The room overall was good besides the refrigerator out of all the other hotels I’ve stayed at the refrigerator here doesn’t work well I stay here multiple times and all the rooms I usually get don’t have a proper working refrigerator it don’t even have a freezer place to freeze my ice packs

It is very concerning that beds like this are provided in an accessible room, as guests with disabilities need proper support and stability., after this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again. Despite that, the staff was amazing, but unfortunately the condition of the room especially the beds was very disappointing.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was great, close to the 202 loop, across the highway from lots of shopping, but far enough away from downtown Phoenix to be noisy and busy. Our room was nice and cool when we arrived. There were amenities like coffee to go into the coffeemaker, a hair dryer, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have good reviews on the breakfast though. The staff attending the counter is polite and trying her best to attend to customers, very calm despite being alone and customers are lined up long. Parking is not a problem. The hotel has sufficient space for its visitors. Overall, I would rate my stay 7/10.

The staff gave away my reserved King Bed with Sofa Sleeper, which I pre-paid for, and gave me a Double Queen room in its place. This was totally unacceptable to our sleeping needs. Supervisory staff states it is their policy to be able to substitute reserved rooms for alternate rooms, since the reserved room is only a stated “perferred” room for any room that is booked through a third party such as Expedia. I demanded to see that language somewhere in the communications I received from the hotel, guaranteeing my complete reservation. They could not, and only repeated their stance on this policy, to use at their discretion.

One day we came back from our travels, there was was urine,toilet paper & a huge ball of black hair in the the toilet. I am a red head my husband is bald. That was gross. I love court yard. The staff was kind. The conditions of the facility (at least our room) poor.

We booked 2 rooms and I called and spoken r with April about getting them close together she happily answered all my questions. When we arrived early Stacy at the front desk took care of everything so all we had to do was pick up the keys since we had late baseball games. Room were next door to each other, clrean and comfortable.

The location was great! Close to the Chandler Fashion mall and other places. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel room doors are too loud when closing. The people who stayed in the next room kept opening and closing their hotel room door into the wee hours of the morning and that kept waking us up. Other than that, our stay was good.

The hotel is by a shopping mall lots to choose from eating to shopping. Hotel is in a quiet part of town. We took Waymo so that was not an issue if you rent a car easy for parking at the hotel. Everything was good,until we went to bed. The beds were uncomfortable and bring your own pillows. Cuz, the pillows are flat. Other than that, it was good. I like the outside seating area with the little fire pit and it was clean.

No good place for the dog to go to the bathroom, they just have rocks that are hard on small dog's feet. They do not provide dog bags to pick up poop, so people just leave their dogs mess everywhere.

We booked a handicapped-accessible room here for my wife, who uses a transport chair. The room was large and very nicely appointed, but the room had only one pull-bar in the shower. However, pull-bars are needed most near the toilet. For our purposes, the room differed not at all from a regular room, and our stay here was difficult and disappointing.

My stay here was due to a family member in the hospital. From check in to check out the front desk representatives were first rate--caring and professional. When it appeared my stay would be longer than anticipated, I was given an additional 2 hours for check out. I only used the cafe once, but the avocado toast was great. My traveling friend had the strawberry french toast and it was also great.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable it felt like me and my fiance were sleeping on a wooden board and the pillows were flat even lating on them stacked so we both woke up exhausted with back aches. I'm glad I only booked 1 night because that was the worst nights sleep. The beds and pillows need a serious update for a place that appears to be as nice as it is, I expected a more comfortable bed and felt like we got motel 8 quality. Don't recommend this place for that reason alone.

Nice hotel. Breakfast additional cost. Clean and spacious rooms. Access from parking lot was easy.
