Pool was not functioning and I didn't know about it until we arrived for check-in. Had we known sooner I woukd have stayed elsewhere.

Great friendly staff and place to stay will be back!!

Make sure you ask them if the pool is up and running if that is one of the perks of going to that hotel

I made the arrangements through Booking.com and there was no mention of the pool being closed for renovations on their website, so the hotel never bothered to notify them. It was also never mentioned on the confirmation or correspondence I received directly from Drury until a day or so before we were to leave on our trip, when I received an email from the general manager letting us know. There was no time to make any changes. And I was kind of amazed the bar was only open until 7 pm. We had no chance to use our complimentary tickets for a drink as we arrived late from a long drive and wanted to get cleaned up in our room before doing anything.

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice our stay was. Felt like we were at an upscale hotel when walking in. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Very nice breakfast with a lot to pick from. Staff were all very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Will definitely try to stay at a Drury Inn again.

The staff was friendly at check-in but there were a few hairs on the towels and in the shower. There was a long line for happy hour food/drinks because a huge tour bus group checked in ahead of me so I skipped it. I had the same issue at breakfast. I think that’s just poor timing but the stay was overpriced for a dirty room and not being able to take advantage of the included food and drink.

We’ve been going there for about six years. We saw all the remodeling that was done. I like the rooms even more now. The food area is terrific. We plan our route up from FL to stay at DRURY hotels when possible.

A good breakfast is the best start to a good day, I had a very good day. The breakfast selection is excellent, good and hot, and always fresh. I think that it would be very hard to beat this stay.

Nice clean space with attentive staff. This was graduation weekend at the U of I so pricing for the room was very expensive. Also the two night minimum requirement was difficult to swallow. But I guess this is the market for this weekend.

Have stayed at this property over 3 times primarily related to kids academic needs. Wonderful staff, excellent property, very comfortable stay, best breakfast options and evening snacks and drinks. Highly recommend. 🌹🌹🌹

It was University of Illinois graduation weekend so they gouged us very deeply essentially four or 5X the normal room rate. That's why the value wasn't there Otherwise, it was reasonable for a mid tier hotel

We stay here every year on our way to and from Florida. Always enjoyable. We try to stay at a Drury Inn somewhere whenever we travel.

Drove all day, kids were really and only looking forward to pool and hot tub after a long day. Pool and Hot tub were closed for 2 weeks. Staff said I should have received an email, but I certainly did not. Busiest weekend (graduation) of year and you planned pool rehab the same week! Lack of local foresight very disappointing.

The breakfast was excellent. This was a full breakfast that included eggs, potatoes, sausages, pancakes already cooked, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, yogurts, and all the other usual breakfast amenities. We really loved the evening "snack" that included baked potatoes, hot dogs, grilled chicken, bbq pulled pork, buns, baked beans, soup, salad, and other goodies. My wife and I were also very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. We will definitely use Drury Inn and Suites in the future.

Breakfast was lots of choices and was well maintained throughout the serving time. Parking at first was thought to be tight, but wasn't. It was also secured at no cost.

Always clean, and the staff polite. That the guests are able to walk dogs thru out the hotel. People have allergies and a fear of dogs and shouldn’t have to tip toe around a facility that’s been paid for. Pet owners need a separate entrance/exit.

I was upset because my room was very noisy that night. It almost sounded like drilling or construction but because it went on very late at night I believe it was caused by the elevator and the placement of my room. They also still have not released the $50 incidental charge on my bank account. They said it would be released at check out. I didn’t damage the room, or take anything. I'm also very frustrated that a year later the pool is STILL closed.

They had some renovation going on and they had a jackhammer going during the daytime for awhile.

This chain of hotels is by far our favorite. I only wish we knew they were renovating the spa before I booked. It was a little noisy.

We had a room reserved here, but did not stay due to the rudeness of the front desk help. All I said was that I was surprised about the pet fee since it was not clearly listed on the hotels.com site like others were. I had chosen this hotel because others said they HAD pet fees, but this one only said pets allowed. When I questioned the pet fee, the manager very rudely told me it WAS listed on the site, and she would find it and show it to me! I told her I had not seen it on the site, and she said you don’t have to stay here! I can cancel the reservation and you can go elsewhere! There was no need to escalate the situation. I had my card out and was willing to pay the fee. We don’t typically travel with pets, so this was a surprise to us. There was no need for such rudeness!!!! It’s a shame because the hotel was a lovely place!

First, we checked in on Thursday, April 16, not Wednesday, April 15 as shown to the left. The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent, especially Melody who worked at the front desk and who listened to and addressed our concerns with warmth and understanding. She was just excellent. What wasn't so good was the constant and loud noise that occurred on Friday night. Our room, 204, was located and open to the main floor, just below us, from which many people (presumably hotel guests) seemed to be partying and yelling and screaming throughout the night as we tried to sleep. That part of our stay was not not good at all. We were facing a long drive the next morning and the loud commotion from the main area just added to our stress.

While the overall feel of the hotel was good, I was not happy with the whining dog that was in the room next to me. It woke me several times (thumping on the wall) during the night and began howling about 6am, and did not stop. I realize that this was an issue with the owner of the dog and not the hotel itself, however it would be nice if you had specific rooms for animals and it was not near the rooms where people are expecting to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent stay at Drury Inn. My first stay at a Drury Inn and I left saying I would stay again. Friendly and helpful staff, generous amenities includes hot breakfast buffet, evening drinks and snacks. Gym could be better equipped, but sufficient. Highly recommend.

We arrived just in time from a long day of driving for the dinner. It was very satisfying and we appreciated not have to leave again to go find dinner. We also took advantage of the cocktails. Very accommodating! Breakfast was also great. We were glad we did not have to spend extra money on eating out. Parking was also very easy and secure.

The staff at check in was friendly. The hotel and room were clean. The whole place looked like it was renovated recently. The breakfast was very good. I am gluten free and it was not a struggle to find something to eat, which was a relief. Noise was my only complaint. Some of the occupants around my room were loud going in and out of their rooms. My room also overlooked the outside half of the pool so it got a little loud at times. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

My husband and I really enjoy this hotel. The staff is great, food is awesome and rooms are clean. The only issue we have is that when we were there, the main lobby had a strong scent to it. It smelled like they use a cleaner with harsh scents to it. Other than that, it was amazing.

Another good stay at a Drury Inn. We love the happy hour and the staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and make you feel welcome. The bed was comfortable, but would recommend a non-courtyard room to others as it was a bit awkward when exiting or entering the room as everyone below was able to see us. Would stay there again.

There was a bar in a separate area that was very nice with lots of tables. Breakfast was Great. There were so many options. Checkout was fast and again the staff was so nice. This hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool. We did not use it during our stay, but it looked very nice. The area around the pool was big with tables & chairs to sit at. The fitness room was a nice s size looked very clean. We love staying at Drury hotels and this is one we will keep on our list to visit again.

We had an accessible room - perfect for using a rollator. The shower was top notch! Two methods of spray, and sturdy shower seat. Having both warm breakfast and dinner selections allowed us to stay at the hotel comfortably instead of the effort of going to restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this Drury Inn to travelers. Perfect for a family gathering, also.

There was a minor hiccup while we were staying here, but the staff were amazing—super professional and quick to fix it. They even offered us a refund, which was such a nice gesture. Honestly, I’d recommend this place to anyone.

The Drury Inn is always our first choice hotel where we like to stay. We know we’re gonna have a great experience and a quality hotel. And they always offer great food options. The only thing that I would recommend at this particular hotel is they upgrade the quality of the sheets. They were a little scratchy. Otherwise a perfect stay and always outstanding staff!!

Great breakfast included, high quality hard boiled eggs that were not peeled, so knew were clean and could run out the door with to go to work at 6am :). Very comfortable beds, low bathtub for easy kids bath (huge plus for family travel).

Are you kidding, what is not to love about this place. Cost to stay a bit pricey but for what you get here it is sooooo worth it!!! The dinner buffet puts restaurants to shame!! Great food, no need to go out for dinner or breakfast. Then they gave us cards for 3 drinks (at the bar, or for soda or whatever) per day of stay! Additionally they are located right in the middle of and outdoor shopping center with all types of retail stores and dining experiences. Right across from a great Good Will Shop!! Love this place.

Very nice stay overall. The staff are wonderful, and the breakfast was good and offered more options than i expected. After a long day on the road, the happy hour was very appreciated. I did use the white noise machine app on my phone to sleep due to traffic noise outside.

We were attending an event in Urbana, IL. We chose this Drury simply by the available reviews. Everything was great from cleanliness to comfort and amenities. Price was fair and the service staff was great too!

Having never stayed at a Drury Inn before, we were very pleased with our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The supper was delicious and unexpected. We loved the soda fountain available 24/7! Loved the breakfast, drinks, & dinner snacks! Room smelled fresh, clean, & had good amount of space. My only complaint is that they were not done cleaning my room by check in time. My family & I had to wait in the lobby for 30 mins. I found that part very aggravating considering the fact that my child was falling asleep & wanted nothing more than a place to lay down.

We have stayed at this property many times. However, we have been disappointed almost every time because it has been a full house between the construction, and now the finished product. With the full capacity comes zero parking if you arrive after eight or 9 PM. On this particular trip, there were four semi’s parked in the parking lot and work trucks that were almost semi truck sized. No rhyme or reason to their parking- taking up multiple spaces. The gal at the desk mentioned we park at mattress firm because they own part of that parking lot, however, there’s no lighting over there. It was completely dark.

Highly recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse just 2 mins away.

The Drury rarely disappoints us. Staff was welcoming and when threat of a thunderstorm eminent, Liz came and warned us while at the pool and then said she would keep us updated. Thank you!

We loved this hotel after being out of town for a week. We just stopped on the way back home and the breakfast and dinner were both great! Kids loved the pool and would recommend staying to anyone!

Hotel was clean, friendly staff, comfortable. I was impressed with the refreshments they offered. I was only able to dine for breakfast given that the other snacks offered were during times I was out and about.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were fantastic and clean. We enjoyed the Breakroom and popcorn bar. The breakfast was delicious and the evening dinner. I will recommend this hotel. Also Monica was a great staff member. She made us fell welcome

The bartender laela was hardworking and personable. I am gluten free so it was hard to find things to eat.

From the check in staff to kitchen workers everyone was so nice and professional.

Most things were good, except that I hadn't been given the cards for drinks. I waited in line to get drinks, got to the front and had no drink cards. I then had to go back to the front desk and get the cards and get back in line. The line was very long, there was only one girl bartender. She was very overwhelmed. I got about 3 people from the bar with about 11 people behind me, and she says 7pm. Bar is closed and stops serving. If this is how things are run, it's not good. There should have been 2 bartenders and everyone would have gotten their drinks. Ridiculous. This whole process was exasperating and inefficient.

We were a quick sleep and out. Did not get to check out the entire hotel. Everything in our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice and clean in a nice location. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff was great and It was extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that my husband and I both became members, and looked up other locations for our future trips. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, food at kick back was so-so but cant complain since most hotels dont have one at all. Three complimentary drinks a night was a nice touch and the bartenders were great Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was updated and clean. Really cant go wrong with Drury.

First time staying at this hotel chain and was very impressed. Everything was clean. The manager went above and beyond for us to have a basketball team birthday party. She made it very comfortable and we never felt like a burden. The boys had a blast together 10+ families stayed in same hotel. We loved we were able to stay together. The dinner' drinks and breakfast included was amazing ! Great food and service !!
