W had to be moved to a different room due to ants in the first room. The second room and a few ants but not as bad. The floors where not clean and not been mopped before for got the room.The AC keep the room cool but was really loud it would be ok if you need nose to go to bed. The weather stripping under the door was ripped off, which was allowing dirt and bugs come into the room needed to lay a towel to cover it during our stay. The water pressure was good for the shower and the room had plenty of hot water. Property manager did say they just took over and we’re working on improving the rooms.

Fridge was not working and stale mildew smell when door was opened. Shower backed up first night. Still had a gurgling sound the whole time after unclogged. Paint on walkways was sticky. Bed was not so comfortable.

the hotel is going thru a remodel. its going to be great. People running the hotel were great. Would definitely stay here again.

They were renovations going on while we were there that was not told to us beforehand. It was awkward to have a worker sitting in his truck parked outside our room at night.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The toilet wasnt bolted to the floor. The chair needed to be cleaned. Things on walls and curtains. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable! Great breakfast too!

The motel is undergoing renovations but the staff was most helpful regarding any issues that arose. Very friendly, courteous, cheerful, helpful staff.

This property shows upgraded rooms and the room I booked was an upgraded room per the pictures. When we got to it room, it smelled misty, wasn’t upgraded. Had old carpet, paint patches all over the walls, the tub dripped water. Was scared to shower because the tub was so nasty and old, it was one of the night but never again.

Remodel underway. The stay was great even though my room was not a newly remodeled room yet. AC worked great. Most rooms had completed remodel. It will be spectacular when complete. Breakfast was very good. Will stay here again in the future.

Very welcoming check in experience. Clean room. Room entrance door was binding when opening. Bed comfortable. Pillows were small and flat offering no support; thus didn’t sleep well. Please replace these!. Breakfast okay and basic. Eating area was clean.

First, the shower did not have hot water. It was cold for the evening shower and cold for the morning shower. Second, there is no elevator. You must carrying your luggage up to the second floor. This is not such a big deal when you are young and healthy, but when you are approaching 70 and have health issues, it sucks. This should be clearly written on the website. First floor rooms were reportedly not available, despite many open parking spots, suggesting the hotel was not full and was likely less than 50% full that night. Disappointing reservation and stay.

We didn’t have time to eat the breakfast but the newly remodeled rooms were exceptional and very comfortable. AC worked great . The door to out room was a little stuck , but that’s it . The front desk and staff were very polite and super kind . We would stay here again . Our in laws live very close .

The hotel is under renovation, very dirty parking lot with construction materials in the nack lot, found screws near our vehicle tires. NO towel racks in the bathroom, no extra towels - had to ask for more, and they charged us $50 for "incidentals" which we did not use and now have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST QUALITY INN EVER- this place should NOT HAVE the "Quality" brand, disgrace to the name!

Our biggest complaint for our room was getting in the door! The door stuck every time and I had to have both arms free each time to muscle in the door - not to safe when you come back late at night. Supposedly they are fixing them next week. Breakfast was okay, would have liked some fresh fruit (other than an apple) maybe a little more variety - most days was scrambled eggs, potatoes and either bacon or sausage. Maybe some strawberries or whip cream for the waffles. The room was clean but the property is undergoing restoration so a lot of supplies in parking lot, the outside is not as clean due to renovations. We never even saw the pool so I can't comment on that.

Terrible. Exceptional front desk staff though especially the lady that checked us in. No internet services. Not soo good breakfast. Renovation of the rooms going on with alot of junks outside room.

For price paid, property dismal. Bathroom in horrible shape and had to call to get toilet paper and Kleenex. Chain lock broken. Clerk was nice enough and apologized for lobby being full of boxes. This hotel needs complete redo.

3/2026. avoid this place for a few months! property under renovation so there us trash and construction equipment everywhere. storage containers and furniture all over the parking lot that you have to navigate through. door to my room was “sticky” and hard to open. there was a used soda cup on top of the closet. not a big deal, but that telks me the cleaning staff is not paying attention. what really burns me is they charge full price for an incomplete hotel!

Hotel was under Renovations ... which was fine. It was our 2 rooms...they were very dirty with dry wall dust on carpet, dresser area and on bed sheets. Complained multiple to front desk who did nothing

I have stayed here in the past and it's ok but dated and in need of refreshment.

The parking lot is filled with furniture, which someone lit on fire. The door is difficult to open and the deadbolt doesnt work. There were stains on the bedspread. There was a cricket in the bed.

This hotel and by extension Expedia did me a great disservice by not advising the hotel was under complete remodeling. No lobby was available and construction took place everyday during my 10 days. All Quality Inns I have stayed in before were of good quality. The room was dark and the lighting inadequate. I was in a corner room with little daylight available. On 2 occasions I had to complain the room was not cleaned and no new towels were available. In 10 days the bed linen was only changed once. I am 74 years old and this was a once in a lifetime golf getaway for me and my experience was such I have little confidence that Quality Inn and Expedia will provide an accurate description of the accommodations. The condition had a totally negative impact on my trip. I have pictures if you provide an email to send

Lots of remideling going on, which is good, but we didn't know about. The lobby is completely demolished and unusable. I feel like the room prices should have been lower during all of this demolition!

My daughter took a shower first and took a cold shower “she didn’t say anything” I go in next and the waters not getting hot at all. I yell out to my daughter and ask if she had hot water she said no. I slowly shut it off and it gets hot. Valve was plumbed backwards. When I went to check out I told the desk about it. She said they already knew about it. “Thanks for letting me know when I checked in”

No information that hotel was under reconstruction. No hair dryer in room. Water faucet installed backwards... hot was cold and cold was hot. TV and other items were sharing a multiple that was loose. No USB port for charging devices. Breakfast was lacking ketchup and other items. Most expensive hotel of our trip yet the most lacking.

There was a major renovation occurring but nothing was stated on the web or when booking. Very cluttered walkways especially when you have to park on the other side of the building of where your room is located. I understand why the renovation as the room we were in was in very poor condition but same price as the renovated ones! Asked about moving, nope all full. Would not stay here until they are done.

I did like the breakfast. They had a nice selection to choose from . The facilities were clean , and the staff was very friendly. I also liked the king Bed , very big , lots of pillows , and just comfy all around . A few pieces of furniture in the room , were worn, had paint on it , and arm rests were black from use . Access to hotel is limited from construction on 2 sides .

The room was comfortable in terms of cleanliness, size, location for unloading & loading, great bed, and plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. The staff at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are very pretty. Great coffee available in the lobby! I thought I would have a bathtub, but apparently the remodeled rooms are shower only (not terrible, just a surprise when I was ready to soak after a day of driving). My room was nonsmoking, but I woke up my 1st morning to the smell of smoke - not sure if the room next door was smoking or if it came in from outside through the fan (when I arrived a man was standing outside his room smoking 3 doors away).

Nothing!!!! No water for over 2 hours then you had brown water! Room had a bad smell, we woke up with a neckl ache, sirens and airvac ALL night long especially sirens, loud cars dragging for 45 minutes thennn checkout says 11 to noon...i left to get coffee cuz i wasn't using their coffee maker or brown water to make coffee so i drove to get some i came back and the room key didn't let us back in cuz they automatically shut the auto lock on cuz it was after 11! After a maid girl let us back in the front desk calls the room and wants to know why we aren't out i said cuz it says 11 to 12 she said no if you were staying till noon you were supposed to tell them! I told her no where did it say that when I booked! Funny it was ok to be without water for over 2 hours and locked out but you are on me 5 minutes after 11!!!! And she was not nice about it when we were talking! They act like they were busy! There was 5 cars in the parking lot the night before on a Saturday!!! You weren't busy trust me!!!! They acted like they had a line of people waiting to get into rooms! If you want to throw your away money, possibly have brown water or no water or both, smelly room, no sleep, neck ache in the morning stay here otherwise RUN!!!!!

The smell was like stale cigarettes, to noisy, people up walking around banging things, talking to loud outside our doors.

When we first arrived I asked if the jacuzzi worked. Front desk said yes but it did not work. Are room the AC /Heater had a buzzing sound all night. The toilet did not flush right. I'm glad we only stayed at that hotel for one night. The next night we moved hotels.

Basically, the hotel is a dump. It's a shadow of its former self. One can only imagine newer ownership is to blame for its poor condition. The bed is horribly uncomfortable as are the pillows (thankfully, I always travel with my own pillow). The exterior is dilapidated, especially the exterior stairs to the second-floor rooms. Trash is everywhere. When I stayed a laundry bin of trash was stored in the stairwell creating an eye sore. The only bright spot about this place is the breakfast, which is generous and managed by a nice staffer. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

If it would not have been a 2 am arrival time we would have left immediately! I have never slept in a bed fully clothed including my socks but like they say there’s a first time for everything! In the morning I walked from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of my socks were blackened. We notified the front desk and were offered another room but this entire property is so old and run down complete with furniture that was stained and so filthy the arms on the chairs are black that we didn’t think it would make much of a difference. Upon departure we advised that we would not be returning for our 2nd night and asked to speak to the manager. We were told that they were not on site and just come and go when they feel like it. WHAT??? Don’t waste your time or money booking here! We drove into town a few more miles for our 2nd night and for $22 more stayed at the Radisson, it was like being at a 5 star resort compared to this dump!

When we went inside our room for the first time, we noticed that there was barely any toilet paper, everything was very dusty, and one of the drawers had a previous persons underwear…. Overall not really a pleasant stay. Hope housekeeping could do better.

This was by far the best hotel that we stayed at in the 7 months and not having a home to stay in if we had to do it all over again I would have spent the whole 7 months there but the week that we were there was fabulous now we're in our new home thank you guys for your courtesy thanks for the free breakfast every morning it was very good and thank you for a safe environment for my kids and for your hospitality I would recommend to anyone

The reception went well. The rooms are comfortable, updated, and clean. The common area and pool are pleasant. I think this is a good value compared to other brand to value options and would stay again. This Quality Inn is on the main drag but it’s not noisy, it’s a bit back from the main drag behind Denny’s. Many shopping and dining options are nearby.

No hot water. Tried to take a shower but NO hot water. Condition of the motel is old and needs to be remodeled. Quality does not match the price.

Needs a complete makeover. The rooms are old. The property is not in good shape. I had to skim the pool myself. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. So many other problems.

Need to change out worn out staine oil stained couches, they were nasty. The bed was ok. I would not sit on the couch or single couch unless i had a tyvek suit on. Clean that up. Carpet is pretty nasty as well, but hey 3 star all i can give.

It was great! Especially the breakfast! The room overall was okay; however, it does show signs of an urgent renovation or remodeling. There was cracks in the walls and signs of wear in the door. The carpet seemed iffy but it is close to a lot of places such as the promenade and other restaurants.

Shower wasn't working and water was turned off to room. They finally sent someone to confirm this after I waited for 2 hours and then they moved me the next day.

We pulled in parked the lady that check this end was very nice. We went to our room which was halfway upstairs, which was a nice room. The breakfast was good not Greg is good but better than most ever all the people were really nicer and the lady that did breakfast we got up, went to our assembly and had a good time

Decent place for a one night stay

Close to many shopping centers and restaurants. Kinda hard to see if your not familiar with area. But no complaints.

Staff actually listened to my request! I am up there in years (75) and had a leg injury, but had to travel with two 50-pound dogs. Staff made sure I had a first floor room close to a very nice dog area … it certainly made my stay easier and enjoyable.

The girl at the front desk was awesome. Room smelled like pee. Very dirty under the bed, walls, bathroom in bad shape. Never had a room like this at a quality in. But the front desk was awesome...

Large spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Check in lady was also especially helpful. Good Breakfast in the morning with hot and cold choices.

No hot water in the shower. Advertised BBQ grills didn't exist. Understand new owners are in the process of upgrading / renovating.

It was fine. Easy to take the dog. Gave us a ground floor room with grassy area just across from our room..

No one at front desk, waited 15 minutes for someone to show up, only to get told we were rying to check in too early

Did the job, no laundry services, yummy breakfast, cricket in our room, peeling paint and wallpaper. Beds comfortable and clean

Courtney at the front desk was very kind but our room was very outdated and dirty. And to top it off we had no hot water in the shower. Terrible. Will never stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and happy to go above and beyond to meet your needs. The building is a little old and there is wear and tear, but it was a good place to stay in Casa Grande! Has a nice pool and free breakfast

Room was musty

You should be paying me to stay here. I am put on the second floor, no elevator and mobility impaired--but they offered to help me up if I needed help. No where does the hotel info say 2 stories and no elevator. They charged me a $50 "security fee" that eventually will be refunded. Why is a 71 yo handicapped person paying a security fee---and i am a known member of hotels.com and the Quality Inn family of hotels. AND WORST OF ALL--there is major construction going on next to the hotel--starting before 6 am and the room has virtually no sound barrier, while facing the construction. NO REST OR SLEEP. Sirens all night long police, fire, emts? This hotel should carry a noise warning. Had I known I would have never stayed here.

Bathroom had a weird smell

The only positive thing I can say about this stay is the beds were comfortable, but everything else was horrible and I would recommend anyone else literally avoid this property. It was dirty and completely lacked upkeep. For example, a piece of crown molding had come off above the closet, and it was literally just tossed into the closet and the part of wall left exposed was full of nails sticking out. The spout on the tub was halfway off, barely being held to the wall with some sort of super glue. The AC unit sounded like it was breaking, and although it was luckily running cold air, it woke us up throughout the night due to noise. There was mold in the bathroom, as well as completely gross things on the walls as if they are never wiped down; the bathroom had bloody snot or something on the wall by the trash can.

The hot tub was hot, but the jets were missing. When you turned the spa on, it sprayed water all over you if you sat in the tub. On the plus side, their breakfast was very good and well attended by the attendant.

2. There were several people congregating in the parking lots. 3. The door would not open on our designated room. Our room had to be changed.

The amanaties such as curtains, lights and toilet were in bad shape. Curtains did not close. I had to improvise a clip to keep them shut. Light near the chase chair was unsafe. There were no vending machines anywhere on property.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was probably a nice hotel 30 years ago. Kind of run down, needs paint, gardener to care for the outside courtyards.

The place looked like it had not been updated in years. They turned the water off at 8am without notice. No one working front desk for checkout. The free breakfast was very undesirable. Will not be back.

This is a dog friendly motel. When I first got in my room, my dog brought me a filthy sock. That was gross. The heat light in the bathroom would not shut off so I had to close the door to the bathroom as the light is very bright. The faucet in the bathroom leaked onto the counter. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful. All the staff I encountered at the desk and at the breakfast were happy, helpful and polite

The door facing the shower hasn’t been wiped off in a long time. I complained to the front desk hoping it would be cleaned up but it was not. It appears a very sloppy handyman repaired the shower rod attachments to the wall. Very rough, never repainted looks sloppy. I’ve never left a bad review for a hotel before, but the bathroom door was gross. $150 bucks a night.

Hot tub was warm but no jets. Rooms could use some renovation and common grounds
