Clean and convenient. Much better than when we stayed in December.

We liked almost everything about this hotel. We stay there every time we go to AZ. It has everything anyone needs. Location, cleanliness, etc. Rooms are big and very clean. The one and only thing that we didn't like was that you have to pay for parking. That was new and might make me look for another hotel. I figure as much as I pay to stay at a hotel for 4-5 nights, eat at their restaurant that is the last thing I should have to pay for. They have a pool that is open till 11 pm although I didn't use it.

I love that the room and bed are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are superb especially the gym and pool. This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and as always, I had a great experience.

Room was okay. The tub was not draining and the water pressure was very low.

Second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. If you want a quiet stay that is in a great location this is your spot. Lady at the front desk(wish I got her name), was very nice and helpful.

Stayed there plenty of times usually smells really good this time. The lobby did not smell very pleasant and neither did our room. and now charging to park outside.

Should have just parked across the street in the Target parking lot and saved myself money.

Very clean This Cambria is for business persons as there is no FULL restaurant nor room cleaning is every 3 days. Not for my family of 4 to stay a week...

The Cmbria is a nice hotel, and we always stay there.

Everything was very good except was woke the night on two nights at 3:45 am complaint to the front desk and they asked if I wanted to move so I did, but I shouldn’t have to do that

Super nice staff. Hotel overall was good. Bar was nice, but my bartender left. 😞

The noise was too loud at night and I was constantly being woken up.

Very clean and staff were exceptional Why we were placed into a room suited for facilities with wheelchair and very elderly people is beyond me. We are not disabled hence our doom heard reversing trucks, noisy passage ways due to working staff nearby us

Check-in was great. Clhexk in clerk was friendly, pleasant and attentive to our needs. It was the same on check. Even though they don’t off free breakfast - they had lunch/dinner/breakfast at $10-15. Prepared on order by the chef!!!! Dinks at the bar were great. Linens, bed - every thing was awesome.

Staff are friendly. I stayed in the king room standard. I really like how they set up the room. The room is very pleasant and comfortable.

The pictures on Hotels.com are not the same hotel. No balconies and the rooms are not the large suites you see on the web site. I don’t know what’s up with that - very misleading. However the hotel is nice and clean - so I still give it a good rating. But the web site needs to get its act together.

We asked to stay away from kids and they had us right next to a family. We had to ask for another room. They just smile and don’t actually listen.

The convenience, it’s usually clean and welcoming. The fact you had to pay for parking at a hotel you paid for is a bit ridiculous. Didn’t like that at all.

Beautiful room and hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. It was a short stay so I didn't get a chance to use any of the ameneties but everything promised seemed to be available. Note to the girlies: bring extra lighting to do makeup in the bathroom or bring a mirror to do makeup with natural light from the window because the vanity light is romantic and not practical.

A very attractive property in a vibrant area of Chandler with plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff is friendly and courteous. Restaurant on site has breakfast lunch and dinner. Very solid menu. Rooms are immaculate and modern. I highly recommend this place.

My stay was pleasant. My only gripe would be that you had to pay for overnight parking. That one didn’t add up to me when I already paid to stay at the property. Before choosing here look elsewhere, where they have actually parking for the guest.

Otherwise great staff, location and place. Excellent value for money. Would go back.

The bed was SO comfy and had amazing quality sheets and pillows. Everything was clean and smelled good. THe view out of my window was incredible, I love how the bed in my room faced straight outside. Pool area is very nice too! Lots of loungers to lay on. The staff were very kind and checked in often to make sure things were going well.

The air conditioner would not go down to a level that met my comfort was too hot. when asked to lower the thermostat was told it could not. but the staff was able to offer a fan. Also had to pay for parking if i would of known i had to pay for parking i would have stayed some where else. parking was not covered parking.

The rooms were very clean and all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Property was conveniently located and had great amenities.

The only hotel I trust to stay at when in the area, the rooms and the facility are always clean and the staff are always so friendly.

They need to offer breakfast included not a resturant.

I liked the location in Chandler in proximity to things that we were doing The cleanliness of the room was an issue which I brought up to the hotel staff. The drains in the sink and the shower were very slow and water was pooling up during handwashing and showers.

Rooms here are always nice: comfortable beds, good space for working or relaxing, bathrooms with spacious showers. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. A few downsides were: pool was very cold, room was hot (apparently the a/c can't be turned below 68°) and the parking on site is no longer free. All this and the higher rates for the time of year made it a less desirable experience than my first time staying here.

Management did not control noise in and around facility, allowing large congregation to gather in parking lot/entry and be noisy until after midnight. Television in the room did not work, and the room was dirty. This is the second issue I have had at this hotel, the first the air conditioning did not work during a summer stay. I won't be back.

Nothing I wasn’t even able to stay there online I checked at my time would be 1 AM and when I got there, they refused to let me check in the woman at the front was unfortunately very lazy and telling me she didn’t wanna do her job until two hours later, even though I was there by myself in the dark outside with a toddler. She refused to let me check in. I lost my money. Had to sleep in my car on New Year’s, and it was the worst day of my life. I can’t even get my money back for the stay.

Nothing specially, it looks better in the pics This is not a 8.8 excellent review hotel . The clean and maintenance have issues. Dirty air filters, stain bedding, we have to argued with the concierge ( who was very rude) for having every single day a housekeeping service( which is optional not disclosed on the web site), the walls has a lot of fingerprints and touch ups, the elevator was out of order most of the days, and they charge for the parking.

I like it’s location to my office. The room was quiet and staff were attentive.

We had a view of the pool and the mall, which was nice. I did not like the fact that the pool was closed, and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train was coming through the room. You can hear all the road noise from the street, as well as the beeping sound from the stoplight to indicate whether to walk or not. Just really noisy. No water in your room for the coffee maker, no wash cloths for the shower, and a charge for everything. No free breakfast, no jacuzzi.

I liked the location of the property and how easy it was to get to various activities. Everything looked updated and felt comfortable. The problem is the cleanliness. We had gotten food and brought home the leftovers and when we opened the mini fridge, there was a large, fake eyelash stuck to the rack. I found this pretty gross and we didn’t put our food in it. We couldn’t eat any of the leftovers because of that. Then my wife found Bobby pins on the ground with hair. She doesn’t use Bobby pins so it was definitely someone else’s. Again, pretty gross. Also, I was told the pool was heated and when we went out there to swim, the water was frigid. I don’t understand the problem with that.

Coffee maker had flaky white stuff which were floating in my coffee. Shower doors didnt close so we had to use it with the door open. We have pictures. We told the manager and ask to do better because it was such a nice place to stay. 2nd stay, same thing. Dirty with food on a counter and the rolling chair. Again, informed the front desk which turned out rude this time around. We are now staying at the Hilton across the street.

Cons: Some towels that were given us had stains. There was a towel that had ripped on one side. I didn't complain about this since there were others I can use. The pillows were too soft that it flattened a few minutes after lying down on it. Bathroom lights need to be brighter. We stayed for 4 days and it was ok.

I appreciated that the bar stayed open beyond 1am during a weekday. Rooms were modern and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was always very friendly and attentive from the desk, housekeeping, and the bar. It was very convenient to have a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker with refillable pods. Location was great with shopping center, restaurants, convenience stores, Costco, and Target all in walking distance. I would like to see more storage drawers for clothing. Gym was well equiped and modern with lots of choices and space. Pool needs to be heated more during non-summer hours. I appreciated the ample parking. The hotel restaurant and convenience store was great to have on site. If you want to avoid noise while sleeping, ask to be placed on the higher floor AWAY from the elevators. My daughter thought it was a hoot to have bluetooth speakers in the bathroom mirror.

I booked a double queen got to the hotel gave me a king. Went downstairs and told the manager showed her the reservation. She then told her employee "Julie or you gave the room away earlier." She then told me this is all she had and since I went through a third-party Expedia, there was nothing she could do. I had my 82 year-old mom with me who needs her own bed for medical reasons so I was left to sleep on the couch I had to request the sheets and make the bed. The room had limited lighting for an 82 year old woman who can't see very well. In the morning I had asked the receptionist where is the coffee and water and she said if you want a coffee, it cost three dollars the manager of the hotel was very defensive rude hostile, and aggressive with me. I will never see you there again. I have never made a reservation with Expedia where my room request wasn't meant. This is the first time thank you.

Parking was open and free, big parking lot. Check in was super easy. The room was nice and comfy, as well as the bed. Bathroom was clean. My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The TV was nicely angled so we could watch the game while getting ready. & it’s a very convenient location if you want to walk somewhere to eat and shop

The front desk person said that the pool was heated and it is not. He needs to be properly informed. Very loud in the early morning hours with trucks beeping 3-4am and landscaping - grass cutting and power blowers - at 5am.

There’s a glitch in the reservation when we arrived but the lady at the front desk fixed it within 15 mins. Also , the shades cord broke and they came in fix it right away. Overall our experience was great. The bar and restaurant as very convenient too!

The room was very clean. Keurig needs cleaning Refrigerator wasn't as cold as we wanted wasn't able to adjust. The staff was amazing we checked in after 11pm staff was very pleasant made check in so easy. Love the self check at the micro mart and available 24/7.

Also, we like the floors, with no carpet! Your shower floor needs some help, though. It is gray. I have found a mix of Dawn & Vinegar soaking 45 min works better than most products, on plastic shower tubs and floors. (Just say'n)

AC units are very loud and need maintenance. We were moved to a different room the same night and it was a worse noise in the new room. Bad sewer smells as you enter the hotel.

This is a nice hotel in a cool area - you can walk to restaurants and there is an onsite restaurant and bar. My only issues were that the room was dirty, they clearly did not ever clean the floors - the floors were sticky and my feet were black walking around the room for a few minutes. Also, the A/C was inconsistent and noisy. The staff were super nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed on 4th floor ice machine didn’t work, phone in the room didn’t work, entry door double lock didn’t lock, the water had emergency turnoff throughout the building. Would I stay there again not so sure!

Every single trash can overflowing for several days. Stayed 5 days and had to have door card rekeyed 3X waiting for elevator from upper floors. Checked out and several days later mystery $25 charge shows up. Call hotel and they say it is for a pillow! No notice just tried to sneak a charge on my card with no notice for something I never used or asked for. Caveat Emptor

The room was nice and clean. The temperature was comfortable (some hotel rooms are too cold for me). The ladies that helped to check in and check out were both very friendly. Breakfast and dinner is available for purchase, but there are restaurants within walking distance and also a Target so it easy to access food. Area seemed safe. Overall a very nice stay.

PROS: The staff especially were so helpful, professional, friendly and empathetic. Coudos to Jacob and Jason at the FD. They helped us out with a situation and we are grateful.The hotel itself is extremely clean and clean-smelling. Not like cleaning solution smells - just clean and nice fresh smelling.The pool area was very nice. Large pool, umbrellas and loungers, cabanas, and the area was clean. The pool after 4 days could have used a vacuum from the tree droppings but it wasn't bad. The room was also clean and fresh smelling. Nice amenities. CONS: Only a few things I would mention so that housekeeping staff can be notified. The floors in the room were actually pretty dirty. After walking around in bare feet for a day our feet were pretty "black". And in the early mornings they were pretty loud in the halls/rooms around us. Banging doors every few minutes, talking loudly, walking loudly (heavy footsteps) in the room above us. We were in Chandler for medical visits but didn't have to be up real early, so the continuous noise was a little frustrating. Also, the elevator doors closed extremely fast every time. I bruised my arm attempting to catch it while it closed on my scooter. That said, Jason the FD manager contacted the elevator company to have the doors regulated better. He also comped us 1 night stay for the inconvenience. Thanks Jason! Fabulous hotel all in all.

The FOOD was a big no. Service was terrible and then food wasnt good either. We ordered. They tried to upcharge a side and I had to show her it said 2 sides. Qe had 3 missing items that had to be cooked/made seperate. I asked for ketchup and the waitress went back to cleaning righr after i asked. HOWEVER they ended up comping the meal and were apoligetic. All in all the hotel was a ok.

There are no fees for parking. The suite was a very nice size. Modern decor and great options at the lobby restaurant.

First, great staff! Everyone is friendly. Second walkable restaurant's and shopping. And you are in a great location to get to anywhere in the greater Phoenix area.

Wonderful Experience.

The rooms floors were so dirty, I had black all over my feet. The bed was high and firm and had a lip, so uncomfortable and hard to get in as i am short. It is a great location, but i will not return. I did complain about the floor when i left.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was great! Amenities were all avaliable during our stay, rooms were very comfortable and all staff were extremely friendly. Id definitely would stay again.

Cambria never disappoints. Please keep inind the rooms have wood floors. If you're not a fan of wood flooring in a bedroom, then this place is not for you.

Great place to stay if you want easy access to downtown chandler

It was our first stay there and the hotel is nice, and the staff was always on point. Only thing I can complain about was the cleanliness of the room. The floors were a bit dirty and it could’ve used a once over.

This property was amazing in so many ways. Staff, views, the pool, dining and shopping options right next to it. Clean area of town. I will be back next month, all the way from MN!

From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out we were absolutely impressed with this hotel. We traveled unexpectedly, twice to Chandler, AZ and this stay brought so many smiles and made our visit so comfortable. The service is spectacular, the layout is spot on, and the amenities are wonderful. My husband and I would highly recommend staying here. It’s perfect for all ages and offers many conveniences. It’s very clean and there are so many fun places to eat, explore and shop. It’s near the freeway and a short drive to the airport. Lots of shopping available and fun things to do. The hotel room we were in was nice, but it needs some maintenance done. Shower and sink drains need to be unclogged or something because they were draining extremely slow. The brightness on the television screen was very dark and hard to see what we were trying to watch. There was no way to fix the brightness, we had turn off all the lights and close the shades to see anything on the screen. We enjoyed the abundance of parking in front of the hotel. It’s conveniently located near tons of restaurants and shopping.
