We enjoy our stay. Pleasant and helpful staff. Can't wait till we go back.

Breakfast was as expected. Location was suitable. We were on a family vacation from Australia and stayed for a few days planning to help the kids adjust to the time difference. On arrival we were informed that the pool was closed which was the main part of our plan for these days to entertain the kids. Had we have known about the pool closure we would not have stayed at this hotel.

We were very happy with our stay here as far as the cleanliness, location, breakfast and comfort. It was a big disappointment that we did not know that the pool was under construction, and we were unable to use. Our vacations hugely revolve around the pools the hotels offer.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location. Plenty of parking. The TVs in the room did not work. Bathroom sink would not drain. Not enough information was provided about how to work the TV. No channel guide. The pool was not functional due to renovations. They could have told us that in advance. Kids were very disappointed.

I paid for a balcony to go to the pool. The pool was closed. We got in and the TV in the room didn't work and it took him almost 24 hours to get it to work

I checked in later and they said they hotel had no pool. I got to the room and the TV in the bedroom did not work that whole night. I asked for the room to be cleaned and they did not clean it till I called and did not change the sheets . The food was cold from breakfast.

Pool was under construction. Breakfast hours are super early 6-9am. Some stuff had dust in the room.

Everything was great for our stay. That includes room cleanliness, staff courtesy, breakfast etc.

We had a patio room and it was great. Beds were very comfortable, living room area had tons of space with an ideal set up, bathroom had good water pressure and aired out well. The room’s AC was able to keep the whole room nice and cool and not muggy. Although the pool was under renovation, it was due to open in a couple of days. There’s a bar and restaurant on the grounds. The breakfast was delicious and well looked after for any refills. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay again our next couple of visits next month.

The breakfast bar was very good with good selection each day. We reserved a king suite, first floor with a personal patio area right in front of pool. We requested no room service for our 3 days and the staff respected our privacy.

It was for the most part a comfortable stay. Breakfast was served hot and early. The layout of the room was nice. Gym was open 24 hours. Great location.

Pool was under construction, we did not receive notice it was closed. We spilled water on the floor and used a bath towel to dry it up and the towel was totally dirty. So floor was no clean.

The hotel had amazing staff, but unfortunately after we woke up we found a bed bug.

Disappointed in the breakfast. They were out of a lot of stuff. The floors in the room were dirty, dropped something and made the mistake of looking under the couch and was disgusted, crumbs and thick layer of dust and dirt. The shower door didn’t stay closed and shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Water pressure was low in the sink. There were loud barking large dogs in the room next door. The pool was nice. There was a pest company at the back of the building with hoses into a room. When we asked what the pests were they said they couldn’t say.

The room itself was very big, had enough room for a family of 5, it was very clean, ac was cold, water pressure was strong got hot quick. The location was great close to everything. The staff was very friendly from checking in to asking for extra towels. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was a nice size, water was clean. The breakfast was okay, could add a little more options, but food was still good. Everything was great.

Overall the area is safe close to a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool area is very nice, and towels were always stocked. Spring break was happening and we didn’t even know it.

Great check-in and check-out with no problems. The breakfast meal was a plus for me, so that there was no need to go out to eat breakfast. Very convenient location, next to all the amenities such as Walmart and the Chandler mall. Looking forward to coming back to this place on my next visit to Chandler.

The bed was uncomfortable

A/c kept making a loud slamming noise when it would turn on and the iron did not work at all. Great staff members that’s the only good thing I have to say good about this hotel.

The location is great. Staff was great . Room space was amazing. The only reason i don’t give it 5 stars is because I found fur on our sheets and had an allergic reaction but the staff was great to replace all my sheets quickly .

After we checked in and saw our room, i called and asked if we could be moved. I was told they were fully booked and didnt have a different room available, but the parking lot was mostly empty the entire time we were there. We actually left at 10:00 PM the night before we were aupposed to check out because i couldnt take it anymore. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Staff was dismissive, the room was awful, and the noise level was ridiculous.

Not much Hot tub wasn’t any warmer than the pool the first room we got we had to leave because the bathroom door was broken. Went to the front desk and they told me they would come look at it in the morning. I was not OK with that. I like to have a door on my bathroom housekeeping never came in till like four in the afternoon and when they did the first night, they took our old towels didn’t leave us any new ones or any coffee or any of the other things that should’ve been done beds weren’t made etc.. I have so many things to say.

The location was excellent—it was close to everything. The mall was directly across the street, and right across from the mall was Walmart. Behind the mall there was Target and many other nearby stores and dining options, making it extremely easy to get around without traveling far. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The bathroom could use some upgrading, and since we stayed in a room that sleeps six, the pull-out sofa bed definitely needs an upgrade. It was uncomfortable and felt like you were sinking in while sleeping. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The pool was nice for the kids, they liked it a lot. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious enough for us. If you’re going to book through the app, expect the price to be more than the app is stating. I booked the room for 294 but was charged for 344 at the property, the front desk clerk didn’t tell me why the price increased.

This is not entirely the hotels fault. We drove 11 hours to find out the Expedia reservation did not go through. There was no reservation in file for us even though it was confirmed. There was no rooms available for the night and the hotel was not able to accommodate anything for us and ultimately had to stay at a whole different hotel. The whole situation was disappointing!

There was no restaurant open for a meal and no way to purchase a meal There was not a microwave in the room to heat up food..the layout was difficult to navigate and I had to get front desk staff to help me find the ice machine..

Breakfast was great, however, hotel was very noisy. You could hear through the walls. Central air system was very loud. You could hear all the room doors opening and closing. Overall, the hotel room was very clean. The shower was kind of dirty. You could see some black mold.

The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom still had hairs and dried up contacts on the floor from previous visitors, there were mystery splatters on the wall art and the bath hardware was very loose to where it's coming away from the wall when you used a towel, the shower was also showing its age and had staining that was questionable, also water pressure was meh. The vinyl flooring was soft/squishy in areas, it was weird, felt like your foot was denting in the flooring. The outlets on the nightstands didn't work so being able to plug in your phone, or my boyfriends CPAP machine, was a no-go (he slept on the couch next to a working outlet). Our second night staying there I pulled back the coverlet on the bed and noticed that there were stains on the comforter, either someone spilled food or threw up or who knows what (there were dried on 'chunks/debris') that shows the comforter did not get thoroughly washed. How the bed was made and someone didn't notice the stains blows my mind- the bedding is white. When we brought it to management's attention they came and replaced the bedding within an hour which was nice but between the gross bedding and the less than clean bathroom the ick factor had set in. We abstained from eating the free breakfast the rest of our trip, to me, if you can't even do the basics of room cleanliness then what does the rest of the hotel look like. I'm not trying to sound picky here, I try to go with the flow when things don't meet expectations but for me there are some non-negotiables when it comes to hotels and cleanliness is a big one. I chose this hotel based on other visitor reviews and had high hopes, I can't say that I'd stay here again which is disappointing as we've had good experiences with Hyatt hotels before. There are several other hotels in this area, I would check them out first.

2 things happened on our stay that really stuck out (I think one of which was out of their control). 1. We were here for two nights and requested turndown service while we were out…They did not run down the room. That was a real bummer. The second thing was much worse…we woke up in the morning and the water in the entire hotel was shut off! There was some kind of emergency they said, but could not really give us much info. For the cost compared to what we got, I am pretty disappointed.

Lots of weird smells throughout. The was black hair and an old razor in our shower and on the floor. The fridge and a/c made crazy noises when cycling. The staff was kind though. Just a little underwhelmed and definitely not okay with shower situation as it was clearly not cleaned.

Breakfast was good, but it was open until 9:30am and by 9 most of the food was gone and it was replenished. When asked for more food, it took a while to come out and the line was long. It wasn't worth waiting for more food so we left.

The location was directly across from the mall and several restaurants. It’s unfortunate that we were not made aware that the advertised hotel restaurant was under construction, prior to arrival, so there was no food available without leaving the hotel. The walls are extremely thin, hearing everything. There were high school sports teams staying during this time. Our room’s main bed was cleaned by housekeeping but the pullout was left untouched. We left a day early with no refund.

There were bugs in the check-in area and I was charged for 4 nights after not staying a single night. This is single handedly the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel in my life. The staff is under trained and rude with zero customer service or management skills. Hoping this place is reviewed and improved soon so that no more vacations are ruined.

I wasn’t happy with the stay. The first night we booked into the wrong hotel. I kept getting notifications from them that it was time to check in so I went to them, but it was actually Hyatt that we were supposed to go to. I didn’t get any notices from Hyatt or Travelocity to say it’s time to check in. When I called Hyatt once I realized the mistake they would not refund me the first night even though I booked insurance through Travelocity. And Travelocity was no help either. Don’t get the travel insurance and I will second-guess booking with Travelocity again. There was no one ever at the front desk and the evening staff seemed to be high on something and another wreaked of smoke. When I asked for a pillow, it was never brought to my room, even though he said he was going to when I asked the cleaning staff to clean the room once while there, they left a bunch of garbage all over the room. They only made the bed and changed out the towels. The paint was coming off the bathroom door and the shower was really dirty.

Decent room with two televisions which was convenient and happy there was hardwood flooring instead of carpeting which hold smells .We didn't get a chance to utilize any of the amenities but the complimentary breakfast was a plus.

Flight to Phoenix was cancelled at the last minute. Unfortunately with the strict 24hr cancellation policy I could not get a partial refund or a credit for another stay. Hyatt customer service was nice but said it was out of their control because of booking via a 3rd party (hotels.com) Hotels.com would not refund unless Hyatt approved, which apparently they did not. With the government intervention causing chaos, hotels and hotel booking apps should relax strict cancellation policy for a little bit.

Did not get the room expected. We made our reservation months ago and when we went to check in were were given a choice of a room right across from the elevator or a disabled room. We check in at 3:00pm certainly expected a normal room without noise to be provided. The hotel was not overly busy at the time we check in so rooms should have been available. I would not book to this hotel again.

I expected more from a Hyatt facility. It looked like a painted over old Motel 6 .... area was sketchy appearing. While some parts were fine the elevator and area walking to room was concerning.

This was such a great hotel! For just $50 we were able to check in early which was a life saver because we flew in early for a wedding and being able to check in and take a nap before getting ready was a life saver! Our room smelled great and I love how large it was with the break off living area from the room. I just wish they had much more light and brighter lights in the bathroom, putting makeup on was very difficult!

Our patio was ver dirty with burd poop. People staying above us were noisy and there was a lot of stumping going on late at night. Rooms seemed clean but then we moved a couch and found bottle caps on floor. Cleaning people were not attentive to our needs. They showed up at 3pm to clean room which was not appropriate.

Our bathroom had an electrical issue as the lights kept flickering and cutting off without touching the switch after turing it on after a while. Pool was awesome and the hot tub was the perfect temp. Super clean.

The door to our room was stuck so bad we were told my the front clerk to shoulder check it to get it to open. AC unit huge panel in the bathroom room. Closet door didn’t stay shut, kept popping open and the bathroom door doesn’t have a handle. Very disappointing for the cost of the room for one night.

Missed having a microwave. We travel a lot and always have one. Also really miss a door separating the bedroom from the rest. One reason we get suites is because of our different hours of sleeping.

We loved this hotel, we had initially stayed at anither hotel in chandler on our way to NM but the other hotel was dirty, so we booked this one and so much different. Definitely loved this place and will be staying here for our yearly travel to NM.

The property is conveniently located and is quiet. The room size is pretty nice. The only thing that I didn't like was that you have to walk a little more than expected inside the property to the rooms.

I didnt like prices on food. When i checked in i wanted to get a sugar cookie you guys made i assume. It was $7. REALLY! I MEAN REALLY. I can see lik $3.50. Anyways I know you need to make a profit of everything but that's ridiculous.

Property is nice and is located around plenty of good dining and shopping options. My only complaint is that the floors in the room were filthy. Walked around for a few minutes and the bottom of your feet/socks were beyond disgusting.

Lucas at the front desk was so professional, accommodating and a pleasant personality. Housekeeping was also very kind, very helpful and very professional.

We had 3 adults, 3 toddlers and 1 dog. It was nice to have a full breakfast buffet every morning with lots to choose for the kiddos. With any hotel that allows dogs, it worries me that it will be dirty or smell bad, but the room was very clean and had no odors whatsoever. We were pleased with the hotel.

As always, this place is a fantastic place to stay and relax. Great pool, great suite like room and great options for food shopping very nearby.

Great property and enjoyed my stay. I had reserved a king room with the balcony by the pool but when I got there, I was given a room with two beds, but still by the pool so I didn’t care so much. Great location, great amenities and super friendly staff.

Everything was excellent. My only gripe was the included breakfast. There was nothing but carbs and sugar. Had to go elsewhere.

I wanted to do sort of a staycation thing, bc my boyfriend and I spent a great few days at this hotel quite a few years ago, and remembered the great pool, looking at the stars at night out in Chandler, and finding many cool restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, I didn't feel well the day I was to check in, food poisoning, which is another story, so I called and asked if it was OK if I do a late check in the next morning instead. I was told that wasn't possible, I'd be canceled out of the computer system, which I thought was only going to be for that one day, and I could sort of see it, since I had reservations for 2 nights. But I told them OK, I'd get there, though it wasn't pleasant, as I'm not one to waste money and this was prepaid. So, I was traveling there that night, still a bit ill, when the shuttle I was on literally broke down and was smoking in Phoenix due to the heat. I then called the front desk a second time, spoke to someone named Jonathan, I believe, and he was very polite and normal/decent sounding when I told him the situation and expressed I had a reservation for the second day, too, so could I please just come and check in for the second day at

I really don't judge a lot on customer service, so when I point it out, it wasn't great. The check in was not the friendliest, the person was short and curt with her answers, didn't tell us how to get to our rooms, and wasn't explaining things and why they were a certain way. And she wasn't trying to be friendly about it. We were on the first floor. And we could hear everything around our room - when the doors open/close, ppl walking by, ppl having conversations. It wasn't muffled, it was clear as if I was in front of them. Our AC sounded like a door being slammed or kicked in everytime it kicked on. And everytime the AC kicked on while we were in the room, it would startled us. It was less stressful when we were awake but definitely not something you want to hear when you're asleep. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were definte crumbs on the couch and inbetween the cushions. With all that said, the room was nice. We had a separate room from our sitting area which was nice. It gave us space and privacy when we gathered or waiting on each other. I dont know why other hotels dont do it, but loved that there was some fork of tub mat to prevent slipping. The beds were super soft and comfy. Ample sitting for when we had ppl stop by. I may consider staying here again; bit maybe not my first choice.

I loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly. Only thing bad was the upstairs neighbors were throwing a party till 4am keeping our grandson up all night. I did call but it didn't help.

My wife and I came to visit family for a few days, this was our first time staying at this location and we were very pleased with our stay. As we entered, we were received a warm greeting, and giving instructions to our room. This hotel was very clean, the staff was very pleasant, the room along with the bed was very comfortable. There are many locations to get food in the area, the I-10 along with the 101 are near by; and Sky-Harbor Airport is just about 20 minutes away. I already made reservations to stay here for our next visit in the coming months

Okay stay. The beds are rather soft. And one of ours croaked and screeched any time you’d move, it was obnoxious. The pack and play they provided had slimy white stuff on the mattress. There was a hair in the shower and a stain on the shower curtain. Lastly, the waffles were SO CRUNCHY, not enjoyable. Was it terrible, no. Would I stay again.. also no.

You need microwaves in the rooms.

The entry area and sitting area was roomy and comfortable. Location is very nice and close to many places to enjoy.

Arrived at around 4pm and there was no one at the check in desk. 5 or 6 other people were waiting to check in behind me. Waited about 10 minutes before someone came.

Property was nice and clean. Parking situation was easy and convenient. Also close and central to most places in AZ and the chandler fashion district had a ton of restaurants and fast food options close by. Would highly Recommend.

Love this place, sometimes there’s a better rate at another location nearby but this is the best for me. This time, the bed was unusually not tip top condition. Last time, 2+ yrs ago, had the same room it was perfect! Time for a mattress change? In any event, Waymo services this area to go to the airport or many great places to party.

I was not able to check in as the motel was in my maiden name and I didn’t have identification for that.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were wonderful, the pool was a great size and very clean, the staff were fantastic. Overall one of our best hotel experiences.

But a bad stay. Free breaky was ok.

Third time staying here. Very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great, no food service available at night. The night worker did not show up. The traffic on street is loud, and the pool noise is loud. I recommend if you are planning on staying with with no kids ask for outter rooms away from pool.
