Things broken in room. Room looked used
- 5/5
Top notch, first class and the airport is right out the front door. Very quite at night.
- 1/5
The building looked very nice on the outside but the inside smelled gross, the cabinets in the room were falling apart, and worst of all, the room was crawling with bugs! We reported this to the front desk and they acknowledged an infestation and that they'd had an exterminator there the last few weeks. They asked hadn't we been informed at check-in? We were amazed! We would never have checked in had we been told! Thankfully they said they'd issue a refund and let us leave, but it has yet to appear on our card 4 days later.
- 1/5
Locks on side doors to entrance of building don’t work, employees are rude if you have to pickup Amazon packages or walk inside, the rooms have been vandalized, plumbing issues across all floors, cockroaches, ventilation systems have been damaged, some employees refuse to provide hotel folios so that you don’t have to pay taxes after 30 days…some drug addicts yell all night or whisper at walls, WiFi issues and cybersecurity issues…
- 2/5
Just the location and the staff Smells bad had roaches feels dirty beds and mattress needs to be replaced

Plumbing, air conditioning, WiFi issues, and staff is rude…
- 1/5
The whole hotel has plumbing, WiFi, and air conditioning issues.
- 1/5
When we returned to the desk, the front counter gal was kind and apologetic and informed us she would advocate for a refund.
- 1/5
The hotel was so dirty. Trash in the halls. My room had So Many cockroaches and other bugs. It was disgusting. Outside of South America and the South Pacific, I've never had a hotel with so many insects running throughout the room, the kitchen, and so many in the bathroom.
- 1/5
Noticeable smoke from cigarettes. Room was dirty. Broken cabinets. broken down appliances. Stained and soiled furniture Leaking facets in bathroom. I was notified at check in that housekeeping was not available and if I wanted anything I would have to get it from the front desk.
- 3/5
Overall, this was a decent 4-week stay given the price. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was good and the neighborhood was fine. The housekeepers were diligent and responsive, as was the maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the dishwasher in my room never worked despite my notifying maintenance during my first week. The room itself was OK with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The only other negative was noise. Thankfully, despite a lot of dogs in the property, there wasn't a problem with barking. But the room above mine held a large dog who loved to chew on and play with a heavy bone that bounced off the floor regularly. I woke up several times each night when that happened. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.
- 5/5
The Mainstay Suites is the best property in Aurora. You can’t beat it for the price.
- 5/5
The property was well kept, clean and useful. The staff was more than accommodating, especially as my stay extended day after day after day… By the time I left I felt like part of their little hotel community. A truly genuine stay at a truly genuine hotel. Thanks!
- 2/5
Unfortunately, the reviews and pictures do not match the quality of the hotel. It was less than clean and the room is poorly maintained. The bed had a huge dip in one side of the bed. If you laid on the other side, you felt like you were falling off the bed if your rolled over. The shower was missing the bar that you hang your washcloth on and instead there were just holes in the fiberglass. There were bugs in the room and the kitchenette was less than "fully stocked". Staff was nice but the overall room and property were gross.
- 3/5
The staff was excellent! Especially Keenan ( spelling?). He was extremely helpful and professional.
- 3/5
The property is really in need of attention. Whoever is doing the maintenance lacks the skills set needed. While the unit was clean it had a slight smell of cigarettes smoke. The unit was invested with bugs. Thankfully they weren't cockroaches. The reason I just didn't check out is because I'm use to far worse in the undeveloped areas of central and south America. But, it did surprise me to find something like this in a DTC property.
- 1/5
Literally this most disgusting place I have ever encountered! Reeked of cigarettes and had roaches. Only lasted 2 hours before I left and got another hotel. This hotel option needs to be removed from Expedia all together and shut down!
- 1/5
Rooms and hallways smell, rooms are damaged.

The hallways and rooms smell
- 2/5
Noisy and a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot at night. I didn’t feel very safe. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn off and I saw a roach on the kitchen counter in the middle of the night.
- 4/5
This is a terrific place to stay. In particular, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the staff is wonderful. The building shows signs of wear, but it is well-maintained and clean. The rooms have comfortable beds, as well as a fridge, micro, two burner range, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is large and functional. The TV and Wi-Fi are new and operate well. It is no wonder the hotel is often full!

This place was horrible! Stayed 3 weeks and nobody ever came to clean the room even when i asked. They came while i was writing an important exam even with the the " do not disturb sign" Tampon on the hallway and roaches everywhere. Customer servuce is less than zero. You have to beg for towels and utensils. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The smell in the room was terrible...I vomited twice when I first entered the room. I had to spray a lot of cologne to try to hide the smell a little bit...The room smell liked Ramen noodles and foot odor mixed..so it was terrible..told the staff and there was nothing they can do.. The smell of the room made me vomit twice when I first entered the room.

Absolutely nastiest place I’ve ever been. Immediately walked in room on roaches everywhere. Threw all my stuff away. They gave me a second room. Huge roaches. Tub is clogged. Water is Barley warm. Hotel room phone does not work, and that’s not ok if I had to contact 911. This place does not ensure any security to keep me safe for a paying customer sleeping here. Fridge leaking. Rats by trash. Staff was nice at least. I can’t sleep at all. Trying to get refunds is like pulling teeth. So overwhelmed I’ve never had to deal with this. Please do NOT STAY HERE AND GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I've been staying here for almost 6 weeks now. And none of the doors work to get inside. I have to literally walk all the around the building to get in. Or Park my car where I can't see it. It's ridiculous. Oh and the roaches. I pay alot of money to stay here and there is bugs. I've already complained. Also the washers and dryers don't work. Making sure your doors open. And washers and dryers are working. And bugs.

The room was disgusting along with the whole place. I didn’t even stay there. I went across the street to Embassy suites when I seen how disgusting it was. It needs to be bulldozed and burnt.

Room had bugs crawling in it. Not sure what kind of bugs they were but this room was filthy. No soap provided only shampoo. I left and went to another place. No way I could stay there with the bugs.

Clean room
- 1/5
The hotel has a lot of transitions people that stay there because they can’t afford to live anywhere else. The place needs a lot of repairs and the walls are paper thin. I was the second person to cancel the day I arrived. A refund with the hotel and Expedia is a joke. Expedia said I had to contact the hotel and then the hotel said I had to contact Expedia. I got nowhere and lost all my money for the week.
- 1/5
This was one of the worst hotels that my crews have ever stayed in. The place was disgusting- nothing like the photos. Wall Plugs in both rooms did not work. TV in one room did not work. Dishwasher in one room had standing water and mold in it. Shower took a half hour to drain. After my guys working long days out of town, they want a nice place to relax and rest. This was far from that experience and we will not be staying at this crackhead ridden place ever again.
- 1/5
this facility was terrible. The second I walked in I was hit with a foul odor, but because it was late and I was tired I checked in anyway upon entering my room the door did not close properly and cockroaches were everywhere. Because it was late I tried to suck it up but then immediately felt something bite me as soon as I laid down on the bed. I ended up walking out and sleeping in my car in a rest area
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and helpful.
- 3/5
We found bugs running around the counters every morning.
- 0.5/5
Nothing property was disgusting Roaches crawling up the wall, walked into the stench filled room with no curtains, drug addicts everywhere in parking lot and roaches infested in the room!
- 3/5
My review is based on my expectations for the place - which is based on the price that I paid. For $59 a night, you really can't expect much. The rooms weren't the cleanest and there were a lot of roaches. But I gave a 3 star because the staff was very helpful. I booked 5 nights but didn't check in until the 3rd night. The front desk staff informed me that I was considered a no-show and that my room was cancelled but they quickly just set me up with another room and was extremely nice about it. That was enough for me to give a 3 star review.

Too many bugs, cockroaches, it was awful. Although staff is friendly. It was too late. We did not ask to change room,.as we think other rooms might have the same issue. I told the front desk lady that they need to address the issue when I checked out. A Lolli pop was found under the bed, the room did not look like it was vacuumed.
- 1/5
Roaches, broken drawers, dirt walls, ghetto people, fire alarms at 1:30 in the morning, and tweakers threatening to cause harm around there do not stay here!

Great stay, clean rooms with great staff and everything you need. Thanks for a great stay.

- 1/5
This place is roach infested. And has a huge rat problem. Also mold in almost every single room. I do not feel safe here as I stay here with my nieces and my brother as it is the cheapest place we can afford unfortunately. There is drug activity everywhere. The managers come into our rooms when we are not home and snoop through belongings for money and or drugs and many of us have video proof. Also the last few weeks management has raised prices in the middle of our already paid for rate without knowledge or notice. Also have been charged taxes every single time even though we are residents and have been here for over 4 months. Half the units doors can be forced open. Some units do not even have working water nor a sink. A couple managers have asked for money and or drugs from the tenants. It is very concerning and all of our complaints do not get resolved as we are ignored. I have no choice to stay here or be forced with homelessness due to my health and conditions and I can't let this go by any longer. Please reach out if you need video evidence, pictures etc...a lawsuit is pending.
- 1/5
Roach infested. Rat infested. Mold. Changing price in middle of stay. And the managers come into your room. And look to be high off something and asking tenants for money.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
- 3/5
On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the tv worked and the air-conditioning was great!
- 4/5
Overall it was a good stay! However there were dead insects in the kitchen and in the drawers and also cigarette butts on the floor. Also I had extended the room pretty early in the morning and they still came knocking asking if I was extending or leaving and it was just how loud they knocked that was bothersome it was very aggressive but like I said overall it wasn’t bad at all. The rooms are very nice and spacious! And the staff were very nice except for the lady that knocked obviously!
- 4/5
Excellent staff. Albert and his coworkers treated me very well. TYVM
- 5/5
The staff does a fine job keeping us safe and comfortable.

The room had old smells, an uncomfortable bed and had thin walls making it very loud. No coffee maker. I will not be staying again.
- 4/5
The hotel had roaches, sink clogs, water shower head need to be changed.
- 1.5/5
It was just dirty & broken… there was food on the floor, dirty appliances. It was just embarrassing
- 1/5
Staff was not very accommodating and had their system down part of the time.
- 1/5
The toilet never stopped running. The coffee pot didn't work. The chair was very worn. The place was very noisy and reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. And there were cockroaches.
- 5/5
Wish they had breakfast. The management Alfred very kind and professional. Tiffany another employee there is the best. :) Breakfast they need breakfast and a swimming pool

NOTHING this place was disgusting, and considering I stated at two very nice hotels earlier in the week for the same cost, I dont understand why you book rooms in this garbage dump. SMELL DIRTY BATHROOM AC BARELY WORKED UNCOMFOTBALE BED
- 2/5
Room was OK. Hotel was fairly well kept. Service was not great. Stayed on second floor, they could not get me on the third. Had many nights being awoken by someone up above walking around. Rooms were not at all soundproof. Would never stay there again and would not recommend it
- 1/5
The dishwasher had mold. Worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. We asked for a full refund and luckily they gave it to us.
- 1/5
Staff asked strange questions and then the key reader on my room was broken
- 3/5
Found & killed 2 roaches in the bathroom; door to our room didn’t lock unless you lifted it up (I couldn’t do it so my husband had too every time we went in and out; loud neighbors in the hall late one night; people or party upstairs woke us up the last night we were there. I went to the front desk and asked for more towels because we were staying 3 days. The Manager asked me why I needed them and then realized we were staying the 3 days. I thought he was obnoxious questioning a guest.
- 1/5
The hotel is old, sheets stained, outdated, exit door locks broken. Advertised breakfast. And not offered anymore.
- 5/5
Cool staff
- 1/5
There was such a bad smell in this hotel that I couldn’t breathe and had to sleep with the window all the way open. Don’t know what it was but seemed like a mixture of chemical and smoke. Some of the lights in my room didn’t work and I found bugs in the bathroom. There was no breakfast offered even though it was mentioned on several websites. Stains all over the carpet.
- 5/5
Good value.
- 1/5
I never even checked in. The place was filthy inside and out with a horrible transient population outside. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they will not refund the money.
- 2/5
The area is full of ongoing construction. Even the bathroom still has paint stains and equipment lying around. The room is not ready to receive customers yet.
- 5/5
Everything
- 2/5
We changed rooms. The first room had a toilet leak so bad the floor below the toilet was collapsing. The second room didn’t have working air conditioning and there was mold growing in the sink drain. Hallways smelled like pot and parking spaces were too small. Awful.
- 5/5
I love staying in the tech center area of Denver. Much cheaper than downtown and much more quiet. I highly enjoyed my one night stay here.
- 2/5
Roach infestation
- 3/5
Parking was very tight, be prepared for door dings. Not all doors work to get in worked, flickering outside lights. Too use a luggage cart you need to leave ID, they have had them stolen in the past, just says all you need to know about there clientele.
- 1/5
Super dirty property with so much smell and not all a place to stay with family
- 3/5
The room had an “old food” odor that was unpleasant. AC didn’t work when I arrived. There was a lot of commotion in the entry and hallway due to some filming that was going on.
- 1/5
I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had at this property. From the moment I checked in, it was problem after problem. The first night, my room key wouldn't work, no matter how many replacements they gave me. I had to rely on hotel staff to open my door every single time, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, I was placed in a handicap room with a shower that leaked all over the bathroom and kitchen floors. There was never any hot water, and when I told the front desk, their response was simply, “Just grab towels to wipe it up.” I tried that—wringing them out multiple times before I finally gave up. They eventually moved me to a different room, but there wasn’t one available until after 4 p.m., so I had to remove all of my belongings, including my food, and just wait. That night, when I got into my new room and turned on the bathroom light, I saw bugs scattering across the walls, mirror, and bathtub. I didn’t see any bedbugs, but it made it nearly impossible to sleep. In the morning, when I turned on the kitchen light, more bugs scattered, including what looked like a cockroach that ran down the drain. When I turned on the sink, another bug ran up into a hole at the top of the sink. I reported this to the front desk and suggested they call pest control. The staff didn’t seem to take it seriously, barely acknowledged it, and didn’t offer any apology or compensation.
- 3/5
Solid option for the cheap price. But definitely loud and the AC did not work. But overall for $60 kinda what I expected. It was clean. Didn’t smell. Felt safe. But not fancy.
- 2/5
They overbooked the hotel and decided to put me in a room with 2 double beds. I told them i didn't want double beds. They promised to move me when a queen becomes available. I waitef the entire stay for them to give me the room i paid for. I never got it. Then because i was booked through hotels.com they couldn't extend the reservation. They made me pack up and check out of the hotel room that i didnt want in the first place and drive around all day with all of my belongings, so they could check me into the room i was supposed to receive a week ago. All of this misery could've been avoided if the hotel staff kept their promises to get me moved to the room i booked in the first place. I asked for and was denied a refund by both the hotel and hotels.com. i wont be stay here again. EVER!
- 5/5
I love this hotel it is my go too when I'm looking for a get away.. I love the fact that it's out of the city and that the staff is amazing..
- 4/5
The employees are great, the room I'm at is clean, however the refrigerator was not working and restroom smell of cigarettes. Overall it was 3 out of 5.
- 2/5
It literally smoking smell everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was cigeratte butt in the toaster and when got a replacement it has all the cleaning spray and didn't even wipe it when provided. Don't fall for 7/10 star rating, it doesn't even meet the 3/10 rating.
- 5/5
Alfred is an amazing assistant manager. I love that they take security.
- 1/5
Lock wasn’t working, hanging off door. Felt unclean walking in and touching things. Day two found cockroaches told front desk. Nothing done so I checked out two days early. Business is refusing to refund me for the day I checked out since I didn’t sleep there. They blamed Expedia. No accountability. Dirty environment. Awful staff. Unsafe environment
- 2/5
We showed up at 2 seeing if maybe we could get a early check in. Understandably they said no, they had a busy night and were still cleaning and come back at 3. Understandable. We show up at 3. I told them I had a reservation, I ordered 2 rooms with 2 beds. The lady told me it would be 150$ and I said I was already charged and it was double that amount. The other gentleman said you don't need to charge her, we already did. I confirm it was 2 rooms. They said yes. Gave us 2 keys, we were thinking maybe it was a conjoined room. Nope. They gave me 1 room. So we walked back, asked where's the other room, I paid for? They re-ran my stuff, checked and finally gave me the room key to the second room. However, the room wasn't even done being cleaned, I had no pillow cases, the floor was still dirty and I had no Utensil or the kitchen stuff. The guy apologized and said it would be done by 4. I did get my pillow cases, but I got nothing else and the floor was still dirty. The room just looked ran down, like the mirror was falling off the door. It was not great. The other room was better, it was clean but ran down, the window didn't have a screen, I could have jumped out if I wanted to. It didn't have a coffee maker so we asked for one, thankfully a few hours later they brought us a new one, like still in the box. It was just so dirty. The second you step out of your room it smelled. The floors and walls were so dirty. Our second night walking to the room there was poop on the floor.

Great value
- 2/5
Almost everything was bad. I can't think of anything I liked.
- 5/5
Staff could been more specific about they handled certain situations also I don’t think I should be giving my id to front counter to hold just to use the cart to gather my personal belongings
- 5/5
Great place, spent a month there. Mostly quiet and safe
- 3/5
Enjoyed having mini kitchen. I have a really hatd time trying to sleep with loud neighbors upstairs. Shower was fine, too.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable however it was missing a chair. The place was spacious and the location was perfect for my needs. I enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Easy checkin.
- 1/5
Pictures are deceiving! I checked in after looking at the room, I couldnt even stay there. I immediately went back down to the front desk to request a refund. Clerk was pleasant and understood my reasons for not wanting to stay. The inside resembles a drug flop house. Camp of squatters in the parking lot, room was dis-shoveled/unclean and there were 2 people passed out in the hallway. I cannot recommend.
- 1/5
This is a nasty hotel. This is a kind place that trash people use to leave - like a gueto - the hotel smell marihuana from the front desk to 3rd floor and shower doesn’t work. The guys are complaining because the showers don’t work and they already change the room couple times.
- 5/5
If I could afford it I’d definitely b back
- 5/5
I’ve been staying at MainStay Suites Denver Tech Center for a while, and the best part of my experience has been the staff—especially the night shift team. They are incredibly helpful, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable. The rooms are average, but for the price per night, it’s a great deal. The location is also a plus, being close to the RTD light rail, which makes getting around easy. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent service, this is a solid choice!

The hallway carpets are badly in need of replacement or at the very least, cleaning.

- 5/5
Honestly for the price and the fact that they have a working laundry room, dishes and silverware available, and clean rooms it is a good deal! There are issues with entrance doors, I don't think any of the dishwashers work, and some staff is very... unhelpful. But overall it is fine.
- 5/5
Probably the best extended stay I’ve ever stayed in
- 5/5
I love the staff
- 4/5
To be honest this is an average property. Some of the staff is nice but others really ruin it. We stayed for a while and may consider returning if needed. The doors are always broken. Cops are always there. It is a decent hotel that is reasonably clean. Advertises free breakfast but there is none. Just coffee at the front doors. Overall it is a better place to stay than other options.

I love the staff everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would like to acknowledge Tiffany for her great service not only at the desk but if you need anything she goes out of her way to accommodate your needs . Overall I recommend Mainstay on 6780 S Galena St. Centennial Co.

Overall the mainstay is nice. All the staff are very friendly and listen to your needs to accommodate you. Denzel that works at the front desk is probably the nicest person that I have met in a long time . He is full of positive energy and always smiling. He always has something nice to say .

transients wandering the lot all hours. no security. surprised because the location is centennial co and should be safe and nice but like a strange world within a nice town

Very nice

The employees are very understanding of your needs and they do all the can to accommodate you. It's obvious that the staff really enjoy what they do. I highly recommend if you are in the centennial area to book a room and stay at this location.

There was people banging on the walls in the room next to ours and ironically reporting us for noise complaints, and when we were in the hall the women had stepped out of said room to accuse us of banging and stomping despite us absolutely not doing that. We overall felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. They moved us to another room. That room the bathroom door didn’t shut and was off broken. Pretty awful. Service personnel was nice but the property was not.

The first room I was put in, the window didn't lock. There were also holes in the walls and doors. We were moved to another room where there were also holes in the doors and walls, but at least the window locked in that one. There were also a lot of sketchy people wandering around the premises.

When we went to check in we waited for about 15 minutes before anyone helped us. When someone finally showed up he was very nice but our room wasn’t ready and he asked us to come back in an hour. When we returned the police were there arresting someone 4 doors down from the room they put us in. Although awkward we at least felt safe because the police were taking care of things. We went to a retirement party and when we returned to our room 6 hours later there was water on the floor in the bathroom, someone had showered and used all the towels and there was a used condom on the floor with the empty box in the garbage can. They put us in another room but we weren’t able to sleep at all. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything everyone said or did all night long. Worst hotel stay of my life.

Sketchy area didn’t feel safe

A lot of just beat up or destroyed pieces, door was bashed in so would fully close, random holes in the walls, honestly felt like someone recreated WWE in the room 111, staff was super nice and a cheap price

Everything was great about this property. Was in a great area by restaurants and places such as TopGolf.

Room was really dirty. Kitchen was filthy. Bathroom had holes. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. I told the front desk several times that the fold out was broken. They said they would go fix or give us another but never did anything. The o my reason I didn’t loose my cool was cus Mike on the front desk was cool as heck. Other than the place is dump. Update the pictures online so that people really what they are looking into before they make a decision. If I could get a refund that would be great.

Accommodations were basic. This hotel seems a bit dated but it was clean. It is an extended stay hotel and in a “rougher” neighborhood. I felt fairly safe, but was gone most of the day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay if you were on a trip and looking just a crash for the night. Staff is fantastic.

The residents in the room above were noisy all night and sounded like they were moving and dropping furniture. Complained to the manager and was told they left the room but there continued to be loud stomping footsteps and moving of furniture throughout the night.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk very friendly. My only issue was the bed was too soft. I’m just not used to this kind of mattress. Otherwise, the stay was great!

When I need to travel to Denver, this has been my go to place for almost 5 years. Unfortunately over the past few years, with the high number of "permanent guests" being allowed to stay there, its made a steady decline. Price is always good, but the hotel itself is becoming dirty and rundown, with no visible concern to improve anything. Dirty carpet in halls, missing ceiling tiles, bad smells in halls and elevator. My room this time around was very disappointing. Door was hard to close and open, carpet was dirty, missing towel bars, toilet seat almost falling off, broken dresser handles, microwave didn't work. And that's just a few examples. A few of the staff were very friendly, but most looked like they'd just rolled out of bed, and acted like guests were a bother to deal with. I think its time to find a new go to place.

The front desk person while checking and the next day were nice and respectful and answered all my questions and concerns. The room was very clean and roomy…the cleaning staff as well…thank you!

Too Many Bugs in the room! Pretty ran down and the bathroom floor was left tacky??

I will put 5 starts for the price but we find a lot of hairs in our bed :( but after all it was ok

This place is a one-star, at best. The hallway carpets were filthy. The door to the room looks like it had been forced open and was difficult to open. The fridge was clean but smelled awful. The tile around the toilet was sunk in, looking like it could fall through the floor at any time. Unless youre desperate, I would avoid this place.

We book this for two nights. Great price so we weren’t expecting fancy and that’s okay. The hotel looked okay while walking to our room. But the room smelled so bad. We bought a freshener but it didn’t help at all. It smelled like feet and just musty. The room was clean but the smell was very over powering. Will not stay again because of this. I can handle some smell but this was potent. Staff was great and location was great.

I was there because I was volunteering at the BMW Championship. Alfred is absolutely amazing and helpful. I stayed for 6 nights. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, TV, and desk and chair. TV with ample channel selection. Very clean bathroom with a shower that has great water pressure. Very comfortable bed.

Staff was nice, bed and pillows were comfortable, property a bit run down....but was half the price of all other hotels in the area.

I checked out 10 minutes after checking in because the deadbolt in the room did not locked.

Peaceful place.

The staff was friendly and I felt safe in and around the location. The room was nice, but I had many roaches in my room, and the carpet was sticky feeling. Other residents said they did not have a roach problem, so maybe it was just my room. Everything else was very clean. The bed was comfortable. For an extended stay, the carts were not in good shape and not sturdy.

Staff was lovely and we had no issues :-)
