Great stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Great stay for a father/daughter college visit trip!

When we travel, we always try to find an autograph because they’re a step above your regular hotel. Attention to details is very important. They treated our dog as if she was a princess when we arrived at the hotel at the front desk Katie handed us a bag for Margaux it had in it a water bowl. It had some dog biscuits, bottles of water and a doggy menu for her to choose a meal off of room service. The room was exceptional. We had two double queen beds and it was quiet it was clean. The bathroom was delightful. It was a walk-in Italianate marble bathroom. The housekeeping services were wonderful. The room service person that we dealt with by the name of Kim was exceptional. All of our food was great there and the care of hospitality with the restaurant and with the hotel was exceptional. When we come back we will definitely stay at the sienna and Margaux gives it five paws 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 She enjoyed it. They treated her so well and took very good care of her.

Centrally located and pleasant with outdoor dining space.

We love the Siena, we used to stay here more often in the past. We then had to opt for cheaper options. As long as we get a good price, this will remain our n.1 stay option in Chapel Hill (and we have stayed everywhere!). We will return!

Staff were attentive aNd friendly. The property itself was is a little bit older, but beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the dining on the property was outstanding.

The food is authentic Italian with a touch of southern charm. As a regular traveler to Italy-Capri, who knew I would find a Napoli server in Chapel Hill. The beds are wonderful and I slept like a baby. I cannot wait to return to this lovely town and stay at the Sienna again. Grazie Mille Chef Bob for making me and my guests feel so special!

Not worth the money. I had a terrible stay ay this place. You can hear all the noise coming from the exterior. The bed was horrible. I woke up next day with my whole body in pain.

To the bad, room was a bit dated and smelled musty(bathroom was very nice). I did order a bottle of wine with my room service and cork broke off in the bottle(possible wine storage issue?). After pouring a glass I noticed(few mins later) gnats in the wine glass. Also, found a huge dead(thankfully) water bug in the bathroom the next morning. All in all a nice stay. I wouldn’t rate this a 4 star hotel. But, a 3.5. Try the bar for an app and cocktail(Tony) and then have dinner in the restaurant. If their room service is anything like their restaurant, it should be amazing.

This was our first time at the Siena. It is an elegant , beautifully maintained hotel with courteous and helpful staff, pleasant surroundings and attention to detail. We liked the warm welcome, the discreet service, and well-appointed room! We look forward to our next stay.

This is the third time we are using this place and planning to use again.

The room was amazing with the most comfortable beds! We asked to take the shuttle downtown and got it in minutes and he picked us up too. Would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect!

If I could add 6 stars for staff, I would. Staff were very engaging and incredibly accommodating of changes in our travel schedule, alliwing for late checkout and holding room when I couldn’t arrive the original day. The staff and the food at the in-house Il Palio restaurant is fantastic & it’s nice as dress casual. Not overly fancy. Great proximity to campus/shopping and highways. Very dog friendly w great walking areas nearby. I will return

This property was nice but not worth the money. We like to be able to walk to places to eat but the small town is a 10 min drive at least. Nothing to do around there you have to drive 30 min or more to get to something to do. Not worth the money in my opinion it's an overpriced average hotel. With little to no amenities. We came up for a wedding and my mother-in-law stayed at a Hilton 15 min from us and paid half the price and a shopping plaza with food places 2 minute walk from their hotel door plus they got free breakfast.

The bathroom was definitely luxurious. It was what the hotel stated, like a villa.

This is a quaint hotel with easy access to UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke. We loved the surrounding area with lots of walking paths, trees, and the best breakfast biscuits at the nearby drive-through biscuit place. Did not eat at the hotel but the Italian motif and outdoor seating looked inviting. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, but towels were quite small. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and efficient staff especially at the reception and the shuttle transport. A really extensive Italian menu in the restaurant which looks good but unfortunately could not eat there due to other commitments .

Easy location for UNC. We didn’t use it but they do have a shuttle that will drop you off right on Franklin Street if needed. Our room was well-appointed, AC worked almost too-well;). There was an adjoined room and each time their door was opened or shut it so under line they were entering our room through the connecting door. More of a nuisance than anything. All in all an easy hotel for a quick night’s stay in Chapel Hill!

The staff here is incredible— so willing to help in any way and with great initiative in wanting the guests to be happy. Room was lovely and spacious with very large shower. Our dog was welcome, too. The Italian restaurant on the property is very nice and well- respected by the local community, as explained by our relatives who live in Chapel Hill.

Old warm charm, modern aesthetics. The room was beautifully appointed and felt luxurious. The staff was stellar. We ate dinner and breakfast at Il Palio, both excellent.

The restaurant Il Palio is special. Massamo our server is knowledgable, offered suggestions for a vegetarian and non-carb eater that were absolutely perfect!

I did not appreciate being awakened by a barking dog in the room next to me on Sunday morning

The concept of this property is very unique and that is one reason why I have stayed with them multiple times. The property is undergoing so renovations at the moment. Beds are comfortable, but the pillows need a serious upgrade (they are very flat) , not expected since they are a four star props. The dinner menu offerings are more for the exotic palate, the breakfast offerings were ok( not as impressive as the first stay). Also, the rooms need a microwave. For the price I paid for one night here I would have expected more.
