It was easy access off and on the interstate...

The check in clerk was a nice man but he must get off a 5. The night clerk (long blonde hair woman in her late 30s maybe) was rude and not helpful at all. I asked her about the TV channels and if they had a list. She told what channel had the guide but, when I asked about HBO (advertised on their sign) she answered that she had told me what channels the guide was on. I explained I couldn't find it listed she answered that I just needed to look at the guide channels. The milk at the breakfast area was sour. I actually spit it out in the sink there. I showered and walked barefoot to the bed (my bad) and the bottom of my feet were dirty by the time I walked 20 feet.

Location was not too far from anything and right next to the interstate so going back home was a breeze. Mold on the roof in bathroom

Our bed had bed bugs and nasty stain all over sheets and when we asked for new bedding, we had to remind them 5 times and when we went down stairs to grab them ourselves because they never came the new sheets had even more nasty stains. The bed sheets have strange stains, and the toilet is loose. Housekeeping only came by once. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, and it was not available.

Well Iwe sase that the bathtop does not have handle(s) to hold in case you slip in it. That is something you should consider as improvement to the bathtub/ The other is...there is no TV doc. to go around the TV (the one above is really more important for the guest security)

Did not stay one hour after checking in. Stains on the bed, dirty carpets, and spider webs in the corners of the ceilings. Look nothing like the pictures at all.

Horrible do not book everything bad

The property and the room needed routine maintenance. Also, the room could have been cleaner. I think I overpaid for this hotel.

There were nothing really good or bad about the hotel, I,ve stayed in better and worse than this.

Everything was good. I did have to wait a minute to check in. Other guests had not received their deposit back and was trying to get attendent to assist. I have not received my credit either for the $40 deposit to date.

Water pressure Almost everything else location was bad the locals decided to have a rumbling car meet about 12:00 am Saturday night before Easter! Room had bags and crumbs and dirt in drawers/floors counter tops fridge was nasty!

It was not a clean room. Fliters in heat/air conditioner was filthy. Dust everywhere and carpet not clean. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel sits on the interstate. Lots of road and truck noise. Tons of noise from other rooms like walking and music. The rooms are very old and aged. There was no smell but did not seem clean. I do not know how this hotel had a 7.0 rating. It is not even close. The staff was very nice. The towels were good. The breakfast bar was actually pretty good.

Forget about tbe breakfast, you do not want to eat here. Roaches and bedbugs in the room. As soon as we noticed I requested a refund from the property owner. He didn't bat an eye and refunded our money.

The room was raggedy and filthy. The comforters had brown stains on them and the furniture was dirty.

We did the check-in process, which was easy however, by time we made it to the room we were not even in the ring for five minutes before going back downstairs to check out due to the room condition. The front desk lady was so accommodating, trying her very best to handle our situation and was working with us since we did book. The third-party got on the phone and had to play a little bit of phone tag between the site looking through and the hotel directly.

Overall this Quality Inn is one to be avoided - it is NOT Quality at all! Not even mediocre!!

We only stayed one night. The sheets had stains on them. But everything else worked for what we needed and the staff were friendly and the lobby was nice.

Hotel was Filthy, absolutely filthy. There was a dirty towel hanging on our bathroom door from a previous guest. Mold on the ceiling and baseboard. poorly maintained rooms. I refused to shower there because i would probably be dirtier after the shower. The best thing about that hotel was the exit. Dont take my word, check it out! It is a dive!

There’s some refurbishment happening around the hotel, so here’s hoping this Quality Inn gets a new fresh look soon.

I had to leave a 40 dollar services charge and they took it out of my account we left the room the way we found it other than 2 un made beds I think that petty dam sorry

The property was not up to date. My room was not ready even though I checked in fairly late on the day I arrived. The room door was open when I went to the room. The staff were not concerned that the door was open. I asked to stay in a different room. Though the room was much cleaner, the stripping along the door was torn away. The tub stopped was broken, and the door to the bathroom was rotting away.

This was the worst experience. Don’t recommend and will never return to a Quality Inn for the rest of my life. Everything

Molded shower

The hotel really needs to be updated. In many places, the paint was worn away and required new paint. The elevator is an outside elevator, and the concrete area near the elevator was dirty and stained. The ice maker was leaking, leaving a puddle in the area near the elevator. The floor of the elevator was vinyl planking, and a 6” long part of the flooring had been torn ou and not repaired. The outside stairs were bare concrete, with obvious cracks. The railings needed paint. The toilet in my room rocked. I poured a glass of water from the faucet and it foamed. This may have been from an aerator fitting on the faucet, but I didn’t feel comfortable drinking the water, so I went down two floors to my car and got a bottle of water. When I returned to my room, the water still had a head on it. I don’t know whether this rundown hotal was just acquired by some small business owner that hasn’t had the time or cash flow to update the place, so I reallly hate to leave such a negative review, but I think people should be aware that this place doesn’t deserve the 6.5 rating that shows on booking.com, and they should know what they’re getting when they book this place online without a chance to see the place first.

Room was spotless. The customer service was superb. The staff to include Rohetta, Connie, Deep and Juanita, Ms. Betty and Diane deserve KUDOS for jobs well done. Could not ask for better service. They brought me into Platinum status in style.

Breakfast consisted basically corn flakes and toast bread, DONT TRY THE EGGS . They are like liquid eggs looks like from hospital dinner type. On top of that hair were found. The guy replacing the eggs very rude jump on front of me to place more eggs and hair were part of the combo I guess. For 80dls is not worth……….

The first room they gave us was very dirty, so we had to switch due to a stopped up toilet someone had used (#2) and couldn't flush. It also had lots of dirt on the floors. The second room was cleaner but the shower was had a major crack/hole in it and the tub was dirty plus there was a dead roach on the floor.

What a complete DUMP!! Drive to the next exit!! Sink was clogged, mold on the ceiling above the shower. Trash and chicken wing bones laying around the ground. You can stand on the balcony looking into the truck stop observing the lot lizards at work and trucks idle all night!! $90.00 bucks for all this entertainment!! Never again!!

The property is not well kept. The pictures are nothing like the rooms. Bathtub not clean..I left out when I cam back I killed roaches. The shower head molded. Those towels had spots on them .I always travel with my own because of this. I was just very disappointed, although this location was convenient, I will find something else in the area.

The very good experience I had last year is why I booked this year...As rain blew in under and around my door the front desk decided that I could handle that myself. I understand they don't control the weather but saving their flooring and preventing a fall should have been more concerning. The last two days there was water dripping from the ceiling vent in the bathroom. I didn't call as I felt I would have been told to handle that too. I put towels down but it was challenging as it was ' raining' on the toilet making use of the facilities an issue. It's a convenient location for me but I won't be back. And, I used bandages to keep one of the lampshades in place as all three in the room are complete trash.

I checked in went to my room it wasn’t cleaned garbage everywhere, they gave me a new room that was cleaned. The exterior of hotel was dirty and run down.

Room looked nothing like images online. It was very dirty and dank. Loud outside and there was a random car meetup late at night, very loud. Not worth paying 120 dollars.

We did not enjoy our stay. The room did not feel clean. Our daughter almost had a panic attack when we arrived on the property because she felt so uncomfortable. We were only there to sleep for a few hours as we were arriving late and leaving early. If we had to stay any longer we would have left upon arrival.

We changed rooms twice. The first one smelled like smoke ( although it was non smoking) with burn holes in the comforter. The second room was filthy. No smoke detector. Gum stuck to the headboard.

The property could use some maintenance. The door sweep was missing at the entrance door. The sink was missing the drain plug. The bathtub water handle was broken. One of the electrical outlet boxes was loose. Nothing was so broken that it affected my overall stay but the damage was disappointing.

The whole place was dirty and nasty feeling. Their giant in GOD we trust signed by the front desk didn't inspire confidence either. Seems like perhaps they're waiting for their god's return before they actually invest any money in the property or even the cleaning.

The onmy complaint I had was; the bathroom door dragged across the tile floor! Door needs to be cut down to give it room to operate. Everything else was satisfactory.

Sept 28th said here checked in was forced to pay the stupid for dollar deposit rven tho the person in front of ua was not ...breakfast was cold ans not good limited options ....rude front desk again .....rooms not that cleaned ......will not stay here again much rather drive the 14 houra to florida then stay here again.......cashier at the pilot across the street told me thay it was a shady hotel well i believe it .....would give negative stars in posbile

Didnt refund $40 deposit 7 days after stay as promised and had to get my bank involved to dispute the charge. Otherwise, its a decent, cheap place to stay if youre just passing through for area attractions and just need to sleep.

Just an overall lack of customer priority. Desk attendant was pleasant & it was close to rt 26 access, hence choosing this, but nothing here suggested a return visit

We had booked a 2 day stay in early June. Prepayed and got a confirmation. Upon arrival we realised the hotel is udergoing renovation and thereby closed.

Amazingly friendly staff. Clean enough, nothing fancy but comfortable.

We have stayed here multiple times. The eggs at breakfast weren’t good today but usually they are.

The area in general is very noisy along with the AC you could hear the conversation of people walking by the door. The morning breakfast is fair at best.

The room that I had was nearly uninhabitable. The whole hard surface floor coated with grime and grit. Furnishings were old and broken, one night table had its drawer broken completely through its casement and was laying crooked on the floor. No lamps were in working order : no bulbs! The bathroom was. barely cleaned. The towels were dingy and thin. The bed was loudly rickrty and squeaky. I didn’t sleep in it given the very dirty bedspread over it. This property is to be avoided. There was a single good bright note: the gentleman on the night desk did a terrific job in accommodating my extremely late arrival. He was calm, Friendly, and very efficient. Bravo to him. f

The breakfast was pitiful. Limited choices. No muffins, donuts or pastries. No instant oatmeal or grits. No butter. Cooked items poor quality and poorly cooked. The room was dark and dismal. The tub was very slippery. No grab bar or other safety meaures. No easy chair. Only one tiny trash can. Paid extra for 3 people but insuffucient towels for 3 people. Could not get extra towels at the desk. Night desk clerk Appeared to be intoxicated. Slurring his words and stumbling. The mattresses practically slipped off the bed. If I could have found a room at another hotel, I would have, but everything was booked due to university graduation.

Checking in was a nightmare. The man did not seem capable of doing his job. After we got to our room it was comfy! We would never come back.

Property pictures outdated. Room lamps and curtains smelled terrible. This hotel should be rated 1 1/2 stars at most.

Sufficient supplies in room. I was really happy to find a supply of tea bags. So often hotels fail to supply in your room. Also the breakfast was very decent. Only negative was the floor felt gritty when I walked barefoot. I had to keep a towel at bedside to wipe feet before getting into it.

The clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You could tell that updates had been done. There were needles in the parking lot and what appeared to be a couple of abandoned vehicles. The area around the property was pretty run down. Would not recommend it with someone with a young or teenage kids.

This is very nice for a low cost hotel. It was clean, but very clearly suffering from age and lack of maintenance.

Long-time Expedia user, first-time reviewer. Upon arrival (approx 6p), I reported to front desk (FD) neither of the room lamps had working bulbs, and both lamps were mechanically broken. I was promised by FD that "the manager will come and talk to you, he'll be in at 8p". At 7p, I returned to FD to report multiple, additional issues with the room. Oddly, FD asked "what room are you in" (I'd just spoken with her an hour earlier) and "manager will come talk to you, when he arrives at 9p" (previously it was 8p). The manager never spoke with me--via phone or in person--on the evening of my stay, or the next morning at check out. Notice the sheer number of photos I have attached, detailing the issues with ONE room. I can only imagine this is endemic to the hotel.

Decent mid-range hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Kind of noisy though with being next to the highway and the airport. It was close to restaurants and where we needed to be. The breakfast was not good though. The eggs were runny and the sausage very, very greasy. We couldn't eat it.

Food was almost gone by 7am, and no one brought more. Noisy, door opened onto parking lot, highway on far side of that.

This place is filthy.the door and woodwork around the bathroom door are streaked with blood and other fluids. There's only one tiny lamp on the desk and except for the light over the sink there's no other. This makes the room very dark. It's so dark you cannot read in bed or while sitting in the one chair. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Way too much to pay for this room

Not the hotel I booked. I had booked at comfort inn and somehow ended up at quality inn. For what it is the hotel was ok. It was clean and everything worked. Desk person was nice. A lot of construction people

The bathroom sink was stopped up. The bathroom sink faucet did not work. The refrigerator did not work the room was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the staff was rude. A nightmare experience!

2) The toilet was not seated properly to the floor. This may have been because of the door issue. The toilet did wobble. 3) there was mold on the shower wall where the plastic surround joined the tub at the caulk line. In some instances it was over 3 inches long. 4) At least one of the bed spreads had holes in it. This wasn't a burn mark but a cut square hole. The staff was very nice and even though I booked the last 2 queen bed rooms available and it was a smoking room ( I did not see that when I booked it or I would have chosen another hotel) they did try to offer me a non-smoking single king room. But this would not work for a family of 4. The overall property was ok. I did see that they piled carpet from a room next to the stairwell we traveled. This should not be in view of guests. Very disgusting. I could not image what our rooms carpet was like underneath. I can not believe Quality Inn District Management would not inspect their properties more frequently to identify situations like this property.

Very poorly maintained. Needs paint, tile repair, and mechanical systems repaired/replaced.

We have stayed here several times over the years. We like to walk up to the BBQ restaurant.

I was given a different room which was somewhat better. The building is seriously lacking proper maintenance and upkeep - painting, caulking, broken tiles, etc. I would not stay here again.

Bad neighborhood, room was horrible, did not even stay

Place to lay your head! Noisy for sure but after a long drive I am thinking it may have been better to sleep in the car in a quieter location! Front desk clerk was friendly! We drive by this location a lot when passing through to Florida and next time may just keep driving

We checked in and got to our room. The ceiling was cracked and had stuff falling down from it. The toilet was moving (not totally secured to the floor). The area the hotel is located is in a bad location. We left and didn’t even stay even though I couldn’t get my money back! Would not recommend
