    Nice room. And the young lady at the check-in was very helpful and pleasant. Shuttle to the airport is a huge plus and the offering of extended parking is cheaper at the hotel and you don’t have to worry about paying for parking at the airport. Lots to eat around the location as well.

    The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell—almost rotten or chemical-like. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable inside the room. I tried to be understanding, but the condition of the towels was unacceptable. The first towel I picked up had a large hole (about 4 inches) with worn, see-through fabric. The second had a visible yellow stain. The staff was super, super friendly! The breakfast was descent I’ve stayed at both 5-star hotels and budget places like Motel 6, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I don’t expect luxury from an airport hotel, but for $170 a night, it simply wasn’t worth the price.

    My kids were really sad to not have a pool even though it’s listed on the amenities. It was the reason why we got this place to begin with. Breakfast was good, but it was not very clean. Looks like there’s nobody there on staff to clean up the counters.

    Breakfast was meh, eggs were good, the sausage and potato's were terrible. the rest was good. Beds need updated, was closer to sleeping on a 3 inch pad on the floor. Room's were meh. The "suite" i had wasn't worth it. Lots of good food around though. Staff was friendly.

    Be advised that the floors are not carpeted in room and sound carries from next door. We have a shared door that could be opened if you had 2 groups together but since I did not, there was way too much noise that carried over to my room especially late at night(midnight) while trying to sleep

    There were numerous very big cockroaches in the swimming pool area and in stairwell I had to get several out of the pool before my daughter would even get in Also there was a sticker on the back of our door that said checkout time was 12 noon so we didn’t get out until just before noon But we had housekeeping come knocking three times before then to see if we were leaving Felt like I was being rushed out I don’t think we will stay there anymore

    Location 1) faucet needed tightening to stop leak; 2) phone was one way - I could hear the operator but they couldn’t hear me; 3) microwave turntable does not turn; 4) very hard to adjust shower temperature - either too hot or too cold; 5) parts of lobby blocked which made navigation, especially with a wheelchair, difficult.

    Very clean and pleasant staff Problem with the hot water. In the morning and in the evening the water was warm at best. It seemed like the hotel did not have big enough hot water heaters. I had to wait until the middle of the day and late in the evening on Friday and Saturday to get a hot shower

    All the rooms are in the process of being renovated. Ours hadn't been done yet but it was nice and comfortable. Shuttle to/from airport and breakfast were key reasons for stay. Breakfast was okay, coffee was very good. Staff was very friendly. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to have a calm reassuring voice on the phone when I called for the shuttle (Paula). Ate at Backyard Grill and Chateau de Chantilly which were very good and short walks. Wish the pool was open. Since it was indoors, I expected it to be open but it was closed as part of their reservations. Due to the government shutdown, our plans were canceled, would have been nice to sit by the pool to relax.

The concierge did change me to a better room (thank you). The second suggestion I would make is to have shuttle to IAD be 24 hours a day. I booked the hotel specifically due to the airport shuttle service, only to find out it was only 9am-9pm (my flight was at 7am and I had to get an Uber to the airport). Update your carpets and shuttle services, please. Thank you.

    We stayed at the Comfort suite for 8 days and the condition of the hotel was horrible. There was so much mold everywhere not clean and had lots of bed bugs. My family displaced due to house fire and the front desk advised to trash all of your belongings. We did not receive any compensation for the pain and suffering and on top they charged us for additional night……this place is not clean and the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly…… !!!

    The room in particular was beat up, needed paint and refurbishment, the carpet was disgusting I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. It was obviously cleaned by the staff but there's only so much that can do if the management doesn't replace what's needed. Everyone who worked there was nice.

    First room was hot, dirty and the room looked like it was falling apart. The wallpaper has multiple tears in it, doors struggled to open and the tile in the bathroom was not even to the point where it would hurt to walk on . Carpets looked very dirty

    This hotel is so bad. Starting with the smell of the entire hotel, and including stains on the linens and walls and holes in the curtains and walls.     I would never stay here again. Not clean, the room smelled so bad that I had to pull my T-shirt up over my nose while being in my room. The locks did not work well. There were definite druggies everywhere. It was a horrible experience and I am not one to complain. Don’t stay here!!

The sofa in the room could have used some cleaning. The staff was nice. Our tv was on analog so we had to call someone & they came right up & fixed it. The bathroom floor was slippery. There was a lil sign on the toilet that said if you wanted a slip proof Matt to go down to the front desk. That’s something g that should be in every room. We managed with the floor towel. Overall it’s conveniently located. Breakfast was ok.

    This is a standard motel with some major drawbacks. The area is commercial industrial, with heavily traffic and minimal green space. The room was dingy in need of renewal. The worst part was the service - impersonal in the extreme. There was no conflict or rudeness, but I did try to call three times during business hours the day before and day of my arrival, and no one answered the phone. I witnessed while staying there the phone ringing and being ignored by the attendant. Again, no conflict or outright rudeness, but certainly not welcoming or helpful.

    My flight from NY to Washington Dulles airport was 52 minutes but my shuttle bus took longer to pick me up that took 55 mins so i was very disappointed after i had to call the front desk 3 times asking where is this shuttle bus and all they would say 15 minutes away 3 times wow that it took longer then my flight explain that one to me SMH

Parking in hotel lot was tight, icy, dark and unsafe. 1am gunshots outside People were doing drug deals. Dog poop all over.     I made the reservation because I was looking for a hotel that had a swimming pool and free breakfast. I arrived early for my check in and went to see the pool. The gate was locked with a box for a pool heater sitting in front of it. I went to the front desk and they said the pool will not be open for two weeks. The next morning when I went downstairs ready to eat my waffles to find out that there was something wrong with the waffle machine. The person that worked there then went to turn on the television, but of course it did not work too. I went to the front desk to ask for a wake up call, since the clock in the room was off by an hour, but he was sound asleep. If the pool is not working or the waffle machine is not, they should not be advertising that they have a pool or a free breakfast. I had to pay for what they did not provide.

    I was extremely disappointed in the maintenance of the rooms and property. Peeling wall paper, water spots on the ceiling from leaks, rusty shower, poor lighting, inefficient cooling, broken mini fridge and microwave, VERY old TV with no ability to connect to apps. Oh! they gave you 5 HALF pillows. They literally looked like pillows cut in half. The hotel and room hotel in general had a very "chemical" smell. Like they were trying to cover up other smells. The carpets felt like they have never been cleaned, a very gross, caked in dirt feeling. I believe their was also a homeless person hanging out in the stairwell one morning. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and just didn't return after the second night.

    This hotel is in such bad condition. 1st off is they offer airport shuttle, but fail to mention it is done at 9:30pm. I called at 10pm 5 times till it went to voicemail and the 6th someone answered. It would appear the vacuum is broken as the hallways and my room hadn’t seen a vacuum in a long time. The outside of my tub and clear packing tape hold a piece of it together. Tops of furniture is grubby. The door to the bathroom around the handle had finger stains all around it, looked reddish. Disgusting. Wallpaper peeling in the bath. Run down doesn’t even come close to describing how awful the condition of the hotel.

    The stay here was okay. The inside is a bit dated. The lighting was way too dark. The room was very clean but once again too dated. I found one bug in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit limited but the coffee was very good. Not sure if I would stay here again.

    My bedroom did not get clean the time I stayed in and nothing was available for breakfast even though I was told breakfast was included I arrived at 9 am and there was barely something to eat very unhappy overall

    The staff is so nice! That’s what made this stay tolerable for us. The property was very run down. Our room smelled like wet dog. I wanted to vomit. There weren’t any bed bugs or bugs in the room. The indoor pool area was like a sauna as if using the room itself to keep the pool warm enough because the water was cold. The pool was tiny and had dead bugs. The warm breakfast was nice, but cooked by microwave.

    The staff was really nice, but the hotel itself is worn down. The noise was also another issue, my husband walked off the elevator and saw someone having sex with the door opened. So needless to say, I will not be returning.
