Clean..very nice staff...

Second time in a row that I paid extra to book a KING suite, and was offered a queen suite. The first time, the property was gracious enough to cancel the reservation so we could get proper accommodations elsewhere. This second time we arrived at 2:30 AM. We had to deal with the under delivery of room accommodations. The coffee was cold, and the gravy for the biscuits was never warmed up.

Place was a mess. They say they’re under construction but we did not see any work being done the entire week we were there! Very old amenities. Housekeeping missed our room 2 times in 1 week. 3 times housekeeping left cleaning equipment in our room. Furniture is from the 90’s. Very poor hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. However, this property is pretty runned down. As soon as you walk in, you get a scent of an old building. The carpet, the walls, the shower were in poor condition.

Everyone tried hard but took 2 days to get the lock working on my door then maintenance left a screwdriver on my floor that I stepped on when I entered and a large knife that was part of the silverware provided and didn’t clean up. There were wood pieces and dirt all over the floor. House keeping only came 2 times while I was there. Tiny kitchen trash can. There were only 3 hangers when I arrived and no pots and pans. Had to ask for everything. The laundry was gross!! There was no laundry basket in my room. Very long walk by elevated ramp to elevator. They said the hotel was being renovated but no work was going on for the 7 days I stayed there. Carpets were torn, worn and dirty. High price for all of that I had to put up with. I asked for a receipt and never got one. Unless this is updated and better management I won’t be staying here again.

There was a mixup with our room and the staff fixed it immediately. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful.

Junior, the desk agent, was pushy, rude and poorly dressed (gave the whole hotel a "ghetto gangsta" vibe). He lacked empathy and professionalism, all in all. I would avoid talking to him or bothering him with anything. Also, the alarm went off on my first morning there, getting me up out of bed for no need. The food in the kitchen was alright, some healthy in moderation. Praise the Lord. The area was mostly safe. Praise the Lord. +

The staff was friendly and the happy hour was nice. The room I stayed in was confusing to get to. With the construction going on the smell of paint was still very strong. My room was not very clean. There was a questionable panel in the bedroom. There was also what looks to be a cutout for an outlet above the door in the bedroom with some kind of plastic ball looking thing there. Overall it was creepy and I didn’t feel very safe. I felt isolated in the “new” area and that if I needed anything, help wouldn’t be available quickly.

There was crusted food beside the bed on the floor. I stretched out at one point in the bed and felt something and had no idea what it was. I looked and it was somekind of dried up bug. That tells you they don't change the sheets. There was a red substance on the bedside table so I used a hand towel to put my stuff on. I had to use a lot of towels because there were hairs on them. There were hairs on the shower walls. The conditioner in the shower had an expiration date in sharpie for 11/25. There was no body wash in the shower. The only reason I stayed the 1 night was because I had driven 9 hours that day and was exhausted. This is the 2nd worst hotel I have stayed in and needless to say, I will never again. Spend a little extra and book another hotel. I took photos but I don't know how to upload them.

I had a terrible experience. I checked in and I went to my room and there was somebody in there and they screamed at me. There was food everywhere clearly they have been there for quite some time. I was staying in a hotel to hide from my abusive partner, and that was the last thing I needed. I went to my truck. And I couldn’t bring myself to go back in there. I tried to contact the third-party which I booked with and they didn’t help me and the hotel never responded to my emails, phone calls or message. I didn’t even end up staying there and I wasted over $200 on nothing.

She had an attitude and was extremely condescending. She told me that i should have came to the front desk on my own and I mentioned that I already paid the deposit but she said that i need to check in everyday, even though i had already been there for 8 day and and this was the first time they had asked me to do this… I still don’t understand the logic, as i used to work at a hotel a few blocks from here and we didn’t randomly ask for a new deposit when we already had one on hold…nonetheless I won’t be back. One apple CAN spoil the bunch.

they cancelled my visit after i drove 2 hours. then refused to let me speak to a manager. when i asked for the lady's name she hung up on me. this was the worst customer service i've ever received. the lobby was dirty as well. i don't recommend this stay to anyone. my boyfriend planned to propose and decorate the room they ruined my valentine's day

Weird tube coming through the ceiling in the bathroom not connected to anything and a people standing outside the back entrance door smoking. Not sure if they were guests or customers. And the cottage cheese on the breakfast buffet was spoiled.

I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The bed was so hard. Also, I don’t think that hotels should be able to advertise that they have a hot tub when it’s closed.

Let me start off by saying our stay was amazing. Room was clean, breakfast was definitely 5 stars! You can tell that the rooms had been patched a few places, and abused a bit, but the bed was comfy, heat and ac worked very well, and the kitchen was perfect!

The guy Robin, as he called himself was smug, non understanding, rude, playing on the computer and we thought he was trying to help, but he was just looking busy. To be fair he was from afar. The girls that worked the front desk area were helpful, friendly and on it. Robin on the other hand needs discipline!

It’s always a pleasurable experience. My favorite hotel in the area.

This is the most underwhelming Staybridge I have ever stayed at. VERY dated, don’t let their online pictures fool you. The entire hotel smells like random glade plug ins , very dirty throughout. Our towels smelled sour, bathrooms were dirty , floors dirty. Breakfast is normally a staple of Staybridge and it was disappointing and cold. To top it all off the inspection on the elevator is EXPIRED! Staff was very nice but they have some serious upgrades needed in this place because it’s run down but hey if you like popcorn ceilings this is the place for you!

Check in process was painful. Normal check in for most hotel is 3pm. They start check in at 4pm. We had to wait an hour due to early arrival. They require a $100 deposit for "incidentals." I was made to pay the deposit twice because I added an additional day. I was checked into room 2220 but was actually given a key to 2202. Once they realized the error, no apology whatsoever. Staff wasn't warm or welcoming. They always had a serious look. Not very friendly. Room looked clean. I was impressed with the kitchen and how fully stocked it was. It had everything one needs in a kitchen, pots, dishes, utensils, toaster and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. I commend the housekeeping crew. They did a great job cleaning and providing fresh towels everyday. Some of the towels had permanent stains. Gross. Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of variety. Good beverage options. Overall experience wasn't great. I will not be returning. There are better options in the area.

This hotel is outdated. It looks nothing like the pictures that are shown on the internet. the reception area was fine, however, the rest of the place seemed dirty. There was liquid in the elevator, the rugs did not look vacuumed. They skipped one of the days of cleaning, saying they don't clean on weekends, but my brother in law on the lower floor got his room cleaned. Also, the set up of the hotel is very strange. It was not easy to find our room. The breakfast was good, however, there was no effort to keep the items stocked. Many things that ran out were not refilled...ie.Coffee

The breakfasts were excellent and the people preparing it did a fantastic job. The front staff were great. There was no evidence of being able to recycle anything anywhere however. Maid service was sporadic, but if we asked for new towels we always were given them. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Denver, but really close to everything. Staff was super nice, breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious!

The staff was very nice and available all the time. The breakfast was good and higher quality than some other hotels. It had a great selection and healthy choices. The only problem I had was that some towels I got had hair so my husband went to switch them out for other ones. The rooms were spacious and the appliances were great.

The hot tub was not working and it was so gross, the towels bucket was empty.

The first night but the second day the ac got stuck on 57 somehow I didn’t even know ac went that low and the room was freezing the whole rest of our stay

Location was good. Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Trash was left in trash cans. Beds were comfortable.

Very satisfied with our stay. Would recommend to others. Two very helpful employees helped us with our door which was stuck one evening. They got a special tool which removed the inside lock which was keeping the door closed. They stayed with us until if was opened and we were very appreciative of this. Also the employees who helped with the breakfasts in the morning were very nice and helpful.

This was our second stay at this property. Will return when back in Denver. Excellent property at a very reasonable rate.

Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Good breakfast selection. They have a social hour and free laundry. Pool area has BBQs. Our only problem was the pool was closed one evening and into the morning that we left. Also the hot tub was colder than a bath.

The property wasn't bad, but could upgrade their cleanliness a bit. There were dirty towels in my room. And the hot tub was broken. We only stayed for 1 night, but it was an extended stay.So keep that in mind.

This property was very dirty. Bathroom sink was broken. No parking at all the whole time we were there. The back doors didn’t work with our key cards the whole time we had to walk around. The pool and hot tub were slimy and full of little kids. There is about a one and a half inch gap underneath the door where you can stick things underneath or see underneath the door.. it made us feel really unsafe. The night clerk was creepy and weird. The comments he made. And the way he acted. We will never stay here again.

Reserved an accessible room for our daughter in a wheelchair, but were not given one. When asked about it, we were told the only accessible rooms had one bed, which would not work for us. They gave us a shower chair that was very dirty. The elevator doors would start to close before we could push the wheelchair in. Besides the lack of accessibility, there were dogs barking late into the night. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Our first room was dirty, blood on comforter, trash in cans and no toilet paper, second room was next to a very loud group! People standing around outside smoking marijuana and just felt absolutely unsafe!

The staff were very friendly. They offer great breakfast options as well as a social hour. The room was comfortable and clean. We opted out of having our room cleaned a couple days but were surprised that they still didn’t clean the other days that we removed the tag from the door. I would say that would be our only negative we experienced. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The room was very nice the only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, i didn't realize french fries were a breakfast food. Other than that or stay was nice.

The room was nice with a living area and kitchenette. The breakfasts were fairly good. The staff was friendly. The parking was limited and the smells in the hallway, from other guests, was stinky.

If I were to offer any constructive feedback it would be: Please have coffee filters in the room with the coffee maker, and also please provide an option for recycling!! Overall, great stay! The lady that checked us in was very annoyed and not very friendly. The one nice thing was an Hispanic girl that did all of the breakfast stuff and asked us if we need anything before we checked out she was awesome. Everybody else was annoyed and not happy.

Hotel cancelled our reservation without any notice. Got to Colorado and the hotel to find this out at midnight. Had to scramble to find another place to stay. No empathy at all for the position that put us in.

There was a mixup on our room the first night, however, the manager on duty the next morning quickly got us into the correct room. She also went above and beyond by helping to get my car backed out of the spot I was parked in when someone parked less than 6 inches from my driver side door.

We never put the no housekeeping sign on our door. Other than that mild annoyance, the stay was pretty average, not much else to complain about, other than our microwave turntable not working.

I wish there was an option for indoor pool

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was better than expected for a smaller cheaper option. Glad there was coffee and water available 24/7. The hallway where our room was, smelled a little odd but again, tolerable. I did find a bug on the pull out sofabed in our room but not sure if we brought it from inside or if it was already there. Suite room was a bit cramped but again, manageable. There was nothing that was incredibly terrible about this stay as long as you go in with basic standards.

Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke as did towels. Asked two different employees if I could switch rooms. Was told no unless I found it “unbearable.” The one employee was nice about it so at least they weren’t rude. When I came back to the room something had been sprayed and I think the towels were replaced. The next day though it still smelled like smoke in the bathroom. I am a former smoker so no judgment but this just gave me the yuck feeling. Won’t stay again.

The hotel has been around a while, but was clean and had everything I needed in the kitchenette. Everything worked well so very good overall.

People stay in the room above us stomps on the floor until 3:30 AM, knoking on the door at 4 AM the next day.

Well the stay was fine. But they collected $200 incidentals which I did not use. Its been two weeks and they havent released the funds. I shoukd get interest back too

Handicap access ALL ACCESS touch pads not working. Curbs every where. I was trying to carry my portable oxygen across the parking lot. Spilt an entire contai er of meds trying to safely walk across parking lot. Layout inside of 1st floor. 2nd floor & 3rd floor so bizarre. No english speaking workers in the hallways, food services etc. Very difficult to communicate. Mgrs evening social 5:30>7pm. No drinks at all. No food available at 6:15. 45 mins after supposedly beginning????

Rats all over outside by room windows, which was open in my room when I got in there. I couldn’t even think about sleeping in that room. Customer service was good other than that everything was not so great.

Have stayed here many times, I have learned to call and see if the pool is open - it is frequently down for maintenance or closed early for the season. Good location to food and easy parking.

The size and view from my 1st room was great. However there was a terrible smell on the 3rd floor hall that crept into my room. The lady that helped me change my room was phenomenal! Breakfast and location are convenient!

Staybridge certainly showed its age. The whole hotel had a funny smell, including our room. The bottom of the tub was dirty, As was many doorways and the elevator. Our room was a very nice size with a nice living space. The lady running the breakfast area was very efficient and pleasant. Overall, we do believe we would choose different accommodations next time.
