    Terrible stay at hotel. We booked to have our rooms next to each other so we can practice for our show. The lady at front desk lied several times saying toom was booked and it was not. So we couldnt rehearse due to our rooms being at different locations instaead of next to each other. The staff lying to us was the breaking point. We will never stay there again and im calling Marriott corporate office to let them know about employees there

    Good hotel. Good shuttle service from and to the airport. Room was fine. Longhorn restaurant a few yards away for a good steak dinner. Nice breakfast in the bistro in the hotel - but not free. Friendly staff. Recommended.

    Good basic hotel. Beds were fine but a bit hard. The hotel is huge and hard to navigate - more signage is needed other than apologies for undergoing renovations. There was a noisy group of youth hockey players who made a lot of noise during sleeping hours and not enough was done to keep the other guests from hearing them.

    On arrival, I discovered that there were two beds, but no room had a couch, nor were there any rollaways or cots there. Under our actual circumstances, the lack of the separate third bed proved to be a serious hindrance to any enjoyment of the room. The front desk was as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, but the hotels.com description of the hotel's rooms misled me. I do not wish to repeat that experience again.

    Shuttle service was there quickly but we arrived/left at odd times. They are about 10 minutes from the airport. There is a closer Courtyard but I imagine it costs more. We could walk to either Longhorn Steakhouse or Bob Evan’s Diner as there were just across the street from the hotel. It is an older property and needs new carpet but they are currently doing renovations so that should be changed soon. They were renovating the pool too so we didn’t have use of it. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it had a very nice shower and bathroom.

    This place was built in the style of hotels in the 50s. It's currently being remodeled, to the extent that halls are filled with drywall debris and have an extension cord running across it. There is very little signage so it is hard to find your way around. There are two elevators. If you pick the wrong one you cannot get to all the rooms on the other end of the floor. I went downstairs before 9:00 and all the food was gone. No free coffee. The room was fine.

    The food at the bistro was pretty good but expensive. We ordered breakfast there. The front desk agent gave us no information and was eating while she was checking us in. The property was under renovations and we were not made aware of it until we got there and saw it. We were not informed by the desk the areas that were being worked on or that the pool was closed due to the renovations.

    Construction of the property was challenging and has a role in my rating. The biggest issue is that the property advertises 24hr hotel airport shuttle but you have to call to request it. We waited 45mins and called twice and a shuttle never arrived so we had to pay for an uber. The room had an awful smell but it was already midnight after a long day of travel so I dealt with it.

    It was quiet, clean and just what we needed to get ready for a concert and stay the night after. There was a sliding glass door that goes outside which was nice. The only thing I would've changed was there wasnt a fridge or microwave to heat up leftover take out later after the concert. Lighting wasn't great where the sink and mirror are if you need to apply makeup just bring a mirror. Just so guests know they're currently (May 2025) doing renovations but it didn't effect our stay at all on a Sat night. Im not sure what the week is like though.

    Staff was not helpful at all. After check in did not direct me to which elevator to use to reach my 2nd floor room. The first one I took it opened to a floor full of televisions and construction materials. I did not get off and went back to the front desk and ask why they did not direct me to the correct elevator. "Oh, sorry" was the only response. This was a young lady that checked me in so I am sure you can identify her. She is not an asset to your team.

    This was my 1st stay at this location. I stay at a Marriott annually for a conference in NC. I loved the actual "courtyard", and every room having an outdoor patio area. The staff was awesome, a.m. & p.m. staff. The breakfast options were tasty and there were healthy options. All asks were granted. There is construction and renovation going on at the facility which affected the access entry points. Also since housekeeping is only every other day, things got a little icky. I specifically asked for a room wuth a bathtub but I couldn't enjoy it because it was dirty upon access. Thats really the only negative thing I have to say about my stay.

    my friends and I get there get there late and the front desk tells us that they don’t have our rooms because we “booked third party and now they’re fully booked. After some panicking, the front desk calls us back over saying that our rooms magically showed up. Note that we booked two suites with a king bed and double sofa. For 11 girls this was already going to be a tight squeeze but we were ready to make it work. However we get to the rooms and they’re regular rooms with two double beds which is significantly harder to fit six girls on. We make it work for the night because it’s late but a lot of the girls are uncomfortable and not able to sleep. The next day we ask to switch rooms. They tell us they can’t because they’re fully booked again. I ask that if any rooms open up that they give me a call. This was around 9:30 am. We then drive into the city — a 40 minute drive. And stay there for the day. Around 2 pm I give them a call again and ask if any rooms open up and they said no. I expressed that I was very annoyed with the situation. They call me again saying they have rooms. Great, but we’re going to be in the city until later. Is that a problem? They tell me no. A couple of hours later they call saying we need to be there in 15 minutes or we forfeit the rooms. I was shocked. If I had known there was a time limit I would have made an effort to get there but now we’re >40 minutes away. I ask for an hour and they say no. Terrible.

    The property was very clean/well kept! Check-in was terrible. We waited in line for at least 40 min. I paid $169 for a suite that contained a bed and a sofa bed and was given a regular room with just a bed! Our son had to sleep on the floor. Also the elevator was out so we had to walk up and was asked to helo one of the other guests upstairs. He was unwell. Expedia gave the hotel the incorrect reservation info. I want a full refund!     Elevator is under construction, but they're offering a thousand extra Bonvoy points as a result. Indoor pool and hot tub were empty, which is a drag because those have always been a major selling point for me with this brand. Could use a bathroom fan, an extra trash can and a full-length mirror in the room. Otherwise, it's the same Courtyard that has been my favorite brand for at least the last 20 years!

    There are many other properties near by that looked like better options. Not the cleanest, non functional equipment such as ice makers and constant keycard problems. Would not recommend. Should get a refund but Since through Expedia I doubt that will happen. We had seniors that got locked out of rooms due to room key issues and not demagnetized issues either that had to be very inconvenienced going back and forth to check in..uggg Not a great place.

    I have a special child and they guided us to enter the hotel from the middle door from the parking lot. However, the entry using the key was not working. If I hadn’t mentioned, I would have understood. For my second entry, I said I will call the front office, but I was told, they may not be able to come and open the door. Not customer friendly staff.

    I was first given a room with 9nly one king bed even though I booked and paid for room with king bed and sofa bed but when I talked to them and show them my booking they gave me another one as I booked and paid previously. One note the sofa bed was small on my 9 years son. But overall it was clean and good hotel easy to check in and check out. Also hope that their bus shuttle be quicker to pick up from the airport as I waited for 30 minutes or more and called twice for it

    In need of renovation - not living up to the Marriott standard. Holes in the walls at door stoppers, shower handles rusting and broken off, dirty and old carpet; smelly hallways and areas.     Next day, I left first thing for my meeting, returning in the afternoon to see that my room had not been made. I was informed that I needed to request that service, which is the first time I have ever been told that at a major chain. The decor is fine, and the hotel is in line with other business-focused hotels, but the rooms need an update. For example, my bed was sagging all over the place, my balcony would not open (even though there was a chair and table outside), and there were other, albeit minor issues. The hotel can easily address these issues by making up in weak areas by offering better customer service. It is a well-sited location, the staff are nice, and there are other, expected amenities. However, given the abundance of choices and price point, I would have expected better.

    Our toilet did have an issue with not filling with water in the back tank. So we had to use the ice buck to fill it with water in order to flush. Around 11pm someone did send security to our room because we were “laughing” to loud….girls trip!!

    This will be the only hotel I will stay when I’m in the area. Friendly staff and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is convenient to everything.

    When I booked the room I was under the impression that the shuttle was free with your stay as it is if I booked through Marriott. Very disappointed when I was told I had to pay additional costs once I was already at the hotel and had to fly out early the next morning and didn’t really have any choice at that point. My sole reason for renting a hotel was to get the shuttle service to and from hotel and be able to leave my vehicle on site. Very misleading in hotel.com

    Good place and very close to my office. I only stayed two days so my room wasn't cleaned every day though and the tv channels were all messed... showtime was showing instead of hbo
