I could\nNot find anything I liked. I did not like the service. Did you look like the service. Did not like the room. Did not like the beds. Half the stuff did not work. The toilet ran continuous. The blow dryer shocked my wife with electricity. The staff would not work with us in any way. The\nBreakfast bar was no good what they had for a bar.I would not consider a breakfast bar.

The shampoo was very harsh. Soap was regular bar soap. Towels were small. The water pressure, in the shower was good.The sheets on the bed were polyester and the bedspread had stains. The motel was easy to drive past, so you had to look for the Waffle House to know where to turn. It was next to a Waffle House, It has some shopping close by and downtown is about 5 miles away(15-20 min drive)

Torn curtains, no towels in room

We didn't like much. Were there for a wedding and this motel was close No elevator, Heavy traffic noise. Walls paper thin, was woken up by neighbor talking and making popcorn. We could hear every kernel popping. Woken up at 3:45am. with neighbors pounding on neighboring door looking for his cheating wife. The room was decent for what it was.

Room floor was dirty; grit on feet and/or socks. All else okay.

Nothing other than the location Dirty Broken stuff inside the room , and door handles, bathroom seat and fan. The give me smoking room even I didn’t pick it up, they said that is what they have . I was too tired and was late to find another hotel.

I love the close proximity to shopping and Restaurants all in walking distance.

Don’t ever go there because it’s a total dump. Dirty and very outdated. Didn’t even have a toilet paper roller.

A lot of spiders, cockroaches and bugs. No hot water, bed sheets and blankets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them, and the towels smelled funny. Not staying here again.

Checked in. Checked the room, mold on the curtains, holes in the wall, dirty floors, went to the office and checked out. Went down the road and spent money on a better hotel. I had better accommodations in Afghanistan.

The floor was absolutely filthy. You cannot walk around on the floor barefoot it was really dirty

The sink leaked at every connection, cleaning service came and took all the towels and wash clothes and didn't return any and didnt make bed. The door had been clearly kicked in many times. Refrigerator was dirty and frozen over. The mattress was horrendous, someones butt imprit is permanently in it. The first thing I noticed bringing in suitcase was an empty cocain baggie in the parking lot. No toilet roll holder. Vent fan was hanging out of the wall.

The hardwood floors were gross and oily. The toilet wouldn’t flush my log. I checked in at 9 and had to interact with an employee through a window, which is totally fine, but he didn’t say anything to me. Just made hand gestures. Weird place. 100% do not recommend staying there. It’s a cheap stay, but it’s still not worth what it costs.

It was a little outdated but the staff was friendly

The ceiling in the shower was covered, and I mean completely covered in mold. There rest of the room appeard and felt clean. I was not expecting to see that the next morning. The water pressure fantastic, but I didn't want to spend 1 more second in the shower.

The experience was the worst I have ever had. In fact if we could have found another hotel with vacancy in the general area we would have left. The room door was missing the weather stripping and when I pointed it out to the manager I was given a towel to put in front of it. There was enough gap a snake, mouse, bugs or someones hand coul fit under it. Mold on the bathroom ceiling a bug on the bathroom wall. I asked for a different room but was told there were none available. I have pictures but this site wont let me upload.

False advertisement . this was not a Hotel its a Motel there is a BIG difference!!

It was quiet and i could smoke inside

Dirt and a dirty towel in dresser drawer. Not all dirty linens had been collected. Smoke detector also in dresser. Call the office at 3am to make a noise complaint, staff member told us to go ask the room where the music was coming from to be quiet. Breakfast was bananas cereal and a waffle maker. Will not come back

The door had a large gap at the bottom and did not always close properly.

This property is in desperate need of repair or renovation. Maid staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed at this property three different times And this will definitely be the last It was horrible. It was a smoking room. No ashtray I had to go to the front office to get one no ice bucket or bags to put inside ice bucket, roaches, crawling on the wall and also noise coming from the next room, went to the office to tell the manager about the music she said for me to go knock at the door. Mind you this is. Little after 12 AM I knocked at the door no answer nothing was done about it at all. The music finally Subsided around 4 AM so I will never stay at this property ever again. I could not get any sleep from the music and also it came right back on approximately 6-7 o’clock the same morning

There were bugs all over the room. It was filthy. The front door would not close all the way shut and shortly after I got the room there was a junkie banging on the door asking for drugs.

The rooms looked nice and seemed clean until we saw bugs in the sink and bed. The service was good though.

Check-in happened through a side window after dark. We came in after driving 15 hours. Keys didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs and wait for keys to be reactivated. Walked into room with bugs on the ground, visible damage to walls and doors, generally poor condition.

Opening the door you were overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana. I was in Charleston for a Dr appt and used an entire can of room spray to make sure that I didn't smell like marijuana. It looked like they had just remade the beds and put new towels and toiletries.

We stayed on a Saturday night. It was so noisy we couldnt sleep due to the loud music from the party downstairs which lasted until around 430 am. The room had no real venting ir air flow so it was stuffy, stale and hard to breath even with the a/c on high. We reserved a room with double beds and were placed in a room with nothing but one bed, not even a chair or place to sit. Definitely will not stay here again

When we checked then there was people hanging over the balcony place is not as clean as they say it is there was no pillows on one bed the two pillows that was on the one that I did sleep on were like smashed and put together there was blood on the bottom of one of the blankets in the room I asked for a king size and the rooms that we got were two twins or two full size there was no toilet paper that telephone did not work was not even plugged in it wasn't a cord for the phone they have no option to buy any you know snacks or anything no there's really that was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had it was not like I say very very not clean the parking lot was dirty

Not what was expected

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at in all of my travels over all of the years. This place was an absolute dump. There was mold growing on the bed box springs, bed bugs and bugs crawling on the floor. It was unsafe! We couldn't run the AC because of the 6 men that were smoking pot on the porch next to us kept blowing in the room. The second night when we arrived back at the hotel there were two prostitutes standing outside that same door next to us. There was a soda can in the freezer than had exploded and was completely full of ice. I tried to get out of the reservation with Expedia but they said it was upto the hotel to authorize the refund of which they refused. I misplaced my hotel key so I asked the very rude girl for a replacement. She never even asked me for my ID. Just asked me the room number and handed me a key.

It is not a safe place. If I was with my family I would have just forgot about the money and left. I will never use Quality again.

The property is run down. The room I stayed in had dirty walls, worn out furniture, a cracked and loose toilet, and other issues. The place needs a complete renovation. It's a dump and it smells bad to boot. Low price but not worth it.

We got to the property around 9:15pm after dealing with a lot traffic coming from Knoxville. We were tired and hungry, so we really needed something to eat. We checked in and hotel the manager seemed really nice. However, when we got to the room that’s where the problem began. It was disgusting. There was cigarette burns on the comforter and a booger smeared on the wall. The sheets had been washed, but brown stains all through them. To be fair, my wife and I didn’t immediately complain because we were hungry and wanted to get to downtown Charleston. We came back a hour and a half later and told the manager the room was not to our liking. He told us it was to late to refund us the night, but he did refund us the next two. We went down the street to Best Western and got what we needed- a nice and clean room. Overall, we just didn’t think we should have to pay for a room that was in that condition. I do understand that we waited until we had some dinner first before complaining, but the manager should never rent out a room in that condition. We’ve used Expedia a dozen times and never have we been disappointed. We complained to Expedia, but the they said it was the manager’s discretion about the first night charges. I did send them pictures of the room for their records. Why am I using Expedia for if they put motels like this on their website. I might try Hotels.com next time.

Looks far better in the pictures. Was given a smoking room when we got there as they said I didn't select a non-smoking room which I did. Then later that night there were only two towls to take a shower, same manager told us we only specified 2 guests so I had to open up my phone and show where I did pick two adults and two children. Beds were uncomfortable which didn't really matter since we didn't get any sleep for 3 nights because of the waffle house next to it where it was super loud and people screaming all night long. There was also this crack head mentally ill lady that roams the parking lot. I turned around when coming back in from dinner and she was in the face of my 12 year old daughter screaming. I wouldn't recomment this place and will never stay here again.

Don’t let the “updated” lobby fool you. The rooms have been given somewhat of a facelift, but is still shabby. Our room’s lampshades were dented and torn, refrigerator was a little grimy, etc.

Hotel was not clean. Burn holes everywhere. Not what you would expext from an Quality Inn. All rooms were trashed person at front desk not nice and kept following people around. Asked for extra towel and gave us an attitude saying housekeeping left them. Well they didnt and when we asked again they only gave one and didnt wanna do that. Overall not a good stay.

The room was filthy. When you check in, the area is nice and the GM somewhat friendly but the rooms are disgusting. No bedbugs but we should have paid no more than $50 for this room not almost $150. Breakfast was nice.

Not good condition

They charge an extra 50 bucks for a non smoking room. The room was run down and had absolutely no amenities. There is Narcon on site and the front door is locked so you need to speak thru a service window. Very sketchy vibe. I could not stay there even 1 night.

Room had not been cleaned. Floors dirty bedding not changed toilet nasty mold and mildew everywhere wide crack under door so breeze came in. Had to change my own bedding and refused to shower in bath

Loud music in the parking area. If aur is on the curtains will open up enabling people to see inside. No iron in the room. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the room even after I sprayed everything with lysol so I left.

The room has some sort of dispensing fragrance that is awful. Ive killed 2 cockroaches so there's obviously no monthly service for the property. I live in NC and i protect my property from bugs but obviously they've decided not to.

The room was disgustingly dirty and the lamps were grimy and rusted, the microwave was extremly dirty. If id had a backup plan i would have checked out immediately. A non smoking room but the tub has cigarette burn on the side of the tub. Nothing was clean and im terrified that the linebs are dirty.

I was given a room that looked nothing like the pictures shown online. The furniture was tattered and worn. The chase chair was dirty …looked soiled and had was damaged like the other furniture. The last thing was I could see the outside from inside. The door was not secure. Huge gaps around the door frame.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The shower was filthy, there was a massive stain on the couch, burn marks on the bed linen. I refused to stay at the hotel and Expedia is still charging me for 1 night. I will never use Expedia again after this experience.

Great place great stay very warm welcoming and relaxing

The room at first glance looked fine. But when I got in the bed, the nightstand had white "STUFF" that had ran down the side of it. Not sure what spilled, but it was nasty. The entire room also smelled like MOLD. I cold feel my chest getting tight. I almost asked for a new room, but figured they would all be the same. I was only there for a few hours, so sucked it up. Also the Sliding Lock on the door was broken. The Bath tub had Black Mold on it. This whole hotel is unsafe in my opinion and I will not be staying here again.

Truly the worst place I’ve ever stayed… bugs in the bed.., hair all over the place, ashes, burn marks on the floor and smells like a 90 year old smoker. Oh I almost forgot… you will hear a block party outside of your window.. I’m so disappointed that I purchased this room. I would’ve been much more pleased with sleeping in my car.

The breakfast included was a banana and granola bar and a prepackaged microwaveable breakfast sandwich. Coffee was undrinkable. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed as our local Quality Inn is very nice.

For the money, this wasvthe best deal in town. The accommodation was satisfactory and the locations was great. I will use this hotel for future travels to the area.

The only lock that work was the card key lock. Plaster coming off the wall. Tile off the wall in the bathroom, doors and trim dirty, no drain plug in tub. I didn’t arrive until 11:00 pm so I was only interested in sleeping. The bad was clean and comfortable.

Didn’t like young men hanging over the railing upstairs. Didn’t appreciate one person sitting in front of my door.

Room was smoking so I requested different room. Next room walls so thin I could hear every conversation from next door and 2 doors away was an open door party with smoking and drinking and loud music. I left without a refund and stayed elsewhere. I would not stay at this motel (it’s not a hotel) under any circumstances.

Terrible hotel

Good value for the money spent; the sheets and towels could have been cleaner though. But staff was very helpful and friendly.

If need a place to stay for a quick overnight stay. This is an OK place.

Room had holes in the wall and generally horrible to stay in because damage to room utilities and room smelling nauseous. Lots of people drinking on the sidewalk outside of rooms. Desk manager pretty much does nothing to look after hotel.

Do be careful reserving this hotel. Without realizing it, our mistake admittedly, we rented a smoking room. And here I was thinking that was no longer even possible…. They had no other room so we had to sleep in a smelly room. Again, our mistake. However the room was filthy it was some sort of chewing tobacco spit on the floor that had not been cleaned and clear evidence of trash from the previous occupant that was not picked up. It was dusty and the bathroom had black mold. Not good.

The hotel was not well maintained. The room was not cleaned to the level I liked. The door lock didn’t work so I put a chair in front of the door to feel safe.

This place is vile and I want my money back immediately, it was unsafe, uncleaned, noisy, and incomplete. My girlfriend and I woke up with the humidity outside inside our room. Woke up several times to drug induced lunatics running around outside and yelling.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life! For $153, I got a room that was so filthy, my feet turned black just walking in the floor for a few minutes. I had Clorox wipes with me and used 10 of them to clean the floor. They were all BLACK with filth! There was mold in the corners, the coffee maker was so dusty and disgusting that I couldn’t use it. The towels were crusty. The bathtub had black stuff on the bottom. The only reason we stayed after seeing it was because all other hotels in Charleston were sold out. However, when we woke in the morning, there were cups outside our door and a puddle of pee on the ground! And there was supposed to be a hot breakfast served until 10:00, but when we went up at 9:00, the front office was locked and there was no food! Horrible hotel!

Would never stay there again

This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. The bathroom has extensive mold, the no -smoking room smelled of smoke and the sheets had burn holes from cigarettes. Stay away!
