Multiple buildings, suite-like rooms. Great breakfast!
- 4.5/5
Layout, amenities and staff Tv did not function but manager made it right.
- 5/5
Although we were there with at least 10 other family members, they were staying on another side but we were able to meet up for breakfast and dine on the outside of the hotel
- 3/5
The property itself was very nice. Iris was very nice. The breakfast was good. I had ask them not to touch my sheets on the bed. Iris gave house keeping orders but they didn’t follower them. They did not come in the room like they was supposed to, to tidy up. I was there 4 nights and I had to go to the office to let them know that no one came to tidy up the room. I also had to kill a big roach crawling on the wall. That was really disgusting.

- 5/5
Other than needing an updating, I would recommend this location. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
While not a luxury property by any means, this hotel meets EVERY utilitarian need excellently. Cleanliness, comfort, yummy breakfast (surprising) and efficiency (and safety). Great spot.

Room 117. Breakfast was excellent w/a wide variety of foods & well stocked! Property was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Shower curtain was 6" too long & there was a 3" crack on the inside of the tub - fortunately the shower curtain covered it but it would definitely leak if a bath more than 4" deep was drawn. Some yellow glue (?) stains on the floor in front of the bathroom sink. Sheers on the window blocked the air conditioner output. Very nice kitchen suite. Staff was friendly & helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and roomy
- 4/5
The breakfast itself is fine, but there needs to be more places to sit. The breakfast room is very small with limited seating options.

Our room had a broken door, then they switched our room, but the next one had a leaky tub faucet and ripped curtains. Also the included breakfast had a bunch of food that was bad. The biscuits were hard/stale, the eggs were rubbery and unsettled my tummy.
- 2.5/5
It was quiet, no traffic noise. Rooms was clean, but old. Items broken on the wall, coffee pot is cheap and there was no non dairy items.

Everything was great
- 3/5
The stay was disappointing. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool, which made the room uncomfortable. The kitchen sink would not drain properly, and the room also had a strange smell during the stay. The dining area was also very small and felt cramped. Overall, the room did not feel well maintained and it affected the quality of the stay.

Staff was nice. Breakfast wasn’t that great

Everything was great
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing. Only issue I had were the smells from people cooking or the smell of pot one night. More of an extended stay-style of lodging for workers, etc.
- 5/5
Property is extremely clean! Safe location and the breakfast was top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful 10/10

Clean and quiet
- 5/5
I had a very pleasant stay
- 4/5
Staff was responsive; kitchen had everything we needed
- 3/5
There was a person yelling from a bench on the hill most of the day and into the evening. I brought this to the attention of the staff. The staff went to talk to the person, but he did not go away. Someone beat on my door at 11:00 PM, but when I went to the door no one was there. I could hear someone beating on a different door, perhaps on another floor. The guest one floor above me was noisy too. I checked out earlier than when the breakfast was offered so I did not have anything to eat before I checked out. I will not return to that property.
- 3/5
The room was fine and clean! Something stuck in the fridge on the 2nd or 3rd shelf the only thing is being in the 2nd building and having to cross the street to go to breakfast I made it on my way out but it was soo scarce it’s really not worth the trip
- 4/5
Room was clean but the site is older and there are things that could be upgraded like my heat was on 79 when I woke up and I felt like I was being cooked! Ac/Heat was very loud I didn’t make it to breakfast but loved the space and Entertainment TV I would stay here again
- 5/5
Please have a plugin nightlite in bathroom. Totally dark in room, otherwise. I had to sleep with the bathroom light on all night and door wouldn't stay closed a little. Room too bright to sleep. Room was wonderful!
- 3/5
It was functional. The staff was great.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again anytime. The only lack was that the breakfast room has only three small tables.
- 5/5
Friendly staff very clean and a nice property

Quality of food not good, what happened to the food, it used to be a lot better
- 5/5

- 5/5
This truly is an amazing property. The rooms are absolutely stunning. The kitchens are perfect for a short or long stay. Felt right at home. Nestled back in the woods yet close enough to a Main Street. Will definitely be back
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
The property is in need of renovations. Furniture and other items are outdated and overused. Air vents old/not very clean. Breakfast was nice but seating area was extremely limited; especially if traveling with family. Staff was welcoming and friendly.
- 4/5
Property is starting to show it’s age.
- 4/5
The space of the two bedroom is spacious
- 3/5
Property needs improvement/update. Very old and dirty
- 5/5

- 5/5
Awesome first time , good service and clean.
- 2/5
The staff was pleasant. I was able to check in early so I could get ready for a graduation. On the downside, the room had a musty smell and the sheets looked like they had pet hair still on them.
- 5/5
Free breakfast, professional, and clean. Can't complain.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. Definitely would stay again.
- 4/5
Good place to stay if you’re in the Raleigh/Durham area.
- 1/5
Terrible experience to be a Marriott hotel let’s start by the room not being set up as it should was pose to have a 2 bedroom suite with 2 double beds in one room and queen bed in another room only two double beds in the room period bathroom doors did not close off alignment rust around the bathroom vents my family also requested a late checkout due to my daughter having a 3 pm game the night desk rep did not put it in the computer after she told us we could have a late checkout Sunday morning we get a knock at the door telling us we had to leave be cause checnout was at 11 and was told we would be charged 75.00 for not leaving at 11am and they don’t honor late checkout to 3rd party booking site I was never told that and stay in plenty of hotels due to my kids and sports pictures also a pool and there is no pool on site this hotel is a joke I will never book here again!!!!!
- 5/5
Floor plan/ Space in 2-bedroom suite was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. The stay was quiet to relax in the evenings.
- 5/5
My family loved staying at hotel. Great staff and a peaceful and clean environment. We will definitely be be again.
- 3/5
Modest, but clean. However, the microwave didn’t actually heat the frozen meal I had purchased for lunch. It ran. It just didn’t heat.
- 5/5
Clean. Great bang for buck.
- 3/5
Once we arrived there was no one at the front desk. There were no other guests. We waited about 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in.
- 5/5
Thanks for a nice stay!
- 5/5
This place is so beautiful. Nice and quiet and super clean. The staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Shabby conditions in room 205, but good staffing. Stayed there mainly for lowest cost room on Hotels.com. Front desk very nice, "Fatima" in breakfast room superb! Breakfast room was very small - overflow crowd had to eat standing up in lobby, which was way too small.
- 3/5
Beds weren't that comfortable
- 3/5
I wasn't there long enough to give a true account of my stay. I have, however, stayed several times at the one located at 305 Eastwood Rd Wilmington, NC where I stayed with my family on three separate ocassions and once alone which if I were to compare the two, I find them very different with regard to feeling welcome and "at home" when I stayed there. This stay was merely a last-minute reservation for a client's overnight stay for a business meeting which followed the next day. I also didn't realize that I would not receive credit for my stay for my Bon Voy membership.
- 5/5
Great stay!!
- 5/5
Great property
- 4/5
Loved the location here. Everything was clean and rooms were great. Just a little trouble keeping the room cool but it wasn’t too bad. We will definitely stay here again if we come to the area.
- 3/5
Very average hotel, but great parks nearby if you bring your bike.
- 4/5
I know the property is an older one but generally speaking it is in good condition. Staff was so very kind and courteous. Rooms were in good condition and bedding over all very satisfactory. The one thing that felt deficient was the control of the room temperature. The AC did not regulate well. Great location and perfect for our needs.
- 4/5
It was a great stay for families.

- 5/5
Good location
- 4/5
Staff is amazing.
- 5/5
Rooms are very comfortable. Really is like a home away from home.
- 3/5
Our stay was for 2 adults and 3 teens. The 2 bedroom suite was not adequate. The pullout sofa was awful and we had to borrow a mattress from a friend. The suite itself is cramped, not even enough seating for all 5 of us in the living area. Exterior doors said they'd stay locked but they never were in 5 days. Pool has been filled in with concrete; management said on another review they did that to provide outside seating areas for customers - it was a concrete slab with not one chair, covered in fake ivy. The breakfast was okay, but seating was tiny and usually very crammed. Three 2-person tables for an entire hotel. The fitness room was pitiful. You can see wear & tear but they're trying to maintain it. Would've moved, but it would've cost us a night's stay. There are 2 bedroom suites at StayBridge and Embassy Suites nearby, and those properties are way nicer. Don't stay here.
- 1/5
I would Avoid this place at all cost. We got there and had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to greet us and when she did, she was rude as hell. When we got to our room smelled horribly try to get our room switched and the lady had disappeared. The fridge was leaking and the place was infested with ants.ive had better experiences at a motel.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean & staff was polite.
- 1/5
Poor condition
- 4/5
The staff were very personable and helful especially Manager Deshawn were
- 5/5
Staff were VERY friendly & helpful. Room was good for what I needed it for. I’ll be back.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Property could use an update. It was what we needed during our stay in Cary for the Dio college baseball world series.
- 4/5
First issues was upon arrival I see that the pool is cemented in. I’m not sure if there was another pool but it was disappointing to say the least. My second issue is on me because I didn’t say anything, but the shower head did not work. I tried to take a shower after using the on site gym and when I pulled the pin for the shower water would not come out. I was so tired from traveling for the day I didn’t bother to say anything. Overall it was a nice property to come back to after relaxing. I enjoyed the “In a pinch” and the sofa bed was relaxing to sit on while watching TV. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was a nice addition.
- 4/5
Good but overcharged 46.00 please refund
- 2/5
Check in took a while. Not sure but was told that there was a problem with the reservation.
- 4/5
We had a nice stay - check-in facility was a little under-whelming which concerned me until we went to our room and it was fine.
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Approach to hotel is dreary. The entrance and so-called reception lobby area is like a cheap pensione. Elevator is noisy and rickety. Cleaning supplies in hallway. Suite designation is a joke. Place not worth the price and needs a complete update.
- 3/5
But overall it was not bad it just wasn’t great like our first time we stayed there while visiting family. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. They even worked though and use with our reservation and and it cleared up by check in.
- 5/5
Nice and in great location
- 5/5
Staff very accommodating. Thank you!
- 1/5
It not a place we would ever booked again, rust on the doors, in needs of update immediately, maybe a one star ?
- 3/5
Nice room but had issues with the air conditioner
- 2/5
The hotel is supposedly a “non smoking” hotel. Employees were sitting in a bench just outside the entry smoking when I arrived. My room was old, smelled like stale smoke and had cigarette burns on the bathroom floor. On checkout the employee did not engage at all, did not ask about my stay , etc. while this hotel is 4 mins from my family’s house, I will never stay there again. It was more expensive than newer, nicer hotels per night.
- 3/5
What you pay for us exactly what you get
- 5/5
The pricing was great . Better than some other the other hotels i look at in the area. Very good location.
- 5/5
This hotel seems to cater to tech workers and folk who come in for meetings, etc. They had a pretty decent office desk and chair (for a hotel). You could set up a whole workstation if you needed to.
- 5/5
I have been this hotel last May. It was okay with outdated oven and the pool is closed. I looked for another hotel without the kitchen for few weeks but i can't stand the microwave. So i have to move back to this hotel because it only has a kitchen with oven/stove top on end of June. Then i am surprised that they replaced the old oven to new oven and the pool is finally open. It was wonderful improvements.
- 4/5
The property was very clean and our suite was very spacious. The front desk associates were very welcoming and polite. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and they even had a goodie bag when I arrived. I did not get a chance to mae it to breakfast, but there were several complimentary drink options. However, the pool was out of order at the time of the visit. Sort of greenish color with several leaves, but overall good stay.
- 1/5
I booked a two bedroom suite for me, and my sister. We had our dogs with us. That’s why we booked a two bedroom suite. My dog had an ear infection, and couldn’t stand up straight. So, I wanted her to stay in a room all by herself. So she could rest. I’m glad we got there early. The AC was out completely. The room was 81 degrees. The maintenance guy said that he told them not to book that room because it was broken. They turned around, and tried to put us in a single double bed regular room. No price adjustment. No apology. Just, here’s what we have, and it’s a downgrade. The only person who gave a crap was the maintenance guy. After about two hours of back, and forth to rooms. We were all hot. My poor dog was miserable. Going up, and down the elevator was hard for her due to severe vertigo. I booked with Hotels.com. They refunded me the money for the room within two days. TownPlace swiped my card for incidentals for $113. That was on the 13th of June. Today is June 24th,and I am still waiting for them to release my money. We never stayed in either room. I went to the front desk to ask for my money back. The guy at the front desk ran and hid. Leaving the cleaning lady to answer my questions. I wasn’t mad. I just wanted to get to the next hotel, and cool off. We were all miserable. This place failed my expectations in every way! I don’t know how they got such good reviews. It was super dirty, oId and outdated. We went to Hampton Inn, and Suites. They never let me down.
- 4/5
Everything went well with our stay at the property except the dog/cat hair all over the place.
- 3/5
Very disappointed about the pool is not open that my kids look forward it. Some burnt breakfast and coffee made me sick.
- 2/5
Very small suite for the price we paid. Sofa bed very uncomfortable
- 4/5
Nice 2nd stay, breakfast was much more plentiful than we expected. Will highly recommend and will stay again. Thanks!
- 4/5
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The space worked out great for us, but there was an underlying musty smell that required us to open the windows for fresh air. The beds were comfortable and in general everything was clean. I think maybe in the walls or carpeting may need some attention and please do not try to cover with toxic air freshener sprays. That makes it worse.
- 1/5
By far- this was one of the worst experiences in a hotel I have experienced and there is no way we would ever stay there again. I booked 2 rooms Check in at 6pm ( should have been at 3pm) took forever since most rooms were not yet cleaned. The Expedia pictures were NOTHING like the actual rooms. Light bulbs did not work. The hallways smelled like marijuana though the signs proudly posted "smoke free". The drinks in the 24/7 "shop" were warm. The biggest insult was when we arrived back from our event at 1 AM to find that there were no sheets on the bed- I walked across the parking lot AT ONE AM to the lobby to ask for sheets; the attendant handed me a pile of cloths- only to find out once I arrived back at the room- that she had handed me 13 pillowcases. This experience truly felt like a gut-punch- and I strongly discourage future guests from considering. I took documentation and plan to proceed further.
- 4/5
A little worn and dreary but clean and functional. Would have liked to have bed made and towels changed each day, but this is apparently hard to get in NC at any price and regardless of promises. I would stay there again if I had business nearby.
- 5/5
Traveled with German Shepard and she had a great time. Great place for pets. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Definitely will stay again.
- 5/5
Family atmosphere
- 5/5
Best place we have ever stayed at over all! Love this place on every way… it’s clean, had all the amenities in the kitchenette and entire room.. perfect location next to a greenway trail by Lk Crabtree for a walk or run. Will stay here every time we come back to Cary!
- 2/5
This place is gross. Multiple rooms smell like dog, bad, not just a hint of it. Multiple things are broken and bandaided together. Gym is the saddest little closet with an elliptical and a treadmill. Pool looks like a motel 6 roadside nightmare. If you want a Marriot experience, stay away. This place is 1.5 stars at best. I thought the other were being over dramatic but nope, they were telling the truth.
- 5/5
Close to work. Close to restaurants.
- 5/5
Everything was very great with my visit. No complaints. Very reasonable pricing!
- 4/5
Good location. Very comfortable rooms.
- 3/5
The employees were very friendly, The breakfast had a lot of options in the staff was very polite. The rooms are older. The pool was out of commission and it did not seem like they intended on fixing it. We have kids so that was the main draw to this hotel so it was definitely a disappointment
- 3/5
The place was clean, quiet and had a nice free continental breakfast. However, it’s dated, the elevators are very old. The amenities list a pool, but it’s out of order. The entire property has an old smell. It’s perfect for passing through town if you need to rest from a long drive. But it’s definitely not a vacation hotel.
- 2/5
We stayed during Memorial Day weekend, and we were disappointed to find that the pool was not open, and was obviously not going to be open any time soon as it was in deplorable condition. Breakfast was good both days. The staff was nice enough, but the facilities don't seem up to the Marriott name.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast isn't great but they do have alot of options
- 5/5
The room was large with a small kitchen. The grounds were vast and beautiful . Good breakfast.
- 5/5
An excellent place to stay with family. Clean, safe, easy to check-in/check-out.
- 5/5
Loved service
- 3/5
This is our 3rd time staying here. It's functional for sure, but is getting dated. The furniture, kitchen and bathroom areas are worn. The beds are great. I think it is minimum rather than super comfortable. It's clean with the exception of the furniture in the living room and bathtub area.
- 5/5
It was quiet and close to where i needed to be.
- 2/5
The only thing that we can give as a positive is that the bed was very comfortable. We assumed that a Marriott property would be better managed and more updated. This property is dingy at best and front desk help was poor.
- 5/5
Clean. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable.
- 4/5
Although it was comfortable the heater came off and on all night disrupting my sleep. Also, the refrigerator was really loud. The breakfast was lacking and sausage was dry. I had to go elsewhere to get something to eat. The location was perfect yet I don’t think I will choose this hotel again.
- 5/5
Very clean room, extremely polite front desk gentlemen. Awesome stay, will definitely book there again if I’m in the area.
- 5/5
It was awesome, everyone was so nice, the room was clean and roomy, dishwasher wouldn’t open though so we could wash our dishes
- 5/5
I really like the room and also where the hotel is located
- 5/5
I loved it I stay at the same hotel everywhere I travel to and everytime it's always awesome the staff was very nice the room was very clean and I will absolutely be visiting again.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean and close to amenities in the area. Not more than 20 mins in any direction for even more choices.
- 5/5
Nice location
- 5/5
Kitchen was a great convenience in room!
- 5/5
Cookware needs to be replaced other than that it was absolutely perfect!
- 2/5
We were not informed of a $100 non-refundable pet fee while booking. The room was less than desirable, out dated and the entire facility smelled pretty bad. Will not return.
- 3/5
Property was dated. Needed some sprucing up
