Had people next door blasting music and drinking till 12pm on a Tuesday going in and out from multiple rooms they would let the door just slam all day and night. Told the office, they said they would try to call. Turned it down for about 15 min, but later it would be back to loud music and yelling. If you stay in the lobby for 15-30 minutes you'll people with obvious drug problems going in and out of this place.

The staff was not friendly at all. Asked for possible late check out, even 30 minutes & completely okay if not available, but the front desk lady was rude & short about it. Went to go check out at 9am then, no one there, waited for a while & no one came. Left the key cards & tried to call to check out- got hung up on twice. Was told I would be emailed a copy of the receipt- never got it. For the price, the room was nice. Not much to the hotel & the staff was unfriendly.

Tv did not work, lights in the bathroom did not work. I even tried flipping the breaker myself in the breaker box. Nothing worked.

Good value place...love the kitchenettes to be able to heat leftovers up and light cook if you choose.

Property was nice and well kept. Dog friendly! Dishwasher had dirty dishes. Rusty knives, mopped floors alongside with hair next to the baseboard and doorway entry. Elevators a bit dirty frequently.

This Stay was for my brother, his gf and the baby. A playpen was provided which was nice. The room was clean , nice kitchenette , bed was soft and clean. No issues whatsoever

Terrible general manager doesn know what customer service is, booked a 3 night stay needed to leave 1 night before and he basically didnt care and has a very bad attitude, all staff said ok but he denied my family emergency, these people shouldnt be general managers not coming back, also they clean the rooms every 7 days

The room was clean and nice but there was mildew scent in the room that was very strong upon arrival. It would come and go, i had to buy a glade plugin. Also i was told that to get new towels i would have to bring the used ones to the front desk first. That was not expected. Not sure if I would stay here agin.

Nice property. You can hear all sounds from the hallway. The beds are a little harder than I prefer and they only like to give 2 towels at a time. The room was clean and good size.

I like the full fridge and microwave. I have yet to cook in the room, but you can. Rooms are always clean and the beds are pretty comfy. Great home away from home.

Friendly staff, clean calm vibe Noticed a communication breakdown between front desk and housekeeping following through (not) I tried a few times to ask and was shut down being told "we're not a real hotel" before I could get in the next word... I stayed there 4 weeks in 2 rooms and never had any attention to my room by housekeeping... I saw housekeeping and traded towels a few times but I was ok with fending for myself because... Not the end of the world but maybe there's a breakdown between front desk and housekeeping... Overall it was fine but a pickier person might leave a hot review so ....fix it Also the energy saving feature in the bathroom with the lights is very inefficient and annoying as it clicks on and off all day and night... Both rooms ...

Hotel was great. There was plenty of hot water, the towels were fluffy the kitchen was the perfect size for travelling. We saw one of the staff members vacuuming the all the corners in the hallway which is usually overlooked. Laundry onsite was also a bonus.

Not as nice as it seems in the photos. TV didn't work. Didn't end up being the best location for us as we like to walk places on vacation. There was not much around, 30 minutes to the closest breakfast spot. I wouldn't stay here again.

The reservation was not in the hotel’s system but they worked directly with Hotels.com to remedy the err. The room was very large, mattresses felt brand new, it was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay again.

The pillows were awful. When laying down your head on the pillow it would sink down to the mattress. No regular milk for coffee, only Coffee Mate. which means we had to buy a bottle from your pantry for $3+ just for 2 cups of coffee. Otherwise rooms were clean. Won’t stay again.

The walls were paper thin. Heard people talking all night long and their tv was on all night long. Bathroom light only worked when master switch was turned on which turned all lights on. I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient, and the little details (modern bathroom and a kitchenette were nic) made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. N/A

It was clean and new, so that was good, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, and no one told us about the master electric Switch on the wall. even though it’s winter time and wasn’t hot outside, the room got pretty warm in the middle of the night.

Staff seemed annoyed that they had to check me in. Overall everything appeared clean but there are weird smells in the halls and room. Fridge had a very strong smell that made food put inside taste weird. Bathroom is right in front of the kitchen so odors from someone using the toilet can be smelled while using the kitchen, im sure this can’t be sanitary.

The light situation in the room was weird and a little confusing. The water pressure was terrible in the shower and the temperature was difficult to get right.

The staff was rude...... booked three rooms and we wanted to have one room with a late check out because the kids were in a tournament. Staff was so rude about it and said No.... didn't even check if they could, they just said "Absolutely Not" and have attitude. Won't stay here again

The WiFi would disconnect you the next day, causing you to sign in - when you signed in too many times it would restrict your WiFi. You either had to pay for it, or go without. Very slow and crashes a lot

The room was nice and so was the staff. I wouldn't choose this property again. At 2am Sunday we were awakened by a group of people who had just returned from a night out - they appeared to be drunk. They stood outside their Uber screaming and fighting for about 90 minutes. We were surprised the staff didn't do anything about this. It was very disruptive and we didn't sleep. The morning of my departure a few days later, at 8:00am someone tried to enter my room unannounced. There was 1 knock then the handle turned and door opened. It was unnerving. I yelled out. And the door closed as the gentleman apologized. When I reported it to the front desk I was told, "That's not supposed to happen." (Obviously). I checked with housekeeping who said they begin work at 9:30. I'm glad I was not in the shower. This is a very strange vibe at this property. Not recommended.

The property was very clean. It says 24 hr front desk, but multiple times they weren’t around, including checkout. We only saw a bell on the counter once to ring for service. The internet is awful. When we asked about it, he gave us a password, said to pick whatever we wanted for service and we would be comped, but if that didn’t work, he gave us a number to call. Still didn’t work well for my husband. The hotel is very loud, you can hear people walking around above us, and can hear conversations in the hallways very easily.

Dishes were in the dishwasher, some still had food crumbs. Room had a smell of stagnant air.

The main areas of improvement are when someone books a two queen room at one price they should not be switched to a king room and then told they have to pay more for the room they originally booked. Also, they housekeeping should me every 3 days like most hotels. You should not have to pay for access to WiFi for multiple devices and the front desk people should be there at the front desk more often.

Location The beds were horrible, the a/c took over a day to get cold. Hardly any ice from freezer. And the shower water pressure was awful. And the room had ants in the bathroom.

Immaculate. Had everything I needed including a decent gym and laundry room. The bed was very comfortable. Value for money is extraordinary.

Place was all right. Not happy to have to pay extra for access to internet for more than 1 device. Had to wait to check in and out.

Room had bugs in it. The bathroom light kept off n on all night long. The mattress was hard as rock and had big lumps in it all the way across bed ,also the bed was so high for handicap person i had a hard time just getting into the bed.

I was in Phoenix a few days on business and stayed at this hotel … honestly a great value Super clean and a comfortable bed & pleasant staff … the room has the benefit of a small kitchen area if you need it … great value and really very nice stay … not much around the hotel to speak of however lovely views of the surrounding mountains a beautiful sunset !

Everything was great except the bed sheets had a weird smell.

We checked in late at night and the overnight check in staff were super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place, everything from the lobby to our room was spotless.

Parking is very easy. Stuff very friendly. Air conditioning works great. This place is brand new and so awesome. It has a small kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher and large microwave.

The overall stay was okay for the price (I paid around $100 for 1 night) and for a short stay. HOWEVER, if you're a light sleeper beware that the AC is LOUD and the wall basically vibrates every time if turns on. I could hear every door open and every step taken in the hallway.

This property is new and nicely put together. I think if they invested in better smelling cleaning products, a little better quality linen, toiletries for guests it would make me want to come back and stay again. The room was clean but smelled musty, sheets smelled like sweat and hall ways and elevators didn’t have an inviting smell either. Hotel was clean though, not knocking that. Staff is very friendly and inviting.

We always stay at Everhome when we’re in the area. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

I liked the contemporary style of the hotel. All staff very friendly. Gym was new and all apparatus worked! Kitchen in my room was clean and new. Bed was comfy. AC unit worked properly. The lights, you only have one switch that controls all other lights. I was trying to control lighting in bedroom, I couldn’t do it!

The kitchen was awesome. The wifi didn't work because they do not have enough extenders to reach outer rooms. There are electrical problems.

2. Hotel wasn't registered to receive mail from the USPS. That's right. So, if you were expecting a package or mail to be sent to the hotel, you had better have been on alert to intercept that parcel because it would be deemed undeliverable. 3. No pool. This is a hotel in central Arizona, which is known for being a little warm all year 'round, but especially in the summer. 4. "Smart" features that are more of a way for the hotel to pinch even more pennies. For example, there's a timer on the restroom light sensor. So, if you're in dispose for more than two minutes, you better move around a bit or the light will turn off on you. If you walk by the closet (not hard to do in the cramped rooms), you'll kick on the LED light, which takes several minutes to turn off and there's no switch to turn it off manually. (Well, maybe via the master switch, but I didn't try that since every switch is unlabelled). 5. A motion sensor above the door. Probably trying to pinch even more pennies (are there any left?), but a little unnerving all the same. 6. A warning sign in the cabinet that holds a sparse amount of plates, cups, saucers, etc., basically stating that Maricopa County doesn't have any sanitation guidelines for hotels and inns, so you better wash the dishes yourself before using them. That's just a few notables from a week at this place. Would not recommend.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more at this facility. It is beautiful, quiet, in a lovely setting, and the service is excellent. The rooms appear to have been recently upgraded, and honestly, when I walked into the room for the first time, I wondered if it was a brand new hotel. Don’t hesitate to stay!

Well started out bad we had a problem with are Toilet. Then I had to go down to the front desk because it took them forever to respond for another room. After that was resolved it was all good!!!

The staff were very friendly checking in was simple, the location was great! The area was nice and quiet. Not far from shopping centers.

Kijana checked us in and was great. There was a significant hotel incident that happened right before we arrived and he kept his composure. Since the property was new there wasn’t anything to complain about other than some design flaws in my opinion, i.e. the hanging bars in the bathroom and the shelf in the bedroom that blocks the visual on tv. The mattress was a bit too firm for me but my husband loved it.

La habitación muy completa contienen cocina con todo el equipamiento, la habitación muy amplia , no tuvimos servicio de limpieza 😒 en el baño solo había un pequeño shampoo tuve que solicitar otro para el sig día no hay crema corporal , camas muy cómodas , hay cafetera con cápsulas o café gratis en el lobby eso es un plus se puede rellenar botella de agua en el gymnasio . Muy limpio todo .

They have no "do not disturb" signs, and locking the door isn't enough to deter housekeeping from knocking on your door repeatedly early Saturday mornings and then trying to barge in.

Shower curtain barely covered the top of the tub and there wasn’t a plastic insert to prevent water from spraying onto the floor. Hopefully time will enable the staff to develop and become more confident and professional in responding to customer requests.

Spent a week here during a vacation in the Phoenix area. Hotel was overall accommodating in all aspects. Friendly and responsive staff. Good proximity to Routes 101 & 202. Ample dining and retail access a short distance to Frye Rd; otherwise not a lot of choices nearby.

New and clean. Not much service. I would stay there again.

Quiet stay, nice location close to mall, restaurants, all within close driving distance. Starbucks across the street. Mostly a business, commercial area. Rooms are nice. Clean. No services unless you ask with a charge. Free, easy parking. Wifi available, but make sure you ask for the “no charge” password, otherwise the hotel wifi leads you to a pay per device page. One device per room otherwise.

Very clean and everything provided for the stay just like at your home. Full kitchen is very convenient!

This hotel is nice and new. One major thing I didn’t like is the pillows. The pillows are sooooo junk. They do nothing for your neck. It just pancakes out. I asked for foam pillows and they didn’t have any. I did get 2 extra pillows but really didn’t make any.

Water not drinkable, no breakfast available, just not a good experience

This is a new property and is well-maintained. The only (1st World Problem) is I think it is the 4 floors are serviced by the slowest elevator in North America. I would definitely stay here again.

Brand new and very clean

Brand new Hotel. Nice furniture, clean. One HUGE complaint, NO HOT WATER ON A COLD Morning. Bedore opening the Hotel, the basics like Hot water should have been inspected. I lnow Cold showers are good for you but, i wanted a warm shower. Warm water flowed after about 30 minutes of letting the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower run full hot.
