Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was clean. What is with these hotels that think beds need to be 5 foot off the floor. I am only 5 foot tall, so had to use the stool to get on to the bed. Needless to say, it was not an idea situation. They need to add support bars in the tub for older citizens.

The breakfast was good. We stayed a week early and had a bug in our bed so this night was not very comforting. We were never even compensated for it.

The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable....sorta!! We found a bug on the bed by the pillows. When we went to tell them no one was at the front desk. It wasn't a bed bug but it was still a bug. (We took a picture and researched it) We unfortunately stayed in the room but I could not sleep. We also noticed that the room and hotel was very warm down. The tub was worn out. We had a future reservations on our return home but couldn't cancel it without being charged. We ended up staying again even though I didn't want to. I did tell the gal at the desk, when we returned, about the bug and she said she'd let the manager know but she couldn't do anything about it. I'm bothered that we received NO compensation for it. I really don't think I'd ever stay here again because of both things. I would have liked some kind of competition but got nothing, not even a sorry!

Great place to stay! Convenient, easy on/off, clean rooms, decent workout room.

I did my final check in per phone. When we.showed up the staff knew who we were without asking me because they saw our license plate. They just handed me our keys. The room was spacious and clean and quiet.

Room was decent and clean The a/c wasn’t working in the room, which made us have a very bad night. And the washing/dryer also weren’t working. We were on a long road trip and we were relaying on the facilities! Expected better for the price.
