    It would be nice to now when you post it online that it is under construction. I also called prior stating that there will be three of us coming at 11:30 pm can we have the couch turned down. They said yes and it never happened. We had to ask for sheets, blankets and pillows and make our own bed ar midnight. The breakfast was fine but it just didn’t feel clean with booths that weren’t wiped and torn benches. Again I get the value of the lower price but it would be nice to know you are under construction prior booking. I could have spent $20 more and be in a much nicer facility.

    This could have been a 4.5 rating, the significant downgrade are for two reasons, expectation to pay $10/night for parking and inadequate supply of coffee pods for the length of the stay.

    I have never left earlier before from any hotel in the past, and from this one I did, I can't stay in there where the Marijuana smell was so strong that I was getting sick and my mother as well, the night shift staff was very rude to me when my key stop working and I went to reception to request the service of repair she even rolled her eyes on me and only make one key work, breakfast was the only thing I can say was ok, and clean! But besides that everything else, the ice machine not working 😕, the sofa bed so damaged. Totally bad.

    I was looking forward to laying by the pool, it was closed. Other than that the staff were excellent and all who worked there. I would definitely recommend it, but if you want a pool check to see if it’s complete

    The smoke detector was going off. When I called the front desk she stated no one is here to assist. She will call me back in few minutes after she speaks with her manager. Reception never called back. At the checkout I spoke to the general manager he stated I am not able to get a reduced price because I have booked the hotel through Expedia. We were not able to have a good not sleep because the smoke detector was chirping all night.

    I liked the comfortable bed and spacious suites. I didn't like the hidden fees that I got hit with AFTER I arrived on the property to check in. Over $100 in fees they did NOT disclose ahead of time. I am waiting to see if it comes off of my statement. Also the signage is tiny so we got lost every time we returned to the hotel because we couldn't find it.

The hotel needs a lot of attention as everything was dingy (room's curtains were visibly dirty) and all of lobby, elevators and breakfast area need to be deep cleaned. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, the tub drain was broken, and all of the grout/caulk of the bathroom was dirty or in need of replacement.

    The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The drapes had red marks on them, and one drape had a huge hole in it. When I told the front desk, they said they’re under renovation. But why wouldn’t a hotel remove such gross things from a room and quickly replace them, or just not rent that room to guests?

However, we stayed primarily because we had an early morning flight, and the airport shuttle was easy to sign up for and punctual. The driver was friendly and communicative; we had no problem arriving at the airport in time. The schedule was one shuttle ride per hour, having more frequency in the early hours would be helpful. It would also be nice if some breakfast was available before 6am other than coffee.

    Staff were friendly but we arrived at midnight after a cancelled flight and left early so didn't have much interaction. The hotel is seriously under construction. In my opinion this should come with a discount, the area around is just dumpsters, not walkable. The rooms are big and very outdated (curtains are yellowed from age). There was caution tape all around the entrance when we pulled up. It is not an appealing place to stay at all. The bathroom amenities like shampoo were all in half used mismatched containers that looked about ten years old.

    Property under construction and very dirty. The absolute worst Choice hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far. They Charge 10$ a day for parking in a hotel with plenty of space. Nightclub 100 yards away that is currently rocking the walls with music at 1:00 am. What a terrible mistake to stay here. Don’t do it. This is the worst place I’ve stayed since Covid. Even the airport shuttle has been wrecked & is looking like it was in a demolition derby. I’m praying the airport jets drown out the booming but it’s not happening. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or on the airport floor before you stay here…

    Building is outdated, Black mold in the first room that was given to us. We requested another room.     i honestly don’t think i’ve ever left a bad review for a hotel and this wasn’t necessarily bad—it just was very sub par, the carpets in the rooms were nasty and stained, there was black hair in the bathroom, the the light in the room flickered so bad, the breakfast was not very good aside from the sausage, stale biscuits and luke warm eggs. the shuttle for the airport was nice and the room was very spacious, also the coffee and lemon water station in the lobby was a nice touch.

    You have to pay to park and to add insult to injury, its a complicated process to pay for the parking. Also. I desperately needed to charge my phone, but the USB charging stations don't work. When I tried to get it rectified, their solution is to sit by the community computer down stairs to charge it. It is after 10pm. I have to get up at 4am. I'm not sitting downstairs to watch my phone charge for an hour. Should have given me a new room or better yet, make sure everything in theirs rooms work before putting paying customers in them.

    We checked in at 10:45 PM and the person at the desk was fine and cheerful . When we opened the door to the room, we literally thought we were walking into a time warp. It smelled musty and moldy, and the toilet was running. The toilet continued to run all night long, but we were too tired to bother the girl who said she was getting off in a few minutes to try and get someone to fix it or to even move our room. The decor and “couch” looked like something from an old basement in the 60’s! Would not recommend. When we opened up our door in the morning at 6:30 to get the shuttle to the airport the hallway reeked of pot. It was the last thing I needed to smell on my way out of a horribly smelling musty room. Would be great if you could do some sort of an upgrade or at least take out the carpets or clean them.

    Now the negatives- this is a classic 90's era Comfort Suites, when they were pretty sweet. Back in the day when they were a "Premium" brand, known for elevated facilities within the Choice Hotels branding (which includes Radisson and Cambria all the way down to Rodeway Inn), this was the place to stay. All the Comfort Suites had indoor pools (the one here permanently closed, idle and empty), shuttles to nearby airports or attractions (which this one has), etc. But this property has alot of overlooked maintenance beyond the closed pool area. Scratched and dented everywhere from public areas to rooms and curb appeal, the property just need a quick upgrade.     Just so everyone knows the pool is closed, permanently. So if you book the hotel by specifically selecting a pool you’re out of luck. The room was spacious but the carpet was brown and 100 years old and gross. The bathroom fan was broken. The curtains had some kind of disease on them. Plus the motor cycle racing through the night made it very very loud even with a noise machine.
