Honestly Aloft was very clean and delightful. I would definitely stay here again. Came here with a few of my friend and we have nothing but great things to say. Rooms were cleaned everyday after asking because they have automatic room service every other day. Staff was very friendly especially Ms. Karen. She helped me with all my questions. Brian at the bar was very understanding and friendly. I explained to him that I don’t drink much so he tried to make a few drinks for me until we found one I enjoyed.

When you first walk into the lobby it smells so clean. Looks exceptionally clean. Very inviting, cozy and comfy. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone was very nice and willing to assist. I didnt like the tub size in my bathroom and the water pressure was slight

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable, loft set up with bathroom was unique… didn’t lend much privacy. Parking lot was full on 2nd night and had to park rental car on the street (why pay for a spot if not guaranteed?)

Great little hotel when you need a quick place stay without the exorbitant prices of staying downtown. We were 20 min. from the city area but enjoyed some gems on the outskirts of Charlotte. Good people, awesome bartender, and good amenities!

Hotels are charging too much now for pet fees. I paid $100 for 2 nights and did not even receive a water bowl or treats. Most of the Aloft Hotels do not charge a pet fee. Also, it was nice having snacks available to purchase in the lobby but the prices were insane. A 2 ounce bag of chips was $5 and prices went way up from there. The pool, dog relief area, and lobby were nicely done and very clean. I would have liked my room cleaned and supplies refreshed but this property only offers cleaning every other day. I also asked for a noon checkout (just one additional hour) and was denied. Would I stay here again? Maybe, not sure.

The property was nice. There was moisture under the vinyl flooring in front of the shower and tv that seeped out a brown liquid once stepped on. Also, the breakfast ended before 9:30am which is kind of ridiculous and on Saturday March 28th the guy that worked the bar was very rude for no reason at all.

It was bright and in a good location it seemed up to date and well maintained Well first off I want to say I’ve given them 6 days to correct their mistake and I have yet to even get a call back from anyone I’ve called 3 times the issue is I stayed 1 night approx 9 hrs to be exact and was charged almost $500 it was a pit stop on the way to Florida not only did they WAY OVERCHARGE me but, the card I made the reservation on was also used for my Florida vacation reservation and this overcharge from this 9 hr stay messed my whole week vacation booking up . What a disaster so on my vacation I’ve had to make calls to receive no call back or get charges adjusted .hey I get mistakes happen and would of been very understanding if I had been able to get it resolved. It should be illegal for hotel to have free range to charge whatever they want without authorization. I authorized a 1 night stay for $165 plus $50 pet fee . Not $463 worth of crap charges ! Again I want to state that I gave them a week to fix their mistake or at least make contact with me before I wrote my review.

Nothing They gave my room away before i got there. I choose to pay at property because i don’t pay ahead of time they decided that i want gonna come when i came form out of state to get there. I got there a little after 4 clock in started at 3 they left us without a room and it was hard to book somewhere else.

No room service, no cafe or restaurant open; there was an open bar but it had no food. Staff's advice: Uber Eats... One hour wait for a cold burger. Next morning, spotted a restaurant two blocks' over. No breakfast options, but decent Starbucks close by.

The overall niceness of the hotel..staff was nice and room was nice size..Aloft is always my go to hotel

I don't like that we'd have to pay for parking. I wish I had researched that more. The price wasn't bad, but it's not like it was in a secured garage.

Everything was great..... Except I asked for housekeeping for 2 straight days and no one ever came. I complained about it and still no one came. Other than that everything was great.

Loved the different style, in hotel bar, lovely cool decorations, comfy bed, easy check in. The tiles in the shower made it very slippery and tough to feel safe.

The convenience and surrounding area. I didn’t like the fact that they were out of parking spaces because they allow people to park there instead of at the airport for a cheaper rate. This would be fine if you had a designated area for that. However, it’s not good for the customers staying at your facility to not have anywhere to park because they’re also used by people not even staying at the facility. It was extremely nice of one of the workers to give up their parking spot when the issue was addressed to them.

The location was near everything We were given ONE wash cloth. When we requested another, we were told that there was a "shortage" because someone stole a lot of towels.. This is something that should be made clear prior to checking in

This was a last-minute trip, so I was looking for something close and affordable. It was my first stay at Aloft. I love the concept. the room is simple and utilitarian, but was top-notch for the price range.

We arrived very late (after midnight) and the woman at the front desk quickly let me in and got the reservation handled. Very professional and helpful. I've stayed at many Aloft hotels, and while this one was very clean, it felt a little worn and shabby. But the bed was perfect and the Drybar products in the shower were wonderful.

Nobody ever came to clean my room, replenish items, give us towels and wash clothes. I had to ask the front desk for all this and still nobody came to clean the room. The garbage was piled up and smelling. Never staying at this hotel again!

Table and plush sofa in the room. They are pet friendly rooms. Easy clean up, which it eases the owners mind for stay. They were very friendly and handles a small emergency very well. Further shows what the brand is doing and the city of Charlotte is doing. Showing love to people who want to visit ! They allowed me some Extra time to check out as we were needed just a little extra time to sleep and recover from the fun and loving time the city showed us. (On tour). Very good option of hotels to stay

This hotel was fine, nothing special, nothing terrible, but both my credit card and hard drive were compromised while there. I had to cancel my card after fraudulent charges showed up, and my thumb drive full of important documents is either a total loss or $1500 to have the files recovered and cleaned. The stay was ok, but the electronic security is dangerous.

The room was not spotless but was clean and orderly. There was NO service to leave fresh towels and that was not good. The food downstairs was fresh and a great selection. The bar service finally got better! I would definitely stay again making sure cleaning services were provided each morning for fresh towels.

The room was very tiny and compact. No one cleans your room or brings fresh towels and the non-english speaking people who do walk the halls and clean dont even understand what you're trying to say. We used google translate and when we did ask for service she told usee couldnt get any towels or the room cleaned unless we went to the reception desk. We never stayed in the room as we wanted to venture and only sleep at nights there. Its a ripoff that you have to pay $5per day for parking also. The drinks at the bar were terrible and pricey. We would never stay at a location referenced with this name again. Highly unreccommended.

The Aloft Charlotte Airport was the first time we’ve experienced staying at an Aloft hotel. It was unique and I wish we could have experienced a bit more of what that hotel offered. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind when we travel back to NC.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Conveniently located. Only wish is the bar opened earlier on the weekend, maybe around 3 or 4p instead of 5. Bonuses was the hotel offered an airport shuttle and we loved the fire pit outside if wanted to sit out and visit.

The staff was great. Michelle at the bar was fantastic! It was a bonus that we could leave the car there and be shuttle to the airport and back.

Albeit short, our overall stay was great. Staff were very helpful and it was quick and easy to check in. Bed and the overall room setup was very nice and convenient. The only note I can say is the additional $100 deposit fee that wasn’t stated when booking the room. Other than that, location was nice and felt secure/safe.

The available parking pass allowed us to leave our vehicle for 11 days at $5 a day with a free shuttle offered to and from airport. Very convenient! Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

Well, I was kind of excited about this hotel. We have stayed at the aloft hotel in other cities before so we were genuinely excited about this day. Customer service was OK however everything else seem to go awry and I’m not sure if it’s because you booked the third-party however I was charged on the wrong card for my stay when they got it to the correct card it now takes seven business days for the return to go back on the card that they was not supposed to take it off second my room air condition would not go off, even though we turned it off to the thermostat the front desk had to come up and help us with this which only entail, cutting it completely off, so there’s no air throughout the night thirdly. There was a leak from the sink, which was kind of annoying, but such as life we may do we power it through

If charging at this location is critical to your journey, look elsewhere. The hotel could fix this issue by changing signage painted on the ground at the parking spots, which are currently confusing. Spots are indicated as handicapped and/or dedicated for hybrid vehicles. Hotel staff were friendly and room was clean.

When I tried to check in, I learned that the hotel was overbooked. After about 2 hours of waiting and corresponding with an Expedia representative who was very helpful; I was eventually able to get a room. The front desk clerk at the hotel was very apologetic and patient despite the inconvenience.

Only stayed for an early flight but walked in and looked fun. Rooms were designed well for a stay thinking a little outside the box with the bathroom design separate toilet to wash area making it more convenient when more than one in room. Very friendly staff!

I had the absolute best stay! The pool was fun and lively but the front desk staff were the best I have ever experienced. William and Dikea were so friendly and nice to my puppy! I cannot wait to come back. Feels like a happy place to work!

There’s a horrible smell in hotel room

Great experience, the fire outside was nice but only 1 of the 2 fire pits were working. Rooms were unique but were great! There was a weird dude outside carrying a gun and talking about how he was banned from the location but the front desk lady took care of him…

The AC was too loud and staff slammed doors in the early morning causing interruptions in sleep

Pet friendly property and so the room smelled like a dog was there and never got the circulation right to freshen air. The rug needs a shampoo to hopefully get the smell out. Suggest wiping the signs on the table. It was sticky, good thing I had wipes. Otherwise room was fine, staff friendly. Time to get rid of the pet smell!

Well to start off I got to my reservation late yes that was my fault but this was my first time ever booking a hotel anywhere…so I basically booked three days but stayed for one night literally and when I arrived the tissue in the bathroom was more than half way used and as they had white stains on the couch as well

Wow, the hotel is newer in the lobby was nice with an outdoor fire pit. My room was incredibly noisy. The people who are over top of me through things all night and stomped around until 2 AM and I could hear every single thing I can’t wake up in the middle of the night because it was so noisy and it’s like the wall paper thing.

They conveniently have an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes from the hotel. It’s also nice that they let you keep your car parked there for five days free after you check out and a small fee thereafter at $10 per day beyond that - at least that was the rate at the time of my stay. One thing to be aware of is that the bathroom has an open floor plan with respect to the shower. The toilet has a door, but the shower was behind an open-ended wall. Not an issue for our travel, but if privacy for showers in the form of a closed door is important for your party, just something to be aware of.

Had a great stay here. Needed a hotel close to the airport that allowed pets. We have a 12 year old chihuahua mix. Because of our situation, we had to arrive early, and was glad to hear that they had a early check in option (for a fee). The room had everything we needed including a small fridge, which was also convenient. The hotel looked safe and clean. The pool's water looked clean but we stayed in December. They have a little lounge in the lobby with a couple of fire pits by the pool. Very convenient distance to the airport, some sports bars, publix and costco. Nice friendly staff. Thanks, Aloft!

Entire Front desk Staff was awesome from start to finish. I made a couple of calls before I arrived and MJ was so helpful, the shuttle staff was awesome and so sweet, Jerry, Joe and Red :) were all exceptional. I also loved the bar tender, she was fun and had me laughing, which was so nice as I was there alone. The training I was there for was at the Hyatt and everyone was jealous of my stay. Housekeeping had my room spotless. Last thing, the coffee was way better at Aloft, than across the street.

Horrible experience, they enter my room while I was inside with out calling or knocking because they said some one put in the system I was check out. I told the manager and they dismissed me if I was a woman they they would have a law suit I’m not happy at all. and they charge my credit card twice for the same stay I have to call their customer service now. Not want I want to do after a business trip. I stay 4 days and no one clean the rooms I ask about it in day two and all they did was give me towels.

Had charges charged to my room not mine. I was even emailed someone elses receipts. No breakfast but prepackaged option limited. The staff is so busy smoking outside and hanging at the bar that things were not professional. Unfortunately because this could be a very nice place to stay. I won't do that again. Cost me 400.00 extra dollars on someone else.
