every time we’re in Chandler area will stay at this hotel. It’s convenient. It’s easy to get around and the staff is always friendly.

No hot tub, fireplace didn’t work, and breakfast was hit and miss. Two days there was no milk and very limited food options.

This hotel scams people by charging them more than once. When finally getting someone on the phone after two weeks instead of refunding me like they said they would, they charged me two more times! When trying to get it resolved the manager is always not available or on vacation and the people who are there are not authorized to give refunds and just hang up on you. Worst hotel ever, do not stay there.

This was one of the nicer hotels we've stayed in. For the price we paid, it was the BEST. The room and entire hotel were impeccably clean. It looked like a brand new property. The staff was awesome. We will definitely stay here again. I recommend it to anyone needing a hotel in the greater Phoenix area.

The gym was missing 1 25# dumb bell. Everything else in the gym was just fine. I did a tai chi workout in the pool the temp was fine and the depth of the pool was just right for resistance. The breakfast at this property is a little iffy quiche bowls and burnt bacon were on my list and funky breakfast sandwiches. But hey I slept great everything thing was clean and equipped. It was a almost great stay.

We were given room 402 and house keeping was still cleaning the room she told us that we could put our belongings on top of the bed, and when she was done they would notify us. We were sitting in the lobby when weee approached by the receptionist who advised us they gave us the wrong room and that they grabbed all of our belongings and placed them in the manager’s office on the floor. Needless, to say we were extremely upset due to the fact that they grabbed our belongings without our permission and placed it in the manager’s office and on the FLOOR. We asked them why didn’t you come and tell us so we could move OUR BELONGINGS. We had a large sum of money and valuables. We asked to speak with the General Manager and they told us he was off. We asked if they could get a hold of him in order for us to speak with him. They said we would have to wait until Monday. Because of there mishandling our property we could not make our dinner engagement and ruined our trip !!!!!

A gentleman named Alexander took great care of me checking me in and making sure I had a nice room a bit removed from the flow of traffic. My service dog was welcomed and we made our way to our room and were able to sleep quite soundly and comfortably. The bed was nice and the room was comfortable and clean. I was even able to charge my car overnight and wake up to a full charge and a great breakfast just outside the building at La Madeleine! Great spot and just removed enough from the freeway to feel a bit like a treat when it was actually quite reasonable! Highly recommend!

When I arrived, the receptionist asked, “What’s up?,” when I was needing to check in. She was not welcoming at all and didn’t explain anything about the hotel, except what time breakfast was. I thought it was quite rude. Breakfast is very limited in choices. Room was clean.

Our stay was 3 nights.We told the front desk DAY 1 (Thurs )within minutes of checking in that our bathroom sink was completely clogged. It was disgusting- each morning to brush our teeth and have my husband shave in a sink that wasn’t draining. I was told it would be fixed ASAP.They did not.Day TWO (Fri) I reminded them again in person.They told us that they had it in the computer that someon had pulled our stopper up and had fixed the problem. NOPE.I told them that was NOT TRUE - the stopper was UP and never was the problem. It still needed fixed. NO ONE CAME .On the third day (Sat.) I talked to them again in person. No one ever came.Day 4 ( SUNDAY )morning my husband DISMANTLED YOUR SINK, pulled the clog out of it and put the sink back together!! I spoke to two people at check out about offering us some type of compensation since we had been unable to use our sink properly for three full days and that my husband had to become a plumber.They said management doesn’t work on the weekends, but I know the girl made a phone call. The manager said that since it was entered in the computer as problem solved on Thursday he could not offer us anything. I said,but that was just not true-I have come down here 3 times in 3 days. We were in town for a family wedding and I certainly did not have time to mess with this. I told the 2 girls at the counter that I hope that they would do the RIGHT THING by my husband and I or that I would be forced to leave a bad review which I am doing .

The breakfast was really good. A nice variety and choices of food. I love the healthy choices! The potatoes were always burned everyday. But everything else was really good! The location was superb!

There were kids playing hockey in the hallway outside of our room at 9 pm and when we notified the front desk they also fixed the issue. The beds were comfortable, the rooms to were well insulated and the pool was nice. The biggest complaint we had was breakfast. The sausage was overcooked, the waffles were cold, and there were not many options to choose from. It was very disappointing since we chose the hotel due to having hot breakfast.

The people working there are very nice and accommodating. It’s not there fault the prices in the area have gone nuts. We get ocean front condos in Hawaii for just a bit more than we paid at this place for a time hotel room.

Bathrooms were falling apart. Front desk was rude. One pod for a regular coffee maker didn’t work. Open shower left water all over the floor. Super loud

The room was not cleaned well at all and it was extremely small. The pull out couch touched the end of the king size bed in the room so you had to crawl over one of them to get to the other side. Way too small for a family of 4.

Great convenience however, the ingress egress was challenging as the food locations were busy from 0500 till 2300 The pool and gym were nice. There were a few maintenance issues that were disappointing but the staff was friendly and kept my updated.

We reserved the room king size bed when we check in they gave ask two queen beds which is not what we reserved for when we booked. We asked the to change but they told us no inventory available. This hotel totally lie to us.

The first room I was assigned, the TV was broken so I asked for a new room. It was given but it was dirty I had to clean it myself. There was hairs on the sink from the last person who stayed. The shower wasn’t even scrubbed. There were stains in the sheets.

It said pet-friendly, but they charged me $100 to have my pet. I have never been charged this much, and this should have been disclosed on the website. If I had known, I would not have stayed here. The hotel was also very loud at night.

We stayed 6 nights as a home base to check out the Phoenix area. This hotel provides a great location to do just that. The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The breakfasts were excellent with different hot choices available through the week. Only slight complaint is that a couple of mornings the coffee was very weak but it was usually on point, hot and fresh.

Maid service is done every other day. Our room was refreshed once, and when I asked about the 2nd time, Brandon at the front desk could not tell me why our room was skipped. He offered to bring up a new set of towels, which I agreed to. A set (to me) is at least 2 shower, 2 hand and 2 wash towels. Brandon brought 1 of each. He said he could bring more, but at the point I said forget it. But I told him that I was not happy with the customer service. Told him I would talk to manager in the morning. When I booked my room, I booked it for one KING bed, when we arrived, they told me they only had a room with 2 queens. So, we took it. On the last night, I was hot, so I decided to go on the other bed. At some point, I pulled the covers and got underneath them. To my horrific surprise, in the morning I saw that the fitted sheet had a stain on them (looked like blood that left stain). UGH!! At checkout I asked for manager (Jeremiah). This was like at 10 am. I was told he was not in yet. I told the 2 girls (they looked like teenagers, and I couldn't even hear her talk) to have him call me. WELL, HE NEVER CALLED ME!! I have not more room to continue. But it was all bad.

We stayed there as they allowed pets, but some guests were not picking up after their dogs & it makes pet owners look bad. I also loved they had an area just for pets to do their business & they provided “poop bags” and garbage bins in various locations.

The room had too much furniture so it felt cramped but bathroom was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The maids are conscientious. Breakfast buffet is typical. The pool is small. The location is excellent.

I honestly was worried, because there were some reviews that made property sound questionable. I called ahead and spoke to front desk to request they pre check room for cleanliness and gentlemen said no problem, and when i arrived room was ready and it was clean. Check in was quick and easy. My stay was pleasant and any questions I had or request were met promptly. Little noisy on first floor room one night. But overall good place to stay and I would definitely go back, not sure why older reviews said what they said. Or management must have corrected it fast too.

The front desk staff at night was terrible . I checked out and was waiting outside and he came out and accused me of being in the room after check out which isnt possible. Then he said I better leave fast cause the police were comming . Insaid thats fine sir i did nothing wrong so please.have them come .

The King size bed was great, having a kitchen when on vacation was amazing allowing us to not eat out so much. Shopping and Dining was close. Breakfast was good with Ham/Egg Croissants. The shower was unique and impressive.

Property was mediocre. Expected better for the price. Room much smaller than appears in photos. Less updated in real life than appears in the photos. A little run down. Couch was dirty. Sink was lose. Caulk was stained. No shower door. Otherwise it wasn’t horrible. Just had hoped for higher quality given the price. We prefer the Element right around the corner.

The property was clean. The breakfast needs help but everything else was good!

Room was nice,clean and easy to live from.The only thing we didn't care for was the hot breakfast sandwiches,they do not taste good. The other options were ok.

The check-in was fast and pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was the same thing every morning and it was not filling. We ended up in a wheelchair accesible room due to them being full and when we would use the shower it made the whole bathroom floor wet.

Good easy hotel

The hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping places nearby. The staff at the front desk were friendly. However, I was very disappointed with housekeeping. I stayed 4 nights and requested housekeeping at check-in. Housekeeping never came to service my room even after I notified the front desk that my room was not serviced. Front desk staff verified that my room was on the list to be service and wasn't sure why housekeeping never came.

First night was not what I expected. Trash was not taken out, left overs in the fridge. Woke up with ants on the counter. Next day was given a discount/ comp on room. Got a clean, nice room. Thank you for the hospitality and making our trip comfortable

The refrigerator was filthy. I had to go buy Clorox wipes to clean out the fridge. There was almost nobody at the front desk most of the time. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling into my toiletries on the counter. The entry to my room was so small I couldn’t even bring in the hotel luggage cart. There was nonstop street noise which my window faced, and it was difficult to get much rest. The elevators were dirty. Very surprised that this is a Marriott property. Not good.

Seems centrally located (we are new visitors to Chandler) and safe. Enjoyed the included breakfasts which were self serve and semi continental.

Its good, clean and enough parking spaces.

My husband and I checked in at 1 am after a very long and hard day. I am a combat veteran with a service animal. We had to ring the bell to be let in the front door. We checked in and had a friendly conversation with the night auditor. Never once did he tell me about an animal fee, which I would have been fine paying. At 5 am we received a phone call to our room waking us up to tell us we needed to come down and sign the pet waiver and pay $100. At that point we were wide awake. I called the front desk back to ask him why he thought it was appropriate to call a guest at 5 am after checking in at 1 am to cover his butt for some thing he forgot to mention at check in? I told him how unprofessional it was and that I’d be speaking to his manager in the morning. He then said, there aren’t any managers here this weekend and I am the manager on duty. We are a 24 he establishment I can call you anytime I want to.” He then hung up on me and then called me back! I couldn’t believe how he treated us. I immediately went down stairs to get the general managers email address off their business card. He told the morning front desk agent that I tried to sneak my dog in. How did I sneak the dog in walking through the front door he had to open for us? Also my dog has a service dog vest. Horrible experience. DO NOT CHECK IN TO THIS HOTEL AT NIGHT!

All hand sanitizers locations were empty. Breakfast bar was understocked, no fruit at all. I signed up to get a text notification when our room was ready that never arrived. We were given an ADA room and the shower did not work - the nozzle just spun around. All little things, but they added upon to a so so experience.

Incredible staff! Snowbirds from northern Ohio...we stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Great area of Chandler and our first visit to the area. The gym is great with new equipment and its cleaned throughout the day. To chilly to swim but we utilized that are and used the grills as well. Front desk, kitchen (breakfast) housekeeping and maintenance folks ate top notch humans. Can't rave about this place enough!

The property itself was fine. The room was fine. We were NOT informed that we were placed behind the kitchen on the first floor where the breakfast foods were prepared & clearned up afterwards. Pots & pans banged nonstop from 4 am until 11 am. There was no sleeping in. If you allow dogs they should all be kept in 1 area as we were disturbed by other guests taking their dogs out, dogs barking & they didn't clean up after their dogs did their business.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was not as described, we booked a king size bed and got 2 small doubles, and was filthy with thick dust in the corners and a used elastoplast on the floor under the sink. It remained filthy throughout our 18 day stay (if we hadn't prepaid we'd have left after 1 night). The WiFi was awful, despite spending 4-5 hours talking to their tech support it never worked on our phones or tablets and was slow and unreliable on our laptops even though we had chosen the high speed internet upgrade. When the issues were raised with the manager she basically shrugged and rolled her eyes. She was not interested in moving us to another room even though the hotel was fairly empty and we are regular guests at Marriott properties. Awful people, awful place.... AVOID

Totally adequate, plenty of space and air conditioning. A broken floor lamp was repaired, though it took a couple of days. Difficult to find people at the front desk. Breakfast is plentiful though not very good. What I particularly disliked was the dismal view of the parking lot and surrounding businesses from the room along with poor privacy, such that I kept the blackout curtains closed the whole time

Bad experience. They moved me to another hotel then did not fulfill they promise. They promised to call me back more than one time but never did so far

Told us it was an incident fee before we even checked in! Room was dirty when we checked in like they didnt even clean it! Then at check out a different lady told us the extra charge was a pet fee when my dog was a service animal!

They did not have the King bed room I booked. The one front desk clerk who was in training was nice about it, but the young lady training her was rude to me. Her exact statement was “she will jabs to be okay with it because there is no choice”. I think she was quite annoyed with the person she was training. She did not offer any discount or anything to make up for the unexpected change & she complained about the employee whose fault it was. The room I got was not very clean & it was hot. The AC never really worked well during my stay. I was too exhausted & busy to request a room change and I was worried I would not be treated kindly. This is the 2nd “Marriott” hotel where I felt the cleanliness & customer service was lacking. I will most likely not book with Marriott again. I suspect they do not pay their employees very well or train them. This is too bad as I want to be a loyal customer but not when I feel like I am not being taken care of.

We didn’t have hot water for the entire stay. The first morning they told us to kelp water on for 15 minutes to get hot water since we were in the middle of the building. The next morning still no hot water after running it for 20 mins. Let them know and they said they would fix it. They claimed they fixed and the next morning the same issue.

Unfortunately in the room was a different story. When we got in the room it had an odd odor to it but we let that go. Later in the stay we see that there was still coffee in the coffee pot from the previous person who stayed there! But again, we let it go. But then the toilet ended up not working and wouldn’t fully flush and almost overflow every time you did flush it! Terrible. Then later in the night my girlfriend and I went down to get some Ramen noodles to eat as a late night snack and when we went back up to make it the silverware was disgusting!!! It still had stuck on food from the person who had used it last! Along with all the bowls being greasy and having a film over them. Overall it really wasn’t a good stay. Which is disappointing because we have been to this property before without any incident.

Cleanest place i have stayed since covid started. Quiet, nice, friendly helpful staff.

This property is AMAZING

We had the most stressful and disappointing experience. Our rooms were given away due to overbooking. They did set us up in other hotels for the first night, however not together with other family members that were also bumped. Told to come back the next day only to sit in lobby for 2 hours till 5:00 to get a room Needless to say our weekend was mostly spent trying to secure accommodations for our family We had a total of three rooms 2of them suites. Terrible experience.......

I really liked it, staff was nice, rooms are super cute the only thing I wish they had is a hot tub other than that it was great

The hotel was great and all but on hotels.com I reserved a 2 queen bed but at check in we were told that they ran out of double beds and we got a king size bed with a sofa and I was not happy about that at all. I reserved 3 days ahead and was told that 3rd party reservations get what is available not what they reserved for. I didn’t feel that the hotel clerk was nice at all either. I also used the washer at the hotel and our clothes were still soaked with water and I tried reporting it. I had to just pack them up wet after trying to dry for 2.5 hours.

Hotel was decent, check in process was quick and the front desk clerk was very pleasant as well as the trainee. On the bad side the garbage disposal in the kitchenette was clogged and we were told they would have maintenance fix it first thing in the morning, they never came. Overall it was a nice stay.
