The room was nice and clean. The bedding was light, but the room wasn't too cold. The cosmetics weren't super effective, but that's expected from hotel cosmetics. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked great, and everything was well prepared.

No ice machine, freezer but no ice cube trays; spider in bathroom (looked like a brown recluse, yes I checked the internet)' bedspread had stain; no hair dryer; don't think floor was mopped in a very long time; will never stay at a Red Roof again!

Spacious room.

It says breakfast included but it is a table in the lobby with a coffee thermo and few snack bars and small muffins. It is suppose to operate until 9:30am and I went at 9am and it was empty.
- 1/5
It stated there would be free breakfast, but it only had coffee and some sugary muffins. stale air in room with wierd smell; tiles falling off walls in bathroom, bathtub unclean, paint peeling off walls, bed creaky and felt more like a rollaway bed than a permanent bed.
- 2/5
The room was clean but the sheets and towels could’ve been washed better. There were a couple of stains and someone’s hair ball on the towel that hadn’t been used. As two women traveling alone I didn’t feel very safe.
- 5/5
Nice studio room.
- 3/5
There was no breakfast. There was coffee, but no breakfast.
- 4/5
Front desk personnel are helpful. Dr Mithra

The room was clean and quiet. There was no coffee in the room. The bathtub looked rough. I could not take a bath there was no drain plug.
- 2/5
We only stayed here as a last resort when our flight was canceled. The lobby was dirty and had a funky smell that seemed like they were trying to cover other smells. This is an extended stay hotel that had a tiny kitchen for people that likely had no home or were working locally in a trade for an extended time. The room was somewhat clean, although there were a few areas that could have used another couple of passes. Several shady characters lurking at every turn. We left early in the morning and the advertised “grab and go” breakfast items from the prior day were sitting in a basket about 3 inches from the floor, probably waiting to become today’s grab and go. This place should be reserved for people that should question their life’s choices to this point or in an act of desperation.

Great staff! It had a kitchen which helped me save money for the time I stayed. A beautiful church walking distance, a Walmart within a few minutes away, a Costco with a gas station a few minutes drive, a gas station and they sell your favorite alcohol beverages, a lot of food eatery options within walking or short driving distance. The housekeeping is immaculate, if you need anything they are there to help anyway possible. The best part the airport is 10 minutes away and the freeway is around the corner. I would most definitely stay there again if I need to.

This place is a bottom of the bottom looking place! Don’t trust the pictures, the bed was uncomfortable and had a box spring mattress! It felt like I was at a crack hotel! Never again!

Front desk staff were all great: courteous, helpful. The room was a little disappointing. Some nice touches, but overall a little tired and shabby. Bed was decent, nothing fancy. But it was only a double size, not a queen-size bed as advertised.

Didn’t feel clean

the hotel room had roaches in both rooms I booked, also it was very dirty. not cleaned properly anywhere. hotel staff not friendly or professional.

The room was severely outdated and cheap, but I was able to sleep and not break my bank. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. It's bad coffee and a few twinkies and hostess cakes.

This is my go to place when I am in the area. Nice, safe and quiet location. The staff are wonderfully helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
- 3/5
The room was mediocre at best. It was clean, but the bed was old and lacked support. Staff was courteous. The complementary breakfast was a joke -- coffee and a breakfast bar, that’s it! You get what you pay for...

I will never stay at this place or book with Hotel.com again. I booked this hotel last minute because I was too tired to drive home. I made sure to mark all the amenities I wanted my hotel to have, with breakfast being one of them. Not only did this place only provide an empty basket and warm coffee, they had Twinkies as their breakfast!!!! In what world is that a breakfast for anyone?! When I complained and tried to hold both the hotel and Hotels.com accountable for false information, they wanted to give me a credit that was unacceptable. They then double-backed and said, "Oops, can we not do that and act like your reservation didn’t come with the breakfast and offer you less." I declined both and will be reporting this to people who will listen. Instead, I'll be using my Hilton account to avoid this kind of craziness. My last straw was after Hotels.com customer service recognized I wasn't taking any of the low-ball offers they gave me to shut me up. They claimed the hotel didn't come with breakfast, so I had to screenshot where it said it did... You all need to do better because this is sick.
- 4/5
Breakfast was the worst. Staff was alright.kitchen has no utensils.
- 3/5
Even though it’s non-smoking, full of smoke smell and people are smoking and drinking in the common area.
- 4/5
Rooms were decent, quiet environment.
- 3/5
They hadn't updated our room, though, and it was old with old smell. Some folks were smoking - not tobacco outside. They may not have been able to control, given current laws, etc. It was lower in price, so if you are stuck needing to get the absolute best price, it may work for you, especially if your room is one of the ones they are updating.
- 4/5
Room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable
- 4/5
Hotel was fine for the price
- 3/5
Nothing like the photos. Has not yet been renovated. However, good location and decent price for an extended 10-day stay. They were painting the exterior areas throughout the stay, however, was not too much of a disruption. TV stopped working, but they replaced it the same afternoon. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
I stayed only a night. Room was good and comfortable. Only negative thing are full kitchen & refrigerator are there but no plate, glass, utensils as well as no coffee, tea in the room. In map it may look it is very close to the airport, but Taxi/Uber to Dulles IAD airport will cost $30 to $45 depending on the time of the day. For very short trip, it is okay. But it may not be good for longer stay although rooms have full kitchen and full size refrigerator (no plates, bowls, cups, spoons/fork/knife, cooking pots etc).
- 3/5
Adequate for one night stay. The area is a bit sketchy. The room smelled of weed. The front desk have me some febreeze. 😲
- 2/5
The hotel was at a good location. Glad it was pet friendly and it had a kitchenette. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the room smelled cigarettes and I had to keep the A/C running all the time so to help lessen the smell. Also, the kitchenette had zero kitchen supplies, it was just an empty kitchenette. The microwave was rusted inside so I felt unsafe heating my food up. The property grounds were not clean due to cigarettes butts everywhere and even the air smelled cigarettes so that did not make me nor my dog feel good. The staff told me that the hotel is a nonsmoking hotel but the cigarette smell was everywhere both inside and outside the hotel which I did not enjoy, plus the rusted microwave was pretty gross to use.
- 4/5
Its ok about hotel
- 1/5
Property in terrible condition; stained carpets; filthy bathtubs; everything reeked of cigarette smoke
- 1/5
Carpet was stained and repulsive; bathtub was dirty and cracked; room reeked of cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
I enjoy being here. It’s very quiet. It’s very peaceful and it’s right near a really awesome church.
- 3/5
It was fine, the room smelled like pot though.
- 5/5
The location is close by the airport
- 3/5
You get what you pay for when it comes to the room itself. The room smelled like smoke and there was big spill when I first got to the room. I found multiple items behind some of the furniture from past guests but the unit was relatively clean overall. Staff is friendly but you may need to ask multiple times in order to get what you want from them.
- 3/5
The staff was super cool. Didn't really have any noisy neighbors. Despite the obvious age of everything inside, and some of the upkeep that needs to happen, it wasn't terrible.
- 1/5
Do not stay at this place. Customer service is horrible
- 3/5
Internet access is great, TV great. Bed is comfortable. Though the air vent for cooking needs to be cleaned.
- 2/5
BAD: Horrible cigarette smell in "non-smoking" room, had to buy air fresheners to stand it. Bathroom old, moldy caulk, TV did not work at all (with no discount for this), microwave old and hard to work, cabinets old and chipped' GOOD: staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. CONCLUSION - pay a bit more per night and never stay in this ghetto hotel.
- 1/5
This place is shady. I only stayed one night because I lost my house key and it was late. However, the hotel felt sketchy, and it was clear that many guests were homeless. The front desk required a deposit, and the checkout process was odd; they had to inspect my room before I could leave. I will never stay here again or recommend this cheap hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Very low key and has a great area around it with a church and food choices .
- 4/5
I spent one night with a pet. It was safe and quiet... close to the shopping area. I can't complain. They charge, I believe 100 deposit...I am not sure if I got it back, but it is something to be aware of.
- 5/5
It was great for the two nights I needed.
- 2/5
When arrived to the room, the room smelled like Marijuana with a sign out side the door that says no smoking $250.00 charge. No hairdryer, the microwave smoke when in use. The beds was hard
- 5/5
very flexible with the cancellation, they refunded the whole booking and booked us next day due to flight cancellations.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Especially with pets
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
Room needed repairs. What you would expect for the money. Just glad it was a one night stay.
- 3/5
Bare bones
- 1/5
Room was very dirty, no hair dryer, no shampoo, fridge, microwave, sink, table was very dirty.
- 4/5
😎
- 5/5
It was affordable
- 2/5
Poor customers service, slow to check in, room smells like smoker.Hared to sleep two night then changed room much better.
- 5/5
Great place for quick stay
- 1/5
To start with the positives: he said the front desk staff were friendly and check-in was smooth—no issues there. However, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The entire room had a bad smell, and the carpet was noticeably dirty and gross. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn off, which made it hard to sleep. The comforter was paper-thin, offering little to no warmth or comfort. And breakfast? Basically nonexistent—just a box of Ding Dongs. No real options, not even the basics like toast or fruit. This was supposed to be a relaxing, thoughtful gift, but it ended up being disappointing and not at all worth what we paid. Would not recommend or stay again unless the rooms and amenities get a serious upgrade.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly. The motel room was spotless and The bed was very comfortable. The area is also quiet with restaurants within walking distance.
- 2/5
They put me on the second floor, and I asked to be changed to a first-floor room as I am handicapped. They would only do the change IF I paid an additional sume. I refused as I am not wealthy. The bathroom shower looked like a construction worker used and as the shower floor was filthy. Finally, the wash clothes looked unclean. I do not recommend this place because of their very poor customer service and lack of consideration for handicapped individuals.
- 5/5
Staff is friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable with the accommodation.
- 2/5
Toilet seat slid off the toilet, shower curtain was too short, oil was caked on the side of the fridge, beds were super uncomfortable. I would pay 80 max for a room like this. Do not recommend.
- 3/5
The hotel staff was very friendly and patient. However, the property itself requires some work. There was no hot water to shower with, the water was lukewarm, nor was it any hot water to do laundry.
- 2/5
The only plus side is that there were no bugs. Checking out was easy. It's the cheapest in the area but it's the cheapest for a reason.
- 3/5
The hotel is outdated. The photos are not what you will get out of this stay. Pay attention to the reviews online about the property. Also bring an extra pillow and blanket cause the blankets are thin abd the pillows are not that nice
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Quiet, great staff, rooms are very clean
- 1/5
We did not have a good stay at all and will never come back.
- 5/5
The staff here are very nice and professional.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great service. Staff is ver cordial and knowledgeable. Room is very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Not bad .. great people
- 5/5
great place to stay
- 2/5
The property is not well maintained. There was no breakfast to be honest, they offered some Twinkies
- 5/5
My husband was working in the area doing long hours, so I got a hotel for us down there and we stayed here so that way I could see him for a couple of days during the week when I arrive at the hotel I had a boot on my foot and I was using a walker Due to a bad accident I had last year and I’m still recovering. I was by myself struggling a little bit and the guy who checked me in was very sweet held the door for me unlocked my room for me prop the door open, so I can get everything in and offered to help me unload my vehicle. I have never had that type of Service at any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at my husband and I decided that when I come down during the week and I stay a few days that this is the place that we will continue to stay. We have already booked our next. Stay there for this week and staying a couple of days again once again if you ever get the opportunity to stay at this hotel, you should definitely do it. the rooms were clean I had to have a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. They happen to have a room like that available at a great price. It was a perfect and amazing experience. The kitchenette was great. There was a full-size fridge with a sink two burner stove, full-size bathroom big enough for someone to get in there that was handicap accessible due to their condition and able to get in and out of shower properly. The room is well spaced to also be able to maneuver around the room with a walker or wheelchair. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- 5/5
Great place. I really enjoy my stay
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
- 1/5
Had my two night stay interrupted by maintenance, had to leave my room, and had property stolen while I was away. Management was absolutely terrible. Also the room had to be sprayed in multiple places for “pests” before I was able to settle in. Garbage place.
- 3/5
I would have appreciated an extra blanket but none were available … it was a cold night!
- 5/5
All around pleasant experience.
- 4/5
Was good, not too bad. Internet connectivity was an issue and had always check with the receptionist and at one time she was too rude.
- 1/5
cleanliness was an issue for me.
- 2/5
No breakfast was provided as per hotel booking description! Microwave not working either.
- 3/5
The was convient and the price is reasonable but everything is out dated. We had to get a new fridge because it was leaking and things are coming apart.
- 2/5
Property was very poor. Rooms smelled of smoke and dirty carpets.
- 4/5
Lacking in attention to details. For instance: mirror not above sink, shower curtain not long enough, toilet too small. "Free breakfast" was a joke: (weak) coffee, oatmeal and a few packaged cakes. Promised to call me with info, but never did. All of that is a shame for an otherwise nice hotel.
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
You get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Clean sheets and towels. No weird smells. We walked the wrong way to find our room and the staff even walked outside to show us where to walk. Shower is strong and amazing with hot water. The garbage can is in the Sabine's in the bathroom. If I had to stay in this area again I would repeat my stay here.
- 5/5
Amazing stay, it was so quiet and peaceful little secluded work time doe a week. Perfect. The staff was super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them
- 5/5
Staff was friendly room was clean. Peaceful environment. Got needed rest
- 4/5
The suite was clean and nice. Bed was comfy. The surroundings were safe and quiet. Price is very reasonable and the IAD airport is just about 10-15 mins max. Would recommend.
- 1/5
The hotel was old and the cupboards of the mini kitchen were old. I did not want to touch them. The bathroom door was swollen from water damage at the bottom. The shower curtain was too short so when taking a shower the water would go under it. The bottom of the tub/shower had black marks all over it. I was very uncomfortable staying there.
- 1/5
The heater in the room did not work during an extremely cold night and the room smelled of cigarettes.
- 1/5
Dirty place, hard time finding my room. Bed was squeaky and noisy. If you have bags there it’s not a great place to stay coz you will have to light your bags up the stairs.
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming and nice.
- 1/5
The room smelled bad and the clientele was questionable. I did nor feel safe.
- 3/5
I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel room that didn’t have a trash can until now. Seriously, what an I supposed to do with my trash? There's nowhere to put it.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and clean
- 4/5
good room, basic amenities, vending machines for refreshments, although the room had a small kitchen it had no kettle cups, plates or utensils, breakfast was a muffin or instant porridge, with tea and coffee
- 1/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Great service and facilities. Location is ideal for security.
- 2/5
Receptionist did not seem to know the property when directing me to my room. Then some guy was roaming the property and pretending to wait for someone, but then moving to other parts of the property and circling around to back of property. Felt generally unsafe.
- 1/5
They gave me a room and the tv didn't work, plus it was dirty
- 1/5
The office closed at 11pm, it was unexpectedly after the concert nearby so we had no choice but to leave. No check in rate! The area looked nice though.
- 2/5
There was hair all over the bathroom as well as spiders in the corner. The towels and linens were stained. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The kitchette table was broken. The shower water pressure was good and there were no bed bugs
- 1/5
This property was dirty . Our room stunk like some kind of Indian food . The people in the office were terrible . The door you could see thru and someone was smoking out side so the smell came I to our room. I will never stay there again.
- 1/5
The room stunk was dirty tv remote didn’t work had to change by hand . I will never book this hotel again !
- 3/5
Also kitchenette had absolutely NOTHING in it. Had to pay for anything dishes.
- 1/5
I will say honestly, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. It was nasty, stains of the bedding, smelled very musky and so very out dated everything. I stayed in hotels in the 80s nicer than this place. Gross & disgusting. So, bad that I did not even bother to check out, I just left and went to another hotel I was that uncomfortable. Trash pilled up outside on the sidewalk on each floor, people hanging out drinking and carrying on. Not feeling safe at all!!! Do not stay here, ever
- 1/5
The room door was practically impossible to open , it was dirty smelled like stale cigarettes there were bugs and mold in the shower. It was handicapped and I asked for a reg room there was garbage all over the property
- 3/5
Breakfast was terrible
- 3/5
It was ok at first until we saw ROACHES
- 2/5
Smell of weed/CBD 4504 BLDG not expected and couldn’t bear the stench.
- 1/5
Hotel was overbooked and I was harassed by law enforcement while trying to be relocated. Expedia was unable to relocate me.
- 1/5
I request hotel.com to refund my money and compensate me with additional $ 200 as i had to drive almost 30 miles to get a hotel . It costed $190
- 5/5
Location is great
- 3/5
Room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. It looks very outdated. Spent $109 on it but I could’ve went to a better place. Beddings are kinda old- I feel grossed out about stuff.
- 4/5
Staff was nice but perhaps the lady could improve her customer service.
- 3/5
lots of water damage in the bathroom, mold in the shower, floor lifting in the bathroom, faucet wouldn’t stop leaking in the bathroom, bedding had multiple stains on it, carpet needed to be vacuumed
- 3/5
Issued two keys but only one worked. Also noticed roaches.
- 5/5
I had a very nice comfortable stay here. I’m a flight attendant so I stay in a LOT of hotels. This was not a work trip and the price was right. The room was clean and well-appointed. There are a lot of conveniences around the area and Mir at the front desk could not have been kinder. Highly recommend.
- 3/5
Remote to TV was not taking it off the portal page. Also, the heater was not working that good.
- 4/5
I didn't like it wasn't check time 2 housekeeping lady open the door it only 10:00am l didn't like that at all they should know who in the room to or ask the staff plus 10am not 11 check out time the TV was on and everything nothing to hang on the outside of door to let them know someone in in they room
- 1/5
The room came with a smoking smell that lasted the whole stay even though it is a nonsmoking room supposedly the phone did was not working wifi didn’t work remote didn’t work
- 3/5
The compliments breakfast offers muffins and fruit. It's not a warm breakfast.
- 4/5
Was good.
- 3/5
Property seems a bit run down, but overall my stay was comfortable.
- 5/5
Was surprised we got a kitchen
- 5/5
Reasonable accommodations. Close to shopping and easy access to expressway. Front desk receptionist was very polite and accommodating to our request for our party to be on the same floor.
