The breakfast and evening meals good but it would be great if there were more meat options that weren't pork.

This was a great and comfortable stay! Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints here! Breakfast was good and th soda machine was much appreciated.

Great breakfast, exceptionally friendly staff especially checking in, a comfortable bed, a beautiful marble shower. Did I say great breakfast? It's beyond delicious. Really good biscuits and gravy, cubed potatoes, sausage, a very good hot breakfast!! Also there's other choices..yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, hard boiled eggs. Soft drinks are included with the breakfast too which is nice because I'm not a coffee drinker.

Check in was fast and easy. Cecilia at the front desk was really nice and informative about everything included with our stay. Room was nice and clean, no complaints there. Breakfast was amazing a lot of options, kickback was okay it could’ve been better, but the complimentary drinks are amazing. I also ordered a pizza from the bar and it was fast and tasty. All the staff were really nice. What you get for the price is unbeatable.. Sure, there are “better” and more luxurious hotels but they dont include all the amenities that Drury offers. Will stay here again when i come back to Arizona, and i highly recommend Drury Inn.

The rooms are very nice and clean as well as the entire property. Everything is so well maintained and welcoming. All staff that we encountered were above and beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating. There was also the added benefit of wonderful breakfast options and as well cocktails and appetizer type foods in the evening. This was our third stay at a Drury Inn and we have had the same experience each time so we will always keep Drury at the top of our list!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years this is the first time that the staff was not accommodating it felt like they were pushing me to purchase from the bar and not to utilize the happy hour or breakfast. I booked a higher level room and I had a lower level room my view was of the next floor extension there was no point looking out the window which is something I’ve always enjoyed at this hotel very disappointed since all the changes

We were on a family trip, and this hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was superb in all areas we ventured in. The breakfast was always hot and refreshed often. I loved the Kickback and the amazing choices of drinks and food. Drury will be our family's choice of hotels.

Clean rooms breakfast was very good with plenty. Only thing missing is a greasy fruit bar.

The rooms were cleaned and replenished daily, you had very useful and necessary supplies in the bathroom in case your client forgot theirs, there was food provided, Drury staff were knowledgeable about how to direct their guests to restaurants and malls, just all around excellent service.

My wife and i loved our hotel experience. I highly recommend it.

Decided to book our room last minute. Wasn't expecting anything much other than a basic hotel. Right at check in we were happily greeted by staff, swiftly checked in and explained all of the perks, even offered some freshly popped popcorn! At first, we thought we heard incorrectly then realized we really had some nice perks of our overnight stay that included complementary adult beverages and a hot snack meal in the evening and a delicious breakfast. Room was nice and the bed was so comfortable. It was a nice change to feel so welcomed with their hospitality style. Will definitely book again on any out-of-town trips.

This was such a great surprise to find! In Chandler for medical reasons. This place is sparkling clean, feels brand new. The room was SO spacious, quiet, nicely furnished. The bed and pillows were exquisite! Huge shower and bathroom area. Great pool area. The happy hour drinks and snacks as well as in house breakfast kept us on site the whole visit. Will plan to rebook for another appointment locally in July. Well done!!

I have no complaints!

This is the first time I stayed here. I was in town for a basketball tournament and I really enjoyed my stay here. They have a hot breakfast and also during the evenings they would have like a little dinner buffet. Plus they give out cards to hotel guests over 21 drink cards for their free happy hour. Also the hotel is close to the Chandler Fashion mall. And they have a variety of restaurants near by. It was perfect. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. I really enjoyed this hotel and am planning to stay there again next month for another basketball tournament.

Provided breakfast was timely, plentiful, adequately prepared with varied selection of meals to choose from.

Only reason I docked is because one of my pillows was a bit dirty and I sat it off to the side, and the next day when room service made my bed they put the same dirty pillow on my bed.

Our experience was top notch from the moment we checked in. We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was ready for an early check in, the property was clean and inviting with the smell of fresh popcorn in the lobby - a nice surprise. The complimentary happy hour was also fun and the bartender was great! The room was spacious and comfortable and very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the hotel generally. The breakfast was nice. I checked in late in the evening on the day, to leave mid morning next day and noticed that the room had no drinking water in the fridge. There was no information when checking in that they don't provide a least a small bottle of water.

Unfortunately the conditioner would not pump out in the shower. I wish there was pump hand soap at the sink rather than a bar. No bathroom stuff like other hotels, ie lotion, etc.

Definitely will stay there again in the future.

I had never stayed at a Drury inn before, but I am TOTALLY staying at these going forward! The value is insane, my room was spacious and IMMACULATE. The staff were so kind and friendly. 10/10 location as well.

I love the fact that there was a microwave and a refrigerator. There was plenty of light to do anything as far as reading or work or just watching TV. The TV and channels was well explained. If there’s ever been a problem, I doubt seriously we would be welcomed back. We have the utmost respect for the property. We love coming there and we have come 3 times in the last 6 months. This was the first time we were lectured on rules, while kids were running around the lobby unsupervised by parents. We had just returned from a cruise and we were to tired and to old to consider jumping on the bed! At our age we would probably break a bone if we did. The woman was one of the oldest staff that we have seen, but the younger staff has better respect for guests. She needs to be told her actions have consequences. Like me writing this, when previously I have raved about staying here. We will love coming back next month with no lectures about us jumping on the beds. Very insulting and I told her so. S. Cole

The assistant manager Steve was amazing. All the folks at the reception area were fantastic. Amazingly pleasant & friendly. Spent whatever time needed to get us driving directions & suggest restaurants for meals. They acted like they had nothing else to do except meet our needs. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. After interacting with Steve several times it was quite clear that by his example he nurtures this & that these people love their jobs. Very pleasant & fun stay for us. Thank you. Definitely recommend the Drury Inn & Suites in Chandler, Arizona!!

Only complaint we have is the bed pillows. They could be better.

I recently had an overnight stay here and I had an excellent experience. The grounds are meticulously maintained so it's a welcoming sight as soon as you drive in to the parking lot. Then the counter staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We also were invited to complimentary dinner and drinks which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is hot and plentiful. Overall, my stay was excellent and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

The pool chairs are very hard and not enough lounge chairs for thoae that want to sunbathe. But cant have everything. I still loved my stay and will stay here again. Bed was comfy and room very clean i was on upper floor (8th) highly recommend. Food was always womderful and they kept it replenished and hot great job to all the staff at chandler drury inn.

We stayed because we live in Tucson and my daughter was having surgery at PCH and I didn’t want to drive home after. We checked in after surgery, went down for dinner and my daughter didn’t have much of an appetite but wanted apple juice. The bartender at the time was great and went out of his way to get apple juice for her and refilled her cup a couple of times.

Location. Free breakfast and mini happy hour food which I used as dinner since there was such a variety. Nothing but I did have to wait a few minutes to check in because no one was at the desk and there was no way to alert them.

Very clean rooms! Loved the breakfast and evening food. I also loved that they have a restaurant that’s open until midnight. I had medical scans one day, came to room after being at MD Anderson all day, fell asleep, had no energy to go out for dinner, I remembered they had the restaurant! What I ordered was delicious and fresh and the lady at bar was amazing! Will definitely book here again, when scan time comes around 💜

We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The evening Kickback was an unexpected perk, though it was busy with many people treating it like free dinner versus evening snacks. The room was very clean and breakfast was well stocked.

Assistant general manager Ricky was by far the best GM I've ever seen at a hotel. In the three days we stayed he checked us in because there was a line. Cleaned tables at both breakfast and happy hour. Served drinks and asked how every table was. Do everything to keep him around. He's a definite keeper.

This was our first time staying at a Drury hotel and we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Well made hotel. Not noisy and a great location to get in and out of town. The breakfast has a great variety and the appetizer/drinks in the evening was wonderful. ALL staff was friendly, asking how everything was and always wanting to make sure your stay was a great one. Pool and hot tub were also very nice and well maintained. Housekeeping did a beautiful job keeping out rooms clean and fresh.

I LOVE this place!! I've had the great pleasure to stay at many hotels throughout my lifetime, but I'm quite certain that this Drury Inn is the absolute best. It has a welcoming lobby with desk clerks waiting to assist you, there is a daily FREE breakfast & dinner, yes, I repeat a free dinner. While dining, you're given FREE adult beverage coupons that you can redeem during dinner time. They have a small bar right off of the lobby that looks comfortable and welcoming and every time I stay here, I see groups of people enjoying their evening cocktails. The Inn is always spotless clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are super clean and a really roomy shower. If I could rate the Drury Inn & Suites Chandler Fashion Center higher than 5 stars, I definitely would. Great job, all other hotels should strive to be this wonderful!!!

Spotless location, clean beds and sheets that didn't make my sensitive skin itchy, large dining area, large rooms. The lobby, dining and staff had a very business-like vibe to it. There were many construction crews staying at the hotel. The vibe wasn't as friendly, family-like and warm as the Phoenix Airport location. Too many "government" people in and around the lobby conference room that made me wonder who they're watching - are they homeland security or something? One of them waiting for his group to return to the closed conference room door the day I checked out sat behind me in the lobby for about an hour as I used the business center computer and I felt watched. When I was finished, before I left, I asked him if he was waiting to use the computer I was on but he said no. I asked him if he was with that "government group" I'd been told was using the conference room a few nights prior and he admitted yes he was waiting for them to return. It was weird and made me uncomfortable as a solo guest visiting Arizona on a relocation housing search trip.

Room was clean and the staff was very courteous

Everything seemed relatively new and very clean. Room was quiet. Coffee in the room. Shower had shampoo, condition and body wash dispensers that were full and high quality products. Free Breakfast was wonderful and tons of seating. Bar was great and bartender provided excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The food is top notch- fajitas, nachos and hot dogs at night. Biscuits, sausage, eggs with waffles and typical dry pastries in the morning. Soda machine is a hit.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in and to the very end at check out. Breakfast was good. It was your basic hotel breakfast buffet. There was lots of seating space which was great.

Our large group stayed at the Drury for the second year in a row, and they knocked it out of the park for us yet again! Staff is great, kick back is awesome, cleanliness of the hotel is wonderful! My only bougie complaint is the shower head could be adjustable for different pressure and the coffee station in the main eating area could have a little more to offer (creamer options, syrups, etc)…. Great job Drury!

Yes, the food was pretty decent as well as the happy hour. You get 2 free drinks, mixed you'll need to pay for. But the drinks were reasonably priced.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this chain. Once in St Louis MO and here in Phoenix/Chandler AZ. Both times the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The rooms and whole hotel is clean. I didn’t have to worry about wearing shoes everywhere, just a pair of socks worked fine. Breakfast was good and coffee was hot. I will definitely be seeking out this chain again when traveling.

Cleanliness was lacking in the hallways and in the room. Hotel needs to invest in maintenance to help the facility feel clean and well kept. The TV remote was between the mattress and wall which made me think the room hadn’t been fully cleaned for my stay.

Didnt get to stay at out scheduled booking lastnight saying that they couldnt find out reservation amd ended up driving 3 hours back home

We were excited to stay here, because people we knew have stay in Drury's. We paid for two queen beds and the beds were so small. We measured and they are the size of a full. We were there for a lengthy stay and our room was only cleaned once. We had to pay for a rollaway because we had to big boys and it was so tiny.

Though I had never heard of Drury before, I thought I would give it a try. It turned out to be an excellent hotel. I found the staff to be competent, friendly and helpful. The room was nicer than I expected, clean and well cared for. The bed and linens were like wise clean and in good repair. The free breakfast was also of a higher standard than other hotels in this price range. I will definitely stay use Drury whenever I have the opportunity.

I didn't eat my meals there, but the option of a no-cost dinner is impressive. I've never seen this before in any of the properties I have stayed in. Reception was excellent. Professional and extremely helpful. This really made an impact on me that I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was SO nice. The staff were so accommodating. Our flight arrived early and my husband has health issues so they worked hard to get our room ready early. Then later in the week, the manager found some half off coupons for us to a local attraction.

Everything about this hotel was enjoyable. Every single staff person was friendly and seemed happy to be there. The room was clean in the bathroom was good sized. The complimentary breakfast and Kickback dinners/drinks were great. The lava cake and ice cream?! Yum. Nice bar. Popcorn and soda in the afternoons. Coffee available at all times. Nice big heated hot tub that will fit multiple people. The pool was cool. I did not use the fitness room or meeting rooms. Extra reward points for skipping daily cleaning service.

She is young but I recommend management keep an eye on this youn lady she has great potential.

We always enjoy the Drury. The rooms and common areas are always clean and well kept. The happy hour each night is a great perk. So is the breakfast. The service is amazing. From the front desk check in process to the happy hour to the bar area, all of the employees we encountered were so professional and friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly staff! Our accessible room wasn’t quite ready so they upgraded us to avoid my wheelchair-bound hubby having to wait. Even though have a very nice restaurant area to wait in!

The embedded foot traction texture in the tub was non existent, which resulted in me slipping while showering. I ended up falling onto the bathroom floor leaving my right elbow bruised, a cut on my arm, a bump on my head, and a twisted neck. I had a headache for two days, pain on my elbow, and my neck hurt while turning.

I liked EVERYTHING about this hotel!! I have never stayed at a Drury Hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at Drury Inn several times and each time it’s a very enjoyable experience rooms are clean and modern the staff is very friendly they serve breakfast in the morning and the kids love the complementary popcorn

We had an amazing stay here, kids loved the pool! Breakfast was great, the free "dinner" was also great! Kids and adults enjoyed it! Management was super kind and caring. Will definitely stay here again!

This motel controls the room environment. If you want it warmer than 78° you’re out of luck. My wife and I wish we had known this. It’s been a long time since something like this has happened in these nicer motels. There was nobody at the counter for our check-in. We waited and waited. Finally, a utility person asked us if we needed help and knocked on the door. In a few minutes later we were helped. Then our keys didn’t work and we needed to be re-keyed. You cannot check in till 3 PM by then the sun is down over the seven story building so no swimming in the sun we were disappointed and will not be back.

Whenever we travel to Phoenix this is our go to hotel. Its usually reasonably priced, clean and the staff is usually friendly. This is our 5th or 6th stay here and I could say the same thing everytime.

Staying with family in multiple rooms. Never able to participate in the good-looking happy hour because the family didn't return to hotel in time. I wish they could extend it to an hour later. Pool is nice.

The front desk told me about all the accommodations when I checked in. I really appreciated the free dinner. My room was very clean.

Check in was fast and friendly. Nobody was at the desk when I wanted to check out. Housekeeping employee was friendly. USB and electrical outlet would be nice at the nightstand. Cleanliness was fair, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Carpets needed cleaning. I did not try the breakfast.
