Nice place.

Very clean, nice continental breakfast, and the kids loved the pool. No complaints!

unable to eat breakfast ,too many guests, warm meal was not available, I guess they were not prepared for all guests, there was a waiting time of 20 minutes until food got restocked /cooked.

Easy access to interstate. Looks new ,very clean and friendly, efficient staff! One of best Hampton Inns we’ve visited.

Staff was incredible and so helpful in signing me up for Hilton Hours. Loved breakfast. The two grab bars and low profile tub were great for a 77 year old who has had a knee replacement recently. The new white bed topper/ duvet was a wonderful addition and much appreciated. Will definitely return on my next visit to the area.

This was very nice only draw back I gues some kind of dog thing was going on and the dogs which were clean dogs were around the table where you eat at breakfast. I have two dogs but they are outside dogs and I love dogs but that needs to be not allowed. Other than that this is the place to stay.

Very nice staff. Clean refurbished room. Good coffee. The HVAC, however had a loud high-pitched whistle, even on low. Fortunately the weather was adequate to leave it turned off.

We stayed at the Hampton Chambersburg when in town for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and room temperature was easy to control. Appreciated having a full size ironing board and mini fridge in the room. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Location was convenient with nearby restaurants and attractions. Gettysburg is only about a 45 minute drive away so some members of our party were actually able to do a tour there the morning of the wedding. Other family members who stayed at a different chain's hotel in Shippensburg weren't nearly as happy with their accommodations. Would gladly stay here again if we're back in the area!

The room was clean enough to not cause a panic attack, but not particularly clean. The worst though? The woman at the desk acted as if we were ruining her day by approaching the desk. Well stay at the Tru next time, where the customer service was stellar.

Breakfast was decent. especially the waffle station - 2 different flavored batters, toppings included chocolate and caramel toppings, whipped cream, sprinkles, maple syrup, butter, jams.

Conveniently off of 81, close to several dine in options as well as dine out options.

We were just here in an overnight stay during our road trip, but this is the place I will stay at in the future when in the area. Very quiet clean and comfortable. Several very good restaurants just down the road. Highly recommended!

The hotel was generally clean and had a nice breakfast selection, but the pack and play they provided was disgusting — stained and clearly overdue for replacement. Thankfully, I had brought my own sheets, but no guest should have to use something in that condition. If this hotel wants to be truly family-friendly, they need to invest in clean, safe pack and plays and provide proper bedding for them.

Nice, clean hotel right off of the highway. Noisy at times, but very conveniently located. Surrounding areas look a little sketchy.

What we really liked was the friendliness of the staff. They greeted us as if we were old customers even though this was our first time at this place. The inn appeared to be fully booked and so the staff was very busy but still took the time to be nice.

These are pet friendly rooms, not so great if you have horrible allergies to dogs, bring Benadryl! There is a crazy non-stop vibration outside & inside the property. The whole room & bed vibrated almost all night long. Upside, staff was great, super friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Stayed here while driving back home from New England. Hands down the best hotel we've stayed at so far. Staff were polite and humorous, room spacious and super clean. Pets were allowed so we were treated to a bunch of dogs the next morning, and really who's day isnt better with tailwags? Also, I highly recommend the blueberry waffles for breakfast.

Friendly check in. Great fitness room. Spacious room…clean but dated. Comfortable beds, good shower. Breakfast was average to poor. Internet was bad, very slow. And…we discovered ants in the room on last day.

Recently renovated, enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall the interior spaces were very well maintained and clean. It was quiet which I understand was due to our stay being during a non-peak time. Bedding was very comfortable. As with many contemporary lodging places, non-paid television selection is not very good. The breakfast food selection was good and well prepared. All of the juice selections were watered down which is somewhat unappetizing.The parking was convenient and plenty of it was available. The front desk personnel were very cordial and efficient. Housekeeping personnel were friendly, efficient at daily towel replenishment, and straightening up. I am a safety professional and I noted that the large spotlights on the outside of the building had been misdirected and a number of them were not working which made it somewhat inconvenient for parking near the back building entrances. As a whole, the facility was very adequate for our needs and the minor imperfections will not stop us from staying at this hotel again or referring others to stay there as well

Second time staying here. Had zero issues both visits. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is well stocked with lots of options and they consistently kept it filled. Beds are very comfortable (the most important thing for me), plenty of pillows. There are many restaurants in the area and plenty of convenient stores and bigger shopping needs. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Staff was friendly on both the check-in process and the exiting next morning. The room was had was so nice and handicap accessible we saved the room key envelope for future visit to ask for it again. We’ve changed our stopping point for future trips.

I ad made my reservation about 1 hour before I arrived. When I checked in the Hampton Inn did not show my reservation. They told me that they cannot see Expedia reservations. I was told sometimes it takes a while for the the reservation to hit their system. So I could not check in until I showed my confirmation number. The confirmation # was not on my receipt that was sent to me. So It took me some time to find the confirmation.

We were so tired when we arrived and were greeted warmly at the front desk. Our room was lovely and we had a very restful night. Will stay again. Loved having Bob Evans next door.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. A full size breakfast is provided in the morning and coffee available thru the day. Check in was very quick and easy.

Close to I-81, clean, great staff, quiet, good breakfast. The mattress was too hard for me so I didn’t sleep well. Also we were assigned a “pet owners” room and there was a very slight whiff of something but it wasn’t that bad. Would recommend that customers specify to NOT be put in one of those rooms if you don’t have pets.

It was a good Hampton Inn and they are always reliable. HOWEVER the WORST BEDS I have ever slept in. Pillow top mattress was way way too pillowy. (My daughter liked it though)

We felt right at home!! Met up with friends who also stayed here to take a scenic train ride. After dinner we sat in the lobby and played cards. Clean and relaxing and, great location!

We walked in at almost 7pm, with our luggage. The front desk lady was relaxing on a couch and asked how she could help. We said we were checking in (obvious, right??) then we had to wait for her to go behind the desk to assist us. When we got to the room there was no hand soap for the soap container. I had to get shower gel out of the shower. The air conditioner was very loud and woke us up frequently. The breakfast area was very small while it was a larger hotel, and the breakfast offerings were meagre. Upon check out-we were advised they could have moved up to a different room because of the noise/lack of sleep. We were not willing, after a very long day on the road and getting settled in for the night to call and complain.... especially at midnight. This was not our usual experience at Hampton Inns. Very disappointed stay! The only upside is that it was clean.

One of the best Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Super-clean. Great breakfast. The folks here are attentive, and I let them know what a good job they do. Plus, location great for me.

Highly Recommend

This hotel was conveniently located just off I 81 in Chambersburg. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a king room and the bed was comfortable and the sheets were the softest I've ever slept on. Breakfast was good and the area was well serviced. All the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and professional. If traveling through this area, we would definitely stay again.

We were impressed with the size of the room.

We loved the location of this property and its convenience to the highway on/off. It was nicely updated and up to the standards we've come to expect in the Hampton Inn line. The only negative was that the walls seemed very thin. We could literally hear the neighbor's TV and even him zipping his luggage the next morning. Hum, I'm not sure why that happened; I've never experienced that before. The property was clean and comfortable and in the end that was very much worth the charge for the room. We will be back every year. Highly recommend.

Clean. Very comfortable, loved the toiletries, easy to get to. Breakfast was ok, coffee cups are small, no fruit or muffins left at 9:30 am, didn’t appear stocked to handle the reservations. I’d go back.

This is small, but I didn't care for the closet space. The clothes should hang beside each other, not in front of each other.

Advised the hotel we could not utilize handicap parking because 2 trucks kept illegally parking in the spaces. We were advised by hotel they knew about the issue and advised to park in another handicap spot. There were no other available handicap spaces.

We stayed here on our way to Gettysburg. Nice breakfast, pool, and huge fitness room. Room was nice, and quiet.

The hotel was under construction, so there were unfinished areas which dampened the overall feel. But a nice place.

The receptionist brought up the reason we was not getting vaccine for covid..I did not ask about the subject and she just started on the subject.
