    Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. In my opinion she should have said hello and welcome if she was an employee. She was not in a uniform or name tag to suggests she was an employee. When she did come in from outside after I did wait the 5 minutes she was very nice and did check us in.

    There is no "pay at check in". They charged my card in the morning. I then paid full fee for 2 nights and then that night they charged me again. I had 3 transactions for the same stay in one day. NO BREAKFAST!!!! Will not stay here again.

    The staff was very friendly and nice, both checking in and out. The room was clean, but sadly the entire facility is in need of remodeling. From the carpets, floors, furniture, tub, everything is very worn out. Although it was clean, everything looked in poor condition.

    Did not get a chance to attend breakfast but I've stay with main stay a while back and it's always been somewhere where I can somewhat feel like somewhat homie to me. Its better I've stay awhile back I believe there was no breakfast at that time nor was there a fitness center so that awesome

    The bed was comfortable. The hotel was not what I expected it to be in person. The room was MUCH smaller than expected and what was shown online. The room had a bad stench more specifically the bathroom it was horrible. It smelled like urine, sweat, and like a boys locker room. (This is the best description I think of). The staff was not very pleasant, welcoming, or kind. I went to ask for towels and the staff at the time (Wendy) would not provide them until I gave her the dirty ones, so I had to go back to the room to do so. I was on the first floor so no biggie but her tone is what I didnt appreciate and she couldve just given me the towels. Another staff member who's name I did not get, was at the front desk when I came in later one day during my stay, she did not greet me AT ALL. She actually avoide eye contact all together. I am not used to this. This stay just did not meet my expectations at all. I did not make a big fuss because I was in town due to the loss of my nephew and I did not haave the mental capacity to deal with it at the moment. But I wont stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Also sign on door no weapons allowed, in Arizona we follow Constitution carry rules. Example of corporations who don’t understand market. Finally no elevator to second floor, warn potential customers. Employees were nice.

    Made reservations to this property based off pictures. Showed up a day late due to unforeseen circumstances. Got checked into a room on the 3rd floor then after checked in was told there was no elevators. I then asked for a room on the 1st floor, accommodations were made. Walked into room and noticed all the dry wall repairs, chunks missing off bathroom entrance. The bed mattress had a type of bow either from how old and worn out it was or from something passing way on it. I decided to end my reservation there. I was not allowed to cancel remaining 3 of 4 nights in my reservation due to me not being present the first night, had to pay full price. I cut my losses and booked a room 30 mins away in maricopa at the Harrass Ak-Chin. Not only did I pay a fair rate but it was easily 100 times better without exaggerating. This hotel shouldn’t even be listed as a 7.2/10 it is more like a 1/10. The people in the parking lot looked like they were setting up drugs deals, I had to have my 2nd amendment on me because it felt uneasy just walking in. Bad stay even though I stayed a total of 20 minutes. I should’ve researched the hotel better though in hindsight.

    The reasons I did not give 5 star on all is there was no elevator for carrying heavy suitcases and my room's floor was very dirty. I should have let housekeeping know but I was stressed out from putting my dad in hospice care. Was not a vacation stay. I just wore shoes all the time.

    From the staff acting like we didn’t walk in and then like we were bothering her to the bug filled room. Walls, mirrors and floors looked like they had not been cleaned in months. The air was barely working and took about 2 hours to cool down the bedroom. Making it hard to sleep. The floors had soft spots, which was a bit worrying. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

    It was in a good location I didn’t like the fact that I reserved a double king bed room and ended up with a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch and the manager tried to convince me it was actually an upgrade when sleeping on the pullout couch was the most uncomfortable ever it was horrible infant it was not in upgrade they gave my room away what was my reservation for ?!?!?

    The area outside was fine and I never noticed any traffic noise while in the room. However that being said the room itself felt dirty. There was hair on the shower wall and in the sink in the bathroom. The shower faucet was literally coming off the wall and would pull from the wall when turning on the shower. The floor looked and felt dirty throughout the room. The bed is super hard. I would never stay here again.

    I liked everything about the property. Except for one thing. It was mentioned through booking that this property had free breakfast. Which is why I chose this place. Though when I arrived I asked about breakfast in the morning and the lady at the front counter said she’s gonna have to tell her manager that Booking.com still says they have breakfast when they don’t. That’s why I was willing to pay over $400 for two days. Now I feel like it was a waste of money.

    It smelled of mold. Young kids in the hallway and outside ALL the time. Would not recomend to anyone

    Hot tub was dirty and cold. Given two towels for two people and a three day stay. Breakfadt consists of a wrapped up muffin and a 6oz coffee. Older hotel that is showing it's age in layers of paint discolored tub cover and original mattress.

    The mattress was lumpy, and one side felt like I was going to roll downhill off the edge. Another review complained about the parking lot being mostly vehicle charging stations; that's simply not correct. One section of the back lot was dedicated to charging stations - but (a) it was often full of older (i.e., non-EV) cars, and (b) when it was available, the charging didn't work. We often heard the thumping of loud music and heavy footsteps above us ... at 3am. The smell of marijuana often permeated the hallways. I understand that COVID has changed how things can be handled, but the "breakfast" should really be more accurately described - namely, coffee/tea/juice and individually wrapped muffins. We've had normal breakfast options at other properties, in locations that were far more restrictive re: COVID precautions; this seems like a cost-cutting measure, but it's still advertised as "breakfast". The hot tub was out of order; the sign apologizing for that had seen some weather, so it's apparently been that way for some time. Overall, this is an acceptable property, for a 2-star hotel; don't go in expecting the Ritz Carlton.

    It is nothing like the picture. The room was not modern. It was well worn. No maid service. The towels we got from the desk the second day were stained or dirty and very moth worn - two huge bare spots. The sheets were awesome, though. However, this was more like a $59 per night hotel. I would not recommend it and I would not stay there again. The back door remained unlocked the entire day and night and there was not reputable people who seemed to come and go from there. Not good!

    First, the staff is fantastic & we loved them.     Staff member while checking was rude and it took a while for them to check us in. However, the lady at the desk on check out was very friendly. The facility it self is very dirty and has a musty smell. The towels we dingy. The carpets need to be cleaned cause while we were walking around barefoot, our feet were black. Very disappointed in this hotel. We checked out a day early and stayed at the Hilton down the street. Worth the extra money. We will not be recommending Mainstay in Casa Grande to my worst enemy.

    Don't stay here. Don't believe the "newly renovated" nonsense. From roaches to crickets to unknown insects to dark hallways...hot room, uncomfortable bed, stains, air/heat system that didn't work...the one thing I will give this MainStay is consistency - at having a terrible property. To add to the fun, the room I booked was unavailable - apparently double-booked they said - so they arranged a smaller room that sells for a lower price but didn't make any accommodation to adjust the rate for us. To sum up, this one is simply terrible. Avoid it.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent, considering the small room and limited counter space - if I needed something heated up, they took it to the microwave. Our room lacked a microwave due to a previous tenant, however they were more than willing to let me use the staff microwave, or let me in to an empty unit, if I needed it. I would definitely consider staying here again - maybe the pool will be finished by that time.

On my bad part was I has to ask for service if I wanted for everyday I stayed there on one day I asked for clean sheets and clean towels and it did not get done went to go complain to front desk they looked in the books housekeeper had wrote down done when it wasn’t, so I asked if I could clean sheets and the towels they said I could but had to do the bed myself really that’s why I paid to get service and I still didn’t get it !!

    Lisa the manager was wonderful. The whole staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Always greeting us and asking if everything was ok. Would definitely recommend!

    Lisa the manager was wonderful. The whole staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Always greeting us and asking if everything was ok. Would definitely recommend!

    Other than being a little older, the place was nice and clean, the staff was great and very quiet. I enjoyed the three days we were there and will stay again if in the area.

    The room was very run down. The fold out couch would not fold out and when finally it did, the mattress was not sleepable. springs were poking out of the covering. Bed in master bedroom was slanted and in very poor shape. Toilet was cracked and the repair was of poor quality. overall condition of the room was very poor. Tried to change rooms but not successful. Will not be returning.

    This hotel is very run down and needs a major face lift!!! Our room was musty, the couch looked dirty and dingy, the bathroom was run down, tile was broken the shower stall had pieces missing, the TV in the bedroom did not work. The man came up to our room to try to fix it but told us we basically stuck with it didn't offer us any other room or compensate for the issue. My husband told the manager on duty about the TV issue and how their brochure said "if we can't make it right we will compensate you for the rooms charges" well she refused to do this even though it was on their brochure, in our eye this was FRAUD!! or false advertising. The breakfast was horrible and their breakfast room was the size of a bathroom. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot for my job and have stayed in my fair share of hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I wouldn't even send my pets to this hotel.

    The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. I think they are going through some construction upgrades so it seems like they are improving the iminitties. We enjoyed the place.
