They even had Gluten Free options 😁 Leo, the staff member at breakfast both days, was so sweet. She always had a smile and made conversation with you. *The pool and the exercise room were smaller than I expected…but it didn’t stop the boys from having fun! *The elevator made lots of creeky noises and shook. But other than that, it was fine. *The front staff were very nice and helpful!

Staff is excellent at front desk, the room was okay, had to ask for toilet paper, tissues, and a towel. I think the room should be ready to go.

Came to stay for clinicals. Needed early check in and staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and roomy. Unable to take advantage of the breakfast as I had to be at the hospital very early. Staff was friendly throughout. Quiet and easy to find. Would recommend

Our room was infested with spiders pubic hair on night stand along with what looked like ketchup on the alarm clock and the phone was filthy. The table in the room had rings on it and there were a bunch of spiderwebs in the room. The night clerk Susie and the Manager handle the situation and professionalism and were very pleasant. We were moved to a different room and comp our room waiting for Expedia to credit us The next day we went to the pool it was cloudy almost murky and was not heated very cold for indoor pool. You could tell it was not treated in some time sorry but this was a horrible nights stay

Quick one night stay, nice hotel, very clean, staff was helpful.Very busy area, a lot of dining options.

but used your breakfast lounge to hook up with family that lives down there they brought in our dinner had a great visit with them they stayed until 9:30 pm we cleaned up everything and left it the way it looked when we got there. Front desk person was very friendly it was great to be able to do this as we come down about every six months to see family in nursing home.

Staff was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Room was quite clean and was equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasty. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel is right next to a highway exit ramp and the rooms are not soundproof. All night long we were kept awake by the sounds of air brakes from 18 wheelers.

Room was ok. Charged for parking which was odd.

The location was perfect. However we stayed for 4 days and never saw tge cleaning staff. Not once did we get clean towels. The toilet took several times to flush.

Cons: We waited over 10 minutes for the front desk attendant to arrive to check us in. A sign stated he was on his break. The front desk attendant asked us if we wanted a coffee maker in our room. When we responded yes, he went to a back room and handed us a coffee maker and supplies which we had to carry up to our room with us along with all our luggage. I felt like I was at a Super 8 instead of a Holiday Inn express. For the rate I paid, I had higher expectations.

When we arrived at the hotel my wife found part of a candy wrapped tucked into one of the bedsheets. Also when taking a shower the water did not drain right away and went down very slowly. I complained to the front desk in the morning and asked them to please have maintenance check the shower drain. When we returned that evening we found that our room had not been checked at all by housekeeping. The garbage had not been emptied, beds not made, and the problem with the shower had not been addressed as the drain was still very slow. I went down to complain again to the front desk and they were able to move us to a different room with a working shower, but was a pain to have to move all of our stuff from a room on the 3rd floor to a room on the 2nd floor. Also, the elevator seemed very old and worn and made lots of loud noises when in use.

Hair dryer was missing, the front desk failed to remedy the situation. A small bottle of soda cost $ 4.00 .

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, parking is good. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We picked this hotel because it had a pool and Continental breakfast but both things we were very disappointed in. They barely had any food for you to eat and the pancake machine was broken. The pool was out of commission for our entire three night stay.

Room smelled like wet dog. Bathroom smelled like moldy chothes. Really dirty bathroom. Long brown hairs everywhere-bathroom, in the bed, on the chair. There was a red booger on the shower curtain and the bottom was moldy. There was not hand soap at the sink.

Hotel was in a great location for us. The room was clean and comfortable enough. It was surprisingly quite considering its right beside a major interstate. Breakfast was good, and the lady taking care of the breakfast was super friendly. The only thing I would really change would be the location where people smoke. Each time we entered the hotel, there were people smoking right beside the entrance, so we had to walk through smoke each time. Other than that, our stay was pretty good.

I had three people in my party however, There were only two towels and 2 cups 😳

Beautiful property. Delicious pancakes for breakfast. Pool is cold enough to practice for the polar plunge. Friendly staff.

Overall, property was clean, friendly and well-maintained. Breakfast had a good variety. We had two rooms. One was spotless and perfect. The other was clean, but had an odor and my senior citizen father found a crackpipe hidden in it. Overall, I would totally stay here again, I think our only issue was a previous guest, an outlier. This was a good place to stay.

The first time we stayed at this hotel, they put us in a room next to a parking lot and we heard a bunch of people and loud service trucks. But the hotel is very convenient and nice so we decided to stay again. This last time, the front desk person was so sweet and already put us in a quieter room. She really made our stay!

Table was dirty. Could see grease from food on table. Shower had dirty grime on the corner of tub. Hall light kept flickering. Room was next to speaker that played music outside. Room did not looked wiped down. Staff very friendly and nice.

I was very impressed until it came to Monday morning breakfast.They had cold hard stale breakfast sandwiches. I spoke to the reseptionist and they said I would be recieving a discount. I have not seen it yet.

Room was clean, warm, welcoming and quiet. My fur baby and i slept for 10 hours.

Conveniently located was easy on easy off the highway. The staff was really friendly. We slept soundly in spite of the highway noise. It seemed very clean although I did notice around the metal drain of the bathroom sink, it could have been scrubbed with a brush. That’s a minor thing and not a dealbreaker.

I had a great stay here. It was perfectly situated for my needs and a good value. I love staying at IHG hotels.

The front desk woman Diane was fantastic. Professional and personable! We showed up an hour early and she was able to accommodate us as we were ready for a shower after a week of camping. She was overall very warm and helpful start to finish!

Easy access and quick check in.

We had problems with the TV and tried to call both operator and duty manager buttons on the phone several times. All we ever got were recordings about the wonderful service, but I couldn't get through to any people. So we had to miss the world series game.

THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY

The hotel was out of k-pods.

Everything about the stay was great, except for the stained tub and bathroom sink stopper that won’t let the water drain.

There was pubic hair on the toilet seat. The tables in the room had circles from drink cans and sticky spots. The room smelled like wet dog(front desk person did give me air freshener. Cleanax box was empty and had to get it replaced

The room and property were fine. However, I could not get the Wi-Fi to work on my computer, and the front desk tried to help but couldn’t get it to work either. Rrrr. Sunday morning, there was no hot breakfast available, no hot water for tea, and no spoons for the yogurt. It appeared that someone didn’t come in to work and so, the housekeeping staff tried their best to fill in. A series of unfortunate events….

We arrived at 4:30, a half hour after the check-in time, but were told the room was not ready. As way of explanation we were told that the hotel was completely booked, as if this were some unforeseeable calamity for which it was impossible to prepare. However, we were told, by the hotel manager no less, we were free to “leave the property and come back later”. This suggestion was given to us in a tone as if we were being offered some kind of special accommodation. I have never been turned away from a hotel after check-in time before. I stated that that was “unacceptable” and low and behold a room appeared. So a room was available; she just hadn’t bothered to check. This room would turn out to be one of the worst I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in many highway hotels, but I have never experienced anything like the noise we experienced that night. Sleeping was basically impossible as we listened to trucks screeching their breaks or accelerating as they exited/entered the highway. I suspect that every single room on that side of the hotel would face similar noise levels. The next day we asked to switch rooms to the opposite side of the hotel, which was granted. It was quiet, thank God. At breakfast the next morning there were maybe 10 people there. There were no any plates. Woman couldn’t be bothered to get them; we were told we had to use bowls. Serving trays were empty. Guests are treated as inconvenience.

Entire time family sat for breakfast not a single item that was depleted was restocked. No cinnamon roles.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is good. The main problem was being right next to highway and off ramp...trucks using jake brake.

The room had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and the temperature was easily adjusted.

Not impressed with front desk staff. First room we were given was under construction. Went back to front desk with our three suitcases and cooler and told oops they never told me that room was being renovated. No apology just “hold on I’ll give you another room”. The hotel is nice enough and clean enough. Breakfast was very good.

We pretty much was only there long enough for sleep. Was clean and comfortable. Will say the breakfast was good but no staff there to maintain it. Most stuff was all gone. There was a big wrestling meet in town and full at the hotel but the whole time there no one was checking on it

Newly remodeled hotel made for a nice stay. Clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good. Surrounding area was nice with stores and restaurants. The only negative was that we were on the side facing the highway and it wasn’t too sound proofed, but would definitely stay again

The toilet in the bathroom was like a child’s potty. Any tall person would have their knees under their chins. I’m surprised with my hips I could get up without calling 911. Other than that it was a good stay.

The pool and the workout room were closed due to "renovations." No one at the desk when we arrived. The air conditioning system is a nightmare. You are either freezing or hot. Didn't that system go away in the 1980s?? We hardly slept and couldn't wait to leave. Add that to really poor Cable tv.

It wasn’t the best

When we arrived at the hotel, we were advised that we could not check into our room until 4 o’clock because the hotel is undergoing upgrading and maintenance. This was never disclosed on the Travelocity website after traveling all day. This was not what we were hoping for.

Clean place but they are working on t and did not post that the pool is closed! After a very long day of driving that will s how I stretch and relax. They should post that it is closed. If I had known I would not have stayed here.

The check in process was a little painful. The girl checking us in was wearing a mask and very soft spoken, so it was hard to understand what she was saying. Then she swiped my credit card and because of the renovations had to go to another room and when she came back, she asked for my credit card again and when I told her she already swiped it she didn't remember swiping it. Also, it would have been nice if the web site would have indicated that they were doing renovations and the pool and other amenities were closed.
