The hotel is very clean, updated. Staff is very friendly. Great amenities. Connected to a bistro with fairly good choice of main entree, coffee and drink. The breakfast is great, combination of hot food and continental breakfast with great varieties. Great restaurants in close proximity. Will use again.

The property was nice- our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was yummy and had a great selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub looked good! Our room got cleaned late- sometime in the afternoon. Most places we have stayed at get cleaned in the late morning. Not a problem I called the front desk and they got right on it because we had a wedding to get ready for. They needed to make sure there were enough towels and toilet paper for 4 people. We had to ask -Shouldn’t have to. Otherwise it was a great stay! I would definitely stay there again!

Hot tub and pool were perfect! Rooms were spotless. Beds were comfy! Absolutely no complaints!

Check in guy on the desk Sat at 4:45 pm was excellent. Hotel was v good except our bedroom in 409 had noisy air moving equipment in the ceiling/walls. it disturbed our sleep.

They have bedbugs and I got bitten up. I have photos, but they wanted to deny that the bedbugs existed and tried to refuse my refund, but the helpful people at Expedia took care of me after seeing the photos and heard my experience.

Rooms were clean, as were all the common areas, plentiful places to relax. Breakfast was delicious. Quite quiet even though there were numerous youth sports teams in residents.

The room was good, amenities were nice, breakfast was great (but waffles were cold and potatoes would have been nice). Location and price couldn't be beat, and free parking!! Having the beverage service from the breakfast area available 24/7 would have made it even better. The front desk service people were very, very nice; they were pleasant and helpful.

Staff was super friendly, water in the shower was hot and strong, amenities in the shower were high quality and smelled really good, everything worked as it should, nice, quiet area — perfect stay!!! We’re chronic travelers and have been in hotels all over the country and world and this is top by the cleanliness alone!

I always enjoy my stays at Fairfield. Staff is always professional, accommodating and friendly. Honestly the only complaint I have are about those ridiculous lotion bottles in the bathroom. Impossible to get any lotion out of them.

Everything was fabulous. My only complaint (small one) is that there was no coffee for the early birds. Many came down with me at 5:30am for morning coffee. However, it was empty and the person prepping breakfast said we had to wait until 6:30am. I'm assuming the night person was supposed to do it? Just FYI. Otherwise all was great!

I enjoyed how Friendly the front desk clerk was and how knowledgeable she was. The hotel was beautiful, clean and enjoyable. Our mini fridge, coffee maker did not work. But that was ok.

this facility is not truly ADA accessible. I would book with extreme caution if you are in a wheelchair. Pool was dirty and room had crickets in it.

Stayed 2 nights in a “suite”. Really just a larger room with a separate seating area. Room was fine except the a/c that was incredibly loud. It cooled very nicely then the room got really warm and the a/c kicked on waking us up every time. My daughter was in a room down the hall and had the Sam’s experience. 2 nights with very little sleep. Otherwise the place was fine.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and both times were great. Location is close to the freeway without the noise.. The room/bathroom was impeccable. The bed was super comfy. The free breakfast is the best part. It's a great way to start the day.

After a day and a half of flying from Alaska, I arrived to the hotel very late, but Dalton and Rexxie took excellent care of me. They got me into a clean room with a late check out. I'm so thankful for the great service! Highly recommended!

The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was great with easy access to the freeway and local attractions. The only disappointment I had was the free breakfast choices on the weekend, although the staff who prepared it were friendly.

The beds are very hard and the pillows are too flat. If your room faces the parking lot, good luck.., it’s super noisy. The staff is wonderful though.

Hotel Receptionist, genuinely personable and kind. CLEAN facility!!

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean, updated, and staff was outstounding. We had a small issue and the management was so nice and accomadating. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

I don’t like that they charged me a security fee upfront. And get it back in 2 to 4 weeks.

The front desk was amazing! Everyone I asked for help was very friendly and willing.Our room was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked, many options and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The Fairfield has onsite laundry which was helpful. They also connected to the Marriott Courtyard where they have a Starbucks, bar and dining area. Hours vary. We would stay here again.

Check in was top notch! I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and never had I received both requests without hesitation.

Staff was very easy-going and the hotel itself was what we expected. Pool are was clean and free breakfast hit the spot. Two improvements that would have made this an excellent stay would have been a more comfortable pull-out couch as it was very thin and you could reel everything. Also housekeeping after the second night instead of then3rd woukd have been awesome.

Made a reservation for a King. Night Auditor gave us keys to a room with 1 queen bed and didn’t mention anything about switching the bed type on us. We got in late and didn’t want to make a fuss so we just went to sleep. We were put in a room against an elevator and got to hear that throughout the night. Our rooms bathroom had a sink with a giant crack, a broken light fixture and black filth on the floor. We’re hoping for a good breakfast, but they must have been awaiting a delivery as very few items were available. Basically only had a choice of two cereals (3rd option was out), bagels, premade waffles, or cold eggs and bacon. Another patron asked if it was possible to heat up his eggs in the microwave and was advised he could buy warm food next door. There were signs for other items like muffins, but they weren’t out on the line and they must have been out of most items before breakfast started. Disappointing all around.

I was placed in a room with a leaking ceiling coming from the above hotel room bathroom, specifically when they shower I would hear rainfall in my room and the water would fill the bathroom floor. I did call the staff so that they would be aware and take care of this situation

Overall, decent stay. Hotel is a little outdated but the beds were comfortable. The shower backed up a little and the shower curtain was very short, the towels in our room were frayed and worn. The smart TV was great and the AC in phx was wonderful!!! Staff was friendly and had great customer service skills!

This hotel is in a good area. It was good for the price. Quiet area and felt safe. Parking was easy and plentiful. Queen beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Booked 1 bedroom suite with sofabed. Bathroom was nice size. My issues were that the room cards had to be recoded many times, which was a pain. I tried to use the phone to contact housekeeping and front desk. the housekeeping just rang forever and the front dest went to a full mailbox. I called two different times. I walked to front desk several times. I reported to front desk, he seemed surprised but didn't seem to care much. Some updating and fine cleaning would be good. There were spots all over the sofa bed. The shower floor looked a little dingy. The free breakfast was good, I did see a waffle maker in posted pictures but it wasn't anywhere to be found. There was a bottle of syrup, but no waffles or pancakes available. Scrambled eggs weren't great, seemed to be from powder. Bacon was thin and crispy. Oatmeal was good with all the fixings. Bagels, cereal and yogurt were nice to have. There were pre-made sausage sandwiches wrapped and ready to grab go. I might stay again without the issues with the room card.

The key cards had to be updated multiple times a day. This was very frustrating. The furniture in our room was banged up and outdated. And the wait for requested items (I.e. towels) was hours long,

This is our go-to hotel whenever traveling to Chandler (total of 5 times now!) from SoCal. Service so great and the location is excellent. It’s just off the freeway and minutes from everything. I mean everything. Super friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Looking forward to our next return for Thanksgiving!

All in all, great for an overnight and appreciated the value of the amenities for the price.

The only down side was that the carpet was cleaned just before we got there and the carpet was still wet, also carpet cleaning soap was very strong smell and it was overwhelming
