They should include parking at the facility with the cost of the room. People staying at a hotel should not have to pay extra to park at a place they stay at with the cost of the room they already paid!

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to answer questions or assist with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, which stayed fast and consistent the entire time perfect for both work and streaming. The property itself felt safe and comfortable, and the common areas were kept clean. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable, extended-stay hotel in the Chandler area. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel is beautiful, let us check in early and have a late checkout. In a super nice area, would highly recommend.

The fitness room was nice. The ground are nice and well kept. The room is spacious with kitchenette and sitting area. I was charged $15 per day for parking without my knowledge or consent. The fees appeared on my credit card which I was told was needed for any “incidentals.” Upon check-in I was NOT informed of any parking fees even when given a tiny slip of paper that we were told needed to go on the dash to show we were guests. When I called to ask about it, the receptionist told me that tiny slip they gave us to put on the dash states there is a fee of $15 per day for parking. Super shady practices and at $277.50 per night (with tax), I would expect parking to be included. While the room is spacious it showed a lot of wear and tear and needs a deep clean. Carpet was very dirty (I wore flip flops the whole time). Shower needs upkeep and deep cleaning (nothing like standing I someone else’s filth while showering).

The staff here is incredible. Specifically Abbie at the front desk. There was a little bit of a mix-up on our room and she handled it so well and moved things around to make it work so we could keep Our reservation but still be comfortable traveling with three teenage kids. The place is clean and smells great. The pond around is fun and tbe breakfast was good. Thank you!

The room servicing was not good. It should have been every other day, but was missed. I had to request towels at the front desk and request room servicing. Replenishment of bar soap did not happen. Was expecting more from Marriott. The rooms and property are very nice and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing due to a customer leaving late whice it caused our room to not be ready on time they upgraded it for the inconvenience .

This property has two bedrooms but not a fold out couch in the living room. I think that is a missed opportunity. They also don't provide roll away beds so there is only space for 4 people. For a larger apartment style hotel, I feel it should accommodate more than 4 people.

I loved the staff, they were very nice! The property and outside areas were well kept and really nice. As for the room, I’m sadly very disappointed. The room was not clean, the furnishings are run down, and the shower head needs to be replaced as there’s about four streams of water that come out of an extremely corroded shower head. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and the curtains have been spattered with something and have not been cleaned. The carpet was really bad, honestly should be removed for health reasons. The room just needs an overhaul in general. An example of no one really caring is there’s a lamp in the living room part that the globe shade hangs off the the side, why you ask? Because the bulb is too big and no one cared to find a smaller one. For the price we paid to stay there I’m extremely disappointed, I usually like Marriott hotels and trust the quality. Not anymore.

Also, the charge for parking. The hotel has a huge parking lot and the area was in the middle of nowhere. Really no reason for the added expense.

Location, hotel is located close to our daughter

It was clean and comfortable and I was able to rest on a comfortable bed. It was quiet and clean and the staff were very friendly. The lake and nature around are beautiful with many trees and flowers I stayed at this hotel for the third or fourth time. Everything was good. But this time, for three days, the breakfast was so bad that there was nothing to eat. Even if there are not many types of breakfast, I think there should be a harmonious and basic breakfast menu. My family and I were disappointed with the breakfast.

They seamed a little understaffed though due to overflowing garbage cans after breakfast service and the uncleanliness of the pool area ie: bird droppings everywhere and leaves etc all over the pool decking.

to start with , to my surprise a bottle of water was labeled 5.00 for use, that is a cheap style to welcome guest. further while using the bathroom sink I found the tap was leaking when in use, at a different spot and made the bathroom flooded enough to soak few towels, It was late already but thenext morning I complained to the front desk, which was acknowledge that they will send some one to fix it or give me a different room. On my return in the evening nothing was done and no roon availbel to switch , instead the counter person gave me about 10 towels to use when it leaks . this is Marriotts , will avoid next time

Honestly this is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve been to with residence inn / Marriott. The bathroom decent but the floor would get super wet with the European style open door concept and the soap dispensaries are in an awkward location making arm room even for a shorter person awkward in scrubbing body/hair. All in all the staff was great, breakfast was great and my overall stay was great! I would definitely return to this great location and staff! Even the cleaning staff asked me how my stay was and said why are you leaving early?! I smiled and said I wish I could stay but I’m flying home!

A little bit away from town.

Variety was okay. I loved the salsa for the eggs. The juice machine was leaking and looked very dirty. The eggs are really disappointing. Do something else. No one enjoys the fake egg thing anymore. Thank you for the salsa though!

The room was lovely and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bacon at breakfast. In 16 days, we had bacon only ONE day! The sausage wasn't very fresh on some days. The eggs were excellent.

Beautiful location on a man-made lake in Chandler, AZ. Room was well appointed and worked great for us as seniors. Really appreciated the walk-in shower. Only complaint was the couch, though comfortable, was really low so it was a struggle to get up from.

Breakfast basically same every day & eating area not kept very clean. People's animals in eating area. Couch in room most uncomfortable ever. Shower was ok. Wasn't aware no maid service anymore. I guess that is changing of time but $1424 for 6 days & no maid is a bit ridiculous. Didn't ask for one as figured you'd charge for that as well!

The rooms were up-to-date and modern, but the property outside the landscaping was not maintained. They were dead fish oil floating full in the Lake. It smelt awful, the pool was not heated. As they said it was, the Jacuzzi was cold. The bathtub would have been warmer. I will not stay here again for what it cost. I can stay elsewhere for better immunity.. The breakfast was very limited and barely warm. I called the front desk to ask for more coffee. And it was never brought up to the room. And when I gave all my concerns to the gentleman that check out. He disregarded them.

We play sports have to get up early cant get the breakfast cause it starts later on weekends which makes no sense at least have some toast or something grab and go out. We also had no hot water had to call down to front desk said to run it for 15-20 min

The hotel is located in a nice residential quarter of Chandler full of ponds and water. No hot shower - in the evening, as well as in the very early morning or 7:00 a.m. only cold / slightly warmish water. The hotel was half empty according to number of cars at the parking place. No internet access over laptops. The hotel did not even formally appologize, and nobody seemed to be really interested in the problems. We were given a telephone number to arrange for a serviceman ourselves, what we declined to do, as it was the hotel ´s responsibility and not ours. The hotel however offered a 20% discount.

The lighted trees around firw pits and pool. Very inviting. Alot of odd smells, NEVER any water pressure, hard to get hot water. 1 fire pit not running and was never fixed.

This property is safe and quiet but off the beaten path, not convenient to shopping or dining, and expensive when you factor in $12 a night to park in an almost empty parking lot. The room was fine, nice actually, but mine had a view to the almost empty parking lot, not the lake as depicted in the ad. Bummer

Ceiling lamp over kitchen counter/bar was very dusty on top. Shower stall had missing grout and was rusty or dirty around shower glass divider and shower pan, also shower pan was either stained or dirty. We were greeted by front counter staff each time we passed by.

I love the size of the room along with spacious computer table and a nice small kitchen with counter space. Heating control is good and tolerable with noise level. Our first room was dirty, had food crumbs on the kitchen floor, a pile of clipped nails next to the sofa, and shaved hair on the bathroom floor. Disgusting. Front desk apologized and upgraded us to another room, which wasn't as bad, but had large chocolate cake crumbs scattered on the bedroom carpet. Asked to have it vacuumed, but the cleaning lady still didn't get them up. Pieces must have been too large to go into her vacuum. Maybe cleaning crew needs to be re-trained. Breakfast buffet was very good, if they didn't run out.They waived our parking fee, which I feel shouldn't be charged in the first place if you are paying to stay at their hotel. Front desk would have compensated me for my inconveniences, had I booked directly through them, instead of Expedia. The suite was fine except there was no hairdryer, hot water in shower was iffy, room was not made up after one day and fire alarm went off two days in a row at 6:00 AM and they refused to comp the room due to it being booked on Expedia. Would not go back.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. Felt like a vacation even though we were just passing through. This is what a 5 star hotel should be like. Loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. Felt like a vacation even though we were just passing through. This is what a 5 star hotel should be like. Loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved the accomodations- Suite w/ king bed.. full kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and toaster plus breakfast. Locqlated in nice, new area with a lake!!

I liked the location and was limited on what room was available so I took the one bedroom king suite with a view and was very pleased overall. The windows were a little dirty unfortunately. It was spacious and nicely decorated and comfortable, as well as being in a safe area and on beautiful property, we appreciated the great complimentary breakfast too. Staff was friendly. Only wished for some kind of hotel info in the room, tv hotel channel was dead, some stationery would have been nice and an upgrade on the mattress and bedding would be a great addition to the hotel. Great experience and would recommend.

New (2-3 years old?) Hotel. Spacious rooms with great beds. Nice breakfast bar. Lobby opens to great patio with fire pits to enjoy tbe evening.

The room we stayed was noisy and the smell of the sink was horrible like there’s a dead fish in there. I think they could have put an enzyme stick in there to neutralize that smell.

We were there for a week and found that they were operating under COVID rules where they do not enter your room during your stay. We had to leave our trash and used towels in the hallway for removal and replacement. The amenities were ok not great. Breakfast was mediocre. Our room service attendant was excellent in bring use extra towels when needed. The shower head was horrible clogged with calcium deposits causing water to spray into the room. We needed to use extra towels to wipe up the water. Not very energy efficient!!!

kitchen area was very clean. Bath was spacious, but shower sprayed water onto floor where glass partition ended. Also, no make-up mirror in bathroom.

They did not come and replace my towels or make my bed i had to reuse the wet towels from that morning, I’m not sure why they were still wet

Awesome staff! Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok, but not cleaned very well and missing paper products, garbage not emptied, etc. Shower had a lot of rust. No towels at pool area. Breakfast and front desk staff were very kind, apologetic and helpful when asked.

Not sure if they properly cleaned the rooms and vacuumed as there was women's hair on the carpet and we also found a pill on the floor which wasn't ours. The oven in the kitchen wasn't working so they could not provide any kind of food to eat. The pool also seemed quite small for the size of the hotel, especially considering how hot it gets in Chandler. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

This property was lovely! The only issue was that I didn't realize that there would be a charge for parking on site. Maybe I missed it, but please be aware for your stay so you don't get a surprise like I did!

The room was spacious, clean, and up to date. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I liked that it was near local restaurants that served great food.

The room was clean, but service was okay. They did not clean rooms while we were there, they did not deliver linens, pick up trash. The most issue was breakfast. You had to had to get up and pick up breakfast very early. The staff was very good and friendly.

Nice clean Big room stayed here for my birthday getaway the staff was very nice the hot tub was amazing! Definitely will stay here again!

Family oriented, clean, good location friendly staff

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean, and just a fabulous place to stay. We were very comfortable. We stayed for 8 days with 2 kids under 3 and our lab Roxy. Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of space in our room. This will be the only place we stay when we visit moving forward!
