The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast was great! Amber in the morning made sure everything was good and she was very nice. We will be staying there again when visiting Cedar Rapids.

We had a problem with ants and they did spray but I think they need an exterminator to come in and take care of them, we talked about it when checking out and the person seemed very concerned.

Breakfast was awesome lot to choose from the hotel was clean except I was missing dish soap and there’s no pans for the stove

Check in was easy! Clean lobby, helpful employees, suite was very spacious and clean!

we had a problem with our room and a dishwasher smell. The Front desk manager (Jen) switched us to a much better room with no problem. It was great and that's why we continue to book rooms at Staybridge Suites!

Place is run down and very dirty.

Clean room and friendly staff. I will say it was hard to find a comfortable temperature in the bedroom of the suite. The air was either blowing too hot or too cold with the old HVAC system. Only negative, otherwise a good experience.

Room was overbooked, had to wait 2 hours to get a room that was not what I booked, then was moved to another room which had a broken AC. This was very inconvenient since I had kids. But the receptionist was very nice and worked hard to fix the issue
