The breakfast was good. Rooms were a bit on the small size. Pictures when I booked showed a hot tub which did not exist that was disappointing. Otherwise it was an ok stay for one night

I would choose to stay here again lots eating places. Easy accessible to highway.

Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me thinking “I don’t want it to be 63 in this room” I turned it up a little. Needless to say I sweat the next two nights in the room. The thermostat has error messages on it which I reported to the front desk. One says CALL 4 SRV and the other says COOL ERROR.

Booked our room late afternoon for same night arrival. Got to the hotel @ 9:30pm. Parking lot not full. Front desk attendant was courteous. Gave us a room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. @ 4:00am the elevator got active and continued loudly the rest of our stay. Loud even with earplugs in! The beds were arranged where our heads were right by the elevator. Our rooms door gave no privacy as you could see all the way around it lighting up the room with no darkness. Booked thru Expedia.

We enjoyed our stay, three nights. Free good breakfast with plenty of options, delicious coffee. Fun swimming pool. I do recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Easy checkin and clean room. The staff reached out to be sure everything was ok. That was really nice. Breakfast in the morning. Our stay was perfect. I look forward to staying the Hampton Inn again when in Cedar Rapids, IA

Okay nothing special For the price and compared to other Hampton, the bath really small, cramped. Bed lumpy needed new mattress. Breakfast not upto par, check in person not at all helpful. Would never recommend it or stay again

I found spiders inside the room and woke up with multiple bites/rashes on my neck and body during my stay. I documented everything with photos. I do not feel safe staying in this room and I’m requesting a full refund

I did not like the hold still being on my card well after checkout I did not like that other guests weren't held accountable for noise I did not think the breakfast was of good quality and the cleanliness of the other parts of the hotel were just adequate. The staff was either not there or very stand offish as though they were not pleased to be asked questions or approached at all. I dont think it was worth what I spent and unfortunately being from out of state I could not review the hotel before choosing I assumed the price was because of it being a nicer hotel. Will be spending the same amount on an actually nicer hotel next time.
