The property was pretty secured and clean. I like that cameras were all over in the common areas, and the property was well lit. All staff members were courteous…front desk clerks, food service staff, and housekeeping staff. This may have been the best Home2 we stayed at.

This is an excellent place to stay, easy to get to many places in Charleston and you don't have to pay a premium price. Spacious rooms and many like home touches. Also, I left a tablet one time and they called me later that day and I sent them a label and they shipped it in a double bubble wrapped envelope. If I have one complaint, it would be parking relative to the entrance near lobbies and limited handicap parking.

Breakfast was amazing for this type of hotel. Property was very clean overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Property had everything we needed. Guest rooms could have used a bit more attention to detail. Some of the glasses appeared to be dirty and the bathroom had a few spots that could have been cleaned better. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again.

Only complaint would be a more comfortable newer bed.

The property was dog friendly. No hot tub but the pool was open in April which is rare. Breakfast was average. It could use some makeup remover towlettes or a dark face cloth but overall it was a nice stay and we would return.

The Hilton Home 2 Suites was excellent! Great location, huge rooms, close to downtown, freeways and airport. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel felt fresh, clean, had lots of parking and the staff was friendly. We were very happy with our stay.

This hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious. Located close to many things that we were going to do. Definitely stay here again. Staff was very helpful as our flight was cancelled and we had to stay for another night. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is centrally located in West Ashley. Easy to get to Charleston. I brought two dogs who were comfortable and thankfully quiet. Area to walk pets was plentiful. Staff was friendly, room was really clean and even the other lodgers were friendly!

Overall upkeep of the property was excellent. Very clean and updated. Breakfast selection was good and fresh. Room was larger than expected. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking in a well lit lot. Sitting at the fire pit was a plus. Minor issue of multiple bags of garbage left in hallway was corrected immediately.

We were there for 4 days and never got our room cleaned or fresh towels. We actually called the front desk and they said we would have to wait on clean wash clothes. Not what I expected for what we paid for this Hilton property.

Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we're in town.

Etc to purchase or charge to your room which is a nice benefit. Beautiful accommodations, room to relax, the generous size bathroom and shower always a comfort at the end of the day. Along with full size fridge, dishes, etc just a great place to stay, at the top of our list and we travel quite often. Top notch employees no matter where in the entire facility.

We were able to get our kids bellies full easily before starting our adventures each day with access to free breakfast. No bugs! My cons…. The beds were more full size than queen. The blankets were thin and scratchy, the mattress itself was more like a cardboard box. The pillows flattened so much during use and let out a large puff of air when you rested your head on it that smelled like a fart. We ended up with a walk in shower that our two younger kids had a hard time using. Our 5 year old ADHD kid has sensory issues. Clean up after the beach was a nightmare. On checkout day a worker was trying to get into our room two hours before check out and eventually knocked claiming that someone had already checked out using our room number. When I checked out they asked for room number and last name so I find that hard to believe. The breakfast wasn’t great.

Only 15 minutes away from the airport and downtown. Perfectly situated for easy access to just about everything while simultaneously quiet enough for a comfortable, relaxing stay. 100% recommended!

It fit our needs for our week-long stay and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go in Charleston. I do wish that they would have a no pets floor or designated rooms that were no pets for guests because you can smell a dog scent on the comforter and there was dog hair on the ironing board. The other linens, the room and its setup, as well as the service were great.

What I liked was the outstanding service from the front desk, how helpful they were, how professional and upbeat they were. Great service, great hotel, breakfast was lovely. We will definitely be back since we have family in the area. Loved it.

Our room was clean, lobby was clean, and the breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the gym space and also the fact I could bring my dog. I wish the beds had better sheets, blankets, pillows. The sheets were so swishy and constantly falling off the bed. And the blanket was very thin and not big enough for two people to be using in the bed. As soon as my husband would move, the blanket would shift off of me. And we are very average sized people. So that would be an area of improvement. The pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it.

Home2 suites is my go to. They all are great in my experience. This one is no different. Nice place to stay. Roomy. Plenty of parking.

Housekeeping never came to our room until about two hours before checkout “to see if the room was vacant”. Our trash wasn’t emptied during our stay. They didn’t check to see if we needed towels or anything. We ran our dishes in the dishwasher before leaving.

It was a nice room, mostly clean. The kitchenette was nice and a good-sized fridge and freezer. It was nice and quiet. The Carpet could have used a good steam clean. The shower water pressure was like a gentle rain, not ideal for removing sand from your long hair.

We stayed a week in Charleston, we have stayed in this area of west Ashley before due to its proximity to downtown Charleston and the highway. The one thing I would recommend is leave early because getting onto the Savannah highway during commute times can be a wait. We always like staying at Home 2, I have yet to find a Home 2 that wasn’t what we expected. Clean, friendly and helpful, breakfast, and good location for things you want to do.

This was one of the best stay experiences ever! We were in town 5 days to see our first grandchild. The Home2 was truly a home away from home. Huge room with sofa. Awesome lobby with tea always available and great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Safe. Convenient. Even had a foam roller in the workout room to use before running on the Greenway in the morning. We'll be back soon!

We have always had great experience with “Home2” so we typically stick with them when we travel but this one was better than any. Front desk staff were welcoming, polite and helpful! Our room was outstanding!! As a family of 5, we are often cramped in hotel rooms. Our 2 queen, 1 sofa bed room was SO spacious, had a great kitchenette, PLENTY of storage space for everyone and very clean! We truly wish every hotel we stay at is like this one. Breakfast was fairly typical but still great options! We’ll be sticking with Home2!!

The rooms were fantastic - very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. I appreciated the lotion and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. The breakfast was WONDERFUL. Many hotels only serve carbs for breakfast, but there were so many good protein options. The coffee was really good as well and I'm very picky about my coffee. I liked using the workout room too. We would definitely like to come back and stay longer!

It is a good location but there was noisy people 2:00am and 3:00am in the hallway outside our room on the second floor. They were exactly hollering which woke us up…..

The inside and outside of property was clean and well maintenanced. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. Our room was clean and actually smelled good. No complaints overall good stay.

Very clean property

The HVAC in my room needs a TEST AND BALANCE done - the supply and return very noisy and rattling in the hall as well as pulling on the door. Some of the furnishings (couch in particular) starting to show wear and tear and dirt/grime. Bathroom caulk could use a dedicated once over.

Poor Communication the sign on the bathroom mirror said the room would be cleaned every other day. Our stay was 5 days no one cleaned the room and I asked for it to be cleaned and She said it wouldn't be cleaned until our check out day. A Housekeeper told me it's cleaned every day but sometimes the paper work gets messed up. I am very disappointed in not having a clean room. The breakfast was good and the server was excellent.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. However, we were told of the frequency of the cleaning but it didn't happen. Thankfully, there were enough towels!

very comfortable. Easy on off to I-26. We spent three days here and had a very enjoyable stay. Loved that the safe was large enough to store my laptop and more. Never needed the staff for anything other than check in and out, but they were always there. The breakfast area was manned full time durring the breakfast hours. Waffles were made for you. The seating are was very large and we never had trouble finding a table for four. My one suggestion would be to have a buffet style heated server for eggs, potatoes, and sausage/Bacon. The premade egg/sausage sandwiches were just so so. If you would make that change,the breakfast would be a 10.
