    As I entered the room, there was an unpleasant ordor that probably came from the carpet. The room was kinda run down..I really didn't feel comfortable sleeping there..What tipped the scale was the next morning there were roaches crawling all over the bathroom door and walls. I will never come here again

    This place was disgusting and should be shut down. Seriously. Lights didn’t work. Electric outlets didn’t work. Beds hard. Room stunk so bad we slept in the car for the one night. Never ever again. This place is so disgusting!

    The room was dirty. The bathtub hasn’t been washed out the toilet. I had to wash so I could use it. The tables they had in there were falling apart. Furniture was terrible. It was all falling apart.

    They didn’t even have my reservation. I paid extra for a kitchenette and a non smoking room but I did not receive a kitchenette and there was some random odor that could have been lingering smoke. There’s a gap under the door that could attribute to the odor but also let in plenty of cockroaches for me to kill. They did not vacuum the entrance carpet or clean the counter tops. The sink and shower were dirty with stands of hair left over. the linens were used with hair left over the pillows. The ventilation was not filtered and I could tell this because the return was hanging from the ceiling and the supply vent was half inch off the wall.

    Horrible! Why do you have such a place on your list? It’s like a by the hour whoring rooms. Then they kept my drivers license for security deposit and I had to drive around without identification. Who does that?? Some loitering, noisy. I guess that’s what one gets for the price. And I had to keep it because there was no refunds! Yuck!!

    I paid for a room with a king size bed and received a room with 2 full size beds. Room smelled musty upon entry, light switch next to door did not work, I had to hunt around the room to find a light that would turn on. I was not informed that there would be a $20.00 deposit for a key card that did not work and had to be reloaded. Attitude of employee was poor. We will not be recommending this facility to our worst enemy.

    No personal interaction as attendant refused to speak in person. The internet was very poor and limited. I was put in handicapped room that I did not request. The shower was broken at the handle and sprayed water everywhere. The parking lot was full of vehicles that were not booked in the rooms but people were walking away towards other areas.

    My sister had to call the office three times just to have someone bring us new bed sheets. The reason because the sheets on her bed had stains on them. Then when they did bring them didn’t even hand them to me or my sister hand them to my son because he was scared of dogs. Then we take the sheets off to change them just to see that the bed is all stained too. On both of them had stains really bad. Won’t stay there again ever.

    My husband called earlier in the day to check in early & the lady told him since his name wasn’t on the reservation she couldn’t give him any information.     Front desk individual was horrible. I made a second reservation and staff still made me check out at 10 am and return at 4 pm. I purposefully booked for a second day at this run down place in order not to have to do this. She or it was completely rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Holes in blankets toilet barely works very noises place. Traffic at all times of night. Guests out and loud all times of night. Very disappointed in staff and fraudulent advertisement. Highly disappointed.

    Trash all around the grounds. I was nice that there was a green area behind the facility to walk my dog. It is an older property. Room was dimly lit. Mattress could be replaced. However, it was a 2 star, so expectations were not high for the price.

    We registered for a king bed, ended up with a double. My husband is 6 foot 6. He needs a larger bed. Internet was in and out. Room faced the street and between the noise of cars and the awful bed we did not sleep. For the price you would think it would have been better. Do not recommend, will not stay again.

    Check in was easy. Got to the room and noticed there was what appeared to be feces on the wall. Check the bed sheets and one had blood on them. The other had mold stains. The pillows were nasty. The mattresses appeared to have been treated from past bed bugs. There is little blood spots all over them. The bathroom door did not shut. The guy working in the front desk was very apologetic, brought new sheets and clean the wall. Overall it's just the cleanliness issue. The baseboards and the corners haven't seen a rag in a while.

    I checked the matress for bedbugs, because I knew it was only a 2 star motel.As I lifted the corner of the bedding I saw a 2 foot by 1 foot blood stain! I could not lift the bedding anymore, for fear of what I would see! Did I witness the results of an old murder scene? Also, there was an issue about the bathmat.They stole $10 from my deposit for a 'stain' on the bathmat that I had noticed upon our arrival, but chose to ignore. This is THE WORST motel/hotel I have ever encountered. Expedia should delete this motel from their choices for their clients.

    I am a retired combat veteran. I’ve slept in my fair share of dumpy locations. This was absolutely not worth the cost that I had to pay. The ONLY redeeming quality was that I wasn’t sleeping on the ground out in the open.

    I did not end up staying as when I arrived there was no one at the office or I would have demanded my money back. I was approached by several men while I waited for office attendant, wanting to know if I needed to buy drugs. I left the area as soon as this happened, and I would advise you to investigate this property and remove from you listing of options. The photos appear just lovely and in real life it is a dangerous area as well as filthy, Run down and not at all what an overnight motel should be. One room had the door open and they were selling used tires, tools and Gosh knows what else. I feel that I was mislead by the photos on your website and you have ripped me off for with an un refundable property. So as a customer I went down the road to Good Year AZ and stayed at Super 8 Wyndham property. I looked it over before committing. Nice and clean. I have no need for a fancy hotel but for goodness sake it should be clean and safe if you're taking my money. I will pursue my refund for the Chandler Inn, It is the least you can do. Again I say someone from your corporation should really put some eyes on the Chandler Inn

    Once she saw there was another person with me (online it says up to 4 guests, she became extremely cross with us and immediately kicked us out of the room. She wouldn't make eye-contact with us, or even give me her name OR look at me! However, she did stand in the open doorway smoking a cigarette right into our non-smoking room. She ended the experience by personally making fun of us, saying "You're like what, 30? Learn how to f-word read the contract". Extremely vulgar language, and attitude. I would never stay here again, even if the rest of the world was on fire.

    1. The lobby has been locked day & night. I had to stand outside the office and waited in line to check-in, it was so cold and dark; I was only lucky that it didn't rain at the time. 2. On this cold night, the two-queen-bed room I checked-in only had twin sized blankets, with no comforter to cover me. Also, there were only one set of towels. 3. This hotel used to provide continental breakfast, but now, by the excuse of Pandemic, it stopped providing, not even water for drink! On the other hand, its charge for staying is a lot much higher than it's worth. *** However, its staff worked by the registration desk was an excellent employee -- he patiently listened to my complaints, apologized for the hotel conditions and showed his understanding, and then he came to my room twice to both fix the lamp and bring over a lager-size blanket I had requested. I'd like to say, he should be rewarded and promoted for his great job performance! He was the only reason of the positive score I’d like to rate this hotel!

    I was in the area for work. Left for work at 4am, returned on my 9am break to get my things and check out. There was nobody at the front desk only a sign saying be back in a minute. After waiting 5 minutes I had to leave so I wouldn't be late. I can back after work around 3pm only to be told I can not get my $60 deposit because I did not get it before check out time of 11. I will be taking this matter further.

    This experience was so horrendous that we left after 1 hour!!! I waited for over 10 minutes for the staff to come to the front office, then she had me walk to the room to see if I liked it, and it had bunk beds, so we had to walk back to the office where I waited for her to assign a different room. Once we opened that door, it smelled like a motel room from the 1950’s in Vegas. Old cigarette smoke permeated every wall and surface. We went to stay there because our AC went out.     Before we even arrived, we got a message from the Chandler Inn through the hotels.com website that our reservation had been cancelled. The reason given was that the card name used did not match the hotels.com account. The account is under my husbands name and I used my card. We have the same last name and the email address has my first name. We booked this stay mid-Dec 2022 and to decide to cancel our room the day we were arriving on March 7th - unacceptable!! We drove over and they had plenty of rooms, so we rebooked as we needed somewhere to stay after a very long day. The room was really worn and was quite a disappointment. We use hotels.com often and this was out worst experience even. And to top it off - we didn't even get credit for the stay.

    The room was completely destroyed and nothing was clean the dresser wasn't even a whole dresser the only thing in the room that was actually considered complete safe furniture would be the table. It was also infested with cockroaches and I manifested I mean infested they were cockroaches climbing across the walls at 2:00 in the afternoon they refused to refund my money they refuse to give me another room and they refused to do anything about roaches and if you are not there at 10:00 a.m. precisely or before you will not be getting your deposit back at all

    My son and I knew we we arriving 1:30 am. I called the small motel twice with no answer. When we arrived no one was at the window. There was no bell, just a phone number no one answered. After 20 minutes someone came out of a room with an attitude and let us in. This place is a real dump. It's so funny because they said the check out is at 10:00 (instead of normal United States check out being 11:00) They called us at 9:50 to make sure we were going to be out by 10:00 or it was a $35 late fee. We booked this hotel sight unseen for the superbowl at $300.00. So I really feel awful about this place, service, price and being pushed out when we would have liked to sleep another hour. The room is very old, cigarette burns in the bed spread, missing light bulbs and shades, banged up furniture but it DID appear clean. There is a tiny fridge and microwave which is nice to have.

    No hot water! The office said you should have called so we could fix it. Why is the hot water turned off?!? Clumps of hair in the corners in the bathroom. Hairs on the pillowcases, cigarette burn marks on the sheets. The property was clean. The office staff was cordial.

    Heartless, unsympathetic, unwilling to accommodate reasonable request as disabeled committing ADA violations. Not, willing to compromise with all things considered, denied services based on class discrimination and disability as I was told to do one thing, then told to do another. I can't drive and was forced to spend an extra $50 on rideshare above the $111.00 charge for a room they refused to allow me in. Unreasonable requests that only led me down a road of being denied no matter what I did. They wouldn't take a copy of my ID because it did not meet their standards not the laws standards. Then the one copy they wanted that they would have approved they said, stated on it "not for ID purposes" which makes absolutely no sense and was hypocritical. Backing up exactly what I'm saying here when I showed them a perfectly good license ID that was very clear printed on a photocopy which they kept calling a photograph like I had taken a picture of it when I went down to FedEx computer and printed out my ID as requested but they called it a photograph not a photocopy. This all happened despite me being able to see a perfectly good printer feet away in the office where they refused to print my ID to their satisfaction sitting right there instead they put me through every hoop, every ring of fire unimaginable with despicable expectation as someone on disability and could not walk. They out right discriminated against me due to my class.

    Rooms were filthy and bedding was stained from who knows what the location was good but the snell of urine was a definite issue only one light worked in the room and it had to be unplugging to turn it off...the shower light didn't work so that was a bit challenging...And the staff should be fired on the spot for there lack of and people skills the place draws in the undesirable cause the staff is undesirable

    I found a bug in my bed. I’m not sleeping in the bathtub. Literally. I came to get away from my home and now I can’t even sleep comfortably. Will be talking to management in the morning.

    We were suspicious when there was a total of 3 cars in the lot and a sign that the lobby was closed and a night window with bullet proof glass was the only means of communication. Turned on the light and it didn't work because none of the fixtures had light bulbs. We paid for a second room and left the property, so beware.

    The staff was very nice at this property, and allowed us to check in early, as we were going to a wedding the same day. However, the toilet was flushing slowly, and seemed clogged. We told the staff, and they said they would take care of it. When we came back, the toilet was still flushing slowly and backing up. I knew it was some sort of sewer line issue. They offered us a different room, or plungers. We took the plungers as we wanted a king bed. I knew nothing was going to get better. By the morning the toilet was a mess, and no amount of plunging was going to take care of it. There was definitely something wrong with the sewer line. I'm not a "five star" hotel person, and I can deal with a lot of things, but the toilet is a deal breaker for me. (This happened to us at another hotel last summer) We went ahead and checked out and went to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. But the staff was very nice.

    My daughter never ended up staying. Part of problem Expedia part motel. I specifically asked for non smoking and two beds. I believe my first confirmation was a smoking room. I reconfirmed a non smoking due to allergies. When my daughter called when she came to town she was told she had a smoking room. They said they changed it to non smoking but after previous confusion she didn't know what she would get and cancelled. I still was billed almost $200 which I am disputing.

    Hotels.com should be ashamed of having this filthy, unsanitary place on their site. Roaces as you open the door scattering throughout the room, missing draws on the dresser. Chair and bed broken. Sheets filthy! floor and carpet filthy! it was a quick business trip needed a place for 5 hours and I couldnt do it! left and went else where. When I told the front desk lady she said ooo well sorry.

    This place needs to be torn down! There were roaches at the door. A homeless person was being screamed at by the manager at night that she was "going to call the cops".. the place is in total disarray - and for over $200.00 and night! In fact, I didn't even stay - the thought of what might be under the sheets made my skin crawl! It looks like a place that rents by the hour.

    Old and way overpriced. This is a $90 per night hotel but they jacked up the price due to last minute. Rip off. btw the tv didnt work right, only about 5 channels came in.

    When we entered the room, we were surprised to see that it was super small that there is not even any space to put up our stuff. And we didn’t see any bathroom. It was hiding behind the door. It was ultimately different from the pictures on the ad. We booked a king bed, but it wasn’t! It was just a queen size, so it was very hard for us to fit a family of 3 (& 1/2 wifey is pregnant so had to be careful not to get kicked). There is no light source in the room aside from a window and a broken lamp! The bathroom wasn’t that bad, but there is not enough towels nor toiletries. There was only one towel. And two bars of soap. There is nothing to put the soap in the shower either. So bring your own toiletries for sure.

    This hotel was not a very safe place. I ended up not staying there and they refused to give a refund. It's pretty bad when you try to use the card key and the lock itself is falling off. It looked like someone had been trying to pull it off with a screw driver. Worst experience ever. Lesson learned, I'll pay the higher price if necessary for a hotel chain I'm familiar with.

    Rooms and grounds are very dirty. Furniture very old, stained and dirty. Besides city tax they also add a registration fee of $50. $15 per day for dog. Averaged out to about $200 a night!

    The front desk check in was decent. The room faced a very busy road/road noise was noticeable when inside the room. There was no lamp shade on the one lamp. The bathroom was clean, but no courtesy shampoo. The bedspread was filthy, lots of cigarette burns in a non-smoking room. The light switch by the door was not working. Not sure why as I didn't unplug the single lamp to try and locate which of the wall plugs was linked to the light switch. The phone was placed on a nasty chair, even there was room on either of the bed side tables.
