    After several times visiting this resort, every experience is worse than the last. I thought I’d give it one more try and regret every minute. Staff is rude and short, the only good place to eat is the Asian restaurant. Don’t waste your money.

    Dust on Toilet paper holder. Over priced room. I should have stayed at the best western plus that I could see from my room window instead of over paying for this room. We stayed for the convenience of the concert venue. We purchased tickets for John Fogerty that was excellent. Nice small concert venue.

    We stayed for a stay vacation to celebrate our 5th anniversary. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to go back for another stay vacation. We liked the room and the fact that it was spotless.

    The shower/bathtub smelled like mildew and urine it was so dirty I bought spray cleaner and wore flip-flops in the shower. Other areas of the room had visible dust. I've always loved this hotel but will not be staying here in the future due to cleanliness. I also booked a room with a balcony but got the cheapest room they had. I did not escalate to management as I only stayed 2 nights ... Why bother!

    Room was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable.pool area was nice. We were surprised that the “nightclub” bar and the pool bar closed at 10 pm on a Friday night. The only place to get a cocktail after that was the Asian restaurant (which had very good food by the way)

    May 21st, my husband and I were celebrating our 33 years wedding anniversary. We check in at 12 pm. The guy up front said our room is not ready yet. They'll call when its ready.So we waited till 1pm. No call. I went to the front desk, and the lady said we checked in at 12. Our room has been ready since then. Really? So we went to our room. Relaxing and chilling for half hours, I received a text, apologizing that our room still not ready. What a joke! Next morning ready to checked out. Wanted to take a hot shower. No hot water. We have to ran the showers for 10 minutes or so till the water comes out warm. The room was cleaned, but the receptionist up front can use some more training. Not happy 😒

    The bed was extremely hard. The room service of breakfast was cold food in a Styrofoam box. The english muffin was so tough it was like over cooked steak. For spending $500 in the room expense you would think "breakfast in bed" would be better than a poor door dash experience. We also had house cleaning knocking on the door 3 times prior to check out. Don't rush your customer out the door. Check out is 11am. To be nagged to leave with three knocks when trying to make the best of a cold breakfast that was suppose to be warm was the last straw.

One other important reason we will come back. We recently stayed at a competitor who would not give pool access before our room was ready and wanted to charge us extra per HOUR that we had the room early. It was clearly ready - they just required us to pay for early access. Note: it was sitting unused. That was insulting to us/felt like the hotel was trying to milk us for extra money. This stay at Wild Horse Pass was completely different. We were given pool access to wait for our room, and it was ready early for no extra charge. We very much appreciated that and it made enough of an impression that we will stay at Wild Horse and not at the competitor hotel casino again. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO for customers is be courteous and add little courtesies like the one here and you will create guests who return and return. Thank you, great experience - we'll see Wild Horse again soon!

Had tickets for the show at 8pm, stopped in to grab a bite, sat fown at 7pm, finally got recognized at 7:22pm order quick food and drinks. 7:45 Got water, no drinks no food lots of staff, lots of empty tables. 7:55 finally got our food to go asked to pay and manager was incredibly gracious and apologized and compted our food, thankyou 😊. Had to take everything to the room as we couldn't bring food or drink to concert so 15 min late to concert. Party after concert was fun but they had a DJ playing Techno music (very specific crowd for techno and we were not that crowd). Drinks prices were all over the place, same 2 drink orders ranged from $32 to $42 to $38, yes last round was slightly cheaper so not time of night increase. Bartender discretion. 🎊🍾 Happy New Year, woo hoo.. no champagne, no balloon drop no excitement. They went super cheap this year compared to last year even though our basic room was just under $700 per night. Plus resort fee.

    We were told that the water would be off during the night, that was ok, tho the electricity was also off. Due to that we had to use the stairs (4 floor). I used the electronic check out time and a maid came by early in the am to see when we would check out that day.

    Overall Great place as always….but Housekeeping was banging on the door at 11am saying I was going to be charged a fee even though I got a late checkout. I was already pretty much ready to leave so I just left but not the best feeling after all I spent there in the casino. Bummer to end on a low note.

    I am a disabled vet and slow at moving. When I was told that check out was at 11:AM, I informed the clerk that I needed a bit longer to get ready and asked if they could extend the check out to 12, her respond was no unless I was willing to pay an extra fee for staying late. I think that this is a disrespect to disabled vets individuals. Shame on the casino's administration

    I do NOT recommend this hotel if you value customer service. The front staff are rude and inconsiderate. And just to top it off, so is the management. We booked a room for my birthday and had no idea that there was a huge pool party. I was not interested in a pool party with a “crunk” music style. They closed both pools at 2pm. My husband called to inquire about early check-in because we wanted a full day at the pool and they said no problem. If your room isn’t ready, enjoy the pool and check your bags with our valet. No mention of an early closure of the pool. On my clear disappointment at check-in, we got no sympathy. Zero. None. She tried to guilt me about going to a 3rd party site for booking. They booked us a room overlooking the pool so we had crunk music blaring so loud until 11:30 that we had the TV on at almost full volume. We asked a manger to call us so we could vent but she didn’t care either and tried to make us feel guilty for using Hotels.com. I find it so difficult to think that 1.) the hotel couldn’t message guests with bookings that evening to let them know, 2.) have some empathy for us seniors who don’t want that atmosphere, and 3.) have some pride of customer service to acknowledge our complaints and help us think they care. I will never go back there. The room was dirty, the TV unplugged so we thought it was broke, the toiletries weren’t stocked, one of two power cords was shut off so my husband’s phone didn’t charge, and they weren’t friendly.

    Our pool day was ruined when we learned, after arrival and check in, that the pool would close early for a loud DJ party. Worse, our long-anticipated dinner at PRIME was ruined by a loud DJ in the restaurant, inattentive seating next to a loud table, and a lack of dress code enforcement. We left without dining. This resort now seems focused on a younger, party-focused crowd, which wasn’t what we expected or wanted.

    I paid $85 extra to upgrade to a room that opens to the pool, I had a 9 yr old with me which was indicated in the reservation. 3 security guards scolded my daughter for being in the pool w/ my aunt and father. Then a waitress came over, same thing.. never asked if anyone wanted anything… just that my child was not allowed in the pool because it was an adult only pool. The sign at the pool says “under 16 must be accompanied by an adult” it says nothing about an adult only pool. There is another pool on the opposite side from our room that kids are allowed. I did not pay extra to be close to a pool that we were not allowed to be in. There were a total of 9 people including the 4 of us. The other guests couldn’t believe they were telling her to get out. My aunt got the manager and she finally conceded if no one complained she could stay. No one complained. The other adults in the pool (strangers) all said they had no issues with her being there. If they want to have an adult only pool it should be clearly marked, not just one movable sign that was at the other end nowhere visible or near where our entrance to the pool was.

    We specifically chose this hotel for their pool party reputation and the music at the pool was so low you could barely hear it. Bars didn't have High Noon which is fine but also didn't have cranberry or pineapple to mix with Tito's. What was supposed to be a fun time for my husband's b day put us to sleep after the pool and losing at slots for hours.

Where the service lacked was the bar between the hotel and casino across from showroom. The bartender went by 3xs without acknowledgement another patron also said that as well.     The staff at Wildhorse Pass was over the top, attentive and professional. A few days before arrival, I was sent a text message asking me if there was anything I needed that they could prepare for ahead of time. I did correspond back-and-forth regarding early check-in.. I also had some additional questions where the concert venue was going to be. They were absolutely wonderful in responding. I have been to several other casinos in the area and none of them have the customer service that Wildhorse Pass has. The front check-in staff was extremely efficient helpful and friendly, as well as all the other staff we encountered during our stay. The rooms were very nice and pool was lovely. They even have a serenity adult pool, which made it even better. I would definitely stay here again.

    Everything was awesome with the exception of some unruly neighbors being loud and obnoxious, if I didn’t have my family with children I wouldn’t have minded, the neighbors were screaming vulgar language and screaming at one another which scared my grandkids. But other than that the stay was excellent.

    Customer service was horrible. Kept asking if we would like to upgrade. Willing to pay upgrade fees then they tell me they cannot accommodate us. This happened 3 times. Last 2 times we were they they told us to leave and stay at a differant property because we had a trailer and had to double park. They had over a mile of vacant parking spaces!
