Very good hotel well placed.

OK The thing that really bothered me and my wife was they would put a door on the bathroom that had a full glass panel in the center. When one person gets up earlier than the other to shower the light in bathroom lights up the bedroom not a good design. I personally think that should be changed for your customers sake.

Nice hotel. Large double bed room, and comfortable beds. One complaint was the room was poorly lit; we had to use our phone flashlights a couple of times, eg to see how to set the microwave. The bathroom was large and elegant, but the tissue box only had a couple of tissues remaining, with no replacement in the room.

Best hotel experience I've had in many years. Super clean hotel. Really quiet. No highway traffic noise. Surrounded by a lot of great places to eat.

Love the location and the cleanliness of this hotel! We booked specifically wanting a bar that was advertised but then it wasn’t open at all the whole night. That was frustrating as we were traveling with another couple and were anticipating to utilize the bar.

Great hotel friendly staff! Beds were comfortable and clean. Suite rooms gave us plenty of space with 5 kids and 2 dogs. Grounds were nice and lots of great food options around. Would stay again!

The handicapped accessibility features in the large bathroom I booked the room, and it was confirmed on Booking.com, but the hotel had no record of it. Luckily, I was able to get another handicapped accessible room for the same price.

Very clean, spacious up to date room.

Super nice people, room was pretty and bed was wonderful. Firepit and bar were welcoming and encouraged mingling with our Staffie in tow, she was an honored guest here.

We are a repeat customer that loves this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious and handicap accessible as needed. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to write home about. It was just ok. We got good at the bar for dinner. 8 big slices of cheese pizza was pretty good. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

The room was very cold. The HVAC system ran continuously and was very loud and little to no heat was coming out. It kept me awake all night.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the breakfast. Just pre-wrapped sandwiches which were soggy.

The room was below expectations. There was barely any usable light in the room. The refrigerator was not cold. There was no real kitchenette as per my room reservation.

Room did not have enough lighting and air conditioner was very noisy.

Our room wasn't refreshed and when I called the front desk, I was told, "oh they do that every other day, you should have been told at check-in", but of course I wasn't told that at check-in. Also, I understand the idea of continental breakfast, but that was the most bare-bones breakfast offering I have ever seen.

A comfortable room on our roadtrip south. Easy to find, walking distance to great restaurants and just off the highway for convenience. All this while still being quiet for a restful night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and service was great.The breakfast was good.It had mini breakfast sandwiches, spinach quiches, oatmeal bar, everything was delicious! We will definitely be looking for more Spring Hill suites to stay at.

We were traveling home and just stopped for the night. The room was big and the bathroom large and beautiful. We don't travel much or usually spend money on hotels so these accommodations were a vacation splurge because I needed the comfort of a decent bed due to back issues. This trip made me realize the importance of customer reviews! I looked for comfortable bed and clean! The bed was comfortable. We stayed in the same town on the way down to our vacation spot at the country inn and suites for less money but the bed was not comfortable. This whole place was very nice and clean. The tv was great with a lot of channels and it had a nice sofa in the room. When you want to get the most out of your money this place was great. The coffee and breakfast in the morning was great too

The room was clean. My issue was the AC unit was loud and woke me up in the early hours preventing me from getting the sleep I needed before continuing my drive.

Spacious room for 2 kids, 2 adults and a dog. Clean, comfortable and nice breakfast. On the more expensive side but worth the quality of a Marriott. Lots of options for dining close by and only 30 mins to Gettysburg! Kids enjoyed the pool!

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and great to work with. We arrived late and had no issues checking in. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel is right off the highway, which made it great for one night stay for our roadtrip. We plan to stay again in the future!

The AC/heating system was noisy. Breakfast eggs were good but otherwise lacked selections.

We were there for four days, three nights. Not one time was our room checked in on. No beds were made, towels weren't added or picked up. Trash cans weren't emptied. I had even asked at the front desk for these services to be provided, at least "one" time while we stayed there. We were assured that this request would be honored. Nope. I used to think that Marriott was different than the other quickie type hotels. I guess they aren't much different than the others. I think that I will think twice about paying extra money to stay at a Marriott. The breakfast wasn't very good as well. Disappointed.

One of the best continental breakfasts we ever had - quiche tasted homemade, best hotel coffee I’ve ever had (and we travel often). Great location - we drove to a local brewery GearHouse but there were several walkable restaurants, shopping and gas stations. Overall we’d definitely recommend this place just avoid room 418 - or possibly other rooms on the 4th floor.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was amazing especially the shower. The continental breakfast was great as well!

Cold breakfast

Bathroom is a barn door right in front of beds and it’s a frosted door you can see through and lock doesn’t work. And room had two queens and a bed in couch. But only three towels. And breakfast was hard boiled eggs bagels, waffles or cereal. And yogurt. And ppl pay for that. Crazy.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent. Staff was friendly and breakfast good.

We stayed for two nights in late July, and although our stay did not encounter any major hiccups, we did have a couple glitches. We had to request clean bath towels for our second day, and once requested the towels were handed to me as opposed to an attendant re-stocking our room. Also, the only hot item on the continental breakfast menu was the ubiquitous "make-your-own-waffle", or use of the singular microwave to heat store-bought packaged breakfast sandwiches. Aside from those relatively minor issues, our stay was comfortable and uneventful... just like a hotel experience should be!

The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was at the end of the bed which I hated for privacy reasons. There needs to be plug in's on both sides of the bed for electronics.

Great rate for a really clean and modern property.

The staff and bartender here are exceptional and the rooms are large with a sofa and good-sized desk for those who need to get work done on their stay. The drinks are also very affordable, and I only drank mixed drinks, which are usually more expensive at other jotels. The only thing that could be improved is the location of the TV within the room. It was off to the right of the bed located on the right, making viewing for the left bed difficult.

I love SpringHill properties!!! Love the details of the design. Everything is simple clean updated, bathroom is perfect- plenty of towels, hooks in the right places, good lighting, great mirror, shower has the pump toiletries…. Its the best hotel group for travelers!!!

The property was very clean and restaurants close by. Our only complaint was noise from the room above us. It sounded like a gymnasium up there til late in the night.

Everyone at this property was welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. Kids loved the hot chocolate available in the evening. My son wants to come back even when we have no other reason to visit this city again!

As soon as we arrived, I could tell by the cleanliness in the lobby to the caring staff that this was going to be so much better than I expected. Our previous hotel stay somewhere else was a nightmare so this was a welcome change. In our room, I never heard any noise throughout the hotel and almost thought it was empty even though it wasn’t. Staff responded to all our needs and were always polite. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Beds and linens were fresh and clean. The suite we got was beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 5. I’ve already decided any time I come here again, this hotel is my first choice.

This year was not so great. The room had a smell when you walked in. The bed pillows also smelled funky. The lights over the bed area and in the closet didn’t work and the bottom of the shower had a lot of mold.

We always love staying in Chambersburg because of all the dining options and convenient location. This is our first time in this Spring Hill Suites. I am impressed with its cleanliness. I take stairs a lot in hotels as you can check their level of cleaning. These stairwells are very clean. The whole hotel feels modern and aesthetically pleasing.

The bathroom barn doors were not great. Ours you had to close very slowly for it to stay shut and it did not lock. Someone else got stuck in their bathroom and had to have maintenance come get them out. However, the staff was amazing when this happened. Absolutely amazing. Hooray for good staff!!!!

Loved the large room, large bathroom and the trundle bed! Traveling with 2 teenagers of different genders makes a room with 2 beds difficult - and the trundle solved the problem.

The frosted glass panel on the bathroom door was awkward for our family of 6.
