Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Breakfast was disappointing, very noisy and was refused a room change. Left before end of paid stay. The day staff was responsive when I asked for help with toilet not flushing. Pot smoking in the parking lot, choice of channels left a lot to be desired

Don't stay here. Hubby had to leave in the middle of the night due to people screaming and fighting, loud music, smell of weed, generally unsafe and unclean conditions. We are still fighting with management to get a refund.

It was comfortable and had a kitchen. Very decent room for the price I would give it better ratings, but the plug-ins didn't work. And there was absolutely no Wi-Fi. It was like a dead zone. Absolute Tech silence.

Their grab and go breakfast was a mini muffin and coffee. That’s it. Not impressed by the mattress and the room seemed outdated. Not sure how clean it was because there was a sticky residue on the nightstand from a previous tenant’s drink. Had a microwave but wasn’t even plugged in and I couldn’t find the cord myself.

No house keeping ever came to my room. Had to ask for everything. Every time I extended my stay a diffrent person would give me a different process to follow. Half of the employees are nice, but the other half act like you’re unconvincing them by your presence. “Breakfast” is oatmeal, nasty muffins in a plastic wrapper and granola bars with a side of normally empty or crappy coffee. Most everything

Both front desk ladies that I interacted with for check in and check out were very helpful. They went above and beyond and were extremely sweet as well. When traveling things are already stressful so their extra help, attention and willingness made things significantly better and took a little of the stress away. I know the lady that checked me in’s name was Billi (spelling?) and I’m not sure the other ladies name but she was working Saturday, 4/25/2026 in the morning around 11:00 AM and both of their help made it so I would come back no questions. Thank you for being so wonderful in a world that unfortunately is not that way anymore. <3

Friendly staff Nice place, bring your own hair dryer Dog friendly All in all it was a place to stay close to where I needed to be Breakfast VERY disappointing and was basically my reason for picking that place. Just bad timing of someone that didn't know how to cook at 4am, smokey hall and beeping. Surprised I got a kitchenette but think I got because of pet, wood floors Bring your own hair dryer Old torn iron board

The hotel is home to many people. Outside they smoked cigarettes and pot. One man told me that the elevator had been broken for almost a year before they finally fixed it. The elevator smelled horrible, like hydrolic grease. The floors were dirty. The fitness center was a joke. Both treadmills and elliptical trainer were broken. Breakfast was also a joke. The coffee was horrible, tasted burnt. Muffins, instant oatmeal, no fruit or anything that wasn't processed. Our room was clean but worn. The bed was fairly comfortable. And it was pretty quiet, once we turned on the fan. The laundry was ok, but again the floor was very dirty. We will not be staying there again.

Terrible. Don't stay here. The toilet is clogged and doesn't flush. Plunging it accomplishes nothing. The bathroom fan doesn't work and maintenance wont fix anything. The junkies, crackheads, and weird perverts in the adjacent rooms are extremely noisy. Complaining to the staff about the noise, toilet, or bathtoom fan accomplishes nothing. There are many holes and cracks in the walls from which poisonous chemicals and gases emanate continuosly. The poisonous gases possibly come from an in-wall pest control system and cause nausea and muscle twitching. The muscle twitching could be the result of oxygen displacement (hypoxia) from inhaling carbon dioxide or nitrogen gas (from the fire suppression system possibly). Magnesium supplements and electrolytic drinks like Powerade can help to counteract these symptoms. However, a customer should not be exposed to these gases in the first place. The entire establishment smells like a porta potty in the middle of summer. The elevator is also out of order.

Many rooms weren’t being used due to reported odor. The hotel as a whole had a bad smell. When we go to our room the window was open and no heater on, this was probably due to the odor too, took us a while to warm up the room. Carpets in hallway looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and were also heavily stained. Cleanliness and sanitation of hotel was poor.

This place stinks, it should be a nonsmoking place and the entire place smells like cigarettes and marijana. The elevator was not working and the room they gave us was in the 3rd floor. We walked in and there was no one in the front desk to help us out, I had to call in to talk to someone and let them know we were waiting in the lobby waiting to be helped. Overall nothing like it was described online.

- 2/5
On the plus side, the shower pressure was strong enough to get a great massage, but in general the place was filthy and seemed like more of a halfway house for recovering addicts or inmates. Also, there was loud music and people banging around all night long.

For the most part our stay was good, we felt safe and had the bare necessities for our stay. The morning coffee was much appreciated. We received clean towels, dishes, silverware, and paper goods when needed. The TV and wifi worked as needed and the room was a good size for our needs. The screaming door alarm that warns staff if the door isn't closed immediately is quite annoying as it is difficult for wheel chairs and luggage carts to maneuver so quickly without setting off the alarm. Not great when you're carrying a sleeping child in from.the car. The light on the microwave needs a new bulb, the fridge temp needs adjusting as it freezes half of the food inside. Dogs left unattended in guest rooms whined and cried for longer than tolerable. At one point, the elevator didn't work and we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our room. Not bad unless you've recently had hip surgery. One day, the room.key system didn't wok and staff had to do double duty to let all guests into the hotel, the evator. Which was repaired by then. And into their rooms.

Honestly one of the worst stays in a hotel I've had in a while. First of all, it was clean ish. As in, at first glace it looks fine, but as you look more closely, you realize they cut corners to get it done - hair still in the tub, corners of the floor thick with dust and grime, walls covered in dirty foot prints. Second, they have a reallt seedy longterm group of folks staying here. And theyre always outside of every entrance smoking so you always have to walk through smoke to get in or out of the building. All of this wouldn't have been so bad if not for the dogs barking in rooms all day or being woken up to the screaming of a domestic dispute at 1 am. You could not pay me to stay here again. Believe me, spend $50 extra and stay somewhere in a different part of town.
- 1/5
The location was close to what we were doing. We tried to check in and booking.com wouldn't transfer payment to the hotel we had to wait over an hour and a half to get checked in so it was after midnight before we could even get into our room!!! It was a disaster. Also one of the front desk was wairing a mask because the smell of dog urine was so bad. They really need to make it no pets or do better at cleaning the mess. Our room was ok but the smell was disgusting. And they didn't have breakfast, they have muffins and coffee was out both days when I went at 730 am to get it.

- 1/5
Elevators didn't work. Staff was never at the desk, you had to yell for someone. Room had 1 drawer missing, and one that was broke. Laundry too expensive . Hallway carpets needed serious cleaning, and the hallways smelled bad.
- 5/5
Nice - elevator broken - on 2nd floor so not bad.

- 2/5
There was a bad smell - shower spout was not connected to the wall right
- 2/5
Location was next to event No kitchenware. Wood floors were noisy. Bed uncomfortable.
- 3/5
The condition of the first floor is unbearable. The fact that people stay with pets for a long time, don't clean after them, and the smell is horrendous. The carpet in the hallways is just nasty. Luckily, we stayed on the second floor, where the carpet was slightly better, but the smell was still there. The rooms also didn't ave ANY basic dishes, basic condiments. Never recommending this place to anyone for any reason.
- 2/5
Room was good but the halls smelled terrible. Tons of rats in the parking lot,we worried about them getting into our car.
- 5/5
Overall the stay was good for a last minute stay. Clean, good neighborhood and close to restaurants. Would stay again if we were in the area.
- 2/5
Second time in a row there was no one to check me in and had to wait. My bed frame was super loose and the room smelled strongly of smoke.
- 2/5
All the different smells was overwhelming especially the marijuana smell. This definitely is not a non smoking hotel. Also the elevator went out Tuesday evening and was still out Sunday morning when we left. We were on the 3rd floor.
- 3/5
The carpets were dirty in the hallway .the maintenance man was rude the air conditioning worked good no night attendant to check us in at midnight had to wait for about 39minutes for the answering service to call n keep calling someone to come check us in.satscfree breakfast all that it was was two different kinds of instant oatmeal packs and coffee .the shower was great the bathroom was clean .nice that they don't charge for incidentals.laubdry was 4.25 a load to wash and 4.25 a load to dry .a full load did get dry .so that was nice and there was a lot of washers and dryers.

The only thing I partially enjoyed during this stay was the staff. I encountered four different staff members, one on the phone. For my first night, it was not a good experience. A tall man with tattoos mumbled to the point where I had no idea what he was saying to me/overcharged me $136.00. The second staff member was someone my fiance spoke to over the phone the next day about getting someone to clean our room, and was told they were too busy to clean it that day, but they would the next day, and never did. The third/fourth staff member was Abdul and another sweet lady, but I didn't get her name. Abdul helped reactivate our key cards, and he was very nice. The lady checked me back in since I extended my stay one night, handed me my refund receipt, and got me new towels and was also very nice. It all started with the staff taking almost 8 minutes to check me in. During this check-in, I was overcharged 136.00. The second impression of this place was that the hallway to our room smelled extremely bad. The third impression was when we got to our room, and there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. My fiancé eventually had to go to the store to get an air freshener and an odor eliminator. There were splatter stains on the wall, and I refused to go barefoot on the floor. The small couch had what looked like cat scratches, which didn't fully bother me, but it just looked dirty. The sink also had water stains, or some stains on it, and the faucet had a sort of texture on it that felt as if no one had cleaned it. My fiancé called the next day to try to get the room cleaned, and he was told that they were swamped that day and would have to wait until the next day, but no one ever came by and cleaned it. We were willing to pay the cleaning fee, but we didn't have to since no one showed up. Fourth impression was when I extended our stay on check-in day to one more night, and when my fiancé called to inquire about the extra 136.00 I was overcharged, they didn't even have my extra night on file. They ended up adding me, but I'm just overall disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this hotel in my life. On top of that, the towels smelled like cigarettes, and the shower was pretty dirty too, with small hairs around the walls. If you can fork out the extra 30ish dollars for another hotel, please do so. I don't want anyone else to experience what I have during this stay.

- 3/5
Here are a few things to be aware of: They do not serve breakfast!!!! You get a packet of oatmeal (plain) and a muffin. Do not expect anything more than that!!! There are NO supplies in the kitchen at all. When checking in they literally give you 2 plates, 2 bowels, 2 coffee cups and 2 cups, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 2 forks, a spatula, stir spoon, fry pan and a one other sauce pan. NO EXTRAS!!! Nothing else. They do not make the beds or do any room service until you have been here 2 weeks. You take your own garbage out. You can get sheets and towels upon exchange/request. This is Denver and we did have a storm come in... the only dicey concern was their parking lot as they do not plow or salt at all.... main roads are kept up excellent! Once all our stuff was brought to the room and we understood how things operated we chose to stay here, although there are a lot of extended stays in the area!!!

Unit clean, and quiet , what was difficult for me was getting on bed , too high and toilet too low for a 83 year old, also no instruction in how to utilize / obtain cooking utensils , internet garbage & am coffee .

Staff was great checking in, but the room itself was pretty beat up and outdated it seemed. The hole tile there the building smelt weird and stains on the flooring along with the mattress caving in the middle. It wasn’t a bad stay but not a comfy stay either
- 3/5
Overall the hotel and my room was nice, just some of the workers were rude. Plus the internet wasn't a secure network so I used my personal hotspot the entire time to prevent my information from being publicly viewed and the elevator was broke. Plus the people that were above me were super noisy moving around furniture, talking loud etc. Then around 10 something at night(I'm almost sleep) some knocked on my door(I didn't answer). I'm hoping they got the wrong room number(thankfully they didn't come back).
- 1/5
I have an issue with being sent to second floor room and not having an elevator to bring my equipment up to the room. I am a 69 year old man with recent hip replacement and even if I were a health man, it would not have worked for me. I assume I was refunded, but I won't know for a few weeks when I can go through my accounts.

Was wonderful I’m very helpful. The 4 Line Highway was a bit noisy, and the elevator didn’t work. It is a nice property though and near many things. There is a nice restaurant that is walkable across the grass called to penguins.
- 3/5
The only thing good about this place is the staff. They do their best to accommodate. It seems as though the owners aren't into correctly repairing broken items.
- 5/5
Just perfect!

- 2/5

- 2/5
The place LOOKS clean but after looking around, it really wasn't. Hair in the bathroom in various places and the night before leaving, we saw a small cockroach in the room. The beds were not comfortable and the shower felt like needles. We were thankful to have a room after our other booking was canceled and finding a place to accommodate a dog was great.
- 5/5
It was quiet and clean. Great price.
- 4/5
The elevator was out of order.
- 2/5
The halls stunk like dirty, maybe soiled carpet? The mirror in the bathroom looked old and tarnished. It appeared that there were people who perhaps lived in the hotel for extended periods of time.
- 1/5
Elevator is always breaking down stranding disabled people on 2nd to 4th floors. none of the entry keypads on outside doors work. Workers there are very non responsive about problems.
- 2/5
The elevators did not work. The back door keycard locks did not work, therefore the doors were propped open with rocks. People were congregating outside the entry doors smoking marijuana. The inside smelled funky. I would NEVER go back to this place. The only positive was the desk staff. They were friendly.
- 2/5
4th floor, no elevator. Some staff surly.
- 2/5
Room was nice and clean. However, the elevator was broken our whole stay, no help to carry our stuff up the stairs. We waited 15 minutes at the desk before someone showed up to check us in and she seemed annoyed about helping us. The stairs were covered in sticky spills. Hallways were badly in need of a vacuum. The side door was constantly propped open even though there was a sign saying to keep it shut. And their “breakfast” was only tiny muffins or oatmeal. There is a lot of no smoking signs but the hallway consistently reeked of marijuana. We were never greeted by staff when we walked into the building. They always acted like we weren’t there. Last but not least, there were bags of garbage sitting in the stairwell that were disgusting and smelled horrible.
- 2/5
Very disappointed. Elevator was out of service and had to go up many flights of stairs to get to the room. After breakfast, on the first floor, asked to use a bathroom on the first floor and was asked if I were a guest and was told to use the one in my room. Asked a second time, because of the elevator outage and was told they had no guest bathrooms on the first floor, and again told to use the one in my room. Ever go up flights of stairs, at a high altitude while holding back to go to the bathroom? Would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Fair enough to have a bed to sleep, a mini kitchen to cook our meals though kitchen equipment are not provided unless you asked for it, too much effort for me since front desk person is not available most of the times. No housekeeping, though policy says once a week, housekeeping showed up a day before my checkout, stayed two weeks and bought my own broom to clean the floor from debris. Otherwise it’s very commensurate for the price. Thank you!
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, convenient, great customer service.
- 1/5
Reserved my room as I was driving to the city but due to detours arrived later than expected. Although my room was thought to be reserved apparently reservations are cancelled if I don’t arrive by midnight but the concierge stated she had sold the last room before midnight. So if I got there or not I would not in time I would have not had a room. Absolutely unacceptable. This is is the only stay that has been unsuccessful because “reservations cancel after midnight”. I never received notice that the reservation was cancelled or that I had to arrive before midnight to ensure I’d have a room.
- 4/5
Check in was easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although, the room floor could have used another sweeping/mopping. Past the floors, everything else was easy and comfortable.
- 1/5
Arrived at the hotel to check-in at 6pm. Only to be told they had no available ckean rooms. They could have called to let us know in advance. I had to scramble to look for another hotel in the area. This place was odd. There was no one at the front desk. I had to wait 5 minutes waiting and then finally started to scream for someone in the back if anyone is available before someone emerges from the back. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Staff was super friendly, Maribel was a great help. Location around hotel was great, felt safe whole time. Hotel itself is nice looking, clean and well maintained. Best extended stay out of the whole area.
- 5/5
It was great. The room was very clean, and the furniture and bedding was in good shape. The hotel was quiet, and I didn't have any disruptions. The area is safe, and I never felt unsafe going out to my car or walking around the building.
- 5/5
It was a very clean hotel (I believe it's fairly new). The common area as well as my room was in great condition with no odor or debris anywhere. The staff was very nice and professional. The other tenants were quiet, and I wasn't disturbed during business or personal calls. It was, overall, a great experience, and I will likely schedule another stay at this locaiton or another one in the area.

Good pricing.
- 4/5
Decent room, service was lukewarm. The tv didn’t work and the breakfast muffins were stale but coffee up to par. I would call this stay adequate.
- 4/5
The hotel is new and very clean and quiet. But to call what they offer "breakfast" is misleading. A packaged muffin, instant oatmeal made in a paper coffee cup and no milk unless you want to use coffee creamer.
- 5/5
The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient.
- 5/5
I would recommend this property for a comfortable clean stay.
- 1/5
Firstly, the hallways smelled incredibly weird and unpleasant. I understand that many animals stay at this hotel but it was beyond the normal animal smell you might expect. There was a lot of water damage on the walls in my dad's room, plus a massive spider that made me want to cry a little. While trying to help my father walk outside to smoke, a cleaning lady had mopped the floors while we were outside so that when we tried to get him back to his room, it was one of the scariest moments of my life, as me and a friend had to hold him up on a slippery floor (he has osteoporosis), and the cleaning lady didn't even look in our direction or ask if we were okay. Nothing. The worst part, though, was that I ended up having to bring my father to the hospital on his first night here anyways. I took everything from the room that night so it was unoccupied. I understand not being able to give us a refund for the first night, as it was still slightly used and I didn't call to explain the situation immediately, but when I called the next day they absolutely refused to even consider giving me a refund AT ALL. This has been one of the worst weeks of my life and they had zero empathy for my situation. Don't stay here.

I would recommend this place.

I booked a suite with two double beds but ended up being downgraded to a suite with one double bed and a pull out couch a few miles further away because it was double booked. Most of the surfaces were clean but the floors were so dirty that we had to walk around in shoes so our feet didn’t get black. The water pressure in the showers was terrible. The pull out bed was so bad that we had to sleep curled up pun the couch because it was so uncomfortable and didn’t lay flat. The purpose of booking the suite with the two beds was because it was for three adults and a large dog. We needed the space.

This hotel should be called the Bare Minimum. Each morning there was no coffee available. 3x mornings in a row. Poor service. Also theres an electrical problem in my room with the microwave therefor had to waste the mircowavable food to go out to each. It took 2 days to fix the microwave issue. Morning crew has terrible customer service. Night crew went out of there was to help find a new microwave. They claim they have continental breakfast which is basically a granola bar and no drinks. Clean room, showers. There should be a full stocked kitchen but you have to go dowstaits to get any supplies. They need aTV guide printed. You scroll through channels waiting 3 to 4 seconds on each show to pop up with no description. I dont recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever stay here again.

It sounded like someone was moving furniture all night long from above floor.

Great extended stay, I was only there for one night but the full size refrigerator and kitchenette were nice
