Shower caulking had the start of mold. Pool wasn't open due to maintenance and that's one of the reasons I picked it.

Was able to get on another flight. Tried canceling room within ten minutes of booking. Was told couldn’t do it for the same day. So I am stuck paying for a room that was never used. Absolutely no help from Travelocity either when it came to this experience. What a scam.
