    If choosing this property, learn if they are still renovating the 1st floor areas. Be prepared to put up a $100 deposit cash or credit card 💳. The room was good but the air freshener activated my allergies.

    The 2nd shift check out guy (short) one was extremely rude. Very mouthy and basically said if we didn't like the condition of the hotel we could leave, and he'd refund our money. There was renovation which wasn't mentioned, the smell of Marijuana was heavy, and there were loud crowds walking the halls, and fighting outside. It wasn't safe there.

    Under construction and had first floor room which was missing hangers and not the cleanest. Was told at checkout that first floor was not to be used so experience may have been better if not in construction area. Price point was good.

    Was able to check-in when I arrived in town and I loved the quiet it was close to the location had to attend They didn't clean the bathroom properly it had wash towels used hanging on the shower never wiped down the bathroom doors stainless steel was with a lot of sut knob handles dirty.     Nothing Floors were sticky when we arrived. Had to get housekeeping to do floors again. Microwave was nasty had to have her clean that as well. On our last night stopped at the front desk before going to room to get new towels because housekeeping did not knock or as if we needed cleaning or new towels. Gentleman at front desk asked if our room was cleaned. We said no. He said it should be. We told him we didn't have service all weekend. I asked if there wasn't any new towels was he going to bring it up stairs (every time we called for something we had to go downstairs) he got smart. So, we exchanged words and I to him his customer service skills were terrible. He had no name tag. And there was no manager name up on the manager on duty sign. We went upstairs room was the same as we left it.

    Love the location and the price. I would have appreciated have a clean bathroom and bedroom room there was clothing left from previous guess hair in the shower just not top tier cleaning. Other than that I appreciate it The room card needed reprogramming twice during the stay the room wasn’t clean and neither was the bathroom

    The room was disgusting. We checked out the next morning, and was supposed to stay for 4day 3 nights. I would not recommend this place to a DoG. The front desk leaves it unattended for an extended period, doing who knows what. Horrible experience. I couldn't get the manager to discuss any type of refund.

    I like the location its right off the interstate, restaurants and mall. The price for just a one night stay isn’t bad. My sheets to the bed had small stains had to request another. The man who i guess is the manager was very condescending and sarcastic. He was not allowing my to finished sentences. Body language was definitely aggressive to be apart of hospitality. Past 8:00 pm there was some questionable guest that was arriving. Food was not appetizing. The bathroom light made noises when on. The bathroom was very small. Theres was too may people just hanging out there rooms too much for me.

    The staff was very friendly. I would truly give them a 10/10. The bed was comfy, linen appeared clean. I was able to get towels and wash cloths with ease. I requested full service house keeping one of the 3 days I stayed and they did not clean my room at all. They came in, took the dirty towels and wash cloths and replaced them. That was literally it. They didn't make the beds or clean anything at all. The room just wasn't very clean from the beginning to be honest. It didn't smell clean at all and the floors hadn't been cleaned. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had no carpet in the rooms and I prefer that. But the floors had lint and grit which was disappointing because although I don't walk around barefoot any where but my home at times, I literally could not have done it if I wanted to because the floors were obviously dirty. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned either. There was some hair in the tub and around it, the toilet where it meets the floor was absolutely dirty and you could just tell whomever "cleaned" it just doesn't clean the whole toilet so they probably never even noticed how dirty it was.

    Clean room, pleasant staff. Plenty of parking. Near a few restaurants that are within walking distance. The bed OMG I loved very much. The room was very spacious and clean. Only thing missing from the rooms is a place to cook. Would I stay again, NO! Nothing wrong with the hotel I just prefer something more upscale. For the price it’s a great deal.

    Customer service was great; area was good; room floor was dirty, there were water spots in multiple places on the floor in the room, there appeared to be what seemed like dry blood on our comforter (we noticed our last day there), all the halls seemed like they got dirtier every day, elevators were so old and slow, breakfast was horrible and the coffee was so weak and nasty. We will never stay here again. Do not recommend to anyone.

    The first room we were given had roaches. Given the arrival time an events happening in the city, we didn’t have other decent options to book somewhere else. We were given another room; no pests in it, however the towels had very noticeable brown stains. If you’re in a bind, it’s quiet, affordable and somewhat of a decent hotel to stay for a quick overnight.

    I was worried about the hotel after reading the reveiws, but am happy to report that our room was clean, no bugs were ever seen, and our car was safe and not broken into. The staff were nice and helpful when needed. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh - elevators and halls were a bit beat up, but the room was nice and for the cost, all was well.

    The TV did not respond at all to its remote. Lights appeared on the remote, so the batteries weren't dead. When I tried to call the front desk, I found that the room phone was dead. The person at the front desk did give us a different room, which was fine. We had a very nice stay in the 2nd room.

    The staff were all super helpful and friendly, special shout out to Charlotte at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was always solid and she was always kind and welcoming. The pool looked nice, though we didn't use it. Parking was plentiful. You can easily walk to some restaurants or take a short drive to a bunch of shopping/dining. Our only complaint was finding a few areas in our room that hadn't been cleaned particularly well before our stay.

    We checked into the hotel at approximately 7:15 pm. The attendant at the front desk at that time was very professional. Our family took our things to our room and quickly needed to leave for our scheduled event. We returned to the hotel at 12:40 am exhausted and ready for bed. The entire hallway had an overwhelming stench of weed. Once we entered our hotel room the stench was even worse. We were not able to stay in our room. No one would have been able to sleep due to the smell. I immediately reported this to the person at the front desk who then asked sent another employee to investigate the smell. The employee claimed that when people check into the hotel and their clothes and bags smell of weed that it can cause the smell to be left in the area they were in. The smell was extremely intense. This did not seem logical. We were never even offered the option to move to another room. Within 15 minutes I booked another room next door at the Home2Suites by Hilton.

    I traveled from GA to Charlotte NC. I arrived after 2am to check in. I was woken up around 10am from front desk stating a mechanical emergency was taken place and maintenance would have to enter my room. Which cause me to wake up and get dressed. Later when I came back to hotel around 5pm the A/C was left unplugged and when asked about it I was informed I could plug it back in. However I requested maintenance plug it back. Outside of all this happening on that Friday the rest of my stay was great.

    Amazing staff! John, Ms. Charlotte and Amber Williams went above and beyond to accommodate my family’s needs. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The Business center was great since I had to use it for work/printing documents. This is my 2nd time staying here (extended my stay as well) and I highly recommend.

    The overall appearance of the hotel and grounds is very good. Stayed for a week, after three days had to physically bring towels, washcloths etc., to be exchanged for laundered. No room service to do or change bedding. Breakfast was very good - a great thank you to Charlotte for her hospitality, friendliness and keeping the food well supplied!

    I absolutely loved the hostess in the dining area-her name is Charlotte!! Just like the city!! She was so nice, that I started calling her Queen Charlotte!! Our stay was for 5 days & everyday my husband and I went to breakfast. She did an excellent job managing her area that was filled with a lot of people. She was very professional. The custodial staff did a wonderful job too. Thank you!!!

    Check-in was slower than the DMV. Couldn’t figure out how to change payment card from card on file and ended up charged twice. Room had loudest A/C I’ve ever heard. Bathroom fan sounded like an airplane at takeoff. Hair was in the bathtub before anyone even got in to shower. Going to need a chiropractor just for sleeping on those pillows, which were the size of a postage stamp. Ceiling in room looked like it was done with a can of spray foam. So dirty we didn’t even attempt breakfast. Would not stay here again even if I was paid.

    Check-in was a breeze. The fastest I’ve ever had. The suite room is very large. Great value. Proximity to the mall, highway, countless eateries, is a plus. It’s a hidden gem. I will definitely be back again.

    The staff were amazing and definitely the best part of the whole experience, very friendly! The room was dirty, the toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The shower was dirty and had some kind of bug crawling up the wall. The walls were dirty and there was what looked like pubic hair on one of the beds. The deadbolt didn’t engage. At one point we came up to the room and there was this lady trying a key card that didn’t work. When we told her that she would probably have to go to the front desk to have it fixed she refused and acted strangely enough we didn’t feel comfortable enough to leave our luggage in the room while we were out.

    "The experience was so bad that I had to leave the next day to look for new accommodation. The hallways smelled like marijuana, everything was dirty, and the room had someone else's hair and dirt on the floor. I truly need some kind of refund for the terrible experience I had. I was traveling with my two children — it was awful."

    Overall enviornment: Strong smell of marijuana throughout the building. The walls are thin so i heard all my neighbors. The room was nice and clean. It was spacious and what i expected for the price. Breakfast: The coffee in the room was gross but they did have folgers downstairs. I came down at 820 for breakfast and they were out of biscuits for the day already. The eggs were flat eggs for biscuits, but again no biscuit. The waffle was good and they had other options like cereal, muffins, etc. Overall, i wouldnt recommend. I feel like they do shady business. The $250 deposit really just started my trip off bad and there was nothing that really redeemed it.

    Staff at this hotel was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was on top of things. Evening front desk was very helpful and the woman that was managing breakfast was super friendly and very much on top of everything. General manager walked around during breakfast to check in on everyone. Hotel was also very clean with spacious rooms. We just stayed one night as a road trip stopover, but if we are in the area again we would seek out this place.

    One of the worst experiences I ever had at a hotel room, hot water didn’t work all weekend and then they try to set you up with some points… Look like the room was under construction because all the panels on the side was gone. I asked for a refund, but that wasn’t going to happen. I will never go there again.

    My son and I stayed here for an overnight stay and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast set up was nice and my son loved it. If you need somewhere to stay that's not far from shopping, the hwy, etc., definitely give them a go!

    Stayed 5 days!! 1st night, back hurting..bed is super hard!! Call front desk next morning. No help. Put water inniron it came right out, microwave did not have the right plate so food couldnt warm properly. Then had to hunt down housekeeping for clean towels and room to be cleaned. I received towels after 3 request and room NEVER got cleaned. Smh...I will not stay again!! Gm only offered 1/2 off a night and that was not good enough!

    The staff worked to fix my issue. There was mold in the bathroom. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was low in the two bedrooms room. I hear the rooms with the king beds had bigger bathrooms. The staff worked to to fix the problems.

    I booked this hotel by accident, I honestly thought I had booked Courtyard by Marriott so I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a very friendly greeting and a pleasant smile. The gentlemen got right to checking us in and giving us the lay out of what offered. The breakfast area was clean and Ms Charlotte was very pleasant and ensured that food was hot and available. She was very accommodating. The rooms had been updated and you could smell the cleanliness. Overall I had a great stay and got plenty of rest.

    The property was fine. It was clean and well put together. You can tell that it is older but the remodel looks good. I passed on the breakfast because the food didn’t look appealing and I’m not a big fan of Folgers coffee, but that’s just a personal opinion.

    I have mixed reviews. The room was clean except there was hair all over the shower when I arrived. During my stay I did put the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping proceeded to still come into my room I had the door lock on so they couldn’t come in she then came back 4 minutes later and tried to open the door again. I opened the door and asked if she needed anything and she said “excuse me I’m sorry” which was odd to me. Other than that I had EXCEPTIONAL breakfast interactions with Charlotte she’s Amazing.

    I had to sign several papers promising not to have parties in my room or smoke pot. Not sure what kind of neighborhood it is but made us very uncomfortable. The previous hotel had extra blankets and pillows in the closet. This one didn’t. The bathroom is very tiny and the sink is across from the bed which was strange. We stayed one night and left quickly.

    If I could give this property ZERO stars I would. This property is filthy dirty from the minute you walk in the front door, to the elevators, to the room itself. Dingy lighting. Wallpaper peeling apart in the hallways, elevator looks like one from 1998. The room itself upon arrival FILTHY dirty. Hair on floors, hair in towels, spots on comforter, stains on bathroom counters, dried up gunk on night stands, dried up gunk on bathroom door, drain turn knob taken out of bath tub thrown to the side. Just DIRTY! Was moved to another room within an hr after reporting it to the front desk. To be moved to ANOTHER filthy dirty room. AFTER TWENTY FOUR HOURS OF TRAVELING we are exhausted and shouldn’t be having to have the stress of cleaning behind what was supposed to be cleaned by staff. We barely slept and woke up To report the condition of the second room to a man named Ronald who from the jump had a very nonchalant attitude and could care less about what we had experienced upon arrival to now. I continued explaining everything and he said he would text his manager to see what could be done. In the interim we had to find ANOTHER hotel to stay at because this hotel was FAR from COMFORTABLE in anyway. Unsanitary in everywhere possible. Pictures to follow. Spots on bar area where fridge is located. Hair in corner of bathroom floor. Random plastic behind faucet of sink. Eyelashes and gunk on nightstands. We checked out prior to 1pm rushed and gathered our things.

    Being a member and having stayed at other choice establishments I just knew that my experience was going to continue to be awesome but unfortunately not at this location. Only reason why I am giving any stars is due to Charlotte, the breakfast attendant who had wonderful customer service and area being clean. Room needed service did not receive or room change, Guests were out by pool loud and smoking marijuana so did not feel comfortable even going out to the pool area, ceiling in room clearly had a previous leak that went un addressed and shower head holder was broken so couldn’t enjoy showering and tub had either red dye or red paint spilled in areas.

    Locks in both rooms I rented were not locking properly. Parked behind the hotel as I couldn't get one on the sides or front...both days. So much marijuana being smoked right outside the door by 3-4 guys sitting a table my family and I had to hold our breath as not to get high! All day, all the time. Then, the girls / women running up and down the hallway yelling and screaming; one yelling at a man that he was hurting her and before I could get up and to the door they were in a room. Stretchy people, great area. Will NEVER be back to this hotel.
