommend choosing any other hotel in area , not Courtyard Marriott on Little Rock Drive.

It was dark when we got there and when we left so the inside was very nice. Loved the shuttle driver Greg. Played christian music and was very kind.

Very loud guests early in the morning, and the jet noise was also quite loud being so close to the airport. The shower didn’t have body wash. Everything else was fine. The staff was very nice.

One of the poor courtyards. Get checked in by a gentlemen who in between eating his meals and checking me. They issue a car pass and expect you to back to the car and affix it on the dashboard. The rest/ coffee shop is a no go. 1 person billing/ servicing and the bar is a bigger disaster. The lifts are in a pathetic condition. 3 stars is being kind

Perfect for our overnight stay in Charlotte due to flight delays. The shuttle was great, even took us to a tasty local restaurant and the driver was friendly and helpful! The room was good for what we needed.
