The staff is friendly. And the price can't be beaten in the area. For animals, it is only $10 a day up to $100 per stay, so I'm glad it doesn't go any higher. And they only take that payment in cash, so that's a little harder, but doable. No receipt though. The tub is wider and a little longer than what we're used to, so that's a major plus! I have only seen 2 medium size roaches since we've been here... So that's good, I guess.? We for sure have not seen any bedbugs, ants, spiders, etc. They wash blankets and sheets every Wednesday, so that's a plus. They wash towels every Mon, Wed, & Fri, so another plus.? You need a key to get in from every door from the outside, major plus. The TV works. The pictures are fake. The icebox is no taller than 4ft, and that's freezer included. The pictures show a full size icebox and freezer, but this is a mini fridge with a tiny freezer on top. The description says, and the pictures show a "kitchenette" with the burner and coffee machine in every room, but they are non existent. You only get a 6inch sink you can barely fit your hands in to wash them. We had to buy our own burners and didn't even bother with a coffee pot. You can "borrow" their burner whenever you like, but that's just awkward when you work nights and feel bad waking people up just to cook. Or go borrow it 2-3 times a day, depending on what it is your making or cooking throughout the day, for the day, every day. There are no snacks in the vending machine besides this one lonely pack of I think cookies. Besides that, it is completely bare. The soda vending machine doesn't work either. Once again, you have to go to the front desk and inquire about a soda and I guess buy it there. At least, that's what the paper states that's taped to the front of the machine. The wifi is spotty at night, and sometimes it just completely turns off. The chair in the room is broken. There is no way to stop the chair from leaning too far back and making you look at the ceiling while you feel like you're about to fall backwards. There is a place for an iron, they even give you an ironing board, but no iron. The bottom drawer of the dresser is stuck, and I think I seen someone's clothes in there, but can't open it enough to really see. They don't give complimentary shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. Only 2 tiny clear plastic cups and a single small bar of soap. The fire alarm is Super annoyingly sensitive and will go off for a little heat from cooking. And it is driving us bonkers with a very loud chirping every 10 seconds, 37 seconds, 23 seconds, and/or 16 seconds.

Tub size Instead of being able to extend the stay, we have to rebook and pay an EXTRA $100 cash for a pet!!! That is ridiculous!!! We've already paid $255 EXTRA and will have to pay ANOTHER $100 cash soon because their system doesn't allow Extending your stay. It only allows a Rebook...

Definitely a motel, the pictures are nice but when you walk in it’s just not okay. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not from Texas but this was the highest rated but the ratings were a lie. If your room is unstairs, you want to run right back down them. The carpet in the hallways are filthy before you get to the room. If your room is downstairs and you never see upstairs then you may say the motel is OKAY. It’s ran down but looks like it’s getting fixed up a little bit so I will give them that. Toilet in my room was painted, even the seat. No caulk around the sink and it was actually falling. Shower curtain had mold on it. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re okay with those things. Me and my fiancé were not.

The front desk staff was nice. It smelled bad, there was mold in the bathroom, i had to kill multiple spiders, the air conditioner stopped working and most of the TV channels didn't work.

Location Was Ok Paid For Room That Was Supposed To Have A Kitchen And Didn't Have. Refused To Give Refund And Forced To Stay Or Lose Money Already Paid. It was a nice enough room. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide shampoo. I thought it had to be an oversight, so I called the front desk and sure enough, they don’t. Of course it was the one time I didn’t have it in my kit.

Nothing it was the worst experience I've ever occurred staying at any hotel before The location is very unsafe, upon entering the room it was absolutely disgusting, their was food spattered all over the walls, the bathroom door and wall had claw marks and holes throughout it. The toilet was broken and not sealed to the floor, the room smelt absolutely musty, there was mold all over the ceilings in the room and bathroom, we attempted to watch TV but the TV didn't work, and.when asked the staff member, it took 4 hours to get the staff to attempt to help solve the TV issue which did not occur or fix the problem, the room was not cleaned or prepared for us to have a clean room that I piad for! On several occasions poeple were physically fighting in the hall way making my family feel unsafe to go outside of the room to leave. This hotel needs to be reviewed by a health inspector and or monitored for criminal activity by law enforcement.

Food Places and Grocery Store Near By Paid for kitchenette and went brought food to cook and NO UTENSILS, POTS AND PANS OR STOVE TOP TO COOK ON. Young boy at front desk didn't know anything and already paid so was stuck and BOOKING.COM TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THEY VALUE ME FOR ALWAYS USING THEM AND OFFERED ME 20% DISCOUNT. I booked for a week, I got new towels once. There was broken glass in the floor, and the only kind of room service came from the cockroaches. Disgusting doesn't describe the level of gross of this place. Then to make it better, the employees at the front desk are as rude as can be.

Something dark reddish splashed on wall by bathroom. TV had no remote. People hanging outside below window ac(second floor room) getting stoned and it was blowing into room thru ac. Bedsheets stained. Slept on top of bed cover with travel blanket I had. 4am someone walking around knocking on all the doors.

Immediately asked me not to clean up my dogs poo with the hotel white towels.... Not that my pup isn't trained or anything gave him the impression to expect that but it was more of a fear of his because clearly he is traumatized from such an event. There were other weird remarks and lightly spoken rude remarks spoken with smiles and eye contact... Like I couldn't hear what we was actually saying being the glass wall we had in-between us during check in... Which was ridiculous... The closet sized hot and muggy foyer is where he makes you check in, and does not allow guests into the lobby.... Honestly the worst hotel experience I've had ever. Rooms were loud and busy with in and outs as I walked up after checking in and it was late at night. Then the morning was interrupted by not 1 but 2 screaming and raging domestic disturbances. Not even the same couples. Both seemed to include implied violence. With both beds still made and the used bath towels and wash cloths put up on the bathroom counter together, not a personal belonging or piece of trash or dirt or mud or spill or anything to be noted in the room.... , he had the nerve to say I left the room a mess and so I would not get my deposit back... I don't have issues with the property. They had an outage and we were unable to check in. We had to find another place to stay for the week. This was because Orbitz was unhelpful with assisting us. According to Orbitz's protocol. The fact that we were 14 hours away and no place to stay was not their issue. We had to look for another place without their help. So we will no longer be using Orbitz for any future services after only using them for nearly 20 years.

New property management is diligent in making the property better than previous owners. Rooms are clean and updated. Property is safe and family friendly. Plumbing has been updated and improved as well as vending machines. Housekeeping is the best and is always helpful with clean towels and sheets when needed. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms have doors for privacy. Refrigerators and microwaves as well as iron and ironing board in the room I stayed in. Air conditioning gets VERY COLD. Which I LOVE. Pet friendly…I have 2 dogs and they have never complained or judged anyone here for having a dog. Just take care of your animal and do not leave it in the room alone and they are fine with it. Overall this hotel has been a temporary home for me and the management is always kind and courteous. I appreciate them and the rest of the staff more than they know. Sam, Luis, Olivia…they are amazing. Thank you!

This has to be one of the best studio 6's I have stayed in yet and I been to most of them in this area along with motel 6.. the rooms were clean the inside was nice and the gentleman that took care of our reservation was nothing short of amazing. And the price was so affordable I just could not believe. I would recommend staying here if u come to this area.

Their house keeping is extremely nosy. I left my 10 year old son in the room on the phone with his friends. While I took my dogs downstairs to use the bathroom. Why did this lady go to the front desk and lie and say I left my child. Like what? he does not have to go with me to let the dogs out I’m literally too steps away & still on the premises and he is mature and has a phone. Do not stay here if you have kids period she did the absolute most acting like I left a baby in the hotel room my gosh.

Although Red Roof is currently under major renovation; they made every effort to make our stay a very pleasant one. The staff are very attentive. Acceptable service for the price. However, bath area has no accommodations for handicapped like tub handle/grip bars or non-slip tub.

I have logical expectations when it comes to staying in a less expensive hotel. Just want a quiet room, comfortable bed, and a good hot shower. Having a nice friendly staff is a great bonus and this hotel had that.

appreciation for holding our room for a late check in. Very pleased with our room on first floor and parking safe and close. Understand that coffee and refreshments for morning were unavailable due to COVID. I will use Red Roof Inn again.

I didn’t like the fact that I seen a roaches the bathroom floor. But the bed sheets covers was clean and the room was smelling fresh.

I try to book Red Roof Inns because they are usually newer hotels. This one was not. First of all, there is no elevator. I had to schlep up and down the stairs and I have a bad knee. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Its the old smell like a bar would have when it is empty. When I was given the paper work to sign for my dog to stay, I was trying to read it but the person checking me in tried to hurry me by paraphrasing what it said in his words even though I was the only one in line. The ice machine was the old school one with the scoop sitting in the ice. In this era of COVID19, there is no way that having the ice exposed and the scoop sitting in the ice is healthy. I wish that Expedia would publish the date the hotel was built and if it was a previous hotel would be great. Also, an elevator is an amenity that is common in all hotels. If a hotel does not have an elevator at all like this one, it should be noted in the hotel description, it would be great. I would not have stayed there.

Was not well kept, dirty hallways old vending machines. Checked into first room had gigantic spider and spiderweb requested another room and the towels were dirty.

Very nice front desk staff and great updated rooms

Clean room, friendly staff. wasnt expecting much for the price. Pleasantly surprised.
