Clean rooms, wonderful breakfast! Very close distance to the casino.

Easy location with plenty of free parking. Nice breakfast option included in the hotel stay. Fridge and microwave inside each room (it surprised me a few times when I have stayed at nicer hotels that didn’t include them!). Overall a good stay.

Requested cleaning service but never got it after reporting to the front desk the lady offered to move us to other room but we were checking out the next morning so we just stay the same room with new towels.

I stayed here last year because I have a conference nearby so I thought I'd try it again... Big mistake! This place seriously went downhill in the last year. It took three attempts to get a room without someone already in it. I walked in on people in bed. The guy at the front desk said a lot of the new staff had not been checking people in correctly. The floor in the room was filthy this time. I was kept up all night the second night with guys hanging out in the courtyard outside my room. That staff member refused to do anything about it with me calling every hour until 3:30 a.m. so I finally had to call the Gila River Police department. I left several messages requesting management to call me back but they are yet to do so. Update: The response from management below is an absolute lie!!! No one EVER called me or left me a message. I checked my account and there was never any credit applied to my charges. If they left messages and gave a discount to someone, it certainly wasn't me! This response only adds insult to injury! If I don't hear from management and receive a refund ASAP, I will continue to escalate this issue!

Room was great! Need some repair bathroom sink drainage, cleaning inside the sofa seat, single seat chair not working at all, and it's peeling from the seat. A/C was great, no heat.

The location and breakfast bar was fantastic The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were incredibly flat and uncomfortable, but the biggest issue was with checkout. I specifically told the front desk employee that I wanted to make sure all charges were paid because I keep most of my money in savings and didn’t want an overdraft fee. I asked twice if I was good to go, and both times I was told “don’t worry about it.” Four days later, the hotel processed the snack charge anyway and overdrafted my account, causing a $35 overdraft fee. A $20 snack purchase became a $50 charge because I relied on the information given to me by staff. Had I been correctly informed that the charge would process later, I would have transferred money immediately and avoided the issue entirely. Very frustrating experience.

I really liked the shower, the shower nozzle worked spraying water evenly and effectively, unlike many other hotel rooms I have been in. I also enjoyed how high the shower head was, it was so nice because I didn't have to duck to get into the water. Overall the entire hotel could use a refresh. It just had that feel that it used to be a great hotel, but now it is really just an ok hotel.

Location ok for some appointments. Late for one Dr. appointment had to reschedule for 45 days later. Palo verde trees in front are very Mesa , get tracked in, get in and on your car. I am very allergic to palo verde trees. Staff spent a lot of time cleaning up their trail, blossoms and not my daily requests to clean my room, which was not clean to begin with.

Quiet, and room clean. Young Micronesian woman at the desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful when I left. Nice to see a smile when you are by yourself and don’t know anyone. I had actually booked another hotel but I found the staff there not as helpful and the computer down so I left. Everything was fine.

Everything was paid for they couldn’t check me in.

Broken room TV, broken water dispenser, gym hit and stuffy. Staff did not service room and would not provide new towels until WE brought dirty towels to them. Front desk had ling check in line and only one person working the front even though a second person was in the office…should have cone up front to help but didn’t.

I noticed trash by the light poles outside. Other than that the rest of the hotel was clean.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast every morning was fresh and hot. I also enjoyed sitting outside under the pergola reading one afternoon. We had a great stay.

Breakfast was poor at best. Room was ok but poorly appointed. Five guests in our suite and repeatedly only had 3 towels and had to request more. Workout facility was 82+ degrees and no efforts were made to cool it down.

It was very nice. The hotel rooms were very neat and clean. We tried to go swimming in the evening and obvious children were swimming. One of the children threw up in the pool so we didn’t get to swim that long. Our bad experience was when we checked in it was very confusing and not good at all. They discharged my card three times also to the companion that came with me they were only supposed to charge a $50 hold on her card and now both of us are having problems with our bank account. This wasn’t a good stay for us now we have difficulties with our banking accounts.

Stayed here for a 3-day conference that was at the Wild Horse Resort. This hotel is an excellent alternative to the high prices at that resort, especially since we only came for the conference. The price was a third of the resort price and only a 7 minute drive. The location is great and close to the freeway. The staff was super friendly and the room was extremely clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable and sofa was a nice extra. Breakfast was very good and convenient. I will definitely stay here again. Excellent hotel.

Followed instructions to get towed and beds done while we were out from 9:15 to 4. Room not done. Called front desk. Rang 20 times and no answer. Called guest services. Rang 20 times. No answer. Called front desk again.20 times, no answer. Went to front desk in person and told them I wanted room put in order. Desk clerk called person from backroom and they started arguing over how it was handled earlier. I got disgusted an mad and told them to get towels and beds made and stomped off. Waited in room for over an hour and a half. Went back to front desk upset. Clerk said I can get your towels and went to room near front desk and gave me towels. Why not bring them up to room earlier. Poor service. Never again!!

Close by Price

Room was clean enough, but had no USB charging ports, so bring your plug in box not just USB charge cord. Room had AC but the hallways, elevator, breakfast area, and lobby were hot as hell. This is Phoenix in the summer.... I asked about it and was told its fine by desk clerk while she had a big fan pointing right at her. I would not stay here again.

The chair in our room was totally worn out, looked like somebody grabbed it out of a dumpster. We only had de-caf coffee in our room and no shampoo.

Beds were so comfortable, breakfast was good, room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Close to eateries, freeways and filling stations. Not helpful when I need to change reservations. I get “You used a third party” then if they can change my reservation, more money is involved. Not happy with that and very little handicapped parking. I require very little if any housekeeping assistance during my stays. If I need anything, I wait until housekeeping is in the hallway in the morning and ask for an extra washcloth, hand towel, trash bag or 1 roll of t.p.

Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at the property at 11 am. They told us they could try to get us in earlier but could not promise. They called us at 12:30 and we were able to check in, with an additional fee, but we didn't care. We were exhausted of driving.

We booked a room with a pullout couch to accommodate a family of four. When we arrived we were informed that they had sold out of that type of room, and that they only had a room with two beds. We asked for spare blankets and pillows, which they also did not have. Terrible experience and were absolutely not provided what we had booked.

The breakfast was good. Our room needed some work. The dresser drawers stuck and were difficult to maneuver. The hook on the back of the bathroom door had been removed. Our room was not cleaned until after 4:00 on our third day there.

It was convenient to the Interstate. It was a bit worn down of a room; not renovated, is the only complaint.

Clerk Lafelle was awesome. Checked in late Monday 3/9/26, because of the plane being rerouted. He was very helpful during our stay

Family Suite is awesome! We thought we were getting 2 queen beds and sofa bed, but turns out to have 3 queen beds and a sofa bed! Super comfy! Shower got clogged after 5th person bathe, called front desk, 2 min later FIXED by maintenance (took like 3 min to unclog). Totally recommend for big families traveling to Disney. $804 total for 4 nights! CANT beat that!! Bless Up!

We check out at 10am forgetting a hoodie hanging in the closet, called front desk at about 2pm after realizing it and communicated to the front desk staff. But front desk personal couldn't find it when my friend went back to the hotel at night to grab it for me.

Brandon, on the other hand, did not acknowledge or make eye contact during multiple interactions. I checked out exhausted. Between the noise, cleanliness concerns, and the lack of staffing support, I didn’t get the rest needed for a work trip. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We did not have breakfast unfortunately we were woke up at 530 in the morning with the sound of an air compressor running above us and very loud banging. The compressor was turned off eventually but it was very hard to go back to sleep. What a crazy time to allow workers to start when you know 95% of your guests are asleep it was so loud it was like they were in our room.

I felt like this was more of a regular Best Western experience than a PLUS. They state that their beds are Tempur-pedic, but the bed was the most firm and uncomfortable spring mattress. Not even individual coils that mold to the shape of your body. It sucks to be in pain on vacation because the hotel doesn’t have good beds. The AC unit in the room was so loud and noisy that it kept disrupting our sleep. The bathroom doesn’t have a vent, window, or anything to help with a stinky situation or the shower steam humidity. If I could give them zero star, I’ll give them and zero star They are staff are very rude specially the front desk, Stephanie, and the supervisor Allan They didn’t clean my room and I asked them to clean it or get me towels. They refused to do that and they are not answering the phone and they don’t care if I Put bad review the supervisor instead of helping me and solve the problem. He said it’s OK go put bad Review for our hotel. I don’t care.

I had no TV for one of the days and called the front desk and she said there was a reset button on the back of the box behind the TV but I didn't find it they were changing tvs out in several of the rooms including ours but after they changed it out no directions on how to use the remote and it was frustrating other than that it was great

Honestly this hotel is great for travelers! We had a full kitchen, sitting area and bed right across the street from Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino and the raceway! VERY affordable and an easy Uber ride to the Casino. Don’t pay $200+ a night at Wild Horse Pass, stay here instead

It was very clean inside and out . You could smell the bleach when you walked inside the building .

Staff was great. They let us check in a little early since they had the availability! Was clean and quiet!

The employee that checked us in was very professional about helpful I left a large Stanley insulated drink mug in the common area, that was given to me by my grandchildren for Mothers Day. And he located it and called me so I could pick it up. I drove back to Chandler from North Phoenix to retrieve my mug and was so excited to get it back.

The motel is quiet with comfortable beds.

There was poop in our toilet! And garbage underneath our bed empty pop bottles, fruit toys. Your housekeeping sucks. The TV didn’t work. The microwave was jacked up.

The rooms are beautiful and huge, very clean and comfortable, the hospitality very nice and professional

Hotel was great, but the sofabed mattress was very thin and hard. New mattresses for the sofabeds would be good but overall, we liked our stay. The staff was awesome 😁

Everything was good with the exception that the room hadn't had the floor vacuumed. There was a clothing tag and some other assorted small garbage on the bedroom floor. There was a beer bottle cap on the floor in the bathroom.

We had a 2 night stay, the TV shows were frozen the whole time, others had tv reception.

The front staff was kind and check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was better than expected for a free meal, which is always appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location.

It was easy to get around!

Mostly fine except the air con would come on and blast cold across the beds,.. so I had to use all the extra pillows to build a wind wall so we could sleep. My wife complained that they only had a light blanket on her bed, and was cold. We doubled up the blanket on her bed, and added the one off the second bed. I used bed clothes as my blanket. The result was poor sleep for my wife and she couldn’t drive the next day.

The staff were friendly and made my week long stay enjoyable.

The property itself was fine, but I wasn't aware it was next to (and owned by) the Truck Stop LOVE..That didn't affect the quality at the Hotel

The room with the kitchen worked well for my 5 day stay.

All in all this hotel is nice. I stay here a lot for work. But it’s unacceptable to not have tv in your room for 5 days. And to know that nobody is working on it. Didn’t even offer to move me to a different room. Nothing.

This stay was for me to get to a medical review. The reservation was easy to make. Checking in was swift. Given my status in a neck brace the reception person let us in a bit early; that was much appreciated.

The location was good being right off the interstate! The showers were nice and hot! The negatives were the TV froze up longer than it played! The tv says tell the front desk so we did three times with no results! It was kind of annoying trying to watch the NCAA games with it always freezing up! The pool and patio was shut down for maintenance also! The food was good and the attendant always kept it well stocked!

Location was very handy for the event I was attending. Unfortunately when I checked in my reservation for a king bed suite had turned into a twin queen suite. No big deal. First night a family with kids where directly above our room and it sounded like a soccer game going on for a couple hours. They did shut it down by 10pm so sleeping was fine. Second night it all went ugly. The TV worked for 6 or 7 minutes, then would freeze for 2 minutes. A message would come up on the screen, if there was not a weather situation happening call the front desk. Which I did, they told me to reset the box behind the TV. Didn’t fix it. Tryed to watch it for a hour. This is March Madness, imagine watching a game losing 2 minutes of the broadcast every 6 or 7 minutes! So went to a sports bar to finish watching. I will never stay at this location again.

I stayed for 5 nights and except for one day housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I had to request extra towels on two occasions because the cleaning staff had left for the day. The desk clerk was made aware of the situation and no change.

The only thing I can say is the toilet was dirty they did not clean it when you lift the seat up

Not bad! Right across the freeway from Wild Horse casino and the outlet mall. Easy access. Room was decent. A little banged up but not overly so. Had a fridge and microwave. Shower, not a tub combo. Breakfast was ok. Typical options with sweets, yogurt, oatmeal, waffle maker, juices, and coffee. It did have a specialty coffee, machine and scrambled eggs and bacon, one day and sausage the next day. Probably would stay again if I am in the area. Was almost half the price of the casino hotel.

We arrived after a cold and wet day of driving. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The clerk provided us with clean linen for the pull out sofa to replace ones that were still on it.

White crusty spray all over the curtains that looked suspiciously like body fluids. AC - don’t think it’s been cleaned since install! The grey dusty thick coating was nasty. I would definitely recommend they invest in vacuum cleaners as there was dust and grass still in the room at my checkin on the floors by the bed.

We got cold the 1st night even though we adjusted the room temperature so we asked for an extra blanket but they said they were behind with their laundry so they were not able to accommodate. Our room was on the first floor right next to their staff office and it was super loud specially during the morning.

I wish Theyed stop in daily and give clean towels. The bedding / Sheets kept coming off bed. And to charge garbage. We stayed four nights there and had to take our garbage out daily ourselves. There’s no hot tub, that would have been nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western while we were in Arizona. The only thing that upset us was we never had any room service when we had requested it. We had to get more towels as we had used ours at the pool and then no one came the next morning. So, we had to get more towels for our bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We did enjoy the pool- although it was cold. And the gym was nice minus no remote control for the TVs.

As you walk in, it looks like a great place! The lobby was decorated for the holidays, bright and clean.The staff are friendly. We got to the first room they assigned to us, 201. We checked it out. Stuff on the floor, hair and debris on the sheets and what looked like pet hair on the couch. Called the front desk and they gave us a different room, 227. The second room was acceptable, still stuff on the carpet, but the kitchenette area was super cramped. My husband can work remotely, so either he or I was in the room. We were going to meet up with family for dinner the second night we were there. Husband checked the door and the lock wouldn't engage! The front desk lady checked it too. We were transferred to a different room 231, that also had a terrible vacuuming job, but we had to move all of our stuff in about 15 minutes. The kitchen area was much bigger, but the office chair was not working and the microwave light above the cooktop didn't work either. The windows can't be opened to let fresh air in, and the fans in the bathroom don't seem to work very well. Our oldest son was quite ill, and the bad air quality inside the room didn't help. Kitchenettes were very bare. No cooking utensils. Some rooms had a mug. Heated pool was cold. suggestions: better vacuums that work, or train cleaning staff how to use them. Change windows so they can open for fresh air.
