    Close to most supermarkets and the event's location I was attending. No trash taken out, no room service, no bedding changes even I placed the tag over the bed for it. Breakfast is a joke only juice coffee muffins and granola bars. The pool is placed outside the property. Disappointed.....

    Location No breakfast! It is announced when you book the room, but in reality the only thing they offer is coffee (a horrible coffee) and a little old muffin. When you arrive, they tell you that if you wnat breakfast, you should go to the IHOOP in front of the hotel and claim a discount.

    A small thing that I appreciate is the TV service they have is superior to what I have seen lately at other hotels, including Marriot and IHG -- better selection of channels, including on-demand channels that have GOOD MOVIES and NO ADVERTISING.

    I had a hard time with the smell of a Pine-sol type of cleaning product that was used. A bit overwhelming to the senses. Otherwise fine. First time using a computerized desk person. That was interesting, but worked fine.

Checking in through a screen and having a difficult time understanding the person with everything remote was not good.

    Got discount at IHop The building wasn't like the picture that was online and to check in on the Kiosk when there was someone by the counter and says you have to do it on the kiosk and where they had the machine you couldn't really see the person it had to much glare

    No continental breakfast. Check in was the worst with someone on a screen that seemed he was in India confirming reservations and the machine puts out a key card for the room. There was about 8 people waiting and a machine until a live person got behind the counter and helped. Never Again will I stay and surprised Wyndham even puts their name to this Super 8.

    Everything was efficient. The room and building were mostly clean but everything was old but new. Figure that out. Check-in was Virtual, which was an experience. But there is something about actually taking to someone in person that makes one feel safe. The Hotel smelled of marijuana. Negatives aside, the AC blew cold, the sheets and room were clean, the staff were nice and attentive (when you can find them) and had plenty of parking. Plus you get a discount at IHOP.

    The property is clean and well kept. We checked in using a kiosk, by means of a person working remotely, a new experience. The person was friendly, courteous and patient. And to my surprise we were able to check-in without any issues just like with a person at the desk regular do, they even assigned me my room keys. Although we could not keep the original room, sadly because it permeated of cigarette smoke. So we returned to the kiosk and I was reassigned a new room, and keys without any problems. If you’re not spending a lot of time in the room this Hotel will work, it is clean, comfortable and orderly. There was only 1 small trash can for the entire room. There’s only one mirror in the room, on top of the sink, and the room is a little dark. Using the tv was difficult, although we are tech savvy, we had to figure out how to watch it, and we were afraid of changing channels out of fear we would not get it back. Would be nice to have simple instructions how to work the tv and remote, as the remote is not a common one either. All the staff we came across were very nice.

    The idea of a $100 deposite for room security is crazy- if there is any damage they have your card number they should contact you to seek damages 0 you should be able to reply and if damages are called for -they should bill your card then- - canceled deposits take time in a matter of just a few days yyou can add up several hundred Room Deposites on your ard - this is pure garbage

    The bed was comfortable and the location was good for our purpose. The back outside door didn't lock so anyone could come in to the facility. The door slammed whenever anyone came in waking us up throughout the night. The owner said, "Sorry, it's the weekend." There was breakfast included, but it consisted of cereal and coffee. You could eat at I Hop with a 15% discount.

    The space was more than adequate for my family and easily accommodated our golden retrievers. Easy access in and out plenty of parking for a U-Haul van just a little bit away from the building and our personal vehicles. The only drawback was the linoleum floor was pretty noisy when the dogs walked on it but I can definitely see where is Steve is beneficial when you’ve got people coming in who have animals It said breakfast was included, but they only had little vanilla muffins that were more like cupcakes and chewy granola bars, juice, coffee, hot chocolate it would have been nice to have a little bit more of selection even in the setting of a continental breakfast

There’s plenty of room In either room for a comfortable small sofa to where you can seat and relax rather than seating on the bed. Will stay again provided comfortable seating is added.

The bed was over 15 feet away from the TV. I asked them if they had a chair that could go in the room like the one showed in the ad and she said that was just an old picture they did away with all the chairs a long time ago. This place is a fine place for an overnight rest. I just need to get a more luxurious hotel when I’m gonna be there for a couple of days.

    While wating TV, it did a "reset" in the middle of progam I was watching????? After checking ID at check-in (I'm 76 yo) was given 2nd floor room, there's no elevator? I'm single, had to totel bags to 2nd floor.

    Majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful...but when i first arrived to check-in the lady at the front desk wasnt super polite and she charged for someone elses room which i already reserved my room through expedia..thank goodness i caught it on bank statement before i checked out of facility..woman at desk that i brought this to her attention she was very kind and had great customer service and she reversed the extra charge on card

    When we opened our king bed room the lights were on and the covers and pillows were messed up as if someone had been laying on the bed. They gave us a new room but it had 2 queen beds. They were doing construction downstairs and the chemical smell was terrible. We were told that they were putting all guests on the second floor to avoid the smell and that the construction would be limited to the downstairs. On our 3rd and last night we got back to the room at 10:30pm and they had moved the construction upstairs and in the room right next to ours. They were still working with loud fans at 10:30 at night. All of the workers had on protective breathing masks because the smell was so toxic and yet the guests were expected to stay there. They only stopped working when we forced the issue.

    We had a horrible experience in Tucumcari, NM at a Super 8; however, this was a night and day difference. The staff were helpful, I was thrilled with how clean and safe the hotel was, and the best part was it was off the main road into town, but hidden behind a IHOP. No breakfast was offered, but I could careless about that. They had a juice machine and snacks out. If I wanted breakfast, the IHOP was just a walk away or they would deliver to us. They all took pride in their work and a lot of love went into this hotel. I recommend HIGHLY for a good night sleep and a wonderful atmosphere to stay at this hotel. I saved some money, plus it was easy to navigate. They saw I was disabled and put us on the closest room near one of the side doors that goes directly to the handicap parking. They cared and that goes a long way in my book. Well worth the money and I will stay again. I left a big tip for the experience we had and they deserved every extra dollar.

    Only issue was the bed frames are sheets of wood on a frame. The wood sheets are several inches oversize of the mattress so your either banging your knees, calves or shins. Not to mention if you your not careful the mattress will actually slide off since there is nothing to hold it place.

    I wound up leaving after 1 night of my 2 night stay. Lost about $150 by doing so. The ceiling was in poor appearance, with a terrible patch job. The carpets looked like they needed vacuuming, the bed was SO uncomfortable (WAY too firm), the walls were so thin that I got woke up in the middle of the night when the man in the room next to me decided to make a phone call and put it on speaker for like 2 hours talking loud enough that I could hear the conversation. Reception was not at all friendly, soda machine didn't work, no ice bucket in room, hallway was absolutely FREEZING. Overall terrible experience, and WAY overpriced for what it was.

    The cost of a hotel room for the night of Weds, 24th, in Casa Grande, AZ, was expensive, so, I chose a “slightly less” expensive hotel - which happened to be a Super 8 (I saw it was by Wyndham so I assumed (wrongly) that it would be better quality.) (In most other hotels, the cost would have made it a “good” hotel) - I didn’t expect the hotel to look so dingy, or that the carpeting would have dirt and other substances on it - both inside and outside the room. I also didn’t expect it to have NO elevator! This is 2024 - who doesn’t think an elevator is necessary - especially for those of us getting older. The lighting in the hotel room wasn’t particularly good, and the bathroom tub was really bad looking - so bad that my husband would not bathe in it. The towels were minimal - definitely not enough of them. The mattress was terrible! Hard as a brick and not good quality - if you touched the mattress on the side, it would start to slide off the bed. I’m sure there were other problems, but I can’t think of them at this time. The staff that we interacted with were fine, and unfortunately, the best part of this trip. I will never return to a Super 8.

Room was filthy with a bloody trash can sitting on the counter near the sink. Got a new room and that too, wasn’t much better. Dirty towels and mold all over the wall near the bathroom door. Never again !

    The mattress cover had poop on it and the sheets were dirty. The TV did not work. The desk cleck who was on duty the 1st night tried to get the TV to work but was unable to. She offer to change the sheets but did them myself. She kept apologizing for it all. I called the desk the next day and the Desk Manager was rude and said she was going to have maintenance come fix the TV which they never did. So both my nights there was with no TV. they also changed mattress cover and sheets but didnt put any blankets or comforter on the beds and we had to ask for them. I spent good money for 2 nights of no tv and dirty linen. I will never recommend anyone to to stay there.

    This hotel is managed by a third party. Instead of hotel, was long term housing for section 8. Homeless squatting in lobby, while I was inside deciding to check in, 2 different person's cased my car, (with my wife and dog inside) peering in the windows and trying to grift from my wife. Ended up having to go down street to a safer hotel.

    After paying a 200 dollar deposit I was kicked out of my room only having stayed 1 of the 3 nights that I payed for because some very unprofessional kid in street clothes said he smelt smoke coming from my room.     We have stayed here before and it was nice, this time it was terrible. A lot of mold in the shower (and no it wasn't mildew) and in the ceiling of the room. The hotel website said there was breakfast, there wasn't. The staff could be heard all day gossiping and talking on their phones. We had to get a new room key 3 times because ours stopped working, and not ONCE did they ask for ID. On check out day, not one single staff member could be found for more than 2.5 hours. We will never stay here again. So sad, it used to be nice.
