What a great hotel! Every detail of this establishment was top notch. Immaculate, well stocked, top notch amenities, service and staff, parking, everything was perfect. We enjoyed every second. Thank you for making our first stay in charleston amazing . We definitely will be staying here again when we return

as advertised.

Beautiful and comfortable. I had a waterfront room with a great view. I had a roach encounter but informed staff at checkout and they were most apologetic. The room was very clean so I’m sure it was a fluke. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise as I made the reservation while driving and did not fully read the details. I prefer to stay where parking is included.

The AC wasn’t working so we moved to a different room. The heat had been on in that room and it took hours to cool off some- still didn’t cool properly. We were staying there in order to be close to MUSC for morning surgery. The microwave was filthy. I won’t stay there again and don’t recommend.

Easy to get to key areas in Charleston, but you aren’t directly downtown. Beautiful spot on the water!

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at the Hotel. Everything was great, as expected.

It's a great hotel. Easy & free parking, we left our car there and took Uber to the downtown instead, as someone in these reviews previously suggested. It worked well! The hotel appears new, very clean, rooms large. Staff is amazing, breakfast tasty but you have to pay. Food at the restaurant tasty and healthy too. We had balcony with view of the river and sunset, was magical. Outdoor pool is very nice!

Comfortable room with a beautiful view over the harbour/water. Extremely friendly staff during breakfast. The rooftop bar is really boring, so much more you can do with that place. Really have to take the car (or Uber) to visit Charleston Downtown.

This hotel sits on the waterfront in Charleston and has a lovely roof bar. It’s @ 1-2 miles from downtown. We loved staying here.

Great stay, one item that would make it better is adding yoga mats or stretch mats to the gym. There was only 1 available and someone was using it. That is an inexpensive item to add multiple of and make them accessible hanging on the wall or near towel area for easy access for everyone.

Booked the room with breakfast. The staff didn't believe me. Had to pay for my breakfast again. Miserable situation when you have to complain about $20, and the staff is not supportive. Sent a message in booking and never got a response. Don't book through booking, use the Hilton website.

We loved our room! It was comfortable, updated, clean, and quiet. We loved having the living room area and enjoyed our christmas stay. The restaurant downstairs had the yummiest flatbread pizzas, too! We had a terrific stay! Thank you for making our holiday so nice!

When I checked out, the male African American receptionist is really rude. When I didn’t hear clear what he was saying, I said” I beg your pardon”, and he just waved his hand saying “ you just go” like waving a dog, it is so humiliating.

There was nothing to do in the immediate area but it wasn't inconvenient when you have a car -- but if you plan on rideshare travel, expect to spend $$$. Overall, the combo of location, price, and room location left me unsatisfied.

We requested a balcony with a water view. We received a room with the view of the drop off area. The only water we could see was the fountain in front of the building. Also our room had a handicap shower. So every time we showed the water splash all over the floor. Leaving us to wipe it up with a towel. Finally it was advertised as being downtown and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. It took 40 minutes to walk to the center of the city.

We walked to the historic district even though it’s 35 minutes away. It was great weather and we discovered lots of places along the way. The hotel itself was immaculate and has such great staff that are so very helpful. The pool is small but nice for a few laps to cool off.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The location was ideal for our needs. We were in walking distance from a great restaurant, our view was incredible, we were no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go, the lobby was beautifully decorated and smells amazing and our room was very clean. The only down side was the room was rather small, the bathroom and shower were extremely small and the mattresses left a lot to be desired.

It was horrible from the start. Check out the view. It's the rooftop which I assume was the HVAC system with standing (moldy) water. This room should be a storage and should no be sellable. Since it was a holiday weekend, they said they could not move me. Other rooftp views via the hallway were covered up. This was a total disrespect and a money grab.

I am very happy with this hotel, I think this might be there one I’ll continue using, it’s a good hotel room, no weird things going on, the tv was in a perfect spot, the bathroom had a real door and so did the shower, we had a balcony which was perfect for sitting on, the lobby was great, staff was all so friendly, absolutely 10/10

This hotel has no restaurants near by. You are stuck with no food options. The harbor is private so you can’t even enjoy that. We do no recommend.

Hilton Waterfront was the perfect palette for our mom/daughter weekend! Lovely pool to relax in. Easy and low cost Uber's into Charleston and back. ($5 per ride). Gorgeous room with patio to view the fountain and Marina! Early check-in request was honored as well. Thanks very much!!

Our stay was not as expected. The reviews were good. I always check them before I stay somewhere new. When we came out to get in our vehicle Sunday we were the only one in the garage and everything was roped off. When we came back parking was a nightmare since the garage was blocked off. The elevator we normally used to get to our room that was convenient was blocked off and we had to go through the guest desk and carry all of our stuff through the bar. That was embarrassing. We checked out the next morning everything was still blocked off and no carts were available. One in my group recently had surgery. We had to carry all of our stuff a long way to the vehicle since there were no carts and we went not parked close to an elevator that we could get to. Had to make three trips and were sweaty before our day got started. If we were going to have such an inconvenience this should have been explained at checkin. I will never stay there again and definitely will not recommend to others.

While not quite downtown, a great value for modern hotel comfort. Overall great experience and would stay here again. I specially appreciated hassle free free self parking.

Service was amazing. Very clean. My bed was firmer than what I am accustomed to so didn’t sleep as well but my friends said they slept great.

Unfortunately when we were there they were doing a massive remodeling project in the halls restaurant front desk pool area. It definitely affected our stay. We had a balcony room which cost more but we were happy with the view and the fact that it was in a more private area of the hotel.

We recieved a large screw in our tire in their parking lot. A manager told me to send her the receipt for the tire and she would reimburse me. That never happened. After recieving the receipt, ive heard nothing else from her. The property was under construction which caused most of the things we didnt like about this property, but i do not recommend.

Our view was nice but we couldn’t walk to town. It was inconvenient.

Next door to the Marriot to purchase food and be able to sit down. The pool was sequestered from everything and it felt like the freeway was on top of our heads it was so close.

I especially liked the courtesy and professionalism of the staff

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There was remodeling going on in the lobby which we didn’t know about. We had to find ways around the construction but it was fine. The view from our room was amazing!

Staff was great. Room was just OK. Make sore to get a room with the full water view. We had partial view so it was just OK. Also had a room that the bathroom was more for handicapped people for the shower so ask about that if you don’t need it. Takes up space. Not much to do in the general walking area. Traffic is quite bad in and out of downtown. Lobby was in renovation so that didn’t help the cause. Should be finished now. Again, never nice staff but average hotel otherwise

Girls weekend trip. Great location on the water, close to all downtown festivities. Wasn't able to enjoy the restaurant as they were renovating but they did off room service without the extra fee and had a nice roof top bar. Strongly recommend. Our room was fantastic; clean, comfortable with a great view.

Beautiful spot but not as close to things as I had hoped. Would suggest having a car if staying here. Hotel lobby was being remodeled so was unable to enjoy the benefits of the hotel lobby, lounge and restaurant. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

I would’ve hoped for a water view room for the money, and the property was not super walkable to shopping or restaurants.

Everything was 5 stars. Rooftop bar was lovely. This hotel was on the harbor and we did need to drive downtown but it was a 5 minute drive so no big deal. The hotel was undergoing dining room renovation but the kitchen was still open and provided room service and also to the rooftop bar. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

They are doing extensive renovations and place is a mess. Everyone else was thankful for business and apologizing for mess except this woman.

Never told even at check in the hotel was under construction. Fitness center closed which my husband need for his Parkinson’s disease would have stay at VRBO if I knew that. Room was ok bed was not that comfortable which is unlike Hiltons the halls smaller due to construction.Restaurant is really a cafe with limited menu.

Wish I knew they had renovations going on before arriving.

Good location. Only ten min uber to French quarter and king street. Nice and quiet.

Rooms need updating. TV is very basic. View was amazing, however!

Upon check out, I was just letting them know to clean the bedding better or figure it out for next guest and my concern was dismissed to a new mattress smell. I have smelled new mattresses, they usually do not smell like gas.

Under construction so it smelled and looked bad. Saw a bunch of mattresses in the parking lot. Maybe for bedbugs? Who knows

Love this location on the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and comfortable. I loved having the bar on the 1st floor.

The main chair was very dirty and the 2 floors above us were under construction therefore it was very noisy.

Great price for location, quality of room, hotel. We enjoyed the lobby. Would come again.

Reserved a king sized bed and received two double beds. I’m 6’4” this doesn’t work for me.

I reserved two rooms : one room had a beautiful harbor view and the other room had a parking lot view. Each charged the same price.

Need vending machines Be nice to have shuttles to take visitors to tourist areas Most of the seasoned staff were super pleasant, The younger needs more customer care training.

The music from the rooftop bar was too loud so finally l asked the front desk to turn it down and within minutes it was down! Thank you Tremika for wonderful service!!

Bed mattress was not supportive at all. Creaking everything I would turn. Check-in service extremely slow for some reason. Free parking.

Have stayed at this hotel several times has always been nice and clean and staff have always been great. Definitely recommend.

Your property was so quiet!! We slept so well. Your front desk help was extremely friendly. Your pool was perfect for my lap swimming. Parking was so convenient. Breakfast options were amazing.

Staff was great. Disappointing was the cleanliness of the floors both wooden and carpeting in the lobby.

Internet was very spotty and had difficulties connecting and maintaining the connection

The hotel is in an awkward spot between two highways and no where to walk around .. it’s also in need of some updating but it served it’s purpose for our trip

Hotel was in a very nice and safe are. However Hotel was a little tired and dirty. Could use a refurbishing. Especially whith the amount we paid.
