Breakfast was good

This booking was a disaster from start to finish!!!! After a very long car ride (6 hours) to attend a family gathering this destination Hilton Home2Suites did not have my confirmed room, which I booked well in advance. I was suppose to have a Corner Room King Suite for my (2) day stay. This was a HUGE disappointment. There was some sort of kid baseball tournament going on, so I presume a family got our reserved room. The staff put the entire blame on Booking.com fault. I have never had this happen with Booking.com even in much finer establishments, where my confirmed reservation was a stated and ready for us upon our arrival. I was assigned another room instead. I said, "I hope this isn't near the elevator, or ice machine". It was. They changed us to another room, yet again. The second room wasn't quite ready from the previous guests and it was apparent. This room was down the end of the hallway, next to some utility room that was noisy & loud all night long. This was the worst booking, and we paid a premium to stay close to our family gathering. The check out was even worse! The hotel personal could not locate us and when she did, she had an extra night tagged on. More time spent correcting another error. The departure was just as upsetting as the arrival.

I was given a room with two queens when i reserved a king. Im sure there id a price difference. All other aspects of the visit were fantastic!

This hotel was AMAZING! Super clean, great pool to tan at, nice outside vibe with a fire pit, best hotel breakfast hands down, super spacious rooms, wonderful staff… highly recommend, would def recommend or stay again!

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff make you feel very welcome and are very interested in your comfort. The breakfast was excellent! The rooms were very nice and had great amenities for our stay. The location is on Daniel Island is perfect.

Check-in was quick (even though Digital Key was not working) and commons area was clean and several different areas available to relax, outside of our room.

We got such a warm welcome from the front desk every time we came in. They were so helpful. The lobby is cheerful and warm. The room was ridiculously clean. The whole place was just very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was so delicious and the woman running the breakfast service was friendly and charming. I sneezed and she was far away and let out a very southern, god bless you. We got a great recommendation from the awesome DeMarco at the front desk for dinner nearby and ended up going twice. Not a thing.

Location is so convenient to credit one stadium! There are many restaurants nearby. Lots of shopping too. We will stay there again and recommend to others. Our king suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and mattress, thick towels, nice bath products, kitchenette with microwave, fridge and even a dishwasher! Breakfast was good, too.

The hotel stay was very nice overall. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff members were very friendly and attentive, especially Lisa at breakfast each morning. Within walking distance to Credit One stadium (about a mile) and an easy walk. Located in a very nice and safe area.

Only problem pool is not heated. But if you’re staying for a week or more they have 2 Weber grills out near the pool. They also have a nice outside seating around a fire pit

We had a lovely woman at reception when we checked in, she was very helpful and gave us some milk so I could make a cup of tea. Wish I could remember her name so I could name her.

Problems 1. No house keeping till last day 2. Toilet did not work correctly. Stopped up a couple times. 3. Bathroom sink had black particles coming out of it the whole time we were there could not use the water would not drink the water out of that so I told the gentleman at the desk about it but there was no use. We were leaving the next day anyhow so it didn’t get fixed when they did come in to fix the toilet and they were going to look at the sink. The toilet still didn’t work right by the sink still had the black stuff in it. I really like the room. It was perfect. Everything was very nice or usable. And your breakfast was great many choices and many things to eat. It was great. The gentleman who was setting up breakfast and it was working. There was super very helpful. Always got me what I need it very good.. Because of the housekeeping and the bathroom problems I’m not sure I would come back. Thank you, Frank Colantonio

The staff was incredible and our room was immaculate! Any question that we had was answered thoroughly and any need that may have been needed was met! Overall, I will never stay anywhere else other than a home two suites! My fiancé and I had a wonderful time!

Breakfast was great and they have a lot of sitting room during that time. The room was very clean! When we got there the first day, due to the global IT outage they couldn’t make room keys. The guy at the counter was the only person there and was checking people in and letting them into their room each time they needed with one master key fob. He was super quick, super professional, super helpful. Please give him a raise! Day was 7/19/24 evening shift.

We were disappointed this time for having some very disturbing outside noise for 2 consecutive nights due to a truck cabin parked in the hotel parking lot that had a generator on the all time - we reported the issue to staff at reception after the first night but the truck was still there with the generator on the second night ...

We really enjoyed the spacious room for our family of 5! The pull out couch was perfect for the 18yo.. the kitchenette had anything you could need for a comforting stay. Will use this hotel again! It was inviting from the check-in to the check-out! If I had to say anything I disliked would be the alarm clock went off at 6am I guess from a previous customer and we couldn’t get it to stop. So under a towel in the bathroom was fine 😂

Loved it! We walked to our venue and praised Jesus with Brandon Lake!!! And then quickly were able to get back to bed while everyone else was driving home :) was perfect

We checked in after having to leave another place because it was filthy. This hotel was spotless, easy to stay at, family and dog friendly! We will be staying there again.

My only observation was the gentle failed to provide the welcome bag of water and a snack. No big deal, but for consistency, it is worth the mention.

We are not a great fan of dogs in hotels, otherwise it is very nice with great staff

Clean room. Lots of animals in the building. Not a good thing for people with allergies. The A/C didn't work well. The room was roughly 72 degrees no matter what. It was do able since it was September. I was charged for items never purchased and told my card was partly declined. This was odd since I paid with Expedia. They did fix the mischarges and refunded my money.

Only stayed for one night but the place was super clean and I wasn’t expecting the kitchenette. Again, everything was clean and fairly new. Can’t wait to stay again!!

One night stay while helping a relative relocate to Daniel Island. Needed 3 beds for myself and 2 fellow movers. Great experience -- clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient. Staff were gracious. Will definitely stay again while visiting family. Like a small apartment with kitchen and work desks.

Large crack in ceiling room 206. air conditioner wasn't working properly would shut down and show "wait" on the pad. Stayed that way most of the night when it reached 80 it would cool again but it was set at 74.Stair door slamming until 11:30 pm Friday night. Was not a good location for our room. There had to be other rooms available as it didn't appear to be full. Not sure if I would recommend to friends and family.

Again, this is a nice hotel but verify you are the only guest assigned to the room when checking in.

The hotel itself was very nice, comfortable and modern. Unfortunately, we had to deal with some rude employees that kicked us out of the pool area for enjoying ourselves. It could have been done without lying to the police about people having weapons and drugs. Completely fabricated statement. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Nice place, clean, walkable to many places to enjoy.

My daughter and I stayed here on our first visit to Charleston. This hotel room was spacious, clean and conveniently located and close to Charleston and the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again. The waffles at breakfast were so good too!
