Stayed here two years ago and again last night. Both stays were very good in all aspects. It is also very convenient to I 54 off and on. The area has some good restaurants and overall is a very quiet, safe area.

New and clean. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Our toilet seat was loose and when we checked out, I told the young man and he didn’t seem to care.

Beautifully kept. I’ve working coffee roast good! Breakfast good. Pool out of order a bummer. Pool was not available in late hot May

Very nice hotel. Could have used a couple drawers in night stands. Towel racks and hooks could be added in bathroom. A full length mirror would be useful.

Staff at check in were nice but it felt clumsy…couldn’t find all my reserved rooms. I kept referring to my rooms by their name online to determine who should be in which of my 3 rooms and they kept using other names for the rooms. Manager upon check out Sunday was awesome as she always is! Room refreshes are great but in each of my last two visits not all details were complete. On my last visit before this last one, new shade was hung improperly and didn’t go all the way down. This last visit, there was no door strip between tile in entryway and outside carpet which meant our two dogs could hear and sniff more than ideal from the hallway. Overall I love this property and in the last few years under current management has been far better than previous years. I do wish I could remember her name as I feel like the hotel is much better since she’s been on board! My parents live about a mile away and this hotel is most convenient and a good value and I am glad it is there.

Nice and clean, staff was beyond courteous. The breakfast just wasn't great. The pillows are horrible. My daughter and I both had terrible sleep. Need all different pillows. The room temperature was super hard to regulate. The A/C kicks on so loud, comes out full blast until you freeze, but then kicks off and lets the room get 1-2 degrees hotter than the setting before kicks in again. Strange. Can't sleep well with the change in temps every 40min.

It’s really nice and in an up-and-coming area. You can walk to a couple of restaurants. Everything was spotless and easy. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food. If I'm ever back in town, I will definitely stay again!

We always stay at this hotel several times a year. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean with really comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The parking is ample and very safe, well lighted. Breakfast is good and there's plenty of space to enjoy eating.

I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to pick up two puppies. The hotel had no issue with me having the puppies and were accommodating. We all slept well :) This hotel is in a new complex that includes a gym, new gas station/convenience store, and a restaurant.

Wonderful place.

I liked the location. It was close to the university. I didn’t like my room because when taking a shower the bathtub would not drain. I found myself standing in 2-3 inches of water the first day while showering and almost a full tub of water the next day while showering. Routine maintenance should catch drain clogs.

This place is amazing friendly staff , clean room, good breakfast at a good price. There isn’t anything that substitutes for a great night sleep before a long drive. Oh, and plenty of great coffee throughout the day.

Easy on/off the interstate. Property is spacious, clean, and seems to be new. There is a gas station nearby with a car wash. Enjoyed having lunch at The Poke Bowl across the front parking lot (great restaurant, FRESH ahi tuna!). Breakfast foods were varied and better than many free hotel breakfasts. Check-in was quick and Shiloh was very kind, which I appreciated after 9 hours of driving.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was as expected with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles along with assorted fresh fruits, breads, pastries and muffins, oatmeal and cereal. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests.

It was a great stay, a friend of mine had car trouble and the front desk agent Amanda was very nice and helpful, will definitely stay here again, Amanda is the best front desk agent to deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here

The place was clean and seemed like it was new or freshly remodeled. One problem and kinda a big one, the walls seemed paper thin. We could hear everything above us below us next to us and in the hallway very clearly which made it hard to sleep.

Night and day I stayed at the one in Champaign Illinois across town when I cam in at the beginning of the week for two days! That hotel same company compared to this one was so dirty I was I would have known about this location so clean and new!!!

Like that is close to family Dislike that did not get room (handicap accessible with walk-in shower) that had reserved and on 2nd day the room was not cleaned in a timely manner (almost 3PM) Did like staff that tried to help us

This is our go-to place when we travel to Champaign. It's always so clean and quiet. We love the restaurants that are nearby and it's easy to get anywhere in Champaign in 15 minutes or less.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to help and answer questions. Very clean rooms. I wish that there was a shuttle to take you downtown mall area since the hotel is located very far away from it.
