I enjoyed my brief stay here. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The staff was so kind and helpful. I had left my AirPods in the room and the housekeeping informed the front desk staff which they had called me and I was able to get my AirPods back. Most importantly any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay there it was an overall pleasure.

Cleanliness and product.

Came with wife and daughter and was impressed by the cleanliness and amenities of the hotel. Room was fully stocked with a kitchen and everything you could need, will be booking again on my next trip.

Nice accommodations, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Our room was a bit noisy (odd tapping noises, when water was running from other rooms, etc., but not enough to disrupt sleep).

The couch was sinking into itself, not comfortable. There was no soap bar to wash your hands.

advertising was a little misleading--- no evening gathering or pool --- washer and dryers were not efficient

Room was a small apartment. One of the best places I have ever stayed. I wanted to stay a month! No disappointments at all.

Property was overall good but breakfast options were very very limited.

This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. Cleanliness is most important and it was spotless. Staff was friendly and location was perfect - right off major road and close to eateries and groceries.

This place is perfect for long trips or even short ones. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was that for some reason the heat stopped working. I would still go back though.

Almost perfect. The breakfast room was very stuffy (needed fresh or cooler air) but was otherwise very nice. Breakfast was outstanding and employees were so attentive

Basic hotel. Bed was small and mattress so soft sleeping was difficult. Room was small and had cheap furniture, one small TV and no real amenities. Staff was nice but this was a bare bones place. Hilton dies a much better job; Marriott has gone down hill at each price point. See above.

This hotel was exceptionally well maintained, very attractive but, most of all, has excellent staffing.

I like the convenience to the airport and the small apartment feel.

Not a fan of having the sink/mirror exposed to the bedroom area. Overall, the place is a bit dated.

I liked the mattress, it was awesome. Also the pillows were so comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The hotel location is very convenient close to the Dulles airport. I really loved the experience .

The staff was terrific ! We had to leave early because of severe weather and the manager, Mr. Williams did not charge us for that night. We will definitely stay here again.

They accidentally charged me for an additional room but realized it immediately. They said they would refund the bill but refused to give me a receipt or even tell me how much they charged. Then they gave me a first floor room with transparent curtains. So there were car lights to keep me up all night.

Had a great stay so far . Walking distance from lidl and many other restaurants.

Nice sized room with good amenities. I quality was not that great, the mattress and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

The room is clean, but the drain of the bath tub was poor. And also the refrigerator was always making loud noise which kept awaking us all the night.

This hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in! And the staff was welcoming! If I had anything negative to say it is the bed was way too soft.

Everything is good. The only issue is my room is studio and the bathroom door is next to my bed, I have to close door to avoid possible Bacteria floating into bedroom. The other issue is the bath towels are hanging above the toilet. Do u know the bacteria and virus could spread up to 1 meter high to make the towel full of bacteria when u flush the toilet! The towel should hang on somewhere else. It’s unacceptable!

The meals provided Monday-Wednesday evenings! the security and privacy. The location to restraunts and shopping. the friendlyness of employees. Wish the evening dinners went from Monday - Thursday.

Location had easy shopping and food around it and was very near the area I was working. It's a shame the hotel was a disappointment

The cat who greeted all hotel guests was an awesome addition. The entire experience at the Residence Inn was wonderful.

Where to start...i can't. It was all excellent. I think the best thing i can say is we stayed elsewhere the previous night and when i compare that stsy to this, i feel i could eat my dinner off the bathroom floor here. Thats how good the overall feeling i got from the place. Bed, super comfy, lots of space, everything clean, neat, tidy, spotless. Great facilities, fantastic staff, delightful breakfast, lots of parking place, near the Dulles airport, but we never heard a plane. Good eateries near it too. Too be honest, the photos that the hotel has up for itself, really do not do it justice.

The hotel was very clean and check in was fast. For us location was key and being 7 minutes from the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center was great.

When I booked the room, I was not informed that it would cost me an additional $100.00 for our pet. So when the lady at the hotel informed me of that I was floored. If I had known that prior I would have booked another room. It cost more for a dog then it does a person.

The room was so clean I felt like I was the first person to stay in the room. Very rare to be in such a well kept room. HVAC is quiet and amply controls room temp, bed is comfy, plenty of space and very quiet overall.

The furniture in the room seemed like leftovers from my college days. The refrigerator was so loud we had to turn it off. Terrible coffee in the room. Towels were soft and plenty large. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent hotel with a comfortably large room. The kitchen corner has everything, the staff is charming and everything is in perfect condition. Good hot breakfast (though lacking cheese). The only minus is the size of the bed which is a bit small for two.

1st room smelled like urine. Old, dated and small. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

This is a pet-friendly hotel. There was a dog somewhere on our floor that barked non-stop, clearly having been left alone by owners. The staff was super helpful in trying to locate the owner and providing compensation for our inconvenience.

Since I am handicapped. I asked for disabled room. The hotel was built years ago & the room is quite far from the exits & morning meal. It is set up fine otherwise for access but the distance was very difficult.

The room was very cozy and felt like my very own apartment, which gave it the privacy everyone is looking for. Everything was very clean and I’d recommend the stay here.

This hotel was fantastic. We had a great stay. It is super convenient, close to the highway, restaurants and even a Costco. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great as well.

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Laundry facility was available on property which was nice. Only downside was front desk ran out of detergent. Fortunately someone left a bottle of Tide in the laundry room so we were able to do our laundry. Bus stops near hotel so were able to use bus and metro to visit D.C. area without having to drive.
