Liked the compact, comfortable room. Simple but very utilitarian. Breakfast had plentiful choices!

Overall clean property with staff who responded with kindness. Highlight was the daily breakfast buffet. Rooms were a little smaller than average but still met my needs. The pool was closed for construction (sad) but there were lots of things to eat/do nearby, as well as shopping options.

There weren’t any new charging stations in the room to charge our newer devices. There also weren’t any closets or dressers.

Love the rooms and hotel in general. Always clean and comfortable with a fresh feel. Staff is friendly and I love the lobby area. The breakfast is pretty decent. I have stayed at this location two times in a month and both times I was there, the hallway exit door was "out of service - needed reprogramming". While it seems it should be fairly irrelevant - it's highly inconvenient and is one of the reasons why I choose my room the way I do - to be near an side door that I can utilize going both in AND out. The door needs to be fixed properly.

Very clean. The room was a modern efficiency room that worked but I would not want to stay several days. There were nice activities available outside the room, however (pool table). Good interactions with staff. A variety of breakfast foods in the morning. Wished the room had been a bit wider, but it worked for an overnight stay

My only complaint was that there were 0 parking spots left outside of the EV parking stations and we had to park across the street in a pitch black parking lot. As a mom who was traveling alone with her teenage daughter I did not like this. When I asked that since it was late (10pm as we were coming in from a dance comp) and my guess was that there was no way 2-3 EV’s were going to show up, could we please park in one until morning- we were told no.

The room seemed to have been used quite a bit. Things felt sticky. The chair in the room was too dirty (could smell it) to use. Stains/dirt on wall. Some stains in bathroom. But, the linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The common area in the lobby was decent. I was able to plug my laptop in and work for a little bit there. I'm not sure I will target this location in the future.

The Getelmen was very friendly and helpful. We showed up later in the evening from a road trip for a good rest at this nice hotel👍
