Everything went smoothly and we have no complaints. The staff was helpful when needed and the room and property were very clean! We were there three nights and had no complaints and we were very comfortable!

Another great Hampton inn everything was really good although the freeway around there was under construction so he had to be careful driving and also I'm still waiting to get my deposit back

I liked that the rooms were indoor . What I disliked was they didn’t have shower Matt in the tub , very slippery I slipped but was able to catch my self with the edge of the tub and grab bar .

Location When we walked into our room it smelled like a men’s locker room. The smell was bad that we had to spray stuff to mask the smell. We stay here when we need to and we love this hotel because the suite fit our family needs but after this stay I might reconsider.

We enjoyed the clean spacious suite at the Hampton Inn. We are quite picky and our room met our standards. We’ve come to like the Hampton Inn because they consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality, and they take care of all of the extra amenities that you would want to enjoy in your own home. Also, we really love that we were allowed to bring our toy dogs with us. We plan to return on our next trip. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Everything was fine EXCEPT the complicated remote for the TV. I asked at the desk for some help -- perhaps printed instructions. They told me they didn't know about remotes. End of story. No tv for my stay.

Flying in from New Jersey to AZ, air conditioning was one of our top priorities. If you are like us and like to sleep in a cold room, we learned some valuable information. The AC in the rooms on one side of the building does not go below 66 degrees. However, on the other side of the building you can lower the AC to 60 degrees. I know it sounds crazy, but we run hot. After a very uncomfortable night of sleep, we were moved to another room. The breakfasts very hardy and delicious served from 6-10am daily. They will close those breakfast doors though at exactly 10am. The pool was clean and refreshing in the heat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only qualm was the water pressure in the shower. Showers will take a little longer due to the low water pressure. But all in all, this hotel treated us well and I would recommend it.

I was on the 2nd floor, thru out my 3 day stay the overhead noise was a constant. Its as tho they were moving furniture & just being rude stomping up until 11p at night. My advice is to get a room on yhe 4th floor if you want quiet.

A very clean and well maintained bldg that is in the medical district in Chandler AZ. It's very easy to get to and in the best part of Phoenix metroplex. I'd stay here again. Rates are reasonable and you get a place that's safe.

I love the indoor pool and the gym! Room is clean. It is not as modern and space full as others but the price is inexpensive! I would return here.

Very clean but room had heavy smell of cleaning products. Mattress has seen better days. Noisy air conditioner. Better breakfast than expected. Pleasantly surprised to see fresh blueberries, bananas and other fruit. Always seemed well stocked. Employees were friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was ok? We were disappointed with room service. We agreed to have our room cleaned on day 3 of our stay, but the waste bins were not emptied although the room service staff agreed to do this. The room was not cleaned on day 3 at all.

On my stay there were 2 staff while the other just stood around.

Breakfast was very good. Husband having surgery that morning so took advantage of the breakfast to go which he ate later after surgery.

The rooms were very clean. The ac worked very well, keeping us cool and quiet when running. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The luggage carts were clean, well maintained and available in 2 sizes. Breakfast was fresh, with a decent selection of eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, waffles and beverages. The rooms were quiet.

The room is spaceful, and clean. The staff was friendly. I checked in late. She was on the phone with the other guest regarding the room rate charging issue. She was the only receptionist and I have to wait for 5-8 minutes. She apologized for the wait. I would recommend adding one more reception to help. I love their continental breakfast.

Friendly Staff, great breakfast, we used the pool and jacuzzi and our kids loved it. Only thing I noticed later, is that I Booked a Studio Suite that was supposed to have a sofa, but got a regular room with the two queen beds, which was ok, but I don't know if I overpayed for the room I got then.

We did have a nice mountain view with beautiful sunsets. The room was more spacious than we anticipated and very clean. The breakfast was warm and good. The only improvement I'd suggest is better coffee. It was very watery.

The young man that had checked us in was very professional and courteous, kind. Also went out of his way to get me checked in early. It would have been nice if the woman at the time of check was. The location is great but the breakfast experience was not good, we stayed 2 days and both days the toaster was broken imagine the only bread available was toast and no toaster to toast the bread, also the lady who was working in the breakfast area had her AirPods on and i asked her a question 3 times and was wondering why she doesn’t respond, then she mentioned she can’t hear me because of airpods, also, there was long black hair on the sheet that wasn’t belonged to me.

Rooms were clean; just a little wear and tear. Bathroom floors were chipped a bit and carpets were stained in places. A few small stains on walls as well, but overall room was clean and staff was great. TV seemed to have a small crack on the side.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so the 3rd floor is closed. With that said, we stayed on the newly renovated 4th floor and it was a very comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the Haydon at the front desk was professional and very friendly!!

Construction was going on and I was not aware. When I booked the rooms hotels.com had nothing on the booking that said the hotel was under construction. You couldn’t sleep past 8am because the workers start making noise at 8am.

The room was clean upon arrival, but we were only given 1/2 roll of TP and had to seek out cleaning staff to replenish. We did enjoy the full breakfast as well as filtered water on each floor. Upon checkout, the staff did NOT ask how our stay was for us to discuss. Brayden checked us in upon arrival and was very professional and polite.

Restaurants in the area were excellent. Parking was good. Hotel was being renovated and our room was clean and staff was excellent, mattresses were in need of an upgrade, which was already ongoing. Breakfast was fantastic!

We had an issue with the shower which was taken care of promptly.

Staff was excellent here and accommodated us having a small gathering in their dinning area after my son’s first college football game (about 20 family & friends traveled to be there). Our stay was perfect - comfy, clean, good breakfast (included) & very friendly staff!

I can’t remember how many times I’ve stayed in this hotel in the last year. At least five. Every experience has been good. Highly recommend. Now they’ve started renovating guest rooms. Can’t wait to see them when they’re finished.

Location was close to all the places we wanted to visit, shopping, dining etc. Parking was easily accessible, amenities were available, breakfast was the highlight of our morning, a variety of options, and alternatives for those who are lactose intolerant. Amazing hotel for the price! Will stay here again.

Only thing didn’t like, was the fee charged for if damage done, even tho it’s returned, but it should be taken off immediately after your visit. Same day of departure.

Room not ready when they sent me to the room. Housekeeping was rude when I showed up to the room despite me apologizing and waiting. The room and refrigerator had a horrible smell, sheets were wrinkled and had soiled spots, toilet was dirty. Complained to management and housekeeping was supposed to return but did not. Complained again the next day and ask that housekeeping come between certain times due to meeting ha. Asked that they clean well including refrigerator due to smell. They did return during requested times but room still smelled afterward. Refrigerator still smelled. Sheets appeared clean but toilet still dirty.

I loved the place jus not satisfied with the room service, we stayed there for 3 days I asked for room service no one came at all we had to clean our room ourselves basically and take our trash out despite me asking several times to have our room cleaned.

The room and hotel itself was super clean but the carpet in our room smelled like feet the moment we opened the door to the room and honestly it never left. The smell was strong and I sprayed lysol and it still didn't go away. Other then that smell the room was clean.

Front desk employee was friendly and lobby clean. Room was clean, bathroom could use a little work. Very hot shower, couldn’t get it cooler; toilet didn’t flush properly, had to hold the handle for the entire flush; sink was very slow to drain. Price was great. I would stay here again

Our visit here was really nice!! We were from out of town and were looking for a safe place to be and this was it!! Nothing is walking distance unless you like walking but everything is within 10 minutes without traffic, food and lots of shopping!!?

We got a bad rash after sleeping the first night. When we brought it up to front desk, they acted very disinterested and even suggested that we were lying. We had to ask to be changed rooms as we were not willing to risk sleeping there another night. They didn’t offer that option until we had to ask for it. Very poor way of handling situation. I had never had a bad experience in any Hampton Inn in the past, except this bad experience.

This was a good hotel for the quick trip we had in the Phoenix/Chandler area. Room was comfortable and amenities were good. A closet would have been nice instead of having to hang the clothes in the bathroom. Other than this inconvenience, the hotel was good for our quick trip.

The room was a lot larger than I was expecting. Staff is super friendly and the pool is heated.

The A/C fir the room was very loud. On my 2nd day I asked 2 different housekeepers to get clean towels & to have the trash temoved from my room (all bagged up). No one ever came even after being told by both employees someone would take care of it.

As always, the hotel is clean, safe and comfortable.

Our room was huge. It had plenty of room for myself and family. We were able to stretch out. Breakfast had many options for everyone to choose from and it was all tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was the perfext end to a day in tbe hot sun.

From the moment we checked in with Hayden, we got personal and personable service. The room was large and the king-sized bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and the area was large. The breakfast featured a variety of food and the coffee was plentiful. Ask Brad for recs for taco joints. We'd stay there again.
