Also, not directly the hotels issue, but customers we consistently out in the parking lot smoking marajuana and there was strong stench in the air our entire stay. It seems like staff should have made contact with the other customers and asked them to refrain. One individual was in a red Jeep and there were different people smoking marajuana in it every time I went outside. I found it offensive, especially since they were always occupying a handicap spot and I had to walk through their smoke with my baby every time we went outside.

The room that we had was very clean, but small. Difficult to get in and out of very small shower/toilet area. Several outlets did not work well. Light switches were at strange places. No built in closet- had a freestanding one. Was not long enough for my maxi dresses. Thank you for your very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything about the stay was fantastic

The only complaint I have is that my television kept losing signal therefore going black. It was very frustrating when trying to watch a game 7 NBA playoff game but overall, its a nice place to stay. If do it again.

Kitchen staff was very nice, Grits were excellent. room was clean but found things in the floor from previous guess like hair pens and hair in shower etc. TV in bedroom did not work. Tech. never came but was compensated by front desk. over all I will stay again and advise friends and family.

Breakfast, nice and helpful staff, cleaniness, facilities, commons, overall atmosphere and location surrounded with trees I’m used to staying at Homewood Suites but this time, a few things were lacking in the room when we checked in : only one fork and one spoon in the kitchen for a room that should accommodate four people. Also we were a party of 3 but there wasn’t any extra linen, bedsheets, or pillows for the third person on the reservation (for the sofa bed) in addition to the linen in the bedroom. Floor looked dirty and was sticky. If this is a renovated room, the bathroom is WAY too small and the door shouldn't open in, blocking the toilet!!! There were many things in the room that were broken or in need of repair. The pillows had no substance to them and the bedroom ceiling from the AC vent outward was covered in dust (or mold).

We had a fantastic experience and would stay again. The breakfast was fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The place is kind of dark and the hallways are a bit creepy b/c of that. I could not figure out what time breakfast started or ended. If there was a sign I never saw it. One sign that was really important was taped to the wall with blue tape. I am glad they taped it, but somebody should probably put it back up the correct way. The staff was friendly. Hallways smelled like marijuana one morning. Annoying but I'm not really sure what the hotel can do about it.

There was ampleparking until big work trucks and trailers arrived, taking up multiple spots. Late arrivals were forced to park haphazardly. Breakfast was simple American fare with some healthy options, ie. overnight oats, yogurt, turkey sausage. It was well stocked by the pleasant and poite kitchen staff.

No parking if coming in as early as 7:00 PM.

Under renovation. Mistakenly booked an accessible room. Hotel wouldn’t switch us cause we booked thru third party. No furniture in room, not a single chair. No mirror outside of bathroom, wrong shower curtain for accessible shower(not long enough) flood bathroom floor. Needed extra towels. Curtains difficult to close

Room air conditioner unit was difficult to set. The staff was mixed in terms of gentleness. The breakfast items were exceptionally cooked, although, the menu items supplies were short to satisfy some late arrival guests. The common areas were OK. Located in very nature atmosphere, which is nice for many.

There was active construction going on in the hotel - workers had to enter our room after we checked in and were resting in bed from a day of travel to change out the TV. We requested new sheets, and were told to collect the sheets ourselves. When we inquired about maid service, they said it was available, but it did not come when requested. Otherwise, hotel was clean and in a good location.

The room stank like is was a smoking room. I asked for a different room but none were available. The whole 2nd floor is being renovated. The free breakfast was low quality. Never staying there again.

We did not even stay at this hotel and it didn’t match Expedia review at all. When I tried to talk to Expedia the next day I spent 2 hours trying to get this resolved. The hotel lied and Expedia was not helpful to resolve the issue

The sheets were dirty and had multiple stains, the alarms went off in the hotel and had to exit the premises until they figured out what was wrong. The hotel room stunk of smell. I would not recommend it at all.

Check in was confusing. Was showed to a room that was not ready. Then shown a room that already had someone in it. Then the 3rd room was on the 4th floor where they were renovating. Room was far enough away from the construction that it was very quiet. Furniture in the room is adquate but outdated. Bathroom had a dirty towel hanging in it. Staff was very friendly. Facility is pet friendly with nice pet area. Breakfast was adequate with variety. Would i stay there again? Probably.

We stayed here for a conference, so all of our meals were covered offsite. The room was nice, but there was some damage to the shower itself.The staff was OK, but not necessarily very friendly. We tried to make them aware that the heat pump in our room had an issue and would never shut off even though the thermostat was calling it to shut down. This caused the room to either overheat or over cool they seemed in different about this situation. hopefully somebody will take a look at it before it’s mechanically damaged.

The hotel is situated on lovely grounds. Cons- this hotel is in need of a complete overhaul inside and out! Ripped seating and curtains, old warn carpeting, outdated everything! Hilton should be ashamed to have let this hotel deteriorate and still maintain it under the Hilton brand! Aesthetic neglect will not bring me back to the property. Com'on Hilton, you can and should do better!

The rooms we good only that it smelled of cigarettes and weed, dirty beddings on the e hallway.

The only other complaint was the dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and not run by the maid. We had to run them ourselves in order to have clean dishes in the room.

The property itself was nice, front desk staff that we interacted with was nice. Our room was okay, the paneling around of mini fridge was warped and missing, there were marks on the wall where furniture had hit it too hard and a stain on the ceiling come from the air vent that I looked at a lot, but in general the room was clean and the bed was comfy. We only stayed for a night, so not enough time to enjoy all the amenities. The included breakfast was nice with a fair amount of choices. Overall a decent stay.

Not up to par with other Homewood properties. Parking lot was dirty and sketchy. After parking you I had to walk past a trash bin that was overflowing to enter hotel, a disabled vehicle with only 3 wheels was in the lot and a vehicle with steamed over windows was parked temporarily. Front desk was rude and on a personal call. Room was cleanish - hair on bathroom floor. Remote did not work - had to use the app on my phone to change channels. No ice makers - bags of ice were available at the "pantry". Will not be back

It needs a lot of renovations to be on par with what is advertised.

Bathroom was dirty - toenails on floor can tell it's a quick clean only - mold, dust buildup in corners. Wallpaper peeling off - Couch is HORRIBLE - DO NOT try to sleep on pullout bed - SO uncomfortable

This property (rooms) is dated and has deteriorated over the years. Disappointing.

Our area was just like a mini-apartment. It had a small kitchen with full refrigerator, two burners, and glasses, cups, bowls, pans. The living room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the bathroom floor wasn't as clean as it could be. There was a spider web in one corner that had caught an insect, and the grout in the bathroom looked dirty. As a whole, most of the rooms were clean. They had a very nice breakfast area, and there was a good selection of breakfast foods.

The staff is very professional and courteous. There is a gentleman, name Vadel? His customer skills are of the chart, extremely kind and ready to walk that extra mile that should keep customers coming over and over again. Congrats for such a nice place to have a perfect weekend.

The suite was very comfortable. It provided all the amenities that someone would need for a long stay. The kitchen had pots and pans, as well as dishes. The beds were surprising comfortable compared to many other hotels. I would highly recommend this.

I like that there was free breakfast. I like d the outdoor area. I like that it was a sweet. I think some of the things in the suite were a little old on the older side but it was very comfortable

When we got there we got unpacked and went in about our day when we came back the kitchen floor was flooded we did not use the dishwasher at all they send a repair man he said it as fixed went in about our day came back kitchen and hall to bathroom had flooded. It was smelly and wet the staff were very courteous and nice when we went to the desk to report it. Great place to stay as long as rooms don’t leak. Would ask for pool view and balcony.

Out dated. Many outlets in room didn’t work. TVs used the same remote control for living room and bedroom. Didn’t do housekeeping over the 3 days like they said they would on day 2.

The room had blood in the bathroom when we arrived. I notified maintenance and they cleaned it pretty quickly, but I gave it 3 stars for that. The front lobby is beautiful and the breakfast bar was great every morning! I loved the secluded quiet of the location!

Room smelled very musty. Had to have windows open to air out but the heat running too since it was cold outside. I didn't ask, but I'm wondering if it flooded during the hurricane. If so, an adequate job was not done drying out the carpet and it needs to be replaced.

I am kind of disappointed in the hotel and Expedia. Otherwise I like this hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful, although no maintenance engineer on the staff after hours evidently.

It was adequate for a one night stay. The bed was so uncomfortable that we were up at the crack of dawn and heading home from our holiday visit with family. We always book with a Hilton property because we travel with a small dog, and this is the first time have ever been disappointed. They need to upgrade their beds. As a Hilton property, they can do better.

I had old blood stains on my sheets and the furniture was old and in some cases falling apart.

We had a great experience here. The hotel is well-maintained and tucked away off the main road. Our room was quiet and clean. The king-size bed was super comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to find a ceiling fan in the room which we like having on at night. The staff was very attentive to our request for extra blankets and pillows for the pullout couch (the mattress was awful, but sleepable). We had our dog with us and it was nice to find a hotel that could accommodate her where there weren't a lot of other dogs around. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel has a very cozy cabin type feeling. I really appreciate the commentary breakfast and manager’s reception. Way to go above and beyond. I’m looking forward to staying here many times over.

Good experience overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean in the touch areas. Generally well maintained. Some of the standard issues that you deal with in hotels that have been operating a while surfaced. No deal breakers for sure, but I've always wondered why hotels don't either pay housekeeping a little more to look for little things or bring in a helper/ trainee to help maintenance with the little things. Like alarm clock batteries that leaked long ago. Alarm clock was unplugged, presumably because they thought it wasn't working since it was plugged into the switched outlet. Working clocks are still important to some guests. A pile of popcorn behind the nightstand (that wouldn't have been even noticed if the clock worked) that then makes you question the real cleanliness of the room. No clock in the other bedroom. Just stuff, but easily avoidable stuff.

This is an out-of-the-way hotel. Front main Entrance was blocked due to road closed. I noticed a lot of deferred maintenance, broken sidewalk ground lamps were broken. Staff was very accommodating. Has a wonderful fireplace and grand staircase, meeting rooms, could be a nice wedding venue with the right decorations.

The hotel needs to be updated. On the corners of the floor in the bathroom, it was corroded. It was gross to look at.

This hotel was definitely a rehabilitation gone wrong , the floor tile to the bathroom where cracked and door jams dirty and chipped , air conditioning very loud, carpet in halls where stained. Breakfast was nice typical waffles and scrambled eggs . But good . Front desk and cleaning ladies where pleasant .

I was disgusted by the lack of bathroom cleanings. The bathroom floor was literally littered with female hair. I grabbed a wad of paper and cleaned most of it. I've stayed in many hotels in my life but never seen this before. Sunday room cleaning was not performed.

The area around the hotel doesn't exist aside from Siemen's medical and trees so don't expect to go wandering around town on foot. Like much of the area you will be entirely car dependent, but there's plenty of decent food, etc. within a five minute drive.

We loved that it wasnt over crowded and that people staying, plus STAFF, were super nice! We will absolutely stay here again!

The bathroom in particular was not clean as a whistle which I expect at a Hilton. The room entrance so tight, we could not maneuver into the space well. The bathrooom only had space for 1… Disappointing room, lovely main level entrance & sitting areas indoor & out.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptional and they were very welcoming to my dog and myself. They were very helpful when I had questions. It was just an amazing stay and I would definitely come back especially since the nail spa that I went to did an amazing job on my nails and I might need to come back for a fill-in. The nail shop is called Bliss Nails and Spa if anyone is wondering

The property needs to be renovated. The exterior of the hotel needs a good power washing and the pool needs to be cleaned and covered. The top part of the bridge is damaged. In general it looks like it is falling into disrepair. The speed bumps need to be painted because you can't really see them. The hotel furniture and beds are also old. Not the most comfortable to sit or sleep on. However, the staff were all really friendly and they all seemed close. Almost like family. So it was a warm environment. It had everything we needed and we would consider staying there again.

Property seemed to be in need of repair

Room wasn't ready for check in time and waited one hour & 15 minutes.Then offered another room that they said was the same suite type so we took it. It was like being in a dungeon. Bugs & to top it off toilet didn't work in the morning. Was told no plumber was there . Guy from front desk desk came & tried to fix it, but we couldn't use it. Never offered us another room or refund. A disaster of a stay!

Because I booked through hotels.com I was told I could not get a refund or transfer. So I booked a new hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Overall, our 3 night stay was pleasant; room was clean and staff was kind. However, my expectations based on the description online were higher than what reality was. Just another average hotel with the same breakfast bar items. The room was quite small and the pillows flattened as soon as you laid down on them. I asked several times for 4 extra pillows and they kept saying they’d bring them, but never did. Twice I was able to get 1 small pillow from the desk, which both times were without a pillow case. With the name Hilton and the slightly higher rate, I guess I expected a little more from the hotel.

Arrived for check-in and went up to check the room prior to bringing my luggage. Room odor was immediately apparent upon walking into the room; poor air filtration, combined with odors which resembled urine, smoke and pets. Proceeded to check the bed and discovered bed bugs. Immediately left the room and requested another, only to find the exact same circumstances in the second room. Hotel concierge was completely unphased when I relayed my distress and discoveries, only stating a dismissive ‘sorry’ as I frustratingly left the premises. Never experienced such a disgusting hotel in my life. Health inspectors need to pay a visit.

Elevator was out on one side but staff was very apologetic and accommodating.

This is an older facility but is very well maintained. Easy access off and onto the highway. Several breweries nearby (3 less than 15 minutes away) if you’re a craft beer fan. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and have never been disappointed.

We spent more money to stay here then say a Best Western because we though it would be nicer but the room smelled terrible when we first walked in, there were dead worms in the closet, trash all over the property and the breakfast was not great. I will say they were accommodating and the customer service was good.

Happy hour and app crew were super as well as the ladies at the front desk.
