I was very impressed with the hotel, the staff and the parking facility. I stay here every time I am in Chandler.

Clean room and great staff will convince me to stay here all the time. Very responsive personnel.

My week stay was very pleasant, I had an excellent room that was very quite and clean. I also enjoyed my meals downstairs at the bar and restaurant, the staff were very friendly, helpful and warm. Would love to highlight the girl at the front desk, John in the bar/restaurant and the young man who worked during the breakfast shift!

Breakfast was not great. Not terrible, just not that good. Server was hard working, pleasant and satisfying.

Check in was absolutely terrible. I was told my room was ready multiple times only to come back and be told it was not ready. Check in is at 3 but my room wasn't ready until 430. Was also given false information by the Check in staff.

Check in was quick and the room was clean but there were issues. The AC in the room seemed to only have two settings freezing or blowing out warm air and made a noise when the fan stopped blowing that made it hard to sleep. the bathroom pipes made a loud clicking noise that sounded like our rv water pump. They were out of creamer for the coffee and sold out of sunscreen and the restaurant was closed for two mornings even though we paid extra for the free breakfast. The pool was so small, right next to the road, and didn’t look like the pictures. We will choose somewhere else next time we’re in the area.

The “free” hotel parking in the structure is actually $15 per stay. Not much, but not free. Front desk didn’t tell us that at check in. Only at check out. The housekeeper that cleans your room is only by request. They won’t clean, restock, or make bed unless you ask. Pool area is small. I would stay here again because the location is great. And now that I have an understanding of how the place works I think the good far outweighs the bad!

Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes in the lobby waiting to access our room. Computers were down and caused a lot of tension for the staff and guests. Any explanations?

Staff could not find the reservation even though we were already charged for it. She moved us to another Hilton in a bad neighborhood after telling us there was a nearby location. It was entirely away from Chandler downtown. Very disappointed for anniversary celebration. Our kids are "developmentally delayed" and do not have their own transportation.

Did not eat breakfast but they have it. Lots of street noise at night. Very clean staff super nice. Shower did not drain but otherwise room was great.

We paid $15 nightly for parking in the garage across the street when everyone else parks for free. The lobby smells like wet dog since I guess pets are allowed. We were not notified that my 4th floor was going to be painted and smelled like paint the entire stay.

Location & Britney was great at the front desk. There was a giant stain on the carpet in my room that looked like it had not been cleaned. For the price, the bed should be cushier and more comfortable. Other than that it was good. Oh, and they charged me $15 to park in a parking structure that was free for the public! Not cool!

Dinner an breakfast was good. Took moves to four rooms before things were working in the rooms. You need to check rooms more carefully. Bathroom door would not close - off track. Toilet paper holder kept falling off. Some heaters did not work. Bathroom floors were sticky. Sad that on Hilton Honors one has to pay for parking. What is the point of Hilton Honors??

David was really nice there and the other girl I think her name was Zoe and the maid. She was extra nice. We just had a really fun time. Everyone was so nice.

The property was under major construction, which would have been nice if they advised customers of this fact. In addition they charge 15 dollars a day for parking, again this would have been nice if they let customers of this. The staff at the front desk informed us they do not accept cash, this was incorrect information we found out later, they do in fact accept cash. Other than these few issues it was a pleasant stay.

Didn’t feel very clean, and that made me uncomfortable enough to lose sleep. However, I was greeted by a very friendly employee at check-in. Unfortunately, no one was available at the front desk at the time of checkout. The location is in the heart of downtown Chandler. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The location was perfect Upon arriving, the staff at the check-in desk was very rude. The person did not explain where the room was, nor did they explain parking. Very unprofessional and rude when I asked basic questions.

There is nothing we can say good about this hotel. The front desk clark was worse than the rooms. We cut our stay short and just headed home. ( The rooms had a moldy small, front desk clark was the rudest front desk person i ever dealt )

Hotel was clean and had larger than average rooms. The staff were attentive and very friendly. We arrived late and hadn't had dinner. The restaraunt was accommodating to quickly serve us even though the were near closing. The location was great being close and easy walking to many restaraunts and shops. The pool was small and no one seemed to use it. I would like more amenities such as shops, a more sefl-contained restaraunt and larger pool area for haning out.

Overall a nice stay, showers/ bathrooms could be cleaned better. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Bartenders and front desk are fantastic. The parking garage is not suitable for the hotel, people park there at night to explore the square and it doesn’t leave enough room for hotel guest.

It was a greay stay, bed was very comfortable. I could hear music still around 1am but to be expected in that area but it wasnt loud. Receptionist was helpful since i didnt know what was around.

AC worked great with 118 degrees outside. Excellent clean room and hotel located downtown Chandler. Restaurants and crafted beers with many options available just 100 feet from the hotel.

The staff is amazing. The proximity of the location is amazing. The local music is loud apparently in every room at night. The water pressure isn't. The hotel needs a lot of repairs. The breakfast isn't free so we just supported local each morning.

Nice hotel but a couple things to know. You are so close to the nightlife of downtown Chandler; you will not get to sleep on the weekends until after 2am. Also, charging $14 for a continental breakfast is a rip off. Should be free and the hot breakfast, sure charge me.

Unfortunately I was given a new room due to the door handle was broken. It seems that someone didn’t remember their room number and tried to force themself any room. Safety was their priority when given me a new room.

My friend and I had a staycation. Very nice and Friendly, Zoe, had us checked in quickly. Bartender, Nick, was very nice and knowledgeable. The beds were so comfortable! I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Parking is an issue until you find out the 3rd level of the parking garage across the street has spots for hotel guests. Otherwise, you have to pay to park.

Upon arrival we had a wonderful check-in by Ms.TeAira. The room was very comfortable. We liked it that there was reserved parking slots in the city owned garage across the street. The excellent DC Steakhouse is just a few steps from the front door of the hotel.

Our arrival was not greeted with a friendly face nor was there any communication of my completed transaction just a blank stare of why I was standing there. To make it worse as my son played in the pool, his foot was cut on the tile stairs as he exited. I informed the front desk clerk but was only handed a few band aids. Nothing else was asked or information giving on who to speak to regarding this accident on their premises. Would not recommend to the native community due to blank stare of stuff when they notice our population.

Fairly new hotel right in downtown Chandler, so you’re surrounded by the dining and nightlife options. Nice facility, good selection of snacks and sunrises, room was nice and well-cleaned. The bed was quite comfortable, not extra-firm like I often suffer. I would definitely stay again.

My issue is with parking. There's a city parking garage just out the back door with 600+ spaces available. The hotel clearly pays to allow guests to use certain spaces on the first floor that are reserved for hotel use, but all the others are freely available (no gate on garage or posted signs about overnight parking). When asked at the front desk, I was told free parking in the garage was NOT an option - this was clearly wrong and I took it as a ploy to get the extra $12/night parking fee.

Having a difficult time getting the correct folios for the team and am being charged wrong amounts. Can't find anyone that seems to know anything...computer isn't working is what I'm being told but my credit card keeps getting charged different amounts.

Only negative is all the noise outside the hotel. Crews were working on a roof all night nearby. It was very noisy. Also the live band noise from a nearby rooftop bar on the weekend was really bad. Windows in hotel do not open leaving a very stuffy feel.

The good: clean, friendly staff, fantastic bathroom. The bad: my room overlooked an open bar that played live music EVERY night. It was miserable and the room air conditioner had no button to keep the fan on to help drown out the noise. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Will not be staying there again.

The location is just perfect to walk around and enjoy all that downtown Chandler has to offer. I do wish they would keep up the property a little better, as a few nips and tucks would bring it up to a 10. Thankfully the staff is so friendly, you can look past it.

Very nice and clean rooms. Location is perfect, there are many restaurants nearby. Heated pool was definitely a plus. Norma helped us by the pool, she was so helpful and friendly. I wish there had been blackout shades or curtains in our room, we couldn’t sleep in because of the light, also the link to order food through my phone wasn’t working. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
